Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Vivid Ink Moseley and couldn’t be happier with my tattoo. Amy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish — she really took the time to listen to my ideas, offered great creative input, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Her attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. The studio itself was spotless, welcoming, and had a really friendly atmosphere. The final result exceeded my expectations — the linework is super clean, the design is exactly what I hoped for, and it’s healing beautifully. I’ve already had so many compliments! I would 100% recommend Vivid Ink Moseley, and especially Amy, to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and genuinely lovely tattoo artist.

Fantastic experience: Arturo is an incredible artist! Yesterday he tattooed a lion design on my forearm, and the result was even better than I expected. He incorporated the extra elements I wanted into my original design and offered great advice on what would enhance the overall look. On top of his talent, he was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire day of my sitting. The other artists and staff at the studio in Moseley were also fantastic, each of them checked in with me at some point to see how I was getting on. I’ll definitely be returning for another tattoo from Arturo.

Fantastic experience: Got my son’s name tattooed on my neck here. Harvey Rana is a great artist, done 2 of my tattoos and required a touch up once for each one. After that they’ve been perfect. Great guy and great place. Highly recommended. Any future tattoos I’d definitely be returning! Always available to speak to on WhatsApp so great for exchanging ideas and possibilities.

I had an open line of communication with Amy in the lead up to my appointment so when I turned up on the day we knew exactly what we were doing. Everyone that I have interacted with at the studio has been so nice and welcoming and it resulted in me having a really calm and exciting session with Amy. Fantastic experience: So, had my 1st tattoo yesterday, I'm 70 and it was on my bucket list. It was a small tattoo on my neck! Fantastic experience: I had my second experience at Vivid Ink Moseley this afternoon. I went in not 100% sure on what design i wanted and Marianthi was able to design my perfect tattoo. I love the end result and so happy with this tattoo and one pervious Marianthi has done, she is a brilliant artist. Moseley is welcoming and has a calm atmosphere I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: You will not get a better magician at his job than the staff at vivid ink Moseley. Seamless process from start to finish and the quality unreal. Cannot recommend the staff enough should you need a tattoo or lazer.

Negative experience: Honestly one of the worst tattoo experiences I have ever had. When parting with so much money (in my opinion) for a custom tattoo you expect perfection and sadly nothing went right on the day. I thought I would try a new shop and give them a chance but now I have learnt a big lesson and will just be sticking with the other two shops I know deliver great tattoos and customer service.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience at Vivid Ink this afternoon. I got great advice before my tattoo and great aftercare advice too. I wanted the design tweaked and that was done several times until I was happy. Amy did my tattoo and was amazing - especially as this was my first ever tattoo and I was very nervous. Fantastic experience: I recently got my first tattoo at Vivid Ink Moseley, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kam was great!!! he offered me tea and some sweets during the session and kept checking in to make sure I was alright, which made me feel completely at home. The whole team was super friendly. Amy did my tattoo, and she was really good very patient, and she talked me through the whole process. She even gave me recommendations on the best cream and soap to use for aftercare. I would definitely recommend Vivid Ink Moseley to anyone. They’re really good and made the whole experience feel comfortable and professional.

Fantastic experience: I've had two large tattoos at vivid ink Moseley and I wouldn't use another tattoo studio. Marianthi tattooed my whole back and Stefan did a large coverup on my thigh. Both tattoos are brilliant! Marianthi's line word is second to non, and Stefan's colour tattoos are beyond brilliant. The studio manager Kam is so lovely, down to earth and makes a brilliant coffee! Positive experience: After some logistical problems initially regarding my appointment I will take my hat off to them and say they went out of their way to remedy the situation. I left with a great tattoo that I am happy with and am already looking to book in again for my next one.

