Negative experience: Pretty revolting woman working at the reception. Turned up at 18:50 (having run there from work, closes at 19:00) because my piercing had fallen out and just wanted help to get it popped back in so I didn't lose it. She looked at me like I was dirt on her shoe, didn't even move from her phone let alone come to the (already locked) door. Appreciate they might not have wanted any new custom that late, but manners cost nothing.

Negative experience: Came to Wildcat to switch my standard earrings to flat back labrets. The girl at reception was not particularly friendly but I explained that I had very infection-prone ears and that they usually react quite badly to bad metal. Another girl showed me a gold coloured labrets and explained they were 100% titanium, "like what people have in their bodies" which was perfect for me. I purchased and also returned to have the jewellery put in my ear as the guage was thicker than than my usual. This was about a month ago and I have had non-stop irritation since. Yesterday morning I woke up and the back of the earring had become embedded in my lobe. I went to another local piercer who informed me that the labrets that were sold to me were not 100% titanium as I was told but instead were coated. I had also been given labrets that were much too small for my lobes given the swelling after stretching. Really disappointed and feel a little scammed that I was given improper jewellery and misinformed about it. Wouldn't recommend

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this clean and friendly parlor! While I did only get a piercing, every artist I heard consulting with walk-in tattoo requests were engaging and nice. My piercer was super knowledgeable to all my questions and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. I was a bit nervous because I haven’t been pierced for a long time, but she eased my mind! Fantastic experience: I came in today for a walk-in only 45 minutes before closing time and they still accepted me. Everyone was very sweet and welcoming. Jaz gave me time to pick one of the flash tattoo. I wanted to add a word underneath it and she was super nice and explained everything to me. Even though the shop was supposed to close at 7, she tattooed me until 7:30! We had great conversations and she even taught me a few words of Irish ! By far my best tattoo experience and a great memory. I would definitely recommend going there and will certainly come back next I’m in Dublin. Also the price was very fair !

Negative experience: Do not go here, the piercers are very rough and aggressive when changing jewellery. I went for a jewelry change for a piercing I got over 2 years ago and I left with my nose bleeding because they used the wrong gauge and pulled at my nose. Online a jewellery change is 5 euro but in shop they charged me 15 euro for a horrible service.

Fantastic experience: Clauds was the best for me, I had my first nose piercing with her and she was so patient with me she explained me everything with detail. I loved the result, just the way I wanted it!

Positive experience: Wanted to get some ink in Ireland, so I called Wildcat. They were nice enough to take me as a walk-in appointment. I've always had a fascination with Puffins and I think a Puffin is pretty Irish, so that's what I went with. Since I was flying out in the am, Angela inked me up and gave me great instructions on caring for fresh ink on my flight back to the USA. The price was great as well. My grandmother would be so proud of me getting ink in her homeland. ☠️

Negative experience: Did’t get to the piercing stage…. Came to consent for my child. After being asked for ids I was told by a rude young girl at reception, she said she can’t proceed because there’s no DOB on my child’s id. Handed the id back to her saying DOB is where it says DOB. After that I was called rude… in response I suggested to get some training on customer care AND after that she said ,You know I can refuse and I refuse’ She didn’t care she’s refusing admission to a minor not me. Will not comment any further. PS (to answer below) Just to clarify, the receptionist heard exactly what I said. Why I know? Because she responded straight away (attacking me). She was aggressive, just after I said DOB is where it says DOB… not me. I guess anyone interacting with that individual will understand (tattoos on her forehead). Won’t waste any more time responding to this silly reply (btw proving the point about customer care in this business - blaming customer, publicly…)

Fantastic experience: We were ending our 10 day trip to Ireland after doing the ring of Kerry bike race and were staying in the temple bar area for the night. We saw the shop on a whim and walked in. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I told them what I wanted or at least an idea they called down an artist and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a shop. The artist (Clara) and myself clicked instantly and she was able to come up with what I wanted in a matter of minutes of talking with her. She was detailed oriented, friendly, talkable and so kind. I would highly recommend going to see her or any of the artists there as it was such a great experience. The shop was well maintained and so clean. If we come back I definitely will be making a stop again. Thank you all for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: My Fiancée and I stopped in on a Friday evening hoping for a small tattoo. The cute girls at the front were able to work us in to see Roy. He was so chill and easy to talk to which made the experience a lot better. Our tattoos turned out so cute. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service for a walk in for me and my partner, we were seen within an hours notice and both tattoos done a great artist who’s name I’ve unfortunately forgotten but everyone was accommodating and made us feel welcome

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Wildcat for years however was my first time in this shop, it’s a gorgeous space, was only in for a resize but the piercer was super nice, would highly recommend and will be back!

