Fantastic experience: i got 3 ear lobe piercings done today by rachel in jervice :) she was super nice, very friendly and professional ! she was very patient and made sure i was fully happy with the markings before piercing , so it turned out exactly how i wanted !! she was also very gentle to make sure it didnt hurt too much, and the piercings turned out perfect, i love them !!! highly recommend this place !

Negative experience: Went in there today to get second skin after I got a tattoo else were. The staff were rude and unhelpful. And costed me €8 for second skin but they didn’t even know how much it would cost. They don’t have a wide selection of jewelry either. Told them it was a fresh tattoo and it needs covering up and they told me to go shower and then cover it up while I was told not to shower for a few days they have no idea what there talking about at all.

Negative experience: In the past I’ve had good experiences but today when I was in having a piercing changed, the old stud was dropped on the floor and the piercer never even offered to sanitise it- just put it in a baggie and gave it back to me straight off the floor! Very concerning in terms of cleanliness

Negative experience: Worst piercer ever! I went for a nipple piercing and both times the piercing was misaligned! Now I need to go for a third time for the same nipple.. I suggest you find an other place, not this one!

Negative experience: I bought a new ring for my conch, they couldn't change it for me as they were busy, I was a bit concerned about the size but was told by 2 different people "it should fit." Changed it myself later and turned out to be too small. They don't take refunds which is fair for jewellery, but would've appreciated some measuring or some more help with choosing a ring that would fit. But I trusted their judgement. Basically €27.50 of my money gone to waste :( Gave 2 stars because the staff were very nice which was the only plus.

Fantastic experience: Visiting Dublin where my Mum was born and raised, my family and I decided to get some Irish tattoos to commemorate our Irish heritage. First tattoo for 3 of us. Bróna spent some time with us giving advice on our design ideas. She was professional, friendly and patient and really reassuring that we were under no obligation to go ahead. We rebooked for the following day and Debbie (@vekkavortex) did all 4 tattoos. Debbie was excellent - not only as an artist but also is really friendly, personable and reassuring. Got great advice for aftercare without trying to push products - although we did take some specialist moisturiser which was available in small sachets. We are all delighted with our new ink and I am already planning my second tattoo Thank you Wildcat for a great first experience

Negative experience: Tried to get a tattoo for my deceased Dad today, told them my budget, but got quoted way over. I only wanted a very simple four leafed clover. Upset, as I explained it was for my deceased Dad, and that I was here to see where he, & half of me came from, and they said they could accommodate, however, once they went outback to speak to the artists, the price was changed and I couldn’t get the tattoo. Shame, as it was for my deceased Irish Dad. I will get the tattoo back home, where prices are reasonable, but I wanted the tattoo in my Dad’s homeland, where it would have meant so much more. I feel the price quoted was greed, nothing else. So rather than making €80, which I feel was reasonable, they made €0, and a half Irish girl very sad. I hope they are happy.

Fantastic experience: I went in today to get my nose (nostril) piercing. The staff were really sweet and welcoming. They helped me pick the right stud size and were helpful throughout the process. Rachel, who did the piercing for me was amazing. She was sweet and so helpful. I was a bit scared as this was my first piercing experience but she made me feel so comfortable. 10/10 studio in Dublin and would 100% recommend if you want to get a piercing done!

Fantastic experience: Wildcat has been my go to for piercings and jewellery for well over 10 years now and every time I go back no matter how silly or small the request, the staff are so helpful and accommodating. With the heat yesterday my brain was buffering I forgot to get her name, but the woman who was on the desk at 3 o’clock yesterday was such a dote and really appreciated her help with a new septum ring for work. Love this place a lot.

Fantastic experience: I got my nose pierced recently here and was made to feel so comfortable and the girl who done the piercing was so lovely (sorry I can't remember her name) it's healed up so well and I'm super happy with the results ❤️

Negative experience: Total waste of time and money. So unprofessional, I brought in my own design and told the artist she could play around with it a little—maybe add some creativity. Instead, she disappeared for over an hour, just chatting with her friends in the back. When she finally came back, she handed me the exact same design I gave her—no changes, no effort, nothing. I was charged €150 for literally nothing. When I asked the manager for at least half of my money back, they told me the deposit was “non-refundable”—even though the artist didn’t do any real work. The whole experience felt like a scam. Zero professionalism, zero customer care. Do yourself a favor and avoid Black Hat Tattoo. Don’t waste your time or money on people who clearly don’t value either.

