Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Hot Rod Tattoo for many years, and this place continues to be as solid as ever. I actually got my first tattoo here over 20 years ago from the previous owner, Matt, and recently returned for some very meaningful memory tattoos and the experience was and is outstanding. Kelly, who is the welcoming face of the shop, and of course Randall, who did my tattoo, were both fantastic. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The shop is incredibly clean, well-run, and has a great family atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Randall did an amazing job bringing my vision to life with precision and talent, and you can tell the entire team truly cares about their craft and their clients. It’s rare to find a shop that combines professionalism, skill, and heart the way they do. Thank you for helping me create tattoos that carry such meaningful memories. Fantastic experience: This is definitely one of the nicest tattoo shops I've been too. Elena is my anime tattoo artist and THE go-to color expert (honestly probably in Southern Arizona!). I will be completing an enormous leg sleeve there this month.

Fantastic experience: Randall Olsen is the master of tattoo atistry! He reworked my son’s memorial tattoo and the work is nothing short of a miracle transformation. I was embarrassed of the shark rendition which the original artist drilled into my forearm. I had wanted something unique as I processed the death of my 20 yr old son and I provided a picture to guide the work. Fantastic experience: I got my ears pierced and Maria was so nice and welcoming! I’ve had my ears pierced a couple times before and they had all rejected and hurt so bad. However, this time the piercing did not hurt at all! She really knew what she doing :)

Fantastic experience: HotRod Tattoo is hands down amazing. I went in to get my Homer Simpson tattoo re-done with coloring, and Gene Heideman took incredible care of me from start to finish. The coloring came out awesome — clean, vibrant, and exactly what I was hoping for. When the tattoo started to hurt, Gene immediately offered numbing cream, which made the rest of the session way more enjoyable. Once we finished, he applied latex-free second skin, and that alone made the healing process so much easier and smoother. On top of that, Gene also pierced my daughter’s ears, and I can’t say enough about how patient and kind he was. She was scared at first and started crying, but once she saw her dad getting tattooed, she calmed down and felt comfortable. Now she’s already talking about coming back for her nose piercing — and she only wants HotRod Tattoo to do it. Professional, caring, and great vibes all around. Highly recommend HotRod Tattoo and Gene Heideman.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience here. I refuse to allow my teens to get pierced anywhere else. Friendly staff, great environment, clean spaces, and always great with explaining how to keep their piercings clean for the best heal. We’ve gotten ears, nose, and now belly button piercings here.

The time they took and the patience they had going over the sketches and adjusting so they were what was wanted was phenomenal. I felt completely at ease and had a good experience. When making appointments or asking questions, the service is professional and the employees are friendly. It's clean, has a comfortable waiting room, private parking lot, and has fair prices too! Everyone who works there gets 5 starts from me!

Fantastic experience: I stopped By for a second nose piercing. They were so nice and they were able to get me right in. I don’t think that happens all the time so I was extremely happy that they got me in so fast. And the guy who did my piercing was so good and it hardly hurt! He was very friendly and kind. After plans to get my daughter's birthday piercing failed with another shop, this establishment saved the day! Keeley was so friendly and accommodating. She was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner and was an absolute joy to work with. Upon returning the next day for our appointment, my daughter and I just fell in love with Colleen, the piercing technician. She is phenomenal with young adults! Fantastic experience: Top notch quality work….patience to wait weeks to months for an appointment pays off in amazing results! Gene and Jessie are the tattoo artists I’ve been seeing. Gene for his special ability to do amazing color, repair other tattoo and cover up work and Jessie for his photo realism. These are detailed tattoos and you only see these guys if you have complicated art projects on your body you want done right! I’m very happy! Still have more to do with Gene on my back piece but progress is amazing.
