The studio itself is spotless, professional, and has this laid-back, no-BS energy that instantly puts you at ease. No egos, no fluff—just serious artistry. I booked in with Dennis after seeing his work on Instagram, and he absolutely delivered. The detail, the line work, the shading flawless. You can tell he’s not just tattooing, he’s crafting. He took my idea, made a few subtle improvements I never would’ve thought of, and turned it into something I’ll be proud to wear for life. On top of that, he’s just a cool guy. Chill, focused, and genuinely cares about the end result. Not one of those artists who rushes through your session or treats you like a number. He was meticulous from start to finish, and made the whole process easy—even the aftercare was broken down properly. Fantastic experience: Tattooed by the incredible Sam on the 09/04. Incredibly happy with my experience from start to finish. Booking was a pleasure, was made to feel super comfortable as always once in the door and in the care of the boys. Been here many times over the years and glad to finally get inked by Sam who has been a seriously incredible guy every time I’ve been in. Would 1000% recommend being tattooed here, best about no doubt. I wouldn’t even consider anyone else. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Dennis for a second opinion on a tattoo I was having done elsewhere, as I was feeling unsure and needed some honest advice. He didn’t have to help, but he took the time to speak with me over the phone, listened to my concerns, and gave me solid, professional guidance that really helped put my mind at ease. You don’t often come across people that genuinely care like that, especially when you’re not even their client! That alone says a lot about the kind of artist and person he is. I’ll definitely be going to Dennis and the team in the future for more work.

Negative experience: Ignoring all of my messages because one of the people working there has problems with me and is their best friend. It's very unprofessional. Also tried 6 times in one day to call and the phone was never picked up. Another one of their phone numbers is fully disconnected and another one does not work at all so the site ect needs to be updated.

Fantastic experience: Over the past few months I have visited Ross for help with a cover up sleeve tattoo on my arm. He has been extremely helpful and supportive on helping me change and correct my sleeve into what I was looking for. I am now very happy with my sleeve, Ross’s level of detail and workmanship is amazing, I couldn’t of asked for anything more. It does not matter how many questions you have, either about current or future pieces, he is always happy to help and give ideas. You can sit and chat with him and have a laugh over the whole session. I already have a full leg piece planned with Ross for the future and I would fully recommend his work to anyone that asks. Ross and the whole team are a good laugh and the atmosphere in the studio is great. Attached are some pictures of the cover up work, with a couple of touch ups needing to be done. I am very much looking forward to going back and getting started on my leg piece.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this place anymore and I couldn’t be more happier ! Everyone was helpful and nice and all was having a laugh, after having Ross work with me on my first tattoo I couldn’t have asked anyone else to do it! Proper good laughs very nice and very helpful again, he honestly gave me everything I wanted! And listened to what I said! And for me that gave me so much confidence and trust and that’s all I wanted, he smashed it out the park by a long shot!

Fantastic experience: My name is Adam and I'm using my partners account as I don't have one, however I had a tattoo done by Ross who I really cannot praise enough. The enviroment inside was so relaxing but fun to be there too. This was my first tattoo and it was a big one on my left arm, and Ross was such a delight! He kept making sure I was okay and needed breaks whenever I needed, and would highly recommened him to anyone who has tattoos or anyone for their first time. Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest with you…if you go once you won’t be able to stop. First up you’ll always get a warm welcome from Sam who will ease any nerves instantly and make you feel right at home (coming from someone who had their first tattoo there and social anxiety). Anyway less about me, all of the artists there are extremely friendly and polite, when you are waiting if they are free they will all talk to you and have a little laugh, again making you feel more at home and comfortable, especially if you are very nervous! My artist is Nik and I cannot fault him at all he’s done 7 tattoos on me and he’s always spent the time to ensure I’m 100% happy with size, placement, drawing, before he starts, if I’m honest I’d trust that man with my life. You’ll find your self having a right laugh as you’re being tattooed as there’s always something happening. I couldn’t recommend this place any more, multiple of my friends have now gone to Nik after seeing my work and hearing how chill the atmosphere is. Overall just go and see for yourself, you won’t be let down!

Positive experience: Had my first tattoo done here 2 years ago and I found that the staff are friendly and outgoing. The prices for the tattoos are affordable, the tattoos themselves are done with care and they give the best advice for after care. My first tattoo took 6 hours and they gave me plenty of time to just chill because of the pain. They done it in my time which was nice as they put my feelings and how much pain i was in into consideration. They even offered me to come back another day free of charge to finish it which was nice of them.

There are so many talented artists there and all are very friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get booked in and I look forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: Ink addiction is one of the most amazing tattooist parlours in Norwich and is now my regular favourite place to go everyone is so lovely and welcoming and also made me feel very welcomed as they are a very positive mental health support group also my favourite tattoos are from them wonderful people and due to visit again I highly recommend them if want the best tattoo and a good laugh also love all the workers and how safe I feel when there!! If could rate them higher then 5 stars then I would as they deserve it.

Fantastic experience: Of all the places I’ve been tattooed in Norwich, Ink Addiction was by FAR the most welcoming! Booking in is super easy, and they also take walk-ins as well as posting regularly on their social media about upcoming and last-minute availability. The reception area is calming, and you can immediately see that the artists are working in a clean and safe way. I’ve been tattooed by Adam, Mat, and Jo (each for something slightly different) and I love every single one of my tattoos. They are professional in standard but friendly in ethos! Highly recommend:)
