Fantastic experience: I visited Vivid Ink Hagley Road after my husband had a complete sleeve done which was partial a cover up by Simona. Backgroud to why I chose Simona and Vivid Ink: I had a tattoo done when I was under age (pictures attached) and it was really bad work. After speaking to Simona about my fears due to my past experience and having another tattoo, she put my mind a rest and got me booked in. She was very supportive and offered to book me in initially for 4 hours but if I felt I could do longer on the day, she would. Simona was very reassuring, constantly checking on me throughout having my tattoo done and had regular breaks. I was that relaxed there I had a whole day tattoo done (10am until 6pm), I watched most of a series i had started on my phone and I hardly felt the tattoo being done. I highly recommend this place and im now planning on having the rest of my arm complete with Simona. I have attached phones for you to see the work Simona had completed for myself and my Husband. If your thinking of having a tattoo done with Vivid Ink. Don't think twice. Just do it!

Fantastic experience: I had an all day appointment for half a sleeve with faye. I was a bit nervous at first but faye was absolutely brilliant and I felt so comfortable! The whole place made you feel welcomed and my tattoo turned out amazing! I will be definitely be going there for all my tattoos from now on

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience at Vivid Ink on Hagley Road. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to. They took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I’ve had multiple tattoos done by Simona, and every single experience has been outstanding. Simona puts the same level of care and precision into every tattoo. She listens, asks the right questions, and makes sure the design is exactly how you want it before she even picks up the machine. Throughout the session she makes sure you’re ok and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I why a few sessions on my amazing leg sleeve done by Faye, the detail that’s gone into my tattoo is unreal, everyone in the studio are welcoming and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my future tattoos!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly service provided by the staff at Hagley Rd branch. Was booked for an 8 hour session but was finished just over 6 hours total, very pleased withe my finished tattoo and will be looking to add to it in the near future. Fantastic experience: Super studio, friendly , helpful staff . I have used the Hagley Rd studio three times now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now , staff are very welcoming and make you feel relaxed. Most recent visit was for a crow tattoo on my upper arm which was completed by Ryan . He did a superb job and I’m really pleased with the end result. Price quoted was reduced by £60 as he completed it much quicker than estimated so really honest people . Super service and great value ! Will be returning soon hopefully.

Fantastic experience: I had my first tattoo done at Vivid Ink in June this year and have already been back and had my second! The whole process was really easy. I filled out the online form with a picture of a similar design to the one I wanted. I was then contacted by Abbie, who went into more detail with me as to what I wanted. She then handed it over to Dana, who designed exactly what I wanted. I was nervous with it being my first tattoo, but the staff are so nice they put me at ease straight away.

Fantastic experience: I contacted vivid ink to arrange a cover up tattoo. Abby contacted me back the next day and was able to get me booked in for a consultation to see the design I'd chosen and if it could be done. The following week the tattoo was completed by Ryan who was very thorough and precise with his work. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything. I have been back again recently to book another tattoo and I had a consultation with Faye who was very helpful with easing my anxiety around where to have the tattoo done on my body. Overall, I'd definitely recommend vivid ink for your tattoos!

Fantastic experience: Cannot rate the service high enough in here and I recommend them whenever someone asks about my tattoos. In my years of visiting tattoo studios for myself and other people its a rare thing to go through the process with such friendliness and enthusiasm from start to finish, whether its showing an idea and asking advice or booking in for that long awaited tattoo, add to that the fact that the tattoos always look epic too! Its a wee diamond of a studio.

Fantastic experience: Great studio atmosphere, very relaxed and inviting, not intimidating at all. Abby on the front desk is lovely and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was matched with a great artist (Sam) who I felt listened to my ideas and also had some great suggestions and advice on what would work best. I am autistic and can really struggle with conversations and social settings but I didn’t feel the pressure to have to make conversation and could just relax or be on my phone while getting tattooed. The tattoos I got are healing great and exactly as I’d hoped. Pricing was very straightforward and clear with no surprises. Definitely recommend this studio.

I’ve been made to feel uncomfortable in other tattoo studios before because I’m a bit of a wimp with pain but that was not the case at all today, it was truly a lovely experience and I love how my tattoo turned out. Fantastic experience: From the minute you walk in you are made to feel at ease. Then Sam came over to introduce himself again and explain he was finishing my stencil and the receptionist offered myself and other clients a drink whilst we went through consent forms. When I was settled Sam made sure I was comfortable. We chatted naturally like old friends and then we were done! The whole staff and clients were chatting amongst all of us! The end result my Tattoo by Sam amazing!

Fantastic experience: Was at vivid ink 4/12. First time customer and I couldn't fault the shop at all. Abbey on reception was really friendly from the moment I walked in and was constantly checking I was ok throughout the day and offering drinks. My tattoo was done by Caesar and he did an amazing job, so if thinking of getting a tattoo I would highly recommend you look at the artists working out this studio as they're amazing at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Just got back home from the Vivid Ink on Hagley Rd, thank you to Faye for all the time and effort on my fifth tattoo from my favourite series, Supernatural/Castiel related. Love the little alters of the design, and for making me feel at ease, especially with my nerves as it's been a while since my last ones. All the staff are so nice. I'll definitely be returning for more in the future!

It can feel quite intimidating getting a tattoo but there is a calming energy here. Abby on reception is super friendly and welcoming. It's a remembrance to my partner of 22 years who passed away recently, he did an amazing job and now booked in again for more recolouring of an old tattoo. Fantastic experience: This was my 2nd time getting a tattoo and going to a new tattoo place. I was suggested to get the tattoo at vivid ink. I showed them the tattoo I wanted and Faye changed the design it was a phenomenal design and it's my favourite tattoo by far. The staff are very friendly, supportive and very nice people. The music was great you can't go wrong with slaughter to prevail, falling in reverse or bad omens. I'm very happy with my tattoo and it's a tattoo place I'm going again soon to finish my H.P Lovecraft thinking of azathoth or shub.
