Fantastic experience: I got a 3rd earring lobe piercing done here about a week ago by Randy. I didn’t have an appointment and walked in extremely nervous. He walked me through everything he was doing and the process was painlessly over in about 25 minutes. The healing process has been equally as easy - no redness or swelling, very minimal pain. There are cheaper options in the area but I’d feel great about recommending Mod Body Arts to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable piercing environment.

Fantastic experience: I got a double helix piercing done and my friend got their lobes pierced with Zev. He was great with us, so professional and really made it such a great experience. His communication was great and I really recommend this place and Zev!

Positive experience: Way more expensive than any piercing place I’ve been to. With very little selection for jewelry (that’s also incredibly expensive). That being said, the staff is great and the location and space is top notch. But if you’re not looking to spend so much - go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: gray is amazing. i barely moved to CO and i wanted a piercing, i went as a walk in for my eyebrow piercing and it took under an hour. she’s so kind, reassuring, and quick. she made sure her work was just right and explained what she was doing and the cleaning process very thoroughly and clearly. not only was gray very kind but the other piercers in the store as well. they were very friendly and i’m definitely going back for more piercings! a very friendly staff and store!

Fantastic experience: Grey is amazing. My daughter and I both got permanent bracelets. She stands behind her products and fixes issues. We’ve been back to tighten up our bracelets and every time she treats us extremely well. All the employees there are really nice and it’s very clean!

Fantastic experience: Gray was such a sweetheart !! She was sooo talented, I hardly felt my piercings going in and she was so helpful with placement and jewelry selection. Everyone in the building was warm, welcoming, professional and so kind. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Gray is a star piercer and can’t wait to come back for more bling! 20/10 experience!! Fantastic experience: My nine year old daughter had a great experience getting her ears pierced here. Very kind, gentle and professional staff. Clean shop. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: After getting the piercing, I went home and went to bed. I woke up with the top earring missing because they didn’t tighten my earring enough. They weren’t open so I had to go to a different jewelry shop after paying $200 to get my one piercing from there a few months later I went into a different piercing shop to get my second area done for my Ford helix were the last piercing lights and they told me that the piercing that I got from Mod bod was about to fall out so I had to get it re-pierced closer to my inside of my ear. I had to pay over $350 because they didn’t pierce it properly or tighten the earring. I also lost the diamond earring that I bought from them because they didn’t tighten it enough.

Fantastic experience: My mom and I have been to Mod Body Arts twice for both nose and ear piercings. This shop is the best of the best! Roger is amazingly knowledgeable, patient, and precise. His calm energy really helps level any nerves you may have. The prices are great, the jewelry is great, and the people are great. 10/10 service, will definitely be back!

Negative experience: Definitely don't. My wife had an appointment there. She cancelled online because we didn't have the money. Thinks came up. They kept charging us small amounts over and over until it cleared when there was money in my account. I'd avoid this place.

Negative experience: I got my nose pierced here in August. In October, the stud broke in half despite using the same saline care routine I use for my other six piercings. They “repaired” it, but the repair didn’t last a week, it completely came out while I was sleeping. I couldn’t locate it until part of it came out of my mouth when I coughed several hours later. I left a voicemail and haven’t received a response, so I’m going elsewhere to have it properly redone

Fantastic experience: Came in to get a nipple piercing with my husband and friend. Randy got all three of us easily set and taken care of. Great calming voice that really helped along the process! Thanks man!

Fantastic experience: had my septum pierced here, my friend's daughter had her rook done as well - Randy was extremely professional, clearly knew what he was doing, took the time to make sure my piercing was well placed and was very good at working with younger clients as well - I will absolutely be going back here for more :)

Fantastic experience: To start off this place is nicely organized and clean! Staff are nonchalant :D You can take snacks and drinks for free as well. Very caring and nice. The best experience was meeting Rosey!! They are such an amazing, caring, and cheerful being. They have now done 3 tattoos on me and a cover up that I didn't like LOL. All of them are nicely done and the one in my leg is MY FAVORITE TATTOO EVER!!! She takes her time and makes sure the stencil is perfect! Takes into account how you are doing (if you ate or drank water so you don't pass out or if you need a break). If a very talkative being and will make you feel more at home while theyre stabing you with really fast needle :3 such an amazing experience that I am coming back to do book a sleeve with them! 10/10 experience. The other tattoo artists also are very friendly while observing each others work, so the environment is such a chiller! :333 thank you Rosey and mod body art! ❤️‍❤️‍