Negative experience: I went there to change my piercing, the girl was very rude she left me waiting for a long time, so she sold me a very tiny one, and said was the right size for me. I asked help to put it she said it was easy and I could do it myself I went home I spend 40min to put it and was sooo tight. Days after my head was sore my nose and all my face. My nose was bleeding and I was having a panic attack. And the price was 25 euros like a robbery.

Negative experience: I went here as a walk in on a trip to Dublin on the 29th of March and got a tattoo with my friend initially we were really pleased rolling on now to the 10th of April the lines have broken away the t tattoo looks like it was a stick on one. It cost £80 i have tried to contact via email with no response it is truly an awful tattoo I will now have to repay to get someone to go over it again. I would not recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a bit of a horror story when I got my left forward helix done a year and a bit ago, and I was honestly really hesitant to get the other side done as a result. I seriously did not need to be! I got the other side done by Clauds, she was pleasant to talk to and seemed to really know her stuff! This piercing in comparison was a walk in the park, I was nowhere near as sore, it was much easier to clean, and she was very efficient doing the piercing itself. I'm just amazed at how little it hurt compared to the other side and she was really pleasant to interact with, highly recommend

Negative experience: Who hired such a rude receptionist? Worst service I ever experienced, if you're looking for jewellery AVOID!

Fantastic experience: While walking by, I noticed a piece of flash in the window that looked similar to a piece that I had wanted. Setting up the meeting with the artist was quick and easy and Sam Stray did an amazing job. We will be back soon for more of his work! I highly recommend this shop for clean professional work with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Early in January I was there for a helix jewelry changeout and I really liked the place and kind front desk and piercing staff. Then through a comedy of errors I accidentally pulled the same helix jewelry out with a bag falling on my head. So I went back and the piercer who helped me—I think her name is Angela—she was lovely and professional. Within a few minutes of showing up without an appointment my jewelry was reinstalled and I was on my way. Big thanks to the Wildcat Ink folks.

Fantastic experience: I was here on Holiday two years ago, my friends and I wanted to get our ears pierced, one of us spend over $1000 at an upscale salon down the street and I came here, my cartilage piercing healed perfectly while hers was infected as a result of them piecing it with a hoop rather than Wildcat who insisted the healing process would be best with a straight post. They were right! The staff was informative and kind. I cannot recommend them enough.

Positive experience: The piercer and service were professional throughout the entire process of two lobe piercings. However, the piercings were done in the wrong spots compared to the initial markings made in ink on the ear.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I spent the weekend in Dublin and spontaneously decided to get a tattoo as a keepsake. After doing a bit of research online, we quickly came across Wildcats. As soon as we walked into the shop, it smelled very clean, and everything looked just as spotless. We were warmly welcomed and given excellent advice. My tattoo was done by Voight. Fantastic experience: Wild cat Templebar are such lovely people so helpful to me as a wheelchair user they had a step at the door but I could get in to the shop because they had a ramp ready for me which is brilliant and my wheelchair is wider then most wheelchairs so I noticed I wouldn't fit through to the area they do the tattoos but that wasn't a problem to my artist karmen so she brought all her kit to the waiting room and done my tattoo there I was so happy I know karmen because she done my first tattoo at the convention at the rds back in October she is brilliant I was so at ease with her if I want to get another tattoo I will definitely come back to this shop and ask for karmen she listened to the way I wanted my tattoo and it turned out perfectly☆☆☆☆☆

Fantastic experience: Repeat customer for piercings here. Recently had piercings done at the Templebar locations for the second time but have been to the Jervis location several times before. I always feel welcome and the staff ist super friendly and professional. They live the inclusivity they advertise, and as part of the LGBT+ community, I always feel welcome. This time it was a difficult set of piercings that took a little longer than initially planned but I was still not being rushed through the process. The set is beautiful and healing well. Will be back with the next one for sure!

