Fantastic experience: The entire experience at Heartless Ink was highly professional, friendly and fun. Daga was /is my tattooist and he’s highly talented and super easy going. I did part one of my sleeve there, and going back for phase 2 and 3!

Fantastic experience: I was searching for a fantastic tattoo studio to bring my idea to life, and I stumbled upon Heartless Ink on Instagram. I filled out the form, and someone promptly reached out. The process was incredibly seamless. Since this was my first tattoo, I booked a consultation with Gwyn. She truly understood my vision and delivered exactly what I had requested. It was an amazing experience. I appreciated her attentive nature and the suggestions she made, which I was glad to follow.

Fantastic experience: I got a cover up tattoo by Daga and had a wonderful experience from the start. I had 2 consultations free of charge because I changed my mind after the first meeting, and later on AGAIN. Daga was understable midway through and professional about it. He made it work. I'll never forget the first 7 hour session on a stormy 40 CM snow day. It took 2 sessions, and I'm going back for touch ups soon. Great service, very clean, and friendly people work here. I recommend it!

Fantastic experience: If you are interested in getting your first tattoo, or considering adding more tattoos to your collection, seriously consider going to Heartless Ink. The studio is beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly and creative. Parking is easy to find in a safe area of Toronto. I had the pleasure of working with Cayms. He was so receptive to my concerns in regards to a cover-up I wanted on my unfinished boxing sleeve by a different artist. What he produced was a magnificent addition of realism, micro-realism, and creativity in the cover-up. Cayms completed my boxing sleeve in a way that showcases his talent as a true artist and his respect for other artist's work. Cayms, it was an absolute honor to be tattooed by you. Thank you so much for the beautiful works of art!

Fantastic experience: I had searched for years for the right place to get my tattoo and I finally found a studio who I felt was the right one for me and I was 100% right! When booking my consultation the team asked what I was looking for with my tattoo and are so good at what they are doing they recommended the perfect person for me. The first time going there for my consultation with Tommy my artist and talking to him about my ideas but how I also wanted him to have the freedom to use his years of experience to bring my idea to life we created something that I love! I work in hospitality and people always ask me where I got my tattoo from and who did it and how amazing and unreal it looks! My time with Tommy was pain and stress free he is so skilled and gentle while creating his masterpieces. This was my first tattoo so wasn’t sure how I would do but with Tommy it didn’t hurt at all. For the healing process it was really smooth I had no after bleeding and my tattoo was healed within a week by following the advice they gave me. I had a top half sleeve done with Tommy and I have now booked a consultation with him to complete my sleeve and so excited to see what we come up with! Tommy is my tattoo artist going forward for any work I want can’t recommend him enough! After my tattoo I even had a friend get work done at Heartless Ink and another friend considering have work done there after seeing my tattoo and asking me about the people who work there

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough! the vibe and over all atmosphere is fantastic. the place is clean, organized, and all of artists are incredibly talented in their craft. I Just recently completed back piece here with Gwyn, over all 15 hours total and here’s what i noticed: - the artists are welcoming friendly and professional - the artists show interest and support in their co-workers art pieces - the studio is organized, and client focused, it is easy to book consults and appointments. -customer service and front desk is great, easy to work with, warm, welcoming, informative and the artist’s scheduling is managed very well - the place is clean, comfortable and over all makes you feel good about the experience, and about trusting your body and receiving quality work Gwyn did such a fantastic job on my tattoo, she was able to capture all the details of what i wanted, and spin in her own as well to make a beautiful piece that i am absolutely in love with! i get complimented on it quite frequently and i always recommend Heartkess Ink and Gwyn