Fantastic experience: I recently went to this shop for the first time and definitely recommend visiting ! The vibes are wonderful and everyone was extremely nice ^^. There's definitely an artist for any style for some ink! My artist was rosey and they were such a delight. Super sweet and fun to chat with and they made sure I was comfortable and very communicative about the process and the pieces I chose. They also are very understanding about budgets ! Very fun and nerdy experience 10/10 would recommend and definitely keeping this place in mind always!

Fantastic experience: Amazing first-tattoo experience Anna was the best tattoo artist. She ensured my comfort as this was my first tattoo. She explains everything she will be doing, and as she is doing it. She checked in throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I loved the Barbie grunge vibe in the studio. There was plenty of cool wall art to look at while going through the process - which helps with the nerves! Anna’s design was perfect and captured the essence of my idea beautifully. She is kind, nice, courteous, and definitely pays close attention to details. Pain was minimal, experience was 10/10. 100/10 would come here again.

Fantastic experience: I wanted a new tongue ring and stopped as the shop is close. There were some great annodized- titanium options that Gray helped me sift through. Within a few hours of having it, I had issues with the bearings staying in the rod as they were "push ins". Went back to the shop, and Gray hooked me up with a new threaded rod and replacement bearings on order with no hassle. Fantastic customer service with very reasonable prices. Will be back if I want some more options!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the tattoo I received from Sam! She was very kind, professional and she made sure that my first tattoo experience was the best it could possibly be! Beautiful work, amazing artistry and just overall a great vibe/time!! I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: This place is PHENOMENAL! I was incredibly nervous about getting my nose pierced and came into the shop very anxious. Randy, the owner/piercer immediately calmed me down and did a great job explaining the whole process as it was happening and made it quick and almost painless. Great instructions for aftercare and then 6 weeks later I came back and he replace the back after the healing process was completed. Will definitely go back whenever I have the chance

Fantastic experience: This place deserves every star it gets. I loved being able to choose the exact stud that I wanted for my nose piercing. For both the piercing and downsizing appointment, both piercers were very communicative - explaining every step - and gentle.

Negative experience: We visited this place with my almost 16 year old son. We are Latinos so we arrived and showed my ID and my son's passport but they behaved so racist that they said that without a birth certificate they couldn't help him... which seemed too exaggerated to me. I told them I'm not American and I don't have a birth certificate, which they didn't care about. Do you need an American certificate or are you not satisfied with an original passport that has the photo? If you are Latino, I don't recommend leaving your money in this place, they didn't even take us that seriously.

Fantastic experience: Rosie is amazing!! She is quick, creative, and overall AMAZING. I got a flash piece and a free hand design and love both!

Fantastic experience: I went to Mod Body Art to get a new nose ring (bc the one I had was too large for my piercing and it would not heal.) The gentleness and care provided was top notch. After experiencing a very painful experience with changing out my nose ring (at a different tattoo shop), the experience here was incredible! I didn’t even feel it when my jewelry was changed and my new nose ring fits so much better! Not to mention I was able to get 14k gold, so it’ll last a lifetime!

Fantastic experience: 1000% recommend. I was a walk-in and they were super nice and helpful. I had a couple different ideas and Zev was super patient and helped talk through how many might be best, placements, and jewelry. The process was super easy and the piercings were quick. I got my conch and a flat on one ear and a helix on the other. Would absolutely go back if I ever want more.

Fantastic experience: Based on previous reviews, we asked to have our piercings (one person got a helix and two got 2nd earlobe) done with Randy. He was excellent! So calm and walks you through step by step. He was happy to pierce our teenager as well. Pleased with all of the sterilization efforts taken. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Got my second lobes done today. They were super helpful, patient and timely. They cared about placement and helped me find the perfect placement! The shop was super clean and cute! Prices started at $75 up to $105 for the titanium grade jewelry. Very happy with my experience!

Fantastic experience: Scheduling was easy through the website. Randy did 2 lobe piercings, a conch and rook piercing. The process was throughly explained and done efficiently. The shop is an open concept but well sterilized. Small selection of starter jewelry with a pretty hefty price tag. Overall, happy with the service and will be returning for future piercings.

