Negative experience: Hearing how employees were talking in the back while smoking, vaping... I dont even want to know what they say about clients. They would do very well in Hollywood and totally get away with mistreating people there. People pay for quality in service and people. Response to writer - no thank you. I just recently observed poor behavior on employees. Posted to bring awareness and attention to owner. I gave my feedback on how this damages reputation and hope that owner takes initiative to observe on their own timd and retrain employees on their own terms. I have nothing other to say other than, I won't recommend anybody to go here just based off how they talk about people in the back.... huge disappointment regarding customer service. Dont waste your money on this tattoo shop... they'll just talk bad about you.

Fantastic experience: Tabatha did such a great job! I don't live in AZ but might have to make the drive to get another one with her! She did my very first tattoo and now I might possibly be addicted. Her line work was spot on and I love her design. I highly recommend you book with her! They are very accommodating with their walk-ins as well (I was a walk in). The staff and artists are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend these folks highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a quick walk-in today with my partner and sister in law, and we all had great experiences with our artists. Colin did my script and he was super great. I gave him some font style options and he made my preferred option work, even though it needed some design work. He was thorough and careful but also very evidently knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. Colin made me feel at ease. I'm not even from this state and I'm already looking forward to coming back to get another piece by him someday!

Fantastic experience: Manny was the most amazing artist and helped me complete a very large and important piece on my back which I undertook after the death of my mother. I am very modest and he took extra care to respect that every step along the way, and just hands down best experience ever and completely appreciate him. Excellent people and environment.

Negative experience: I chose Ink Bomb Tattoos for my first tattoo after researching several shops and being impressed by their online reviews and portfolio. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected. I paid a $60 booking fee about a week in advance, and was told it covered the artist’s drawing time and the time set aside for my appointment. However, when I arrived early for my 3:00 PM appointment, the design wasn’t done and after waiting about 20 minutes the design wasn't even close to what I had provided — and the artist had to completely redo it while I sat waiting some more. After an hour of waiting (including the artist taking a smoke break), I finally left without getting tattooed. I later learned that the shop considers the booking fee nonrefundable, even though no tattoo was done and the delay was on their end. If the fee is meant to cover design time, then the design should have been ready when I arrived — not started after I checked in. This was supposed to be an exciting first tattoo experience, but instead it was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I hope others know what to expect before booking here. I contacted the owner to share my disappointment — no apology, no accountability. She made it seem like I was the problem for expecting my paid appointment and time to be respected. Definitely not how you treat a customer. Extremely disappointed and won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: I went here a few weeks ago and got a rework for an existing tattoo that I wasn't very happy with. My artist was Manny, and he was able to keep the same concept of the tattoo and simply rework it into how I originally imagined it and I absolutely love it! Manny was very kind and kept checking in with me throughout the process, letting me know each step he was doing. I definitely recommend this shop and Manny!

Fantastic experience: Manny took my three sisters into his shop shortly after we lost our 4th sister. He helped us design the most beautiful tattoo for the three of us that was perfect for each of our personalities. He made us feel so welcome and a part of the family.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended from a friend to get a Tatt from Ink Bomb Tattoos with Tabetha. Stopped in back in May, & the shop is amazing! Met with Tab, & she took the inspiration of one of my brother's incredible leather work designs to a whole new level! 3 sessions later, the results [below] are truly spectacular! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: this is my first time getting a tattoo and it was more than amazing! The guy who did my tattoo I forgot his name. All I remember is he was wearing a hat. He did line work and it is flawless. He did a spine tattoo, which everyone knows if it’s off it’s off and he did it immaculate 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My first tattoo ever was done by Abby here last November. And to be honest, people’s first reaction when they see it is never “wow sick tattoo!” Normally I think a statement like that would be a good way to indicate that the tattoo artist did a good job. My case is a little different. Whenever people see my tattoos, the response I see is more like “woah you have heart shape nipples” or “why are your nipples hearts?” And even “is that natural?” I was at a public pool today and I noticed a lot of people staring at me, trying to make sense of what they were seeing. I guess based on everybody’s reactions, Abby did a pretty good job of giving me heart shaped nipples.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend. Shop is friendly, organized and clean. Was very comfortable from start to finish. Alec is a phenomenal artist, and made sure to check in with me throughout the whole piece. I'll be saving up for my next tat with him! The shop also has the "get what you get" program where you play a small simple game and gamble on what tattoo design it lands on and that's what you get. Affordable pricing with quality work

Fantastic experience: Got an adventurer frog done by Alec. He was fantastic. They have fun tattoo games to win discounted tattoos if you’re up for something random. I traveled 5 hours to visit this shop- well worth it and I’ll be going back. Very large, super clean shop. Everyone was welcoming. I don’t think they do piercings.

