Fantastic experience: From the moment I arrived to the minute I left I felt welcome and looked after!! My experience of having a new tattoo after 7 years I wasn’t nervous even though I’ve got numerous tattoo’s the staff are friendly and offer options to match what you are wanting for a tattoo. I already have another day booked in here for a cover up and adding another tattoo in wasn’t a problem. I can’t wait to return!! Gabriele is also a fantastic artist who checked how I was doing throughout and has given me two beautiful additions to my existing tattoos

Fantastic experience: Came here last year for a cover up on a tattoo I've been hiding for the best part of 15 years. I originally went in for a consultation with Jordan and had a chat about what I'd want and he couldn't have put me more at ease if he tried, he showed me a few different designs and what each artist there has done in the past... Then we got the ball rolling. I had Mateusz Fijol as my artist and I couldn't have asked for anyone better, we had a long day ahead of us which he made a million times easier by being how he is. Can't wait for my next design done here

Fantastic experience: Being a disabled older male with a massive brain and physical injurys a tried to get some work done here but it was decied on both sides it wasn't a good fit . However the full team from top to bottom worked hard to get me where and what I needed working with other partners I just goes to show how good this place is . Yes they win awards . Yes they do some of the best work around . But while doing all of this they never forgot about the one must important thing there customers While other places sit empty and sit alday on tic tok these guys are getting the job done by simply going out there way for there custmers. Ive been looked after by this full company and not once have I been let down . I will be using them for many months to come and worth the 5 hour drive and the hotel costs because this companyv is worth every penny I spend to be looked after so well great job guys n girls

Fantastic experience: This was for my first tattoo and of course I decided to go all out and get a sleeve. Everyone at Redemption Sheffield was extremely friendly and Chloe & Ashleigh helped to put me at ease immediately as well as answering any questions I had. My artist Aleks also made me feel very welcomed and made sure to sit with me to design my tattoo for as long as was needed so it was exactly how I wanted it as well as helping with his opinion on things I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, for example, I couldn’t decide if I wanted colour in the eyes or not. I have had 5 sessions in total over 3 trips to complete my sleeve and every time I have had a great experience, the entire atmosphere and staff at the studio makes you relax and get into it with everyone being so friendly and chatty. Everyone is always curious to see how you’re getting on and what it is you’re getting tattooed & I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio! I even travelled over 3.5 hours each way, for each trip after discovering & watching the work online for years and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Got a wonderful, vibrant tattoo, exactly what I wanted, Geyser was so professional and really understood what I was asking for in the design steps- and then it was two hours in the chair, including a break for lunch, for a full-colour piece that covers the outside of my shoulder. Well worth the money, so pleased after having wanted a watercolour-style flower for years

I started with just enquiring about getting a cover up done, with an hour I had a call off one of the girls who work reception talking me through possible options and dates to have the cover up done, they then spent there time with WhatsApp messages showing me the work the artists have done and the cover ups they have done previously.. I had an idea of what I wanted but on the day the artist explained my idea wasn’t the best for the cover ups so he came up with something different and I was over the moon with what he suggested. The end result of the cover up was incredible and I’m more than happy with the outcome and the way the tattoo looks.. 10/10 for me highly recommend Redemption.. Benjamin did my tattoo today and he was more than happy to keep changing the design until I was fully happy with it, all staff are pleasant and friendly and make you feel welcome. I live more than 100 miles away from the tattoo parlour, but I wanted to get my special tattoo in Sheffield. Redemption's team couldn't have been more helpful. They helped me refine my design idea. Instructions and safety were above all else for importance. Artists take good care of you. Fantastic experience: Yasmin was amazing, helped remove piercings i had from another piercer that were badly irritated, even though she didn’t originally carry out the piercing, she has been amazing with messaging every other day to check how my ear in healing and has given so much useful information, i will be going back to have my piercings done by yasmin!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at redemption tattoo, the staff were so welcoming and very accommodating, they couldn’t do enough for you. Efren is a fantastic tattoo artist, he kept me very calm and kept asking if I was okay, he has refreshed my old tattoo and added more bits to make it even more sentimental and beautiful, I love it! Would highly recommend Redemption.