Fantastic experience: I love it here! Randy and team are so great and knowledgeable about piercings and even though it is several miles away from home, there’s no other piercing shop I’d visit than MBA. I’m looking to get more piercings and probably permanent jewelry sometime soon, and I’m stoked!

Gray helped me pick out the perfect jewelry for my Dahlias, and Randy took the time to listen to my concerns about placement and was very soothing during the piercing process. Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved it. Randy was wonderful. I got a double helix put in and Randy walked me through every step. Helped me pick out some jewelry, told me how they anodized the jewelry to a specific color. Quick process told me exactly what to expect and I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was a tad more then I had originally wanted to spend that day, however the quality of service and cleanliness of the building was just out standing! You pay the cost of jewelery since the piercing is included, they sanitize everything, and help you find exactly where you want to put your piercing. I will return in the future for more piercings and I will highly recommend Randy to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: We had the best experiences with Mod Body Arts and our piercer, Gray. Three of us went together. Gray was patient with our varying degrees of indecision. She helped us each with our plan and what earrings we wanted. She was thorough and calm and really gave us each personalized attention. We loved working with her!

Fantastic experience: Loved the entire experience from booking a For 2 Piercing Party to help with jewelry, and finally the piercing itself. Everyone was friendly - on point with how to keep the flow of customers moving - and locked in. Gray pierced my nostril (stud in photo) and she totally listened to what I was thinking and openly shared her thoughts from her expertise and communicated so clearly. She just seemed so genuinely present which I’d say is overall just great to interact with, and then also inspires a lot of confidence with having a needle shoved through my nose. I love how the nose stud turned out. It was a bit trickier to find placement that balanced with my existing double nose rings on the other nostril but we found a mapping that totally works, despite being slightly unconventional placement. Jewelry selection was pretty good! They definitely had a solid variety and were accommodating with helping me and my guy select and “try” different pieces. Totally recommend and would be back for any other piercings I choose in the future. Also the decor and layout of the shop was inviting, clean and pretty. Always a good sign ☺️

Fantastic experience: Had my daughter's (age 6) ears pierced here and they did a fantastic job and were incredibly kind and communicative, including with her. A couple months later one said was bleeding as after it was accidentally pulled/snagged. We walked-in to see if they could help and were immediately taken care of with the same care and kindness as the first time. I should mention I also had my nose pierced here and had a great experience with that as well. We are lucky to have this gem of piercing/tattoo shop in the neighborhood!

Fantastic experience: Gray did a great job! I went in just to get my piercing changed and she noticed that my other two old piercings were still open. I haven’t had anything in them for 13 years and we were still able to put new jewelry in them. I was so stoked to have them back! I will definitely be back for more piercings in the future.

Negative experience: EDIT: The owner's response is a bit odd. I left my review because Mod Body Arts has overwhelming positive reviews which is why I initially chose this shop over others. I was disappointed because of my high expectations going in. Just because other people have good experiences here doesn't mean I couldn't have had a negative experience. I spent over $100 to get a piercing that was not done straight and I had to remove it. Weird response from a owner. Somewhat implying that I am lying about my experience? Disappointing experience. I asked the piercer if I had the right anatomy for a certain piercing and he said I did. The person who helped me select my jewelry was very kind but the piercer barely talked to me. He didn't ask me how I was or even attempt to make any conversation which is fine but it's odd that he barely said anything during the piercing process or tell me the usual stuff about aftercare. The jewelry itself (not the post length) ended up being too big for my ear and constantly got caught on my hair. I went to a different piercing shop and they said the piercing was not done straight and that the jewelry was not suitable for my ear. Overall just a bad experience. No customer service from the piercer and just a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Always a 10/10 experience here. Randy’s done almost all my piercings in this ear, and they’ve healed amazingly - and caused no weird discomfort during the healing process like other shops i’ve been to. The entire staff is super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The shop is always always clean. Highly recommend and see them in a few weeks to shorten the post on my new anti-tragus piercing.