Positive experience: I did my consultation, scheduled the appointment and paid the deposits for a mother/daughter birth flower tattoo via texting. I was excited and nervous to get my very first tattoo. We arrived a few minutes early for our appointment, but when we checked in they didn’t have us on the schedule. Dan had not been given any of the information for our session. Thankfully he had the time to take us, but he had to do the design while we waited. During the one and a half hour wait I almost left a couple times as I was losing my nerve to get the tattoo-not a good first time tattoo experience. Fortunately Dan came up with a beautiful design and both my daughter and I love our tattoos. We also liked the vibe of the place. Dan was awesome and I will come back to him for another tattoo, however , I will only do an in-person consultation and never use the texting option again.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. All of the artists there are very so talented, however I want to especially point out Alec. He was phenomenal. I am so lucky to have stumbled upon him for a walk-in! Obviously if you want great work done go see him, but absolutely go see him if you’re also down to nerd out about fantasy lores, such as that of Middle Earth for example! Fantastic experience: My husband and I got tattoos today at Ink Bomb and could not have been more impressed!! Christine (who was filling in a spot) tattooed myself- not only did she do an amazing job on my vines but she freehanded them based on the picture I showed her. Jordan did a great job on my husband’s as well- staff were kind and courteous! Great vibe in the shop, clean and staff were super friendly! They allowed my 15 yr old son to come in and watch us and my sister and niece also got tattoos by other artists. We have plans to visit again and will definitely return here!! Prices beyond reasonable!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this shop! From the great customer service to all the neat cool decorations all over the shop! it’s so clean too, went in for a walk in to try the gumball machine . Went for the bigger design ones I didn’t think the tattoo would come out so good! but Christina killed it she is very good , her and her team made sure I was welcomed and I had some good convos with her . Fantastic experience: Went in for the $100 gumball/sticker machine deal, was feeling a little adventurous/spontaneous.. walked in Donavan helped me right away greeted me in I inquired about it aksed if the outside was the designs in there and was told similar but not exactly whats on there . He was patient and when I decided to give it a whirl he handed me 2 coins and got me set up.. I got a skull with mushrooms.. in my head I was like welp, you were feeling adventurous and here I was thinking it would be just a simple skull in black and white.. Nope !!!! Donavan asked a few questions, I told him was trying to have fun with it and he did just that.. I was amazed how it went from simple to a fun skull. BY all means this whas why I fell in love with the tattoo hobby for the fun of art and that magical , amazed feeling is abundant in this establishment..looking forward to coming back

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would, wasted time meeting with artist Scott, scheduled two appointments and took day off to be there. He was a no show, and blamed scheduling on the business even though I was communicating with him directly…waste of my time, and two month build up

Fantastic experience: Very professional yet laid back atmosphere. Clean but it does not smell like heavily scented cleaners. I had an idea what I wanted my tattoo to include but no idea how to organize it so it would be a cohesive peice in the area I wanted it. I explained the purpose of my tattoo and the placement to help with potential designs. I set an appointment for a dew days out. On the day of the appointment we made a few weeks to what he had created. It wasn't until it was on me that I realized how perfect the design is. He knocked it out of the park!!! Thank you for hearing me in my grief, anger, love and sadness. My tattoo is perfect.

Fantastic experience: I had a small tattoo on my back from when I was a teenager that I have disliked for a long time. When I decided to have it covered up, I really wanted to get an American traditional style, sailor themed tattoo and liked the artwork I had seen online for Tabatha. I had an idea for an anchor with either a compass or nautical star, but I left it up to her on the design and size. I am glad I did. The design she did was amazing. Everyone at the shop is very nice and helpful, so I felt comfortable from the moment I first walked in to get a consultation. I will definitely be back for any future tattoos.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my neck tattoo covered up with a beautiful rose design and I couldn't be happier with the results. The tattoo artist did an amazing job of capturing the essence of the rose, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of detail in the design. Fantastic experience: I just sat for a two day session total of 16hrs on a lower arm sleeve with Scott Ledbetter... He is an extremely talented artist with an incredible sense of what is important. He was able to take my jumbled thoughts and work out an incredible work of art that completly captured all my thoughts in powerful images. I am feeling very blessed to have gotten to work with him. In additon the shop as a whole was very welcoming and made me feel as part of the family. This shop is owned and opperated by a very based person (Tab) who dedicates much of her time to helping others around the world. I definatley recommend them for anyone who wants to get some one of a kind work done. I also would recommend that everyone follow Scott on the grahm @scottledbettertattoo to see some of the most intricate and realistic tattoos I have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: I went in feeling a little adventurous and picked from the gumball machine, I was definitely pleased with the design and Tabitha got me in on a Saturday without an appointment. Staff was awesome, vibe was right, experience was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I showed up as a walk in to find out about that get what you get gumball machine and it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in until we talked about the after care I was well taken care of. I asked to add a spooky theme to my pumpkin and Alec blew it out of the park. He was so kind and made sure I was comfortable as possible and wanted to make sure i was was happy as this is permanent. I was so impressed with his talents and the way he moved that needle was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place. Don't sleep on this shop cause you will be disappointed. I can't wait to this thing all healed up! My only regret is not living here so I can get all my work done at this place!