Fantastic experience: I was traveling to Ireland for a study abroad program and my nose piercing had fallen out in the middle of the night. My nose was starting to close and I was panicking. I came into wildcat and they helped me so much! Meg at the front desk was so incredibly nice and accommodating!! The shop is clean and beautiful! Amadeus fixed me right up! I was nervous for pain but he was very gentle and kind. It was very painless and quick. Great prices and great people! My friend got a tattoo as well and it came out amazing! They have great jewelry options for good prices. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to give kudos to this shop because when they realized I would be flying tomorrow they educated me on the risks of doing a piercing. They very well could have just taken my money and sent me on my way with a piercing that would hurt quite a bit on my flight, but instead they did the right thing. But when I met Holly, she honestly made my feel so comfortable getting them. Her work is so incredible and she is the kindest person I know honestly, she makes getting the piercings feel like a breeze and honestly that’s why I can’t stop coming back to her for all my piercings since I trust her so much. She made me feel reassured by using protective equipment like a mask and gloves. She was very professional in advising me on both the placement of the piercing and the aftercare. Negative experience: Couple weeks ago, I came for a tattoo but my artist, Ash, was so rude and condescending. I didn't know what to do, I just froze. I left without saying anything but after some thought I wish I had stood up for myself. I'll never be back

Fantastic experience: It takes a lot for me to feel comfortable in public let alone a busy studio as I am disabled, trans, and neurospicy. The second I stepped into the studio I felt safe, cared about, and the entire piercing experience was lovely, kind, amazingly sterile and professional and overall I ended up crying because it was one of the best experiences I've had at a studio. 10/10 defo going back for more in the future!

Fantastic experience: Holly pierced my double high nostrils a while ago now. I have since been back to have the bars downsized and each time I'm greeted and treated so wonderfully well! I was advised about jewellery size and what would suit and work well with the piercings! Cleanliness and professionalism is clearly very important to Holly, she is incredibly calm and open to any questions while also making the experience fun and is always happy to answer any messages I have afterwards. :•)

Fantastic experience: The studio is incredibly clean and sanitary, from the waiting room to the piercing room it is extremely well maintained. I got my navel pierced and re-pierced here, both times I felt satisfied with the service. My piercer Holly was so so friendly and helpful. She answered all questions and thoroughly educated me on correct aftercare. She is a very confident piercer and made me feel so comfortable. I am terrified of needles and often pass out when needing to get an injection or anything to do with them. However, she accommodated that by letting me lie down and gave me some water and a lollipop after my piercing to help with lightheadedness. Truly goes above and beyond for her clients and will come back to her for all of my piercings.

Fantastic experience: Have been in with Dylan at Wildcat a few times for piercings or jewelry changes. Always felt at ease and comfortable. Was always able to go back and ask questions about aftercare if needed. Cleanliness and hygiene has always been top tier. And definitely will be back in the future for more. You couldn't find more attentive, friendly and professional tattoo artists if you tried. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Negative experience: My brother who is underage got a piercing from this place under his eye last week which I can only guess is a dermal piercing as I don’t know too much about them. He was not asked for proof of I.D and there was no parent present. Please do better in the further to ID minors.

Fantastic experience: If there is anyone considering a piercing, Holly is the one to go to, I have my eyebrow, lip and industrial done by Holly. Every time, it’s been explained and explained and she even talks through how she will do the piercing process. Can’t recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I have had 10 piercings done with Holly. I do not think I can even put into words how impressive they are. They pierce you with so much ease and finesse you are in awe when they are done. Not only does it always look beautiful but it is correctly pierced. Holly makes sure your anatomy is adequate for the piercing you want and if there were any issues with the initial pierce, they will tell you immediately and redo it for you with little hassle. I could not imagine going to anyone else!!

Negative experience: The artists at wildcat ink are incredibly talented and I had been a regular customer for both piercings and tattoos. However, I was quoted for a tattoo sleeve at €1,300 and it ended up costing me three times that amount and was still incomplete. When four additional sessions had been added, I contacted wildcat who told me that it's only fair that an artist be compensated for their work. I understand that quotes cannot be entirely accurate, but increasing the price and number of sessions by that amount is excessive and extremely unfair on the customer. As the piece was incomplete after the 4 additional sessions and thousands of euro extra, I ultimately had to pay another artist to finish the work.