Negative experience: Dreadful. I asked for a skull with tentacles coming from where the mouth should be. Got a cancellation appointment, thought "weird, but sure. Will probably only be a design consultation anyway." Wrong. I would say they designed it on the day, but that would be a lie. They don't design a single thing. They copy references off Pinterest (which is teeming with A.I. slop), and hastily photoshop your "design" together in about 15 minutes. When my tattooist showed me the design he slopped together, and I was clearly upset with the way the tentacles were all wrong (as in, the suckers were on the wrong side, some were connected to each other, one was completely disconnected, etc), he got impatient with me, not understanding what was wrong. He kept saying "I'll fix it, don't worry about it." Only to stencil the exact same image, without fixing it, onto my arm. At that point, I grabbed my stuff to leave. I was stopped by the receptionist pulled me aside and asked what was wrong. She seemed really sympathetic and understanding. Kept making out that this was a major one off, that this tattooist was new, etc. Got promised a second appointment with a more "experienced" artist. I was gullible enough to believe them. Got to this second appointment, this time bringing my partner along, since I no longer felt comfortable going alone. I had to argue tooth and nail last appointment; let's see what happens this time. Same exact thing. Pinterest quite literally up on their tablet, two members of reception and the tattooist trying to gaslight me that this is normal, every tattoo shop does this now, even my current tattoos (which were done years ago) were supposedly done with A.I.. Gaslighted and coerced me out the back teeth. Again I (and my partner now) had to fight tooth and nail, arguing with them that I didn't want the tattoo doing at all (yes, you read that right, I had to ARGUE to NOT get the PERMANENT tattoo done), and that I wanted my money back (they took both the deposit and full amount at the same time when I first walked in. So I had already paid £850 without having even seen my design yet. I already thought that was strange, but decided to go with it, since this place looked so good). Eventually, I managed to leave - or rather, escape, since they only backed down after I said that I'd maybe look for a more specialised artist to design the tattoo first and then get back to them - but then argued with them over text to return the £500 they owed me, since I never actually received the tattoo. Even though they had previously communicated rapidly, they took days to respond to this. It was only when I threatened to take things further, did they give me my money back. The £350 was non-refundable deposit, which I understand, but even then I'm still upset about having lost that much to effortless slop. Either way though, I'm glad I got my £500 back at least.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic time, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, when they had no dairy free milk for the coffee they offered, they then offered to have someone go get some an act of service rarely shown. The tattoo itself was done by Renato and he loves his work, as do I after today, taking care and time. while it came with the obvious drawbacks of getting a tattoo done my time spent was worth the outcome. Would highly recommend to all.

They always talk through your design and will give you their honest opinions on how best to position and configure your designs. Fantastic experience: Amazing service from start to finish. This is a stunning studio in which to have your tattoo expertly crafted and applied. This was my first tattoo and the staff really couldn't have done more to put me at ease. I discussed my ideas with the lovely Pablo and he went to work designing the image and then applied it beautifully. His attention to detail and strive for perfection is insane. I am absolutely delighted with the result and it has healed really quickly. I followed the aftercare advice which was clear and easy to follow. Thanks especially to the gorgeous South London babe Yasmine ( I think) who was just so lovely and put me at ease from the get go. I would fully recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This was my first Tattoo at 58 years old so obviously I was worried Once I got into the Studio I was put at ease by the staff Pablo was the artist who had some great ideas to complement what I wanted in my design And offered me his professional advice Which I am glad I took I was there from 10am until 1930 and Pablo was very professional throughout I kept looking at my Tattoo ever few hours But it wasn’t until it was finally finished that I could appreciate the quality of the work I am 100% going back to extend my leg Tattoo and yes I will be using Pablo without a doubt

Fantastic experience: Reemption is an incredibly proffessional clean studio. This can be seen the second you walk in. The level of work and artists available is amazing with every possible type of tattoo catered from from design to delivery. Each artist has a portfolio to view so you can insure you have the right one for the kind of work you want.My artist, Kelvin, was approachable and the amount of research he put into creating the exact tattoo i wanted was obvious, even finding the original image i took in on the internet so he was able to provide more detail. The end result was breath taking i could not have dreamed of the outcome. It is superb and i thank you Kelvin for that. Bottom line if youre looking for a tattoo in our around the area then there really is only one choice. Redemption. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I’d thought long and hard about the theme I wanted for my sleeve tattoo that was done at Redemption and I have to say that from the moment I went to speak with Jordan about what I wanted, the whole process was unbelievably easy. The artists are all so talented and I’d like to give a huge shout out to Simone who completed my sleeve from my elbow down to my wrist. He is a sublime artist and I’d recommend him to you all. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Redemption Tattoo enough! I wanted to get a cover up of an old tattoo and the consultation was really useful to know what size would be suitable and also deciding which artist would be best for the style I wanted. On the day we discussed the design that I had suggested during the consultation and Giulia took onboard my comments and made changes as needed. Giulia did an amazing job on the day and the quality is so impressive. The staff were also wonderful and kept me entertained through the pain.

Fantastic experience: Just had a 2 day cover up done at the studio. From the initial consultation done through email to the welcome at the studio by the lovely and extremely knowledgeable reception staff I cannot praise their attention and professionalism enough. I was then introduced to my artist Edo who discussed my ideas for the design and he even came up with a slight change to the design which made the design flow and come alive. He's a true artist. I'm booked in to complete an outer sleeve early next year and can't wait to see the completed project. I whole heartedly recommend the studio to anyone wanting a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Even though my tattoo was quite small and basic, they still took care of me and made sure the tattoo is exactly how I wanted it. There was no rush, and all the workers were kind, mostly the ladies at the counter and the tattooist. You can clearly see the professionalism and art skills coming through. I'm definitely coming back in the future for another tattoo.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing tattoo artists in the most amazing tattoo shop. I’ve been tattooed here and in their other tattoo shop in Wigan and I can honestly say you will not get better tattoos anywhere else. I wouldn’t trust anybody else to touch me with a needle than the people that work here. Everything was absolutely fab from communication to consultation to the friendliness of staff. Can’t fault this place at all and they will be doing all of my tattoos moving forward. I’d highly recommend to anybody wanting good quality tattoos.

Fantastic experience: I've had my three dog portraits done by Diego. They look fantastic. The staff and so friendly and helpful, quick to reply to messages and questions you have about the tattoo or after care. They also have staff making sure you're okay and need anything (drinks etc), had no problems asking to stop for a break.
