Negative experience: honestly the experience was great and the ambiance was great but I spend around $200 on just regular earlobe piercings. Not only did they charge for the piercing but they charged for the earings. Each were separate prices and I spend around 70 each. The pricing is crazy and I just feel like theyre way over pricing because you can get regular piercings for $50 and even bring your own piercings. but there you cant bring your own and you have to buy the piercings there.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Got my first septum by Jerome and he was very kind and talked me through the whole experience. Pricing was great as well.

Fantastic experience: The place is very clean, and it has an excellent tattoo designer. The service was quick, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Customer service is very good.

Fantastic experience: I got a nostril piercing and it’s something I had been wanting to get for a long time and finally got the courage to do it. My piercer was Lauren and she greeted me at the front desk and her presence immediately calmed me. She walked me through the whole process and made sure I got my piercing in the right spot I wanted. Fantastic experience: Claro is an amazing tattoo artist, I felt safe and cared for. My first tattoo being my sternum was mentally challenging at first but ended up being so easy with him! It was only 3-4 hours and I didn't even need to take a break! If you are anxious or are wanting to get your first tattoo Claro is someone you'd want to book with! The other people in the shop were so friendly and sweet, its so easy to hold a conversation with everyone especially if you want your session to go by faster. Definitely a 10/10 service and worth every penny, always spend you money at a shop that has high standards like this one!

Fantastic experience: I came in to have a piece of jewlery changed on an older peircing that had gotten irritated. The piercer, I beleive Jerome, was really nice and helpful. He was able to replace the jewlery and we discussed some additional ideas for piercing. I look forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: I got a nostril piercing done this Sunday and my experience was amazing! My piercer, Lauren, was wonderful and made me feel super comfortable and not anxious at all. I've had a bad experience with piercings in the past so coming here was like a breath of fresh air. The piercing was quick, and she gave me a lot of advice and how to take care of it which definitely helped. I definitely reccomend going here!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience as soon as I stepped in the door. Both of the staff Jerome and Erin were welcoming and down to earth. I was very nervous to get my rook pierced. While getting the rook pierce Jerome was very calm and was very efficient. If I ever decide to get the other rook done I will be coming again.

Fantastic experience: Walked in for a consultation on a Friday afternoon and ended up getting tatted the next morning. The manager was friendly and accommodating, and she directed me toward the artists whose styles best fit my idea. Claudia was my artist and she did an absolutely incredible job. Her concept was exactly what I envisioned when giving her the artistic freedom to design the piece and it came out great. Not to mention she went out of her way to open up the shop early to work with my schedule. Highly recommend and I’ll for sure go back if I decide to fill in the rest of my arm. Edit on 8/2/25: I’ve now gotten 2 large pieces done by Claudia, both came out amazing, she’s very talented. I’ll be back for more in the future. I also just got a piercing done by Jerome, which went very well. Super chill guy, seamless piercing and he changes the first one for free after healing. I felt like my choices and my wellbeing was the priority through the entire process - shout out to the manager Erin as well for her guidance on the piercing.

I brought in a picture of the design I wanted, and Claudia recreated it exactly on my right shoulder on my back. Fantastic experience: I did my tatoo with Chris. I sent him an initial design and we worked together to refine it. He listened to all of my comments no matter how vague and came up with exactly what I wanted. He was super nice the entire time, gentle and understanding. All in all an amazing experience

Positive experience: Tattoo was done well lines are great and place was clean. However the price was too much 150+tip for a tattoo that took about 10 minutes no shade no color just lines. I would understand the price if it was the artists art, however it was a simple snail drawing from a children's coloring book I brought in. Still a cool place but won't be going back due too price.

Fantastic experience: Nice shop , we went for the piercings for my 13 year old daughter, totally legit and professional shop. Ebony is amazing. Grateful to have met this amazing young lady. She tells you the truth and don’t just pierce for the money. We have been there three times already and I don’t feel safe going to no one else. We travel in and out of town a lot but I would not allow my daughter to go anywhere else and it’s not like she wants to. Hands down ! Ebony is your go to for all your piercing needs and she has a background in Nursing, so that’s a Plus and a win.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I’m adding to this review to say that I have seen Tyrone for a few tattoos and he’s an absolutely incredible artist. Very creative, kind, and professional. I came to him with a rough idea of what I wanted and he really brought it to life. He’s also very knowledgeable about tattooing color on dark skin. Even when I was having a hard time getting through the last session he was still super nice and understanding. I’ll 1000000% be back for more art. Ebony is still amazing, she has since pierced my navel and my nose piercing has healed beautifully. Yesterday I stopped by 7 souls for a nose piercing and had an amazing experience with Ebony! Seamless check in experience and minimal wait. I was nervous but she made the piercing process quick and as painless as possible! Gorgeous jewelry selection as well. Can’t wait to come back

Erin explained everything about getting my nostril pierced and Ebony did an great job on my nose. I couldn't be happier. The staff was great. Fantastic experience: Ebony was phenomenal! She’s a true master of her craft as well as such a kind soul. She serviced my two friends and I for piercings over the course of hours but was so fun to be with. We all have multiple piercings but have never had anyone explain so much and take such a detailed approach to our piercings. My flat piercing went so smoothly! She also communicated so well and was very courteous to everyone who walked in when you could tell it was a very busy shift for her (for good reason cause she’s amazing!) We were impressed in general with the shop too for how clean it was. You can tell everyone really cares about their work there. They also have very cute piercing you can choose to get pierced with. I believe she works only Weds-Sunday if you want her specifically.

Fantastic experience: I got my four tattoos there and it was great experience. It was pretty chill and the tattoo artist Jerome made me feel comfortable. He did fine line details for my tattoo. It turned out so good. He perfectly replicated every line on the original inspo photo for the tattoo. He also went over my previous stick and poke. I honestly didn’t do the tattoo justice in the photo because I had no other light source with shaky hands but in real life it’s so cool. Overall it was great and I really recommend going there for a tattoo

Fantastic experience: Got my first tattoo with Del. I wanted to get a baby sea turtle making its way across the sand and brought in a photo of what I wanted. Del was very patient with me and did multiple sketches and stencils until I felt comfortable with the tattoo and positioning. The place itself has a chill vibe and I enjoyed listening to other artists chat while I got my tattoo done. I really love the end result. Fantastic experience: Got my nipples pierced by ebony and it was such a wonderful experience. She was super accommodating and inviting. Giving me chances to make changes on placement. She was very professional and was very calming and reassuring through the process. She really helped me get through it with breathing and the process didn’t hurt too much at all!

Fantastic experience: Got second lobe piercing on both ears done by Jerome. Process was pretty surgical so if you just want to be in and out, this place works. I had come by before to check out the jewelry so knew what I wanted. Selection is ok. Glad I brought a pair of studs to check placement against my original piercing. Otherwise the initial pen mark would have been too close. Jerome made me laugh when he said “no backsies”. I’d go back for more piercings pending availability of jewelry options. He explained the cleaning process but honestly after getting stabbed, I was kind of blur and I’m better when I’m given written instructions. Thankfully, I saw some aftercare instructions on the wall by the jewelry case so took a photo.

Fantastic experience: Ebony was fantastic, all around. She was sweet, had a steady hand, informative, and overall wonderful to work with. I came in with a group of 4, each with a different body part that they would like done, from the nipples to the nose to the ears. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to our needs and what our concerns were. She made this a pleasurable experience for each of us while being safe and having a very clean environment. We will be going back to her in the near future.
