Fantastic experience: Another amazing intricate fine lined design from Rowan for my memorial tattoo for 2 amazing people I sadly lost last year. The detail on both the thistle and dandelion is exquisite bringing them both to life on my arm. The professional attitude, the care and detail taken to get the right template made and just the relaxed and friendly atmosphere while carrying out the work reminded me why Rowan is my go-to for personal and heartfelt tattoos that I am proud to carry with me.

It was such a wonderful experience and I definitely think I’ll come back for future tattoos!!!! Heres my Spider- just done vs 8 months healed and my swallows (becauseI did go back!)- just done vs 5 months healed!!!

Fantastic experience: Rowan gave me my first tattoo today and it was such a wonderful experience! After almost a year of cancelling due to health issues, in which Rowan was so understanding and accommodating, I finally got it and I could not be happier. This tattoo meant a lot to me, and she did everything to make it perfect. She, and the other girls in the studio made me feel at home and helped me enjoy this experience. Would highly recommend, and I am already planning my next tattoo!

Fantastic experience: Rowan managed to fit me in without a prior appointment as soon as I arrived which I didn't expect at all! I had three ear lobe piercings and she made the process very comfortable with some excellent chat. I was also very pleased to know that the shop is an all woman business. This wasn't absolutely necessary for me, but did put me at ease on my first visit. I'll definitely be back for more piercings and tattoos!

Fantastic experience: Everyone makes you feel so comfortable. Was given cups of tea and lollipops. Music was chill and calming and right up my alley. The tattoo itself was great. We spent so much time making sure the stencil was right and I never felt pressured to make a decision quickly. Amanda herself had great tattooing technique and barely felt a thing. When it did pinch she asked me how I was and it was an overall great experience. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends. So happy!!!

She made the whole experience super chill, with lots of laughs and great chat that totally took my mind off the pain. I am terrified of needles and was quite anxious when arriving at the studio but Amanda made me feel right at ease and reassured me there wasn’t anything to be scared about, we got offered a drink and a lolly pop which definitely helped calm me. Before arriving they recommended a numbing cream which (I’m so glad they did!) I did use while getting my tattoo done and couldn’t feel a thing. I love my new tattoo, it is beautiful ❤️ Before leaving we were given a lovely little thank you packet which I think was a lovely idea and added to the experience! Fantastic experience: Came here today with my partner for a couple of tattoos from Amanda. It was my partner's first tattoo and they were obviously a little nervous (tbf I was too lol). I had messaged a couple weeks prior with a couple of design ideas (a snake for me and a sword for them), and they came out absolutely perfect! Amanda was so lovely and patient, we were offered sweets, breaks, and drinks when needed (and Rowans singing really highlighted the vibes), all the pre-tattoo nerves quickly vanished. Just such a wonderful and friendly experience, 10/10 recommend getting a tattoo here.

Fantastic experience: I had my first proper tattoo here back in 2023 done by Amanda and I couldn’t go anywhere else! The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly basically like your chilling with friends as well as Amanda and Rowan always ready for a chat about the most random things just adds comfort to an otherwise anxiety filled experience, Amanda always does an amazing job with every tattoo always offering reassurance, ensuring comfort and advice on the placement and overall look of the tattoo. I’ve been here multiple times some with two friends and some not but all have been some of the best memories couldn’t recommend enough, the quality and vibes are just inaccurate.

Fantastic experience: I decided extremely late night and last minute to get a tattoo for my first trip to Edinburgh and I was so lucky that fate pointed me to Rowan! She responded late at night and took me as a walk in the next day and made the entire experience so easy that I’m pretty sure getting tattoos for every country I visit will be my new souvenir. I picked one of her flash that was a perfect, fine lined flower to go with my other botanical tattoos and it came out beautiful and looks like it was made for my body. Besides her fantastic art and professionalism being too notch, her entire vibe was what made the appointment perfect. She was so kind and positive and my husband, her and I all swapped customer service worker stories and talked about the adorable nerd art all over the shop. The shop was clean and decorated adorably so it made me feel safe and comfortable. If you’re looking for a gorgeous piece of art and immaculate vibes I highly recommend booking Rowan!

Fantastic experience: It was my 2nd time coming back here, this time tattooed by Rowan. Another great experience. She checks everything thoroughly to make sure everything is PERFECT. I cannot thank her enough for spending extra time on re-touching my very first tattoos, that've been messed up by another place. All this for a very reasonable price! Fantastic experience: Having recently went through breast cancer, I knew I had to mark my journey in a special & meaningful way. I sent a message over with what I was after & the lovely Rowan did not disappoint my expectations. The environment is so welcoming and comfortable, with the girls at Saorsa being so kind and helpful when it comes to choosing and discussing a certain design and placement! Both Amanda and Rowan have such unique styles and so much talent when it comes to fine detailed lines, textures and shading. As a first experience of getting a tattoo I cannot recommend this place enough and I cannot wait to go back again.✨✨