Fantastic experience: A true dream experience! I am so grateful to Randy and the amazing staff here. I brought my kiddo in for ear piercings today and we had an amazing time. Zev helped my daughter pick out jewelry and was so sweet. Negative experience: I got a permanent bracelet here and the lady who attached it was very sweet. The store was also nice and welcoming. They did not have solid gold options, but I thought whatever was being sold to me would not tarnish and look dirty with my other permanent bracelet. It’s overpriced at $130. After 2 months I took it off.

Fantastic experience: Loved coming here to get my nose pierced again, Gray was really helpful and thorough when explaining everything and the piercing was quick and gentle. She even adjusted another nose piercing I have because I remembered it while I was in the chair. I came with a friend who got an upper ear piercing and she said it was a great experience as well. The shop is so cute, I’ll definitely have to be back for a tattoo or another ear piercing!

Fantastic experience: In the past month, I’ve gotten a tattoo & 3 piercings here. Everyone is so kind & talented. Maddie did the cutest flash for me, & Randy & Gray did a piercing party for me & a friend. They’ve even graciously changed out jewelry & really gone the extra mile for me while my body is healing. 10000/10 recommend everyone there for any of their services. They also always remember me (looking at you Zev!) which just shows how passionate they all are for what they do & how much they care for everyone that walks into the studio. Plus, the jewelry is super cute & very high quality.

Fantastic experience: I had a jewelry swap appointment that I needed to reschedule, which got rescheduled quickly for me. When I came in, a piercer greeted me and discussed pricing and options. I picked out what gem I wanted, it was sanitized and in my nose within 15 minutes. The piercer, Zed, was precise and gentle. Pricing was reasonable. They have fair-priced Friday the 13th tattoo options, as well!

Fantastic experience: I went in last minute to get some jewelry changed out and Gray was there to help me and she was fantastic. She was super busy but still took the time to check on me and ask me what I needed and was very good about communicating that she had a couple of people ahead of me but would help me out as soon as she could. We picked out my jewelry, and when she was ready she took me back and got everything switched out quickly. I love my new gold nose rings, and I appreciated how kind and cool Gray was. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be going back again!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!!! I got my first tooth gem & permanent bracelet here, and they were so supportive start to finish (including when I accidentally made one of the reservations for the wrong day - so grateful for their patience ). Both services were super efficient and beautifully done, I can’t wait to come back! Gray did my bracelet and Zev did my tooth gem (my friend also came for both, hers turned out equally lovely!!).

Negative experience: Generally rude and off-putting service at the front. The piercers themselves are nice, but I had a septum ring put in which wasn’t aligned properly. I ended up taking it out myself and putting my old one back in. They’d also said they would order a piece of jewelry for me and let me know when it arrives. My contact info went down on a post-it and I haven’t heard back. It’s been about 4 months.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time going to a tattoo/piercing establishment (I won't mention the retailer we went to for previous piercing) for a piercing. My daughter got her cartilage pierced. Mod Body Arts was professional, informative, patient, and so good at what they do! My daughter felt very little pain. Thanks, Gray, for doing such an amazing job making her feel comfortable. We will see you in 3 weeks when we change the piercing to the shorter post.

Fantastic experience: I had Alex do a memorial tattoo for my German Shepherd who passed away in April. He perfectly replicated her likeness and added poppies to frame her face. Alex was great during the tattoo, checking in on my comfort level and giving me breaks when I needed it. During my sessions he’d check in and make sure I was happy with placement and shading, even reaching out after we were done to let me know that if I ever felt like I needed a touch up once healed or adding anything else to let him know and he’d be happy to help.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience getting my daith and conch pierced by Gray. From the moment I walked in she was sweet, professional, and informal. She made sure I felt comfortable and told me what she was going to do before doing it so there would be no surprises throughout the entire process. The shop was also very clean and neat and SO cute. It was very reasonably priced and they had such cute jewelry. I will be going to Mod Body Arts from now or for any piercing or jewelry needs! Thank you Gray!

Fantastic experience: I got two piercings done on my ears earlier this week by Gray. She was incredibly sweet and you could tell loved her job, one of the piercings I was redoing, I had done it somewhere else and the placement had been really off, she really took her time to make sure I was happy with placement this time around which I appreciated. They had a cool selection of jewelry and I'm very happy with the look of the pieces I chose. If I decide to get anymore piecings while in Denver It would defiantly be here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten 4 piercings here since October 2023: two helix piercings, a nose piercing, and most recently a conch piercing. I’ve always made appts with Grey. She’s awesome! She always talks me through the steps and informs me of everything she’s doing. The place is very clean, professional, and friendly. So glad I found this place and I’ll continue to go there for all my future piercings (I have a couple more planned)!

