Fantastic experience: Got 3 vertical helix piercings and my friends also got their lip and their lobes done, Leanne took us step by step through and made sure the environment was hygienic, she was very helpful, calming and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Went for a nostril piercing a couple weeks back. Reasonably priced though not the cheapest - but totally worth it. Brilliant selection of jewellery, I emailed Jon who was helpful and got a Saturday walk in with Ruby who was really lovely. After care solution a bit pricey... But it's working so far!! Thank you Ruby.

Fantastic experience: Ruby is absolutely incredible, she did my cheeks today and upsized my septum for me. She was so patient with me when I was nervous and kept reassuring me. She even spent 10 minutes making sure they were completely even and I was happy with them! She made the process very painless and I love going to her for my piercings! Great Piercing place!

Negative experience: completely messed up both my industrial and nipple piercings, my nipple is now permanently damaged because piercer did it through the areola not my actual nipple. avoid this place like the plague

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years and I don’t go anywhere else in Bristol. Super friendly and professional, they know what they’re talking about. Had lobes and forward helix done here years ago and now just recently got my lip done. Very quick and minimal pain. Unfortunately I developed an irritation bump after a month, pretty common and my fault not there’s. I popped back to have them check it and they did all they could helping me work out the best options to help it go down. Will always go back here and recommend to friends :)

Negative experience: Got my cheeks pierced by ruby. Lovely and helpful conversation to explain the process and healing but the first side was messed up and sat on my teeth and gums. Didn’t notice how bad till I left and compared to the 2nd side which felt fine and I wasn’t knocking at all. I called and she explained how she’d reangle the piercing if I came back. I did then she proceeded to do it again, then again. After the 3rd time now in one side the swelling made it more difficult and even though I explained that it just needed to go on more of a downward angle (as the side that was perfect was like this) it ended up practically in the same place that it originally was. I didn’t get offered any money back only the advice to let the swelling go down after stating that it still felt wrong, she said it might be a tiny bit different to the other side but not by much. Later that night I had to remove this as it was just pushing on my gums and hurting them more than the actual piercing was hurting whilst making the piercing more inflamed with constantly moving uncomfortably with any talking, again this was not happening on the other side. With a barbell being used it was impossible to ignore and I didn’t want to risk damage especially since the other side was so fine it felt more wrong being all the way up there. Looking at it in the mirror you can see the side redone was still on a pretty straight angle hitting the bottom of my teeth when my mouth is open where the side without a problem is much lower due to the angle being more downwards and sits more in the middle. I will be getting this side fixed elsewhere it just really sucks I’ve had to take that one out after going through it 3 times on that side and feeling like she didn’t understand what I meant about the angle. I’m not sure if this is just cuz it’s harder to do after already being pierced but when we first went back she said it was the right call so we can fix it without having to take it out and heal up, then it ended up basically in the same place as it first was.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a spur of the moment piercing today. Both the piercer (Szandra) and person behind the counter (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) were super kind and helpful. They have a great selection of jewellery, both for fresh and healed ear piercings - all flatbacks which is brilliant - as well as aftercare products. They also have different gauge hoops, nose piercings, belly bars, tunnels, plugs etc. The piercing process itself was so smooth and quick that I was in and out in about 5 minutes! You can tell they are very on top of the sterile process which is really nice to see. I’d highly recommend coming here if you’re ever in the market for a new piercing.

However all the staff here are always really friendly and have a great knowledge of their work. I've already discussed and got mapped out my next 20 piercings, with extensive talking and planning to make sure we get the best results for what i want and what would work. If you're considering getting pierced here, I couldnt recommend it enough

Fantastic experience: Amazing tattoos from Jon! I came in on a Saturday with a million designs and he was onboard immediately. My session lasted 5 hours and I've now got some really sick pieces. I'll definitely be coming back here for any more tattoos in the future. Thanks Jon!!

Fantastic experience: I decided to get my first tattoo on my ribs. John, the tattoo artist was kind enough to slot me in and was very helpful in explaining the details before and after getting the tattoo done. He was incredibly talented and precise when doing the tattoo, and I was very impressed by how clean and clear the detailing was when he finished. Would highly recommend pierced up as not only was I well informed, I also had a laugh and felt extremely relaxed and comfortable when getting the tattoo. Would do again!

Fantastic experience: I had a rubbish piercing job at another place and came here to get some help and advice. They were really kind and sympathetic and showed me exactly how to treat the issue. They also charged me basically nothing. I'll definitely come here next time!

