Fantastic experience: Super cool shop! Real nice staff, I got my daith pierced love it!!!

Fantastic experience: Willy was awesome. super cool dude, super great convos! got me in and out. Staff in general were great and efficient as well! 120 for this tattoo! 20 dollar deposit which came out of the total cost when I paid after I left.

Fantastic experience: I definitely cannot recommend this place enough if you're looking for a piercing shop. Natalie was by far one of the best piercers I have ever had. Prices are fair and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: I’ve gotten all my piercings here. No issues. Then I got my naval pierced here. I moved all the way to Portland. I had no issues for a year. A couple months ago, it started looking irritated and angry, so I started doing saline soaks and washing it with warm water more often. Today, the bar was showing, and was showing signs of rejection. I went to a local piercer near me and she told me that the piercer literally pierced it entirely wrong!! She said “oh, they really just stabbed the front of ya.” I was walking around with metal just sticking out of my belly for all this time. I had to take it out, and now I have to wait 6 months for it to heal and get it re-pierced PROPERLY. I wasted a year trying to heal this, only to find it was never going to heal the way it was pierced. I’m really upset and disappointed, because I literally did EVERYTHING right, and my body heals piercings FAST.

Negative experience: I was told I could change my septum piercing after two months. When I went back to the shop to get it changed the piercer had an attitude. The front desk staff aren't friendly either. The ring that was placed was too tight and the insertion was painful. I wanted to ask the piercer to put a different one in but I was so put off by his attitude I left immediately. I was not able to put in another ring myself, so I went to a different piercing shop the next day and the hole had already closed. They told me it was not fully healed and I should have waited three months to change it. Now I have to wait a month to get pierced again. I am incredibly frustrated and will not be coming back or recommending Rad a Tat to anyone.

Fantastic experience: First tattoo, very simple but very nervous and Justin was great!! When I come back he will be my go to! Definitely recommend and they have done my son and daughter's piercings. Just a great place

Fantastic experience: At first, felt like even though we were there 1st, they weren't going to take us 1st, but after getting in the room, our artist was very nice, social, made some jokes and made my daughter and I very comfortable for our piercings. Fantastic experience: Genuinely one of the best piercing joints i’ve ever been too. It’s so reasonably priced, and Emilee is genuinely the nicest woman i’ve ever met. I initially wanted to get dahlias but I decided not to because the healing process was a huge commitment. She definitely knows what she’s doing, and was very transparent the whole time. I instead ended up getting a dermal and my eyebrow. She was very comforting and I trust her with my life. I would reccomend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Love love love this shop! Everyone here is so sweet and friendly! The energy is always welcoming! I've been coming here since I was 15 years old, so over 10 years now and they just keep getting more amazing! Conner was phenomenal, and always a pleasure seeing Emilie and Willie when I stop by!

Negative experience: Every single time it’s either you need to make an appointment or walk in are fine. Like which is it exactly? Cuz if I do either I’m always wrong lol

Negative experience: Personally if I could I would give them 0 stars. I got my rook pierced there recently and it is extremely infected just days after due to the poor quality of their jewelry and it being improperly pierced. I am now on an extremely strong antibiotic to help fight the infection. For a rough reference I woke up with my ear being twice the size it normally is and it reminded me of sloth from the goonies.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I went in today for a few piercings. The shop was clean, the front desk person was friendly, and we both saw Tom for our piercings. He was great! He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. It was quick and mostly painless. I'm so happy I went here, it was a great experience. Thanks Tom!

Fantastic experience: I went here for a double helix piercing after being recommended by a friend. I was so happy with the service I received and even more impressed by the knowledge shared, and the continued help as I encountered a few challenges within the first year of healing due to how I was sleeping. Mike especially is always happy to help me out, answers any questions, and encourages me to do what is best for my body. I'll be coming here for any additional piercings and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and they did an amazing job! They made her feel comfortable and were super encouraging with her. They pierced both her ears at the same time and she hardly shed a tear. That was super awesome that they got it done quick and painless, and in one shot. We felt very welcomed from the minute we walked in. Great customer service at the counter as well. The place is super clean too.

Fantastic experience: I was first told about this place from a classmate. I then looked at the website and the amazing pricing caught my eye. I made an appointment to get a double helix for my birthday. Emily did my piercings and she did an AMAZING job. I just made another appointment to get a couple more piercings done (Conch, Rook, and my nips ) and stuck with Emily. She did an EVEN BETTER JOB this time around. She makes me feel comfortable. She is very informative and obviously is prideful in her work. I will continue to go to Emily and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone

Fantastic experience: Sophie is a wonderful artist and very quick. She 100% knows what she's doing. Sophie also takes the time to make her customers feel comfortable and safe. Really fabulous place.

