Fantastic experience: After being recommended I popped in to Intrepid to check it out and have a chat about my ideas. The first thing that struck me was how friendly everyone was. I was greeted straight away with big smiles, had a chat and was introduced to the artist who suited my request most. After a detailed plan of action I was booked in with Al. He has retired now so Liv has done my last few tattoos, she is so friendly and I’m very pleased with her detailed work. Going back soon to see Lauren for a different style of tattoo (each artist have there own speciality) All in all a very friendly and slightly crazy community haha. Well recommended.

Fantastic experience: It’s my second time coming here and I’ve had liv on both occasions. She’s honestly the nicest tattoo artist I’ve been to she’s super gentle and always makes sure you’re feeling ok not to mention you can have a good laugh with her. I had a couple touch ups and a new small tattoo from her today and they look spot on as per can’t thank her enough. All the staff here are super friendly and I’d honestly just sit in there for music the environment is so good. Thx liv

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with how this cover-up tattoo turned out! Lauren did an incredible job transforming my old piece into something absolutely beautiful and meaningful. What really impressed me is how seamlessly the old tattoo was covered you’d never even know it was there. The piece fits my body perfectly and feels elegant and feminine without being overpowering. The whole experience was comfortable from start to finish all staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. If you’re considering a cover-up, this is proof that an old tattoo can truly be turned into a masterpiece. I’m beyond grateful and absolutely in love with the result!

Fantastic experience: Nipped in today to get my next booking sorted and to see my friend getting his new tattoos done. Ended up staying a couple of hours as I was catching up with all the staff who just such awesome people and always friendly. Liv has been tattooing me for a while now and she is just brilliant, like all the staff here she will listen to everything you say about the tattoo you want and not try and steer you to her own designs like some artists have done to me in the past. She and the rest of the staff just want you to get the best possible version of what you are looking for and want to make sure you have the best possible experience. Incredible studio, great people, great prices, great tunes and Lauren's (owner) dog is always up for a cuddle! I would recommend to anyone! Cant wait for my next piece!

Fantastic experience: Over the moon with jaks work! First time having a tattoo with him, he talks you through the whole process and always makes sure you’re happy with the tattoo all the way through. Fantastic experience: Had a full day session with Jak today and couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only did he redo previous tattoos for me that I had done elsewhere but he brought my new tattoo ideas to life and was consistently patient when finalising the design and placement to ensure I was 100% happy. Very professional, respectful and the finished pieces were everything I hoped for. Jak, Lauren and the whole team are so welcoming and lovely to be around, couldn’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be back soon :).

Negative experience: The staff are really nice and the place is clean and well kept. I came here to get a tattoo about a month ago and I was tattooed by their apprentice. My issue is that I wasn’t informed he was an apprentice until he was almost finished with my tattoo, which I didn’t really appreciate. The tattoo is okay, but in all honesty, it’s not what I was after. I appreciate that it was cheaper since he was an apprentice but I really would’ve preferred to have known before I got the tattoo so I could make an informed decision. If I had known, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. Now I’m stuck with a tattoo I’m not happy with. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I had my tattoo last week, from the moment I stepped into the door they made me feel welcomed. So much energy and entertainment I loved it. My tattoo had minimal scabbing and is nearly fully healed. Would highly recommend to anyone they have many tattooists and also do piercings. I had Lauren she was so amazing and so cool, she looked after me very well, I had the idea in my head and she pulled it out and inked it on me !!! 10/10 definitely going back already booked in

Fantastic experience: IntrepidINK is truly one of my favourite places to go. The artists are so fun and friendly, the studio is usually flowing with conversations, banter and laughter! I've truly never felt so comfortable at a tattoo studio! I've been going to IntrepidINK for quiet some time now and I don't feel like just a client I feel like a friend too. When you're there 9/10 people they come through the door they're known by atleast first name, which shows just how many regular clients come back again and again and how much the artists care about their clients and work! They is such a wide range of talent and styles that is forever growing. I love seeing their drawing challenges on Facebook, you can see how a few words can be interpreted in so many different ways. It's also a bonus they have a lovely little garden you can go to while your stencil dries or having a quick snack break. As someone with anxiety it's a fabulous space to just chill out, as sometimes the studio is busy! I always feel well looked after at Intrepid I have so much love and appreciation for everyone. As a bonus you usually leave with a sweetie or two as Lauren the owner is often offering and handing out sweeties, gotta keep those sugar levels up up up!!

Fantastic experience: Started coming here for over a year, my tattoo artist Sheridan is amazing and I wouldn’t go to another artist and the tattoo shop all together is lovely. They’re all so welcoming and you feel right at home when you come here. They have different artists in strengths but they are all amazing. Lauren is the chatty fun and beautiful owner who always makes you feel comfortable. Wouldn’t go to any other tattoo studio as these guys make you feel like you’re apart of the family. Fantastic experience: After my dog passed away in March 2025, I was devastated and felt like I wanted to have a lasting tribute to him. I’ve never considered a tattoo before but decided I’d like one of the his paw prints on my forearm. I booked in with Intrepid Ink and went down yesterday to have my first tattoo with Myles. Everyone in this place is super friendly, really welcoming and have clearly worked hard to become the great artists that they are. Myles explained everything beforehand, was a complete professional and surpassed my expectations! I’ve been told by friends that I’ll get the bug and want another tattoo at some point… if that’s the case, I’ll definitely be back to Intrepid Ink.

The artists are incredibly talented and offer a diverse range of styles without the hefty price tag (ironic, considering you don’t have to pay with an arm and a leg!). They really take the time to listen and bring your ideas to life, whether you’re going in with a fully-formed concept or just a vague spark of inspiration. It feels like a creative partnership, and that’s so rare to find. This studio offers, without question, my favourite tattoo experience to date. If you’ve ever felt out of place in a tattoo studio, come here. You’ll walk out with incredible art and the feeling of having been truly seen.

Fantastic experience: Called in today on the off chance they had a walk in spot available ( yay they did). All the staff were super friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease.