Fantastic experience: I had my first tattoo done with Heartless Ink a few weeks ago. The entire process was smooth. From my first consultation, I met with Daniel and he was able to bring my vision to life. At the time, my inexperience had me wondering how the realistic image created would ultimately find its way onto my back. I LOVE my tattoo. It is exactly what I wanted and looks just like the image that was designed for me. It is a work of art and I have already received compliments about it. My healing process was so smooth and easy after following the clear aftercare instructions given. The support team, Serpil and Azianna, were so kind and helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even though this is my first tattoo, I’m pretty sure it won’t be my last. When I’m ready for the next tattoo, I will definitely go back to Daniel. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Gwyn did my tattoo of my grandfathers signature and she matched it to perfection. Small tattoo but the pen detail is outstanding. It looks like he wrote it on my arm himself. Best tattoo shop in the business! If your not going here I don’t knowwhat your doing.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with how this was handled. I had to cancel two appointments due to legitimate medical emergencies, including a hospital visit. The shop has a 48-hour refund policy, which I understand — however, serious illness isn’t always predictable. Despite this, both deposits were kept, and I was then told that because I cancelled twice, I would be required to pay the full tattoo cost upfront to book again. What made this more frustrating is that the shop was quick to ask me to move my appointment earlier when they had a cancellation, but showed no flexibility when I had unavoidable medical issues. Customers should be aware that deposits are strictly forfeited regardless of medical emergencies.

Fantastic experience: Cayms did a cover up last year it’s not quite finish Of as of yet ,I will be back soon to complete the rest. I have been around many different tattoo places and let me tell you this is one of the best places by far. Cayms is such an amazing person and very talented along with his fellow staff members. I am happy with my tattoo and I look forward with working with you guys on more amazing artwork. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: I got my Fine Line VFTA tattoo back in August from Gwyn, and it has healed beautifully. I love it more and more every day. I’m giving five stars for the exceptional attention to detail she provided throughout the entire process. Gwyn took the time to educate me on my anatomy and the placement of the tattoo, explaining how wrist movement would affect the design depending on the area chosen. That level of care and transparency really stood out and made me feel confident in the final placement. I was originally charged for three hours of work but only ended up using two. When I contacted Heartless, the manager addressed it immediately and refunded me approximately $125. I truly appreciated that honesty and PROFESSIONALISM. It was imperative that vegan and cruelty-free products were used. Gwyn gladly showed me everything before starting and reassured me that everything she was using met those standards, which I deeply appreciated. I confirmed it for myself Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Gwyn

Fantastic experience: I walked in with a blank canvas, and Gwyn did an amazing job bringing my first fine line tattoo to life. To my surprise, it was completely pain-free! Gwyn was super patient and made sure the design was placed exactly where I envisioned it on my arm. Fantastic experience: I thought I needed to spend months and thousands on laser, therapy, a new identity and a shit mandatory permanent face mask for life. Turns out I just needed Cayms from Heartless Ink, who simply nodded, performed a miracle in 14 hours and took my money that was well worth it. Fantastic experience: I can not even put into words just how happy I am with the tattoo I got here. After searching for quite awhile I came upon heartless ink and noticed Gwyn's portfolio and loved her style so much I knew she was the one to bring my idea to life. During the consultation she took all of my little ideas and blended them into a custom design that was honestly better than anything I could have come up with myself. Fantastic experience: Absolutely beyond pleased with the end result of my 3 day session with Hoscar! I’ve been wanting my sleeve done for years and after finding Heartless’s ink, the whole process was very efficient, professional and exceeded my expectations. Hoscar took my ideas and not only blew me away with his initial design, but had some ideas to change a few details before the session and really tied everything together beautifully. His work is amazing, he’s very friendly and truely cared about every step of the process. It truly showed how much pride he has in his work. When I think about the days leading up to the sessions, I didn’t expect to be as satisfied with the results as I am now! The studio is very modern, nice and has an amazing vibe from the interactions among all the artists and the clients. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in answering any additional questions or concerns I had promptly both before the sessions and during. 14 days post completion, healing has gone well and looking forward to finishing the inside of the sleeve in the spring! Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience with Gwyn. She did a gorgeous floral and ornamental design for me that’s absolutely stunning, and every detail is so clean and thoughtful. She also created a really meaningful “yeah” piece dedicated to my mom, and it turned out more beautiful than I could have hoped for. Gwyn has such a calm, kind energy and an incredible eye for detail. I’m so grateful for the care she put into both tattoos. I truly love them, and I definitely plan to go back to have my other arm done.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Heartless Ink. The whole team are so personable, welcoming, and organised. I wanted to get a high quality tattoo, completed by top talent. I had Daniel Diez, a superstar perfectionist, and I appreciated all the effort he put into making the perfect tattoo for me. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to find another studio, I know where I’ll be going back to when I get my next one.

