Fantastic experience: Paige my gorgeous niece (the body piercer) finally got her hands on my flares (nostrils) It was my first time going to Cold Iron for a piercing and we were really impressed. Paige was always making sure that i was feeling comfortable and letting me know what was going on every step of the way. It definatly helps that Paige has the most infectious personality, time flies by when you are in her company as you leave the building with good knowledge of self care and a brilliant purchase. My eldest daughter ended up getting her first tattoo and she was made to feel so welcome and her nerves were settled so quickly. Athena left the building with a massive smile and already has started thinking of getting her next one. Thankyou again x

Fantastic experience: Had my 5th tattoo at Cold Iron today and have been extremely pleased with all 5! I have had both Jay and Nicola who are both very friendly and help you with your designs you want. Great conversations during the time while being tattooed which makes the time fly by and a really friendly environment in the studio too with other artists. They give you guidance on aftercare and if there was any questions about aftercare I know they are only an instagram message or email away for the answer! Already have booked my 6th one for March and cant wait to go back. This is the only tattoo studio I have ever been too and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for any and would highly recommend to others too!

I’m not too tatted so new studios can be daunting but Ella was super helpful and welcoming, will definitely be back for another! :)

Fantastic experience: Cold Iron is a spacious, clean and welcoming tattoo studio with artists offering an array of styles. I just got tattooed by (insta - ellafrancestattoo) and I couldn't be happier with the service tattoos! Studio - The studio is spacious and clean, it's an open floor but there is plenty of room between beds. The beds are firm but still comfortable and El was really attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my session. There is a waiting area at the front of the studio, it smelled awesome (like Nag Champa) and was stocked with drinks and sweets which is a nice touch. There is a decent toilet on site with sanitary products and a range of products. There's also a small area at the front selling gifts and aftercare products. Ngl I was really tempted by some of them. Really nice stuff. Staff/Artists - All super friendly, I had a great chat with my artist and some of the other people in the shop. They offer a range of styles from trad to realism, there is an on sight piercer too (insta - paigeofpiercings) who is also friendly, personable and professional. Amenities - As well as the drinks and sweet things provided there is a garage directly opposite selling snacks, a café a few doors down if people would rather wait somewhere else and it's only a very short walk into the city center. Parking is available at Castle Mall or Rose Lane, both of which are only a few minutes walk away. It's an awesome studio and I'm already planning on going back

Fantastic experience: A really friendly tattoo shop with lots of styles available. I’ve been tattooed by Ella since she was an apprentice and she’s the bomb! I’m always belly laughing in there and leave with a big grin and a banging tattoo Also, they seem genuinely interested in their customers - I find there’s a lot of cliques at other tattoo shops. Definitely would recommend this place.

Amazing studio, amazing staff. You must get your masterpiece at Cold Iron Tattoo Company. Big shout to Jay for my masterpiece. He was super helpfull with all the reccomend healing procedures and any questions that I had he answered.

I had a full sleeve done over a few sessions and everyone was very friendly, the studio was very clean, The process was made clear and after care information was provided. Jay was awesome, he worked quickly, my arm healed very quickly and without any issue, he offered good, honest and constructive advice on the design. 100% would go again for my next one :)

Fantastic experience: I went in with a fairly new tattoo that I was really unhappy with. I entrusted Shane with the huge task of making it look a little closer to what I wanted in the first place. I say huge because it was a manga character with a very distinctive art style particularly in the face, and he would be working over the top of a not so great attempt. Dude absolutely nailed it! I now have the tattoo that I wanted in the first place and couldn't be happier! The studio has a really nice vibe to it, the staff are friendly and I'm looking forward to my next booking. Will gladly upload a pic once the sleeve it's a part of is finished.

Fantastic experience: Visited for my 3rd appointment yesterday, Previously had peircings made at the studio and was the second occassion having a Tattoo by a Studio apprentice. Yesterday I was Inked by Ella. Very professional and Friendly. Felt more than comfortable to discuss the changing of a design made for me as i wasnt feeling what was orginally drawn. At every point i was made to feel comfortable within the studio. Will not be my last visit for sure.

Each time I have been everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. Keeping me in the loop of what the next steps were, keeping me involved in the planning, placement and completing of the tattoos. Not only that their art work is just could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: This is a busy, professional and friendly studio, beautifully set out with plenty of distractions! Shane is the hugely talented boss (he designed and completed a beautiful bespoke dragon on my leg) but the quality from all the artists is obvious. There way also plenty of pleasant banter, regular offers of brews and constant movie entertainment while I was getting "done". I felt welcome and valued and would recommend Cold Iron to everyone.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST STUDIO EVER!! I get excited to visit the studio and the people more than I do about the tattoo or piercing I am getting! However I am always amazed and blown away by the results after - they are ALL incredibly talented people! Everyone goes above and beyond for you, nothing is ever too much hassle and you never feel rushed to make a decision - they want it perfect even more than you do! Cold iron is the only tattoo studio I have visited where I have NOT felt judged by any of the other artists or staff in the studio and the atmosphere in cold iron whenever I go is just impeccable - welcomed with a warm feeling from the moment you enter their doors! Shane, Nicola and their amazing team are the best and I can’t wait for even more visits to cold iron in 2022!

I live in Dereham but I am Extremely happy to get a bus here. I had 2 skin divers n a Tattoo Booked n will be getting more piercings n plenty of tats n later removals. Fantastic set out absolutely spotlessly clean. Amazing Attentive Happy, Friendly go lucky staff, atmosphere so relaxing n very welcoming. You couldn't ask for anything more. Fantastic experience: Had yet another tattoo by Shane today. A rather ambitious chest piece. When the studio opened I had Shane do an awesome tattoo and mentioned I’d be back. Almost four years to the day I returned. No wonder the this studio is the number one studio in Norwich. Friendly bunch, talented artists, clean and hygienic store - something for everyone’s tastes. Even though I’m mighty sore at the moment I can’t wait to return to finish it.

From the moment I contacted Issy to the day of my tattoo she has been nothing but kind and friendly and gave me all information I needed whether it was general or "silly" questions, she put me at ease. Top shop and definitely the place to go. I will be returning to see Issy again and I have recommended my partner to Cold Iron Tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Firstly the place is really clean and looks great inside which is always reassuring. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The tattoo itself is brilliantly done and to my amazement healed (flaking naturally came off) in just over a week (I have previously been a slow healer so I can only put this down the the care of the tattooist, Shane) will definitely be having all my tattoos here in future and would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Went in on 3rd May for my first tattoos in 12 years. I'd been recommended Cold Iron by two different people and I wasn't disappointed. The studio itself is in a lovely old building, full of character and the room looked really clean. Yaz who did my tattoo was really chatty and friendly as were all the other staff that were there. I was offered tea and coffee during my visit which was very welcome! The end result was exactly what I wanted, am so pleased. Would highly recommend. :-D