Fantastic experience: First tattoo which was a large upper arm piece. Great experience from beginning to finish. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Scott created an amazing piece that I can’t be happier with. Scott had to reschedule my appt after waiting about 5 months which was disheartening but life happens. Needless to say , he re worked his schedule to fit me back in within a couple weeks. I will be returning for more no doubt!

I gave him my idea for a tattoo, he did some research, and came up with an awesome interpretation which was exactly what I wanted (though I didn't even know it at the time). Fantastic experience: My husband and I reserved a spot to do the quarter machine tattoos for our anniversary. Manny did my tattoo and Tabitha did my husband’s tattoo. For a quarter machine tattoo, I will say the designs were larger and more detailed than some others I’ve seen, so I appreciate that and their shop was super clean and had fun things to look at while we waited for our artists to set up. The artists were very patient and helpful when it came to choosing where to place our tattoos. They were also kind enough to size adjust so it could fit the space better. We both love our new tattoos, and I told Manny I’d be back for my next tattoo project. Thank you Guys so much! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my new tattoo from Manny! I did a lot of research and they’re obviously very popular based on all of the positive reviews. Their website made it easy to see each artists’ work and specialties(with explanations for those like myself who isn’t familiar with all the styles). I went in on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but I was helped right away and got to talk with Manny. I came in with pretty vague ideas and a ton of pics with various aspects I liked. He was able to give an approx estimate and I got scheduled 2 weeks later. He sent me a draft of the design beforehand so I could weigh in and had a minor change I wanted to see. When I arrived the actual sketches(he had multiple versions) were beautiful and I felt 100% confident and happy with the design. There is so many good aspects to mention but I have 0 negative feedback and had a great experience. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Zach is the best. I was a Tatoo virgin (at months from 70) and he made it easy, fast and pretty! He did small detailed line colored Tatoo for me. No pain, no issues since! The shop is clean, and we’ll maintained! Thanks Zach!!

Fantastic experience: The artists are so nice & helpful! In our group of 3, we worked with 2 different artists, Abigal and Alec. The other artists around the shop were also extremely friendly! we told them what we were looking for & they very quickly made amazing designs. Also, Abigal was very patient when I wanted a change to the design & couldnt make up my mind lol. They did amazing work on all of us! Next time we are in Arizona, we will definitely be coming back here!! I definitely recommend this shop! Overall, a 10/10 experience and affordable!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I went here for the Get What You Get tattoos, and it was incredible! I had Manny do mine, and he even added some small details of his own, with no added cost. My design was a whale shark without teeth, so it was a bit difficult to tell what it was just by looking at it. So Manny told me he'd be happy to add some teeth, so it's more recognizable as a shark. The tattoo was a bit of a New School style, and I asked Manny to use whatever colors he wanted to. Dealer's choice, since I was just happy to be there. And now I have the cutest little shark on my arm, and honestly I want to get more!

Fantastic experience: 80th Birthday. First tattoo!! Abigail listened, used her artistic ability, and designed this tattoo. It healed beautifully, and I am delighted with it! Very clean, large shop, courteous staff, reasonably priced, timely with appointment. Great all-around experience. I highly recommend Abigail and Ink Bomb Tattoos!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience here. They were more than accommodating to help two walk-in tattoos. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. Our artists, Tabitha and Chris, were both genuinely talented. Tabitha gave me great advice on what would make the tattoo look the best. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The Ink Bomb crew was awesome. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon looking to get some smaller designs tattooed. They had lots of full chairs but were able to make some time for us within about an hour or so. Everyone was really cool and it was a great environment. We will be going back for some more ink!