Fantastic experience: My daughter got her nose pierced and we couldn't have had a better experience. Randy made sure everything was perfectly sanitized and walked her through everything. All the employees are super nice and friendly and walk you through each step of the process. Fantastic experience: Gray is simply the best! I first came in for my appointment feeling a bit anxious because I never had any piercings done before. From the moment I walked in, Gray made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable, and they were so patient with me while I asked a million questions during the appointment. I also reached out to Gray after my appointment with an additional question, and they sent me a very well detailed response right away. Since then, I had three piercings done (tragus, conch and rook), all with Gray. I love all of them, and will be going back for more!

Fantastic experience: I love Mod Body Arts! Only piercing place I’ll go. Got my daughter’s ears pierced when she turned 5 and Randy was fantastic with her (even through the tears). I just got my nostril and antihelix done and he was great again! Prices are fair and they send you home with sterile saline and a post appointment to get smaller posts after the swelling goes down (all included). I’ll be back next time I’m itching to get pierced.

He was able to design and execute the perfect tattoo that exactly fit my vision! His attention to detail, fine line work, and overall creativity is hands down the best I’ve seen. It is evident he is extremely knowledgeable about his art and cares about his work. I cannot appreciate enough how thorough and patient Tim was throughout the whole process of piecing together the art I wanted in my tattoo and the time he put in to ensuring the design was exactly what I wanted. On top of that, his ability to transfer the idea from design to skin was phenomenal. The piece turned out amazing, I’m so excited, and I could not recommend him highly enough. Not only was he a top-tier artist, but the studio and other staff are incredibly welcoming and truly maintain not only a clean, but comfortable and welcoming environment. Fantastic experience: I got my nostril pierced by Gray and had the absolute best experience! Gray was so kind and informative when I arrived for my appointment. Talked through jewelry options and what to expect, their setup and made me feel super ready and confident. It was my first piercing outside of ear lobes, so I was a little nervous, but Gray’s demeanor really put me at ease. They were so kind, supportive, and affirming. Highly appreciative and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: There’s a reason this shop has 5 stars. I recently got pierced by Gray and at first I was super nervous but they did their absolute best job to make me feel comfortable. I was given tea and stress balls and I was walked through the whole process. Gray kept checking with me to make sure the marked dot of where my piercing would be was to my liking and they kept me calm. They showed me some beautiful jewelry and showed me such kindness. If you want a shop with nice employees, cool vibes, and great places to eat at in the vicinity then Mod is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: I got my nose re-pierced with gray in March of 2023 and it was the best experience I have had at any piercing shop. The place was very clean and gray took the time to help me select the jewelry that would fit me best. The piercing process was very smooth and quick. Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely incredible. I have had a lot of piercing experiences and this is one of the best! Gray, our piercer, was so friendly, patient and accommodating. She was so amazing explaining the whole process, showing us the jewelry, giving her recommendations on where placement should be. My two other friends and I all got ear piercings and booked the “piercing party”. They look so much time with us, even though we were indecisive. She was so sweet and let our other friend eat lunch in the lobby and made her comfortable. The facility is so beautiful and vibey. It’s very clean and the whole process was amazing.

Fantastic experience: First time going here, Randy here who did the piercing was super accommodating and nice about the whole process, very calm environment in the building and many choices for piercings. At first I was a little hesitant about the price but it’s 100% worth every penny. If you’re looking to get your first or another piercing I highly recommend MOD.

She was absolutely wonderful and I appreciated how much she checked in with him and I to make sure we were happy with everything and comfortable. Fantastic experience: I went to Mod Body to get my second holes in my ear lobes. I was able to book an appointment online same day, which was awesome. The shop is clean and they have several fun earring options. The service was amazing, I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The process was done in less than 30 minutes, but I didn’t feel rushed. Very thoughtful placement and marking before piercing, which I appreciated. They also provided clear after care instructions and follow up. I will definitely be back!
