Fantastic experience: Such a great experience! Ashley was my artist and she did such an amazing job at piercing my ears and calming me down! We had a great time together, would recommend 100%. My first change was very smooth and as we can see my ear wasn't even red or swelling, and I faced no issues during my healing period of 2 and a half months. There was absolutely no tilting or infections. Great place to go for people who have never been pierced before!

Fantastic experience: When i first walked in, i thought to myself that this place is strickly business, no tough guys walking around like they own the street out front, staring people down as they walk by. This is a very friendly place. I got a tattoo redone that i got done thirty years ago at a different place. Fatemeh made it so much nicer this time. One other thing, the last time i got a tattoo they had tools that were so loud, the tools they use here are very quiet, perhaps less pain too.

Fantastic experience: Luis was wonder he did my back dermal and my friends nose piercing and both of us absolutely love the work he did! I definitely recommend him to anyone interested in piercing or tattoos.

Negative experience: The biggest problem with this shop is the owner! They run the place with zero integrity, creating a toxic, shady environment where money matters more than clients or artists. Concerns were brushed off, accountability was nonexistent, and complaints were clearly ignored. This shop reflects the owner’s lack of professionalism and morals. I regret ever supporting this business and strongly advise others to stay away.

Fantastic experience: Fateme is incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. She truly listens to her clients, helps refine ideas, and offers thoughtful suggestions for placement and composition, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Her artistic eye and experience are obvious.

Fantastic experience: Hao was amazing. He was so accommodating. I did a walk in appointment and I was helped immediately. I had no idea what I wanted in terms of placement. Font, etc but he gave me a bunch of options and time to decide what I wanted to do. I could not recommend him enough!!!

Negative experience: Edit: called to make an appt for my parents to get a matching tattoo for my dad's 70th birthday and they told me to come in 45 mins. We showed up in 40 mins and they turned us away and said no appt was made. I asked why did you tell us to come in 45 mins and the rude guy said that we didn't confirm anything or leave a deposit, so I said none of that was told to me during the call or I would have done so, he then said well sorry other people showed up. Luna was also quite rude about it as well. Not happy about this as my first experience was very Zen and this time around it was quite the opposite. Luna was awesome! Super talented, friendly, caring and gave me zero pain! Super happy with how it turned out. I'll be back!

Fantastic experience: I came up with the great idea that my sister and I should get matching tattoos when we visited Toronto. I found MY Ink Tattoos on Google before our trip. After calling and speaking with them I went back online and booked appointments for both of us. This was my first tattoo, so I was nervous, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Haoran did excellent work and consulted with us throughout the process. Granted we only got small Canadian maple leaves, but the care they showed was impeccable. The only drawback about the whole experience was the three flights of stairs we had to climb, which was hard for my sister. I highly recommend MY Ink and Haoran.

From the first minute, I felt completely at ease — honestly more comfortable than I usually feel at a doctor’s appointment. Luis handled everything with so much care, always attentive and making sure I was doing fine. The actual tattooing was quick, almost painless, and incredibly precise. Every line is sharp and clean, the design looks exactly as I had imagined, maybe even better. Beyond the technical side, Luis was genuinely kind, which made the whole session feel calm and relaxed. The rest of the team at the studio was also professional and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. In short: professional studio, warm environment, and an artist whose work speaks for itself. I’d go back without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I had a 10x10 cm line art tattoo done here by Luis for 210 CAD, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’ve never felt this comfortable at a tattoo appointment before — not even at a doctor’s office. Luis was incredibly careful and always checked in to make sure I was doing well. He worked quickly, but at the same time it barely hurt at all. What impressed me most was his precision: the lines are unbelievably clean, every detail is exact, and the result looks perfect. On top of that, he’s super kind and easy to talk to. The whole staff at MyInk was very professional and welcoming. Positive experience: Came here after having a poor experience with another piercing place and had a great time. Staff were friendly and the piercer victor and his apprentice were incredibly kind and understanding despite my friend and I being nervous. However we almost missed out on coming here due to the website saying they do not take walk-ins. Overall, highly recommend this place but hopefully they update the website so people looking for walk-in appointments know they accept them!

Fantastic experience: Luis did a memorial tattoo for my dog who recently passed. He was very kind and patient with the specifics that i wanted for my tattoo design and walked me through all of the steps. This was the first realism tattoo I got and it ended up being more painful than I expected it would be, but he offered multiple times if I wanted breaks and was amazing for my first realism tattoo, he was wonderful and now I have a beautiful piece of art to remember my best friend by every time I look at it!