Negative experience: I don't even think the piercers know what they're doing. And I constantly get told different instructions every time I come in. Am i supposed to make an appointment for you to see my still irritated tragus that you gave me from October? Or are you gonna talk to me like im an idiot on the phone again when i ask to make one so you can check it out? Or when I just come inside like you told me last time, are you gonna just stare at me like I'm an idiot?? Never going back, they're cheap for a reason. Staff aren't even nice, idk why everyone says they are, regardless of how nice i am to them, they always just stare at me like im a nuisance for doing what ever they told me the last time which apparently changes every time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I brought in my 5 and 7 year old daughters to have their ears pierced. The staff made the experience feel safe and fun for my little ones. They both got their pierced and didn’t cry at all. Highly recommend.

Anyway, he was really understanding and helped me pick what I wanted and gave me a ton of useful information. My peircing healed up very nicely and I love the results, 10/10.

Negative experience: My girlfriend and I had gotten piercings there at separate times and both of our piercings were infected not even a week after getting them done. Inflamed, red, puss. The staff are very nice, but have a mid level knowledge of piercings themselves.

Negative experience: I got my belly button pierced here after years of wanting it done and being told I didn’t have the right anatomy for a traditional one. When the man who pierced me told me Id be able to, I was excited! Unfortunately, after almost the entire healing process going wrong (I have 14 piercings, two oral and have never had issues healing) another piercer informed me that he basically gave me a stomach surface piercing and while I do have the anatomy for a floating navel, he pierced it so improperly that I had no choice but to take it out. All that being said, the piercers are very nice, but appear to be mid level knowledge. Makes sense why prices are so low! They also did my septum years ago and I was pierced so crooked that I eventually took it out.

Fantastic experience: I got 3 ear piercings with Rat a Tat and they’re great! The piercer was super nice and made it a comfortable experience and went over everything about maintaining the piercings. Pricing is amazing and so affordable I’d very much recommended them! The placing was perfect and the jewelry is included in the price and it’s cute! Highly highly reccomend!!!

My piercer Emily was very friendly and informative. She took her time on informing me about after care, healing process and what to expect about change out piercings. It was really cheap too. Fantastic experience: We brought our young daughter in to correct her ear piercing because when her ears were previously pierced, they didn't line up. She was so nervous about the use of a needle, it took 20 minutes for her to work up the courage to re-pierce her one ear. Tom was amazing! He was so patient and sweet with her. She finally let him do it and giggled about it. She couldn't believe she fretted about it. It turned out perfectly! I would definitely visit Rad-A-Tat again. The shop and artists are very accommodating and attentive to cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: I took my son here. He is 2 months shy of 18. Lori was at the front and was so helpful and sweet. She’s super friendly. Conner did my son’s piercings and he is awesome. He was funny and made my son feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this shop!

Fantastic experience: Several members of my family went and got piercings - Helix, septum, and navel. Connor did an excellent job. He was so kind and patient and very thorough in his explanations. Definitely will visit again!

Negative experience: Never had a “great” experience here. Only giving two stars because I have never gotten an infection from a tattoo or piercing here. Staff is friendly, but some are inexperienced, and the only tattoo I have gotten from this place has blown out pretty bad pretty quickly. Phone service is a little lax, too. Just remember that you get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: Rad-A-Tat Tattoo was highly recommended by a friend, because I wanted my nose pierced. So, I called ahead to get an understanding of what was needed/required and to schedule an appointment. I arrived and received a very friendly greeting from the desk attendant and given paperwork to read and sign prior to the procedure, and it wasn't long before the Technician came and got me, introduced himself and explained the procedure. After confirming where I wanted my piercing, it wasn't long before he was done and my nose was pierced. He explained the product I needed to purchase for Aftercare and the importance of taking care of my piercing. He also invited me back if I wanted to change my stud once it was healed. I am so pleased. It was a very clean and sterile environment/experience and I'll be back for a Tattoo next!

Fantastic experience: I originally went for a anti eyebrow piercing, Mike I think that was his name and I’m sorry if it wasn’t but he told me he can tell that I was nervous , so he recommended the dermal, he made sure that I got a piercing that I would be more comfortable with and made sure it didn’t hurt. He told me he can do it in like 10 seconds, it literally took only about 5 seconds and was probably my least painful piercing that I’ve ever had , the healing process it does kind of hurt afterwards but during I didn’t feel nothing at all. 10/10 recommendation for any piercing and the prices are the cheapest , the solution is also very cheap.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a quick re-ink and a small design while on vacation! Artist Billy Frost was very responsive to messages and booking was fast and easy! Not only is he a great guy, the staff were all super nice, and Billy's work was superb! Months later, my tattoos look amazing and I get complements all the time! I highly recommend this studio and if you're lucky to book with Billy, you're in great hands!

