Fantastic experience: The girls in Jervis were absolutely brilliant from the time I walked through the door. I wasn’t too sure on what I wanted to get. They spoke with me and did not rush me at all. They told me all about after-care and how long it would take the piercings to heal. The shop itself is extremely clean and bright and full of beautiful jewellery.

Fantastic experience: Lovely service! I’m from Australia and unfortunately on my flight over I lost the earring in one of my healed conch piercings that I absolutely loved. I was just looking for a small, good-quality flat back replacement when I stumbled across this shop. I found a gorgeous earring at a really reasonable price, and they even offered to clean my piercing and put the jewellery in properly for me with the correct size bar. I also had such a lovely chat with the ladies working there — they were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your help

Negative experience: Went to buy a nose ring because I lost mine. The girl measured my nose and gave me an appropriate ring which was very thick and I wasn’t even able to put it on because it hurts too much. Basically spend 25 euros and have a useless nose ring. I’m just disappointed

Positive experience: Went in to get help for my jewelry change from a stud to a ring. Service wasn’t the best from the girls working (30/12/25). I’ve been to this pierced many times. It felt rushed, even though I was the only one there, one of them was on their phone eating pringles, didn’t even inform me the piercer would be gone for a few minutes. Had me waiting ages for a simple jewelry change. Again, was the only there. Piercer didn’t do any simple hygiene changing my ring, was a bit passive aggressive. I left right away as I didn’t like the vibe. Went home realizing my ring was too big & didn’t like how it looked. Went back the next day to get it to the right size. Dani & Sophia were more welcoming like my previous visits, did the hygiene, educated me & made sure I was happy with everything.

Negative experience: Got my septum pierced just over a month ago...turned out she pierced it too high and didn't bother to inform me...she put in an 8mm ring in- I didn't know it was an 8mm at the time as she said it's a small one while it's healing - it was barely visible...I went to a different piercer to get it changed after 4 weeks because the balls were squeezing the front of my nose and it was irritating that spot and hell no I'm going back to Pierced...they confirmed that it's pierced too high and they thought I had a straight bar in...I currently have a 12mm diameter septum in as can be seen on the picture attached... As for the below reply from Pierced...that's all nice but still didn't give her the right to not tell me it was pierced too high and that she messed up...also while she had her fingers inside my nose to find the spot she goes oh I lost it and then without taking her fingers out and starting over she proceeded to pierce it...don't get me wrong the customer service was lovely and the ladies were nice but definitely will not be going to Pierced again

Negative experience: I went in simply wanting to get a piercing removed, the staff member performing the removal was quite rude. I asked for help in removing a piercing and was consistently told that I should downsize before changing, but that it was up to me, and when I asked for it to simply be removed, I was told that she strongly recommend that I not do that and I just do the downsizing first, which to me seemed like nothing more than a cash grab to try and get me to spend more money, and upon needing to pay for her to remove the earrings, for the service she was initially going to charge me twice the price. I don’t believe that I should’ve been charged at all considering that I paid over €100 for the original two ear piercings and the earring itself and for her to simply twist it off of my ear and then proceeded to try and charge me €10 for it seems greedy. It should be a free service that comes along with the original piercing. I won’t be attending pierced again for this reason and will get future planned piercings elsewhere

I was so nervous but genuinely a really lovely experience here. This was my second time in Pierced and everything was immaculately clean again and everyone there is just so lovely. Fantastic experience: Popped in last Saturday to buy a new Helix earring and have it fitted. Booked the appointment through their website and it was smooth sailing. Very competitive prices and staff are so lovely! Very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and they will give you advice regarding the piercings you’re planning to get in order to make sure that healing process is taken into consideration. They’ll even guide you on the actual placement of your piercings and I must say Carla did a great job at making mine look symmetrical. The pain was there of course but it was done so gently that I didn’t feel uncomfortable for the rest of the day, the swelling also didn’t last that long. I fell that my ears will be healing quite well for the next 8 weeks. I’m definitely coming back to do my cartilage piercings. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Always have a reason to not help you on multiple occasions, better off going to an old school piercer who will help and not charge a fee for everything.

Fantastic experience: Got my septum piercing at Pierced Jervis. The person at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Wait time in between piercings were not long. I guess the wait time is determined by the type of piercing and number of people and body piecers. My body piercer was very informative about the process, what to expect, next steps and even gave me great advise about my other nose piercing. Process was fast and pain free! I put the receipt down if anyone wants an idea of the price. Enjoy!

Negative experience: i’m a big fan of piercings and jewellery, and as you can see have quite a collection, and my last experience in pierced has given me quite the anxiety about getting my next piercing. i went in for curation and we decided on a flat and a daith, and i could pick my jewellery. i picked this dagger and the head piercer performed it. the jewellery was way too small for my ear especially with the swelling and i couldn’t sleep with the throbbing. it pushed into my skin and i couldn’t clean it even it was so swallowed up. i messaged the piercer on instagram who didn’t respond. i had to book in with an apprentice piercer who changed the jewellery to a size about 3 sizes up. she said it looked pretty bad and if it didn’t go down i would need antibiotics. it was only when i made my appointment to downsize my septum that i met the head piercer again and i told her what had happened and she didn’t seem too phased. it seems quite unprofessional to not advise the customer of what jewellery would suit their anatomy, as although i’m a huge fan of piercers i don’t know the pieces or sizes inside out, but for the head pierced to not say anything is quite concerning. my daith, which was pierced by an apprentice the same day as my flat has been absolutely fine but the flat piercing has made me too anxious to return for another piercing yet. i’m sure mine is just an unfortunate occurrence but it happened regardless
