Negative experience: I got a tattoo here around 4 years ago, unfortunately on reflection I wish I’d have gone somewhere else. I knew exactly what I wanted, I wanted fine line and much smaller than what I got. But I felt quite judged and patronised when I showed what I wanted. I was told “you can’t have a tattoo that small it won’t work” and proceeded to do my line tattoo with a big chunky lines. I wanted delicate and light but it’s huge and heavy. Wish I’d gone somewhere else, I have seen the exact style I wanted since so I know it is indeed possible, they just didn’t want to do it.

Fantastic experience: Had my 1st tattoo here last week and the service was excellent. I contacted the studio on line and straightaway felt reassured of their expertise. Gavin was so patient and professional and made the whole experience a very positive one. I could highly recommend going here. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Went for a helix piercing. It was my first piercing so I was very nervous. The lady who did it was lovely and very conversational which worked well to distract me. It was quick and successful and pretty cheap. Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: How can anyone give a 5 star review for a place they've never even been in? I'll tell you how! I live in Elland, and my granddaughter (12 last week) lives in Sheffield. After years of asking, her parents eventually said that she could have her ears pierced. She came to me for a sleepover a few weeks ago and I was very happy to take her to a place near me to have her ears pierced. She was thrilled, and they look beautiful. Yesterday she messaged me to say that she'd found out that her school in Sheffield insists that piercings have to be removed before PE lessons (which she has tomorrow) and she was heartbroken. First, we knew that they were supposed to stay in for 10 weeks (otherwise the holes will heal) and, second, her and her mum could not get them out despite numerous attempts last night (they are flat backs). Today I rang Feline Tattoo and Piercing in Sheffield, told them the story, and asked if they could take them out for her. Charlotte, who I spoke to first, was absolutely lovely and said yes. Within 15 minutes my granddaughter arrived with her grandad, and 2 minutes later the piercings had been loosened by Kate, taken out, and put back in again but not as tight. We know there's a possibility the holes might heal during the PE lesson but I'm hoping that if my granddaughter practises tonight, over and over again, she might be able to get them back in after the lesson. How much was the charge for this wonderful service and advice? Absolutely nothing. Charlotte and Kate - you are both absolute stars and I can't thank you enough. If the holes do heal over you'll be the first place we'll come to, and I can highly recommend you to anyone who wants a piercing. Thank you SO, SO, much!

Fantastic experience: Visited this week for a nose piercing and helix change. Kate is a superwoman. I didn't think I'd feel as nervous about the pain, but Kate's welcome alone put me at ease. She is lovely, knowledgeable and experienced; brilliant aftercare leaflet too that she has clearly put a lot of time, thought and her own personality into. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Marked my 54th birthday with a nose piercing and needed to talk about it first, I’d got loads of questions and was a bit apprehensive. Kate was amazing, just so easy and friendly. Loved the way she talked me through every bit of the process which really helped. It didn’t hurt half as much as I thought it would and I’m someone who feels pain easily. All her advice on aftercare was great, followed everything she said and haven’t had a problem. I’m 3 months in and loving it! If you want an easeful experience, Go see Kate, she’s great.

Fantastic experience: Took my Son (age 15) this morning to get his lobes done , after a year of nagging by him. I was very impressed with Kate and her cross infection control. She had an autoclave and an ultrasonic bath; also, the earrings had been sterilised and stored in proper sterile pouches. BTW, she gloves while she did the piercing. All of this was very familiar and comforting as it reminded me of nearly 30 years experience as a Dental Nurse with similar equipment. Kate was great at dealing with a nervous young lad, (very familiar Patient Care). On the top of that my son didn't have to show his ID like other unmentionable piercing salons I won't name. I can't recommend Kate and the other Felines enough. Thank you Kate.

Fantastic experience: I just got a tattoo here and it was such a great experience! Everyone was so lovely and I felt so comfortable the entire time! If you're a bit introverted like me this is the perfect place to get tatted. The tattoo itself is gorgeous and amazingly done! I'm so happy with it, they really listened to what I wanted and helped me decide the positioning. I'm moving away soon but hope to come back here for my next tattoo! Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: Have been here for my own ear piercing previously and took my daughter today to get her first lobe piercings. The lady doing the ear piercing was very reassuring and professional. A really great experience! Lots of options for first studs and she talked my daughter through the process. Felt more accurate doing it with a needle rather than a gun in a retail environment. Much preferred it. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and brilliant job of my tattoo. I rang up to enquire about getting my first tattoo and they asked me to come in to discuss it. I went in and booked a slot for 2 weeks time. I emailed across a picture and description of what I wanted and on the day it was all prepared ready to go straight away. Gail was my tattooist and, on top of doing an excellent job, made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything before beginning. I'm not usually great at conversation with new people but Gail was lovely and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! From the moment I walked in, till the moment I left, I was made to feel really relaxed about having my daith pierced. I came in with a friend who was having her 1st’s repierced and was very nervous. The piercer made her feel so relaxed. Both our piercings were pain free and my daith has healed so well. I’ve had it for 6 weeks now with little issue! I can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Went for nipple piercing (£40 for both) with Georgina- such a positive experience, felt so comfortable and all seemed very clean/professional. She is so friendly and really puts you at ease- and it was so quick! Came back as I got a nose piercing (£25) here a few months ago- had it pierced previously at another place and had so many problems with it so needed to get it redone- it healed quickly after getting it pierced here and had no issues. Very much recommend. Only thing is- piercing aftercare solution is not supplied so would recommend buying some before

Fantastic experience: Have had four tattoos done since turning 18, all done by Gail. Absolutely lovely buisness, helped me out when an ankle tatt made me feel sick and faint, allowing me as much time as needed. Also very accommodating of what I wanted considering I’m incredibly indecisive and graciously dealt with me moving placement several times. 100% my favourite place for tattoos and piercings I completely recommend. It’s incredibly clean and you are shown straight up the sterile needles being used.

Just a heads up they dont provide aftercare products so it would be a good idea to get your own before getting a piercing coz you wont get to purchase any there

Helped me pick out the earrings, chatted to me, made me feel at ease! Since my piercing I have booked in for my first tattoo I was that impressed with the place. I have had my design in mind your ages and as soon as I walked in I knew this was the place for me, booked in with Fiona Long! I can’t wait!

Fantastic experience: I went for my nose pierced here yesterday and could not be happier with the result. I was quite nervous due to having a previous negetive experience elsewhere but the process at Feline piercing was very professional and I was put at ease when I arrived. The piercing procedure itself was very quick and painless and I was provided full in depth aftercare. I am also really happy with the placement and jewelry.