Fantastic experience: I got my septum pierced here almost a year ago, and it was so quick and easy. I barely even felt the needle go through as well. The tech (I forgot her name) did a very good job and seemed very experienced! I would definitely go here again for any piercings.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of getting my ear pierced by Clarence. He pierced my ear lobe and my helix and made the process quick and simple. I have now had my piercings in for nearly a week and they have had no pain or feeling uncomfortable. Very happy with him doing my piercings and having great customer service. Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOOOOOVED my experience I went and got my nipples pierced yesterday and my piercers name was Lori I was so nervous when I went in but by the time the actual piercing happened I was so calm and relaxed she made me beyond comfortable and was so informative I couldn’t have asked for a better piercer! She was so fast and accurate I will only be going to her from here on out lol and they have VERY reasonable prices I’ll be back there soon for sure (side note: if you’re considering getting your nips pierced but scared please don’t be lol I mean I do have a pretty high tolerance for pain but it literally felt like nothing and Lori will make sure you are comfortable if you do happen to choose her)

Fantastic experience: A little late but last Friday I came in and got an arrow tattoo on my right forearm by Justin. This tattoo meant a lot to me. I had an idea in my mind about how it was going to come out, and he absolutely nailed it. Not only did he blow away my expectations, but we got along great and I almost forgot I was there getting tattooed. Negative experience: This use to be the place I liked to come to for all my piercings, I just spent 65 dollars on jewelry and a new piercing. Tom the piercer put in the wrong size bar leaving my lip super swollen and stick in my skin. I had to go to another piercer to have it removed, After 20 min she finally got it out. It was so painful, I thought I was going to have to go to urgent care. I'm so disappointed and angry. Here I am with this big swollen scar on my face. What a waste of time and my money now I have to wait 2 months to have it done right. I'll never come back here again.

Positive experience: I've gone to this spot for a few of my piercings and their prices are great, customer service is good and the actual piercings could use some work. It really depends on WHO u book ur appointment with, some of them have more experience than others I guess. I've been there 3 x's and 2 of the 3 came out crooked and I never had the option of using the same one as before. I'm not sure if the turn over rate for piercers is really high here or what but they have had someone New to me each time I've been there. I've not received a tattoo here so I can't speak upon that. And let me mention that each piercer was really nice to me and appeared to know what they were doing but unfortunately 2 were crooked by 2 separate ppl. So all this to say, u get what u pay for. I don't think I'll be going there again but I just may roll the dice on a crazy night and see how it comes out. U can always take it out but scar tissue does suck if ur not happy and yet still set on that piercing.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced here by Emily. Everything went very well and Emily was amazing at talking us through the process and gave great details for after care. This was a 2nd attempt to pierce my daughter's ears (went elsewhere before) and so far, everything has been as expected for the after care. I would highly reccomend Emily and Rad-A-Tat!

Fantastic experience: Stopped in for a septum piercing and was blown away by how friendly and hospitable the staff were...from the front desk to the piercer, Emelie, I could not have asked for a better experience. Clean, sterilized equipment opened in front of you, everything was perfect and the piercing was quick and painless. Will absolutely be back for some new ink! Also, we had my 4 year old with us and they were SO sweet! The younger guy at the front desk got candy for her and Emelie joked with her in the piercing room. When the time comes for her ear piercings, we'll definitely be seeing Emelie for that as well! Update...years later and Emelie is still our go to for all piercings! Both of my older daughters have gotten their ears done and I've gotten my septum and nose done a couple times. Willy and Emelie (and all the staff really) are awesome, professional and so kind to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I wanted to get 3 more ear piercings on my birthday, and was able to schedule an appointment SAME DAY (a few hours ahead of time) to get in! Their staff is very friendly and efficient. The girl who did my piercings had years of experience and explained the process. She made sure I was happy with the placement of each piercing. They use sterile needles to pierce so I felt very safe about protection against infection. So quick and VERY reasonably priced! They even gave me a free bottle of sterile saline spray since it was my birthday! Would definitely recommend these guys, and will certainly come back if I ever want more piercings! 10/10 ✨

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rad for every tattoo and piercing for my daughter, husband and myself. All the staff is amazing and is very clean along with the whole place. Can’t talk about them enough, I have referred them to everyone I know that wants work done and they are all very happy with their work as well. Will continue to keep coming to the chandler location for everything we need and want!!!

Tom was amazing and very funny when I got one of my many piercings done there & most of my piercings have been done by Clarence who will always have my business. I will always recommend them. They are clean, professional, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them for piercings.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here to get her ear’s re-pierced after complications from another shop. They were able to get earrings through without a needle and only charged us for the hardware. Very kind staff, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Got my dahlias done here, amazing experience, very accommodating and thorough. I was very nervous since I hadn't gotten a new piercing in a while but my piercer was very nice, very gentle, talked me through it and did an amazing job. Came back a few weeks later because I was having some trouble with the type of jewelry getting caught on fabric and they allowed me to come and change them out free of charge. The guy who changed them out was also amazing, super nice, helpful, and as gentle as he could be when changing out a fresh piercing. Absolutely amazing place 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to rad a tat for my piercings, a couple walk in pieces, and friday the 13th tattoos and always have a great experience. Today i got some beautiful work done by camryn and i love it.