Fantastic experience: I came here today after being rejected of a piercing removal from Ink factory because i had no ID and they were extremely rude and stepping into this studio felt like a fresh breath of air, all the staff were lovely, the studio was clean and well organised and they got the piercing out for me straight away with absolutely no hassle and free of charge (not guaranteed but felt was worth mentioning as it was such a kind gesture after having such a bad experience in the first studio) they also gave me tips on what the bumps on the back of my ears could be from and how to care for it. I will definitely be coming here from now on and would recommend to anyone looking for piercings or tattoos :)

Negative experience: I went in to get a pair of new tunnels in temple bar as the shop in jervis didn't have my size. The girl behind the counter was so rude and almost dismissive. I asked her if they had the tunnels I need showed her ones I had as example and she asked me what size they were and I said I think 20mm as the girls in jervis said 20mm. I told her to maybe check and she scoffed if they said 20mm they are 20mm. I find it so rude that she didn't bother to check and virtually dismissed what I said. I won't be back to the temple bar shop. I have worked in retail for a long time and there is no need to be this way to a customer.

Negative experience: lady at the front was condescending and rude when asked about wait times. waited 30 mins for a reopening to be told i have to buy replacements for every part of my piercing when this has never seemed to be a problem for them in the past. wasn’t informed about this prior even when i specified what i was expecting. Disappointed as wildcat is my go-to for piercings and the likes, lesson learned, go to the Jervis studio instead!

Fantastic experience: Came to Ireland for my bucket list trip and got a new helix piercing and a nice tattoo momento. I wanted to get a tattoo while I visited SO BAD they were able to get me in quickly (next day) and now "I can buy my own flowers" isn't just a song but something I'll take with me the rest of my life. The place was clean from entrance to exit; service all around friendly and inviting; gentle hands (thx Angela); and most importantly beautiful art.

Fantastic experience: Honestly never had a bad experience here. I've gotten a few tattoos from their artists over the last while; and I just recently had a spider bite piercing done. The artists were always super friendly and have done amazing jobs on the art I wanted. My recent piercing was super quick (aaalmost painless - as you can imagine) and they were happy to answer any questions I had about aftercare and whatnot. As someone with a fair few tattoos already, I'm always thinking a few designs ahead all the time - this is always the first place I check out for future ink. I'd probably say the same for piercings now, too.

Fantastic experience: Wildcat Temple bar is a lovely, clean, and welcoming tattoo parlor. I had an unconventional tattoo request when I went in, and Alan could not have been nicer. He politely explained all the risks associated, respected my artistic choices, and was repeatedly apologetic of the pain caused (not that I expected any less, tattoos can be painful). I will absolutely be back to receive another tattoo from Alan, he was a gentleman and a delight to meet

Fantastic experience: Came in for an 'ear design / curating' session to get advice on which piercings to do, and realised I had not properly booked online do to both the session AND the piercings after when I arrived. But they were super lovely and moved things around to still allow me to do both. The piercer, Lisa, was an absolute legend. She was so lovely and was great for the session, giving great advice while still listening to what I wanted or not. The piercings she did afterwards were done super quickly and painlessly. Already booked my next piercing session with her!

Positive experience: Friendly front desk, artistic and clean shop, clean stations, all machines and bottles were properly wrapped. Artist designed and executed my walk-in tattoo well. My only feedback is after-care, as I am used to Saniderm/Second Skin being applied immediately after the final green soap wipe by the artist, not cling wrap as this does not create a sanitized seal.

Fantastic experience: I went in today to wildcat temple bar to get some tattoo lotion as my leg tattoo was really sore. I showed my tattoo, that was wrapped in cling film and was told to remove it as the friction was causing the soreness. Which I never knew as I always used cling for the first three days!. The lady took time out of her day to follow me out to tell me about cellulitis (which I've never heard of) and to go home and elevate my leg. I didn't get her name, if you're reading this.. THANK YOU SOO MUCH for caring and for the advice! Such a lovely team! My tattoo is already feeling soo much better with no cling!
