Fantastic experience: Got a tattoo with @Rafa.inkreligion at the Ink Factory. He tattooed a piece of art on my arm suggesting me and guiding me towards the right choice. That was my 1st real tattoo and I couldn't feel more comfortable than that. Rafa is an amazing artist and a great person. In over 3hrs of work we had nice chats and the overall feeling was peaceful and pleasant. Also the rest of the staff is amazing, couldn't choose better :)

Fantastic experience: One of the loveliest tattoos I’ve ever gotten. Darragh and the team at The Ink Factory were amazing and I. felt so comfortable every step of the way. Wait time was next to nothing as a walk-in appointment and adjustments were made to a flash design to match my other tattoos. Can’t recommend the studio highly enough. Aftercare information was thorough as I had never used second skin before. Just brilliant. (Writing and foliage not completed here).

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience. There's nothing I could possibly complain about. The second skin gave my bf (who has very sensitive skin) a rash and, when we went back to the shop to have the artist check it out, they assisted us promptly and even gifted us some healing cream! Our artist, Mateus, was super professional, friendly and kind. He made us feel comfortable and we had a very interesting conversation. All the staff seemed extremely pleasant too. We would 100% recommend!

They were super knowledgable and gave all the information needed! The place was very clean, professional and I got guided through every step. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Went to get a rook piercing and was met with friendly and helpful staff. Was seen early, and was in and out in less than five minutes. Their booking system and rescheudling were really useful, especially with how busy Dublin is. Better pricing and service than all other places nearby. Overall, would definitely visit again.

Negative experience: Probably good for tattoos but not piercings. After booking they refused to do a naval piercing for my daughter, said she's not finished growing at almost 18, so don't advertise under 18's then. She was so upset but went down the road to impulse and the guy was amazing, he couldn't understand the refusal as her anatomy was fine for it. Bad experience and wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic experience: No waiting time, immediately having a direct and fantastic talk with the available artist until we reached a design I liked for a completely impromptu tattoo on a rainy afternoon. I loved my experience with Sham, he had the softest hand ever, so I barely felt him tattooing me. The end result was immediately amazing and healed perfectly after a month He was also very attentive to any question I had and - bonus points here! - gave me extra pieces of second skin so I could avoid putting cream on it until I got back home a couple of days later! The best!

Clean lines, incredible precision, and a steady hand throughout. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work, not just rushing clients in and out. The whole process felt relaxed and reassuring, which makes such a difference. The studio itself is spotless and has a great atmosphere, but the tattooist is what really makes the experience stand out. I couldn’t be happier with the result and I’m already planning my next piece. Highly recommend The Ink Factory Dublin if you want top-tier work from a tattooist who actually gives a damn.

Fantastic experience: Just got my helix done here, my first cartilage piercing so I was a little nervous but they were so nice. They were really friendly and it was a very clean and comfortable environment. The piercing was done very well and was nearly painless (like a 3/10) and I was in and out in 10 mins! I've had almost no pain in the piercing since and they explained all the aftercare really well. Really recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've had tattoos before but this was my first longer session (~4-5 hours) and I couldn't be happier with the result. I had sent an idea of what I wanted a day or two before and myself and Fausto went through the design, he fixed it up and even added to it and my god, amazing work. Check out his work, absolutely brilliant. Fausto and the other staff I dealt with were all great, would highly recommend anyone to go here when looking to book a tattoo.

Positive experience: Shop focuses on volume, says so in the name "factory". Does flash and simple designs well enough, but if custom or bespoke tattoo work is desired consider elsewhere. Consultation time is a minimum. Didn't remember seeing any tattoo artists over 30, so hard to gauge artists experience levels.

Fantastic experience: Everything was absolutely perfect. I got my philtrum pierced, and Leticia was beyond amazing. She took her time to mark the placement multiple times to ensure it was exactly right, and she changed her gloves every single time, her professionalism and attention to hygiene was truly exceptional. The entire experience was seamless, calm, and genuinely enjoyable. It was so well done that I honestly walked out wanting to pierce my entire body on the spot, haha. I couldn’t recommend Leticia enough, they’re truly an outstanding piercer.

Fantastic experience: This was my very first tattoo, so I was really nervous, but the tattoo artist (I forgot to ask his name) was absolutely amazing. He made sure I was calm and comfortable, kept me engaged in conversation so I didn’t focus on the pain, and was such a perfectionist. Fantastic experience: I've had the BEST and most respectful experience with Tali in The Ink Factory. I had a very special tattoo done to cover scars over the last couple of months and I cannot recommend Tali highly enough for her fantastic designs, her beautiful personality, her empathy and her ability to reassure me throughout the whole process. Her design for me is so beautiful, it's exactly what I wanted but couldn't have imagined it myself. When I first went in to enquire about it I met Hannah, who has been an absolute gem too, and when she said to me 'I've the perfect person for you', she was so right. Once I saw Tali's work on Instagram I knew she was the person to do this very personal tattoo for me. I'm so thankful for her beautiful art on my body now, I cannot recommend Tali highly enough. She's won awards recently for her work and I'm not at all surprised, she's amazing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten a septum piercing done by Aoife and it’s was absolutely best. She’s very nice and patient, guiding slowly through every step. I’m really afraid of needles, and half expected to faint during procedure, but Aoife was so kind and professional I didn’t shed a tear. Everything was sterile and the needle was new. She gave me lots of advice on after care. And all that was for less than 25€, thanks for student discount. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten a few tattoos done in the Ink factory and all of them have been absolutely perfect no complaints , I have experienced two different artists and both artists went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with the design and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process, aswell as talking me through the entire healing process as well as sending a email with information about how to properly take care of my tattoo to ensure the best results. Extremely helpful and friendly staff at reception who helped me with everything i needed. All my emails were answered quickly and any questions I had were answered. I would highly recommend if you are looking to get a tattoo in Dublin. The prices are reasonable if you are looking for a high quality tattoo. The studio itself is beautiful, always extremely clean and never too overcrowded. I couldn’t recommend anywhere better ! Thank you again so much

Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo this week with Rafa . I was very nervous but I was so delighted I was matched with him . I wanted a horse tattoo and when I found out he had his own horses in Italy and loved dogs as well so my nerves calmed down. Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my Celtic mother/ daughter knot tattoed on my ankle by Raffa. He created the perfect memory for my trip to Ireland with my daughter. He was so kind and helpful. This is only my second tattoo and he made it so enjoyable. I was so impressed with the steps that were taken to keep his area and tools clean and sanitary. His patience and obvious attention to artistic details was much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Me and my mum came here for matching tattoos as we came to Dublin for the day and managed to be fit in as walk ins. The experience we had at this place was amazing it's was so clean and the staff were really nice, we were tattooed by Marcell who was very nice and very talented. Negative experience: I was charged 80 euro for two ear piercings with some flat back and top piercings, outrageous price, they were fragile and broke in my ear within a month, and had to replace them, then the replaced ones healed over and I had to have surgery for removal. I've attached a photo of the aftermath. Waste of 80 euro.

Negative experience: I got a foreward helix pierced here 2 weeks ago, and the piercer used a curved barbell as the jewellery. Within 2 weeks, I noticed a nasty piercing bump developing. Upon doing research, I found out that foreward helix piercings should never be pierced with curved barbells. I'm really disappointed as this is a reputable tattoo and piercing studio with a lovely vibe and great reviews, so one would think that correct jewellery in fresh piercings would be a priority.

Very friendly and accommodating, the piercings themselves she did with great care, I was expecting much more discomfort. Fantastic experience: My experience was great. My sister's friend that got a septum piercing done in ink factory recommended me their great services. I made a piercing appointment online through their website. It has all of the information you'll need about a piercing or a tattoo you want, including all of the prices which is very convenient especially if you're on a budget. I came 30 minutes earlier then my appointment however they were ready for me in just 5 minutes. The staff were really nice. Everything was very sterile and the needles were new and clean. All of my three ear piercings were done professionally and really quickly. After my piercings were done the piercer explained how to take care of my piercings, sold me sterile saline solution for €10 and gave me a lollipop, it was really good. So overall my experience was awesome and I will definitely be coming back and brining my sister as well.

Positive experience: Got a septum piercing and it was great! I had a bad experience before with a different company (really crooked septum), but the woman here who pierced me was super friendly and I felt just a small pinch! Although I will say, the 6mm titanium classic ball earring jewelry feels too tight on my ear lobes and quite hurts. The piercer said it will go away over time but it's genuinely too tight and really difficult to screw on my ear. For the price of 20 Euro, I do think they are quite disappointing. Besides that, great experience.

Fantastic experience: I’d been planning on getting a tattoo in Ireland for a year before our trip. I’ve been Irish dancing for the last 22 years and wanted to get a small, fine line tattoo of my dance shoes. I did some research and found that the Ink Factory is well known for its single needle tattoos. Very happy with the result and the entire experience! My birthmark finally has a friend. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My husband, a friend, and I all went to The Ink Factory while visiting Dublin and had an amazing experience. From walking in to having our ink done, they were awesome to work with. We all have tats from shops back home and the experience here was stellar. Manu did both mine and my husband’s and he was outstanding. A different artist did our friend’s and she was super happy with her experience as well. Fantastic experience: I got my forst tatoo done and can genuinely say that I am really happy with how easy the artist made the whole process. It was finished in about 30 minutes, was a decent price. He made certain I was happy with placement and orientation of the tattoo, and the tatoo was perfect. Would reccomend highly and I will sure to go back again.

Negative experience: I chose this studio because it was recommended as one of the best in Dublin, but unfortunately, my earlobe piercing experience was disappointing. Although I was briefly asked if the spot looked okay, the actual piercing was placed much lower than the marked point, which is very hard to judge properly as a customer. Because of the low placement, earrings looked awkward and felt uncomfortable, almost like my earlobe might tear. I had to wait months for it to close and will now need to have it redone elsewhere. The healing process was also problematic, and the piercing even got stuck and had to be removed with difficulty. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for piercings based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister came to Dublin for the day from Scotland, we went into a few different places before here but felt like they didn't want to give us the time of day and some were quite rude. Popped in here and explained to the lovely guy on reception what we were after and straight away explained this was not a problem and sent us around the corner to the other part of the shops as they had space. All the staff were lovely, made us feel so comfortable from start to finish, artist was happy enough to draw up exactly just what me and my sister wanted and for a great price too. The guy on reception was very welcoming and chatty with us. The artist was spot on! Amazing quality of work and I couldn't believe how quick he had us both done. Will definitely be back in for more once we return for another trip

Fantastic experience: I was in Dublin for just one day and they were able to work me in with Yasmine. She did a great job listening to my ideas and then making some suggestions. She had a nice soft touch, was pleasant to work with, and made the whole experience fun. I highly recommend the Ink Factory and Yasmine. I plan to travel back to Dublin from the United States to get some more work done by her.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience from start to finish. There was amazing communication setting up the appointment. My sisters and I were paired with Rafa. He was amazing! He communicated efficiently and was patient with us. He came prepared with options and made sure we were on the same page before starting. While waiting for my sisters I decided to get piercings as well and the “walk in” experience was just as easy! I truly have nothing bad to say about our experience and we will be back next time we’re in Dublin!