Fantastic experience: Got a Sonic The Hedgehog Tattoo done by Teresa there today. Absolute 10/10 experience. Couldn't be happier with the work done. Highly recommend this spot and Teresa. Thank you so much folks I will most certainly be back.

Fantastic experience: Daughter got her bellybutton pierced on Saturday (05/10/24) and had the most lovely time. Her piercer lady was lovely and put her totally at ease. We've had a few piercings done in Wildcat Jervis, and they never fail to make us feel calm. They're the friendliest bunch of sparkly humans!

Positive experience: Amazing, got a walk in piercing and was informed about possible bigger sizes so that was super. Got taken care of by staff and piercer super nice and welcoming talked me through everything and answered questions. Edit: piercing was done wrong unfortunately had to be taken out after 2 months cos it was pierced into the cartilage. Got shivers and a heavy fever directly after piercing the septum, don't think that's normal. So although nice people don't really trust the process here but maybe it was just me.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a last minute planned tattoo due to lack of communication from the Ink Factory. Arrived in Dublin and saw this place, they were able to accommodate my tight schedule needs and were extremely communicative. I had Adam Ross Buckley, with the amount of time he had and the reference material I provided I could not be more pleased with the unique piece he gave me. Made me comfortable and confident with his abilities. I'm grateful for how things went and definitely will come back if I'm here in my travels.

Fantastic experience: Got my jewelry changed for two dermal piercings. I was a bit nervous to change them, since dermals are prone to rejecting and I didn't want to mess with them. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the piercer who changed my jewelry did a terrific job. Kind and friendly throughout, and changed the jewelry faster than I thought was possible! Good prices here too. Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get my first tattoo. It turned out that I chose the Wildcat Jervis studio. And I couldn't be happier with my choice. A wonderful studio with excellent staff. I especially want to mention my artist, Teresa. After talking to her, all my fears and doubts disappeared. She professionally explained all the pros and cons of my requests. And the design she suggested thrilled me. No pressure, no persuasions. On the contrary, it was emphasized several times that I should be sure about the tattoo, so it was a conscious choice. Now I definitely know that this won't be my last tattoo, and I know exactly which studio and which artist I will turn to.

Fantastic experience: A little late, but I visited Wildcat Ink during my trip to Ireland and the entire experience was WONDERFUL. I chose them after scouring reviews and Reddit threads, and they were seemingly the most recommended studio in Dublin. The online booking process is easy peasy and they were incredibly helpful and kind with me during that process (and my severe lack of metric system-converting ability ). I got this sweet flash from Aisling (Boots Ink). They were professional, kind, and so fun to talk to during the session! Highly recommend! Will definitely come back when I inevitably take a trip back over the pond!

She also completed a tattoo for husband and was very concerned about making it exactly what he wanted. She has a unique style that not many others have, which worked perfectly for what we wanted.

Positive experience: I did a walk in appointment on Friday afternoon for a septum piercing. The ladies in there were very pleasant and nice, made sure I ate before the piercing, and lovely chat at my appointment. However, I was not pleased with the piercing itself. I specifically mentioned before that I needed to be able to flip it for work. I watched dozen of YouTube videos (as advised) of how to flip in and I just couldn’t. I went into a separate shop in Dublin this morning and they confirmed the piercing placement itself and my nose shape made it impossible to flip. They had to take it out unfortunately. Wildcat was very apologetic and accommodating once I let them know. Good business

Fantastic experience: I got multiple piercing with wildcat. They are the only studio that I trust regarding my piercings. Staff are very kinda, informing and they look after you, and make sure they are good during the session and after the session as well. I can only recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Got three piercings on Halloween to commemorate my honeymoon. One nostril, one traditionally placed third piercing on my left lobe, and one oddly placed third piercing on my right lobe. The staff as a whole were friendly, prompt, and made my partner and me feel comfortable straightaway. They spent extra time fitting gauged jewelry for my partner, and made my own piercing experience quick and virtually painless. As a visitor from the U.S., the prices for all three of my piercings here cost about the same as a single, simple piercing back home, and the experience was absolutely elevated. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!