Negative experience: Note they are NOT skilled in finger tattoos yet failed to tell me that BEFORE accepting my deposit despite me explaining very clearly what I was looking to get done and WHERE. Gwyn further lied to the staff after the fact and claimed she told me NOT to get this tattoo the DAY OF my appointment which is completely false- in fact she even showed me her own finger tattoo. All post care as provided and outlined in policies were followed and the tattoos are completely faded after just 2 weeks. No acknowledgment on their part, no quality customer service. Just me out of pocket $200 for a job they should’ve never accepted to begin with.

Fantastic experience: Did alot of research before choosing Heartless Ink to refresh my 20 year old tattoo and it was the best decision I could have made. Professional, clean environment and Daga Hurtado is a wizard with cover ups and refreshing. Did 2 - 8 hour sessions and the results were completely mind blowing. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Everyone i have shown it too cannot believe the detail and how dramatic the difference is from my original tattoo. I have another one which is 15 years old that I will be getting done by him in 2026. Stop your search here. Daga and the other artists are worth every penny. Remember, this is a life long investment. Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo 9 days ago with Gwyn. I have had NO pain, NO itch, NO scabbing thus far. Now I do have good nutrition, hydration, and am in good shape and I have been religious in following the aftercare protocols…but I have to believe that the main reason is Gwyn’s exceptionally light touch with her needle. Fantastic experience: I went here for my first tattoo, which was a large thigh piece. I literally searched for an artist for more than 5 years that I trusted enough to put this thing on my body for forever, and then I found Hoscar Castillo. Hoscar won my heart with his personality and his absolutely AMAZING talent - he is my guy, I will never have another tattoo artist in my life lol. He worked with me to design my piece with every attention to detail. He was honest with his opinions on style, size and placement, and his knowledge of how best to fit your design with consideration of your body’s curves - the results are stunning. I had 2 back-to-back days of 8 hours each, and he was attentive throughout the entirety of both sittings. I had the opportunity to see what the other artists were doing - so much talent is such a small space. I have been recommending Heartless Ink to anyone who says they want something done. Their staff operate like a family, interested in each others’ opinions and success. Also, Serpil is absolutely adorable and amazing to talk to. Highly recommend! DAGA did my first colour tattoo and I couldn't believe the skill he has ! Blew me away! Now I've decided to do the rest of my arm cause he did such a fantastic job. The entire staff there are very friendly and approachable. I’m glad I put my trust in Hoscar, the finished tattoo came out incredible. Fantastic experience: I got some work done at Heartless Ink for a cover up tattoo on my forearm. I had the privilege to work with Cayms. He is a very talented artists. I really didn’t like my previous tattoo and he was able to cover up the whole tattoo with something more elegant and artistic. I hated showing off my previous tattoo and now I love showing off my new work. I have gotten so many compliments about my tattoo so far and many people I cone into contact now want a tattoo from Cayms now. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this place enough! I had Gwyn tattoo a few lines of text on my arm and I’m super stoked with how it turned out. The tattoo is small, but the font is someone’s actual handwriting so I was a bit worried that it wouldn’t come out all that spot on, but Gwyn nailed it. The whole process was a lot quicker than I anticipated too. From showing up, going over the sizing/spacing, and actually getting the tattoo done, I don’t think I was there for much longer than 30-40 minutes. My only real complaint is that I was still paying for parking when I was already back home because I didn’t think it could get gone so quickly. I would absolutely go back again.

Positive experience: Thanks for reaching out to check on the status of my new tattoo. So far the healing has been fine. There was not a lot of bleeding or pain after my session and no signs of infection. My experience at the studio was excellent. Cayms made sure to adjust my design on the day of and I feel we came up with something that incorporated my ideas while capturing the artists vision. The session went all day but I was more than ok to sit for a quality outcome. This is my first piece so I am not freaking out about lost detail yet as I know I am still healing. Heartless Ink has a very welcoming vibe. You can tell all the employees are friends and not just colleagues, and that extends to their customers. From the front desk with Azianna, who is very understanding, communication skills that are world class, and very funny who made the time spent there enjoyable. My artist, Hoscar, saying he's an outstanding artist is an understatement. He took my ideas and turned them into a work of art. Taking the time and effort to make sure to keep the overall concept intact, but putting his artistic eyes and passion into it to make it more appealing and into a piece of art. I get so many compliments on it already. He made the tattoo experience enjoyable with his personality, energy, and positivity during the painful spots.
