Fantastic experience: Giselle helped me out and was super sweet! I had gone in for a higher helix piercing that I originally tried doing myself and when I had done it I got a bump. After taking it out and getting it redone here professionally I have yet to get any bump and was provided with the proper after care spray to help me out with not only my new ear piercing but also may other ones I have!

Fantastic experience: Giselle was great to work with. My daughter came in for a belly button piercing and my first impression was the salon was clean and the staff was welcoming. Giselle was thorough in explaining the process and was really patient while my daughter took her time picking out her jewelry. She was kind enough to let me take pictures/record and even recommended the best spot to stand while filming! Afterward she took time discussing the healing process, tips for taking care of the piercing during sports and best cleaning practice. Overall a really positive experience and my daughter is super excited and pleased! Thank you Giselle!

Negative experience: Piercer was very nice, however didn't do great on placement. I requested a vertical helix and showed images of the preffered placement. However I received a tradition helix, which I will likely have to get redone.

Fantastic experience: I came in as a walk-in for a tragus piercing. I was in and out in approximately 15 minutes. Giselle was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and the piercing was painless. The shop was clean and inviting. I’ll definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: My high nostril piercing came out and I needed to find somebody quick so it wouldn’t close. I gave the shop a call and they were very welcoming and told me to come in. I was there within 15 minutes and they got me in right away. Giselle was able to help me and get the jewelry back in with no pain!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Went to the Chandler one first and they told me to go to the Mesa location because they didn't have a piercer in that store? First red flag, should have never gone to this location. When I got there, there was only one girl working in this store and another guy watching TV which is fine, I don't care when people are resting because we all need a rest but, this guy was even burping, he didn't care at all that there were people in the store. Completely unprofessional and a lack of respect. The girl told me to choose whatever earing i wanted and showed me a box with gold and silver jewerly in it. I chose a gold piece and she tells me I can't have that one because theres no back to it (why offer it? Take it out the box if it can't be used) I told her i just wanted something gold because all of my jewerly is and then she tells me gold is not recommended for while it's healing(then why are you offering me a box with gold and silver pieces?). I've had such trouble with this piece too, it's come off like 5 times since i got it and idk if the hole is too big for the piece or what the problem is but why don't the use better pieces that won't come off during healing process? ESPECIALLY for $60. I went in with my little cousin for a nose piercing for her 18th birthday, those 2 piercings were $120!!!! Outrageous but kinda my fault for not getting the price first but also why didn't they tell me the price before making the hole? Why is that my responsibility? Specially when they charge an arm and a leg for such a simple thing.

Fantastic experience: Came into to get an 1st anniversary tattoo with my husband for a walk in appointment. Everyone was super friendly and got us in right away. Love the vibes and the artist, Amelia, was amazing. She talked me through what she was doing the whole time, which calmed me because no matter how small the tattoo it is, I get a bit nervous about needles. I love the tattoo! It’s perfect and exactly what I wanted. 10/10 stars!

Fantastic experience: I had an incorrect piercing done at another shop and was in desperate of any help to try and get it out, Jade took me right in and helped me with it and was super gentle and light handed and even helped me understand what went wrong and informed me with good after care!