Fantastic experience: Pardon the not great quality image, but I had a tattoo with Brona yesterday and I had an absolute ball of a time! The staff at the front desk were super friendly and chatty, and were super helpful when I asked about giving Brona a tip afterwards and when my Revolut card was acting up on their machine. They also chatted to me about aftercare and such, and I had a lovely time both before and after my appointment with them. Brona was an absolute star to be tattoo'd by. I asked her before hand if she was ok with me being chatty and asking her questions about her other tattoos and such, and she was like "Sure, absolutely!" She was also super sweet when I gave her control over the design and told her that I trusted her as my artist and to do what she thought would work and what she was happy with doing. I got the tattoo just below my wrist, and despite what I had heard people saying, it didn't hurt at all! I also really enjoyed getting to talk to her about the designs on her wall (especially the Frog wizard, oh my god it's majestic). I cannot wait to go back and get tattoo'd by her again in the future!!!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 couldn’t recommend wildcat enough! I got a piercing elsewhere that was healing fine until I knocked off it and it swelled. Unfortunately it swelled so much that my ear actually closed over the back of my piercing. I was in pain and I was nervous. Thankfully I got a last minute appointment on a busy Saturday, thanks to the girls for squeezing me in! I was immediately greeted by Marcela when I arrived, who was lovely and welcoming. My appointment was with Holly, who I can’t thank enough. From start to finish she explained everything, put my mind at ease, and assured me my ear would be okay. She was able to take the bar out of my ear safely and replace it with a longer one. It was done so fast and almost pain free, I couldn’t be more grateful. My ear is back to healing normally thanks to the girls in wildcat fitting me in at such short notice, and treating me in such a kind professional manner. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Had done a spontaneous walk in (though I would reccomend pre booking) and had an incredibly nice and professional piercer. Piercing healed up nicely within the expected time. (I did lose the piercing ball within the first night though that might just have been bad luck on my side, had a spare one and screwed that on)

Fantastic experience: Holly has been my number one gal to go for my piercing needs, from consultation, brain storming, jewellery change and piercing, she is an absolute pro, and such a wonderful person to deal with! No weird or crooked anatomy will stop her from fulfilling my piercing dreams. With the most gentle and steady hands, she always keeps me calm and the procedure at minimal pain, I couldn’t recommend her enough! She knows exactly what I want and she’s happy to provide exactly that, paired with wonderful chats and banter every time. Can’t wait to curate my ear with her! the team at Wildcat Jervis are always so wonderful and inviting, you always feel welcome and taken care of, kind of like you’re a part of the family. I definitely am a very happy regular!

Fantastic experience: Went to Wildcat for my 3rd & 4th ear lobe piercings. I was assigned Holly and she did an amazing job. Didn't feel a thing & I had no negative effects. (I've had piercings done in other places that took years to heal) Will definitely be booking with Holly again

Fantastic experience: I am a late comer to piercings & tattoo so I was a bit apprehensive. Holly did my piercings and I cannot recommend her highly enough. So relaxed, professional and informative. I had absolutely no problems with my healing and aftercare for the piercings and tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely studio, the manager is so welcoming and kind. I've gotten a few piercings done by Holly, she has an amazing eye for symmetry, my eyebrows were done by her and I love them! Very professional and skilled, I always feel comfortable in her hands getting anything done. I've been a regular there for a good while and I'll definitely keep coming back! :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to wildcat multiple times now, and have gotten pierced by Lisa more times than I can count, I really recommend booking in with Lisa as she is so understanding and friendly and takes such good care of her clients. I’ll 100% be back again!

Fantastic experience: Last week ,while visiting Dublin, i got a walk in appointment with Ali for a tattoo. Im very happy with the way it turned out. He mentioned he had a background in oil painting and i could definitely see that talent coming through on my tattoo. He was very nice and concerned for my comfort. He was also very organized and hygienic. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Hazel was thoroughly lovely, extremely professional and carried out my septum piercing so quick I barely had time to notice it being done, would highly recommend her for further piercings

Fantastic experience: I got my conch pierced by Holly a few years back. So professional and reassuring. Very high standard of cleanliness and thorough explanation of the aftercare process. WildCat is definitely my go-to for piercings. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I decided that after years of wanting but being afraid to, to get my tongue pierced. I didn't have an appointment but the staff squeezed me in and I only had to wait 10 minutes. The place is spotless I honestly couldn't fault it at all. I was really put at ease by my piercer Lisabella who talked me through everything she was doing. I told her she should be a midwife as I really felt she was so professional. She wore gloves and a mask. I will be back in a month for change of piercing but I would 100% go back if I wanted to get any other piercings and I 100% recommend going here for a piercing especially if you feel a bit nervous.