Fantastic experience: From the day I went in for a consultation to the final decision I knew , vivid ink moseley were the tattoo team for me ! Kam was my first port of call , a true gent & legend ( truly welcomes you in & makes you feel at home ) & makes the best tea in Brum !! Stefan was my tattoo artist who was the only guy (out four other tattoo studies) that would take on my upper arm cover up ! Plus being a memorial piece it was a hard decision for me , but with Stefan’s cool & calm attitude he total supported me through this with his one off design. I sat for two days ( in a row ! ) crazy I now , but due to my work load the gang at vivid ink Moseley worked around this !! I’m so grateful they could ! So , with my cover up done & healed … yep I decided to get the lower part of my arm done too !! I waited for Stefan too become free for me & I ( again ) turned up with another idea of a design. Stefan blew my mind with another incredible ( one off design ) for me ! I sat a whole day for this one & I was 110 % speechless with the end result ! Fantastic experience: I got pierced by Carys a few weeks ago with some of my friends. She is fantastic. Honestly she is the kindest, most patient piercer I have ever been to. At this point I wouldn’t ever want to get pierced by anybody else! Even when my friends were really anxious and having a little freak out she was so reassuring and comforting! 10/10 best piercer in the business! Thank you Carys! We hope to see you again very soon! PS my piercing is healing beautifully!

Fantastic experience: 2nd time iv been to the shop, this time I had a two day booking. Iv visited several tattoo shops over the years whether getting one or having a nosey. Vivid ink Moseley for me is second to none, so kind and friendly every member of staff. Go above and beyond with very high skilled staff, Alex is my guy i wouldn’t go to anyone else for my tattoos now. I can’t speak highly enough of the team and what they do. Fantastic experience: I got a peircing here the other day. Carys did the peircing for me and they were excellent. They let me know my anatomy was wrong for the peircing I intended on getting, but offered me options. Their set up was great and the pericing was quick and pretty painless. Can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: such an amazing and friendly tattoo shop! we had emma as our tattooist, me and my best friend got a matching tattoo and she was so kind and accommodating. she eased the nerves of my first tattoo and even managed to fit another spontaneous tattoo in for my friend while discussing a range of different sizes and designs for our matching tattoo. she talked us through aftercare and was genuinely such a lovely artist.

Fantastic experience: Got two tattoos done by Amy at VividInk Moseley, suggested after my initial contact with the very enthusiastic team of the studio. She did an amazing work bringing my ideas to life, with an upper arm tattoo and a rib one. After exchanging a few reference materials, she came back with great designs and we usually just went through one round of edits before proceeding. Both sessions went very smoothly and we had great conversations making time fly. Excellent after care instructions. Will likely pitch her another idea soon... Also used their piercing services and had an amazing experience with Carys who's also a very nice and welcoming presence at the front of the house. She was very clear in the process and aftercare instructions and super smooth with the helix piercing, I thought she was still tightening the clamp when she was actually done piercing the cartilage. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly, talented artists. Had two tattoos, one tattoo on the top side and one on the underside of my wrist during a two hour session with Harvey. He was very personable, the two hours sped by and I was very happy with the outcome. Love how they use second skin as opposed to wrapping it with clingfilm. It makes aftercare a lot easier and more manageable. Will definitely be getting more tattoos done with Vivid Ink.

Fantastic experience: Vivid Ink Moseley is one place I would always recommend for tattoo and body piercing. My daughter who has mental health issues had her tattoo finished by Amy. It was a beautiful experience. Amy is very friendly, kind, understanding and a brilliant tattooist. I have been at Vivid Ink this week as I wanted my Helix (upper ear) piercing. I was met be Carys, a kind and understanding person who is very professional and brilliant at her job. Carys made me feel at ease and honestly I have not felt any discomfort nor pain from Carys doing the piercing up till now which is 3 days after the piercing. The professionals at Vivid Ink know their jobs well and are very friendly kind and considerate. Thank you all, especially Carys and Amy. Love you all.

Fantastic experience: Went to Vivid Ink Moseley for my first tattoo. Emma designed my tattoo for me and it was better than I could have expected. She gave great advice regards the placement and size of the tattoo. When she tattooed me, she put me at ease straight away and I'm planning my second tattoo now. I would recommend Vivid Ink Moseley and their artist Emma T, who was brilliant, extremely patient, she did not rush any part of my appointment, despite me arriving late. She listened to what I had asked for. I was given advice on aftercare too. Also, it's a lovely clean studio.

Fantastic experience: Went to have some piercings done & the front of house team are great people beautiful of looks & of Heart..due to mobility issues arranged for the piercings to be done upstairs so as I didn't risk the stairs (was only joking about landing on you if you went down in front of me). Carys is a lovely girl who goes through it step by step with you & doesn't do something that won't work for you. Definitely going back there. Lovely people.

The lady, Carys is amazing, very calming, reassurancing , and most of all, very professional. The aftercare advice is given clearly on paper. We shall be returning to downsize the bar after 6 weeks. Fantastic experience: This was my first tattoo experience, and it was definitely one to remember for all the right reasons. After contacting all of the vivid ink studios who couldn’t have been happier to help, I settled on Emma at vivid ink Moseley, and she was even better than I could’ve hoped for. From day one, even after all of the design changes I went through, she was super responsive and patient with me, and on the day of the actual tattoo she went out of her way to always make sure I felt comfortable and happy (this included letting me watch come dine with me on the tv!). So far, my tattoo is healing great and I can’t wait to go back and have more work done by her

Fantastic experience: Can’t fault my experience with vivid ink Moseley. The booking process was very simple, you can call, email or message on WhatsApp, which is what I did. Love the option to WhatsApp, as I’m sure will my fellow tattooed introverts! My artist was Harvey. Harvey created a gorgeous design, based on my reference image, a medusa smoking a cigarette. I would highly recommend Harvey for realism designs, I adore my new tattoo! I’ve followed the recommended aftercare and my tattoo has healed beautiful. Can’t wait for the next one.

Fantastic experience: I got a tattoo done here about 2 weeks ago and I must say that everyone who works here are very professional and friendly. My tattoo in total took around 4 hours to complete, it has almost completely healed and they provide detailed aftercare instructions. My tattoo artist Marianthi did an amazing job and has even offered extended service if touch-ups are required. Prices for tattoos here work dependent on the specific artist’s rate but this is usually fairly priced and reasonable. My girlfriend also attended the studio with me and they made us feel very comfortable, even putting the TV on for entertainment. Additionally, if you are looking for stunning watercolour designs then I can’t recommend Marianthi enough, she did an outstanding job. Overall, the studio’s vibe and environment is a very friendly and welcoming space, I couldn’t recommend this studio and company enough.

I talked to him about my idea during the consultation and sent over a few reference images and the design he came back with ended up being way better than what I was expecting! It was my first tattoo and his work was top quality - I would definitely recommend! Studio was also a really relaxed and friendly place to spend a day while getting it done. Fantastic experience: I travelled 400 miles round-trip to get my first tattoo done by Alex at the Moseley studio. Despite the travel distance/logistical difficulties, I don’t ever see myself going anywhere else for future work because I simply can’t see how anyone else will match what Alex is capable of creating. I don’t believe there can be man better in the UK. The guy is insane and his art is levels above anywhere else I’ve seen. Had multiple friends/relatives tell me it’s the best they’ve ever seen as well. Attention to detail and shading are crazy. I could go on forever about him as an artist. His portfolio is incredible but nothing matches the reality of having him work on you and seeing what he can do in real time. Thanks so much Alex! Although not for the future petrol/hotel bills haha! Also, shout out to Kam. Absolute geezer. Seemed to me to be the beating heart of the studio, keeping things ticking over and keeping people right. Including the playlist, the Netflix and keeping the brews coming. Good music taste as well. Cheers Kam, appreciate your effort man. Fantastic experience: Went in with one design idea - left with two unique elements as the start to a sleeve! Emma T made it an awesome experience to spend the afternoon. My partner got work too and for both of us the art was superb, the care spot-on, the conversation fun and friendly. Can’t recommend enough and will return to build on today’s ink.

Fantastic experience: I had the first session on my tattoo with Stefan yesterday and had a great experience. The tattoo looks amazing already and everyone at the shop was welcoming and friendly. Can't wait for my next session. I would definitely recommend Vivid and Stefan.

Fantastic experience: I used vivid ink for a tattoo removal I was extremely nervous to get rid it removed to the point I waited over 6 years to finally get it removed the guy was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and the pain was bearable and didn’t much and was over so fast would highly recommend and I normally don’t leave reviews can’t wait to be back

Fantastic experience: It’s taken me almost 62 years to get a tattoo, simply because I did not ever feel like anything in my life warranted one. However all that changed last summer when my first grandchild was born at 26 weeks and lived for 4 days. Today I had a tattoo of her holding her mums ( my daughter ) finger. I am so pleased that I did. It does mean the world too me. So thanks Liam for a stunning tattoo, you were just awesome and above all my daughter thinks it’s incredible and so beautiful to remember her and her daughter Clementine.

I had my tattoo done by Amy, she was really excellent, listening to what I wanted and then doing a design that is really perfect.