Negative experience: My partner and I came to this shop 6 weeks ago to buy a new belly bar after the top of her last one (push fit) fell out. We found one she liked, she told the man who served us that she was thinking a screw fit for something more secure, but the man convinced her on a titanium push fit one, apparently a 'new design', saying it wouldn't fall out. So we bought it! Unfortunately a couple weeks later the top of the piercing did fall out, a little gutted as she spent £20 on it. We went back to the shop (5 weeks after purchase) and told the same man who served us about what happened and asked if he could give us a replacement. He said no, but didn't just say no... He had an attitude that was belittling and condescending, he said if it was a 'few days' he may have done, but not after '5 weeks' - he continued - 'sometimes jewellery just falls out' and 'I dont go into a jewellery store asking for freebies when I've lost jewellery' I'll be the first to admit I was upset, not just with his tone but with his conduct - I challenged him, mentioning he assured us that this belly bar was a 'new design' and wouldn't fall out. Still he continued to mimise us. I said I'd have to write a review about this - you can't 'convince someone of a product your selling' but 'absolve yourself of any responsibility when that product isn't to the standard you sold it at' - he then kept his tone, but then hastily picked up a belly bar from their £8-10 range and slapped it on the counter 'here you go!' I'm not writing this review because the product wasn't satisfactory, but more his rude, demeaning behaviour to my partner and I for coming in and asking for a solution. Telling us we shouldn't be coming in '...asking for freebies.' A complete lack of decent customer service, would be extremely hesitant to consider for any of their tattoo and piercing services based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: been going to this place since i moved to bristol and safe to say i will never go anywhere else. i have got a nose piercing, eyebrow piercing and a navel piercing all from here and had them change out multiple of my piercings for me which they make so easy and painless after i have been struggling for ages! they do the piercings so quick and painless with a great choice of jewellery. they are so nice in there, the guy on the front desk and the piercers. have recommended this place to a lot of friends who have also had great experiences!

Fantastic experience: Had my naval piercing done here, all the staff were friendly and it was quick and easy to book an appointment. The point is that it only hurts when it's done, I felt basically no pain after and will be back for my next piercing!

When I was there I decided to have a tragus piercing. They explained everything all the way through so I felt in good hands. I had been to a place in town which was not good. Fantastic experience: Amazing! Went in today for a walk-in emergency upsizing (swelling caused by poor piercing at a different place) and my experience could not have been better. The lady who did the upsizing was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and reassuring, and put all my anxieties to rest. Fantastic experience: Honestly the nicest, most comfortable piercing experience I've ever had. Wanted a stacked lobe and cartilage piercing, but also needed two jewellery changes and for a dodgy new nose piercing to get checked over. It was all sorted, painlessly and quickly, and the price for everything was still less than I expected. My new go-to for anything piercing related!

They were absolutely fantastic in talking through everything, helping maker decisions on jewellery for and sizes etc. The most impressive thing: it didn't hurt at all! It stung a little, but definitely not a painful experience in any way! I am not great with pain, and this was easy to deal with. I can only guess it comes down to how good she was - 5 stars doesn't feel enough, I would give even more stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I went here for my septum piercing while my friend got his ears pierced and had a great experience all round. The piercer was friendly and willing to ask all our questions directly related and just todo with piercings in general. I feel awful for not remembering her name even after I asked so I could say in this review but it began with S. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel safe (like a good piercer should). The pricing was good (£35 for the septum, £40 for both lobes and £10 for a large saline solution bottle).

Fantastic experience: I have come here a few times for piercings and every time is a good experience. I always go away with a smile on my face after having a good laugh with the staff there. They are thorough, professional, conscientious and all round fantastic. All piercings have been done well every time with no hassle. They do all sorts of piercings and tattoos. We are always given the after care instructions and given good guidance. The staff are really good at making you feel comfortable and less anxious. The prices are a little dearer than other places but only by a small amount and it's worth the quality you get here. I parked in Trenchard Carpark which is opposite the shop. The car park was only £2.00 for the half an hour we were there. I highly recommend this place if you want quality products, care, piercings and satisfaction. Best in Bristol!

Fantastic experience: Walked in on Thursday morning to request a septum piercing. Receptionist was very friendly. I was quite nervous but my piercer was very reassuring and professional. He suggested a straight barbell after I said I’d have to conceal it most of the time due to my work. Very pleased with the whole service and will definitely go back to them

The lady who did the piercings was so calm and reassuring and did them as fast and efficiently as possible. She was brilliant. Fantastic experience: My friend and I went to get our septums pierced together on the 30th of march. Everything felt really safe covid-wise and in general, and the place was spotless! Both the person at reception and the lady that pierced us were really nice and helpful. Hats off to her especially, as my friend and I are two little balls of anxiety and the three of us ended having a laugh and a really good time! You can buy aftercare and jewellery as well at the studio, and the prices are super reasonable. They answer the phone relatively quickly as well, and booked us in easily. They also offer changing your jewellery for you, which is super helpful for people with shaky hands like myself. Even though is far away from my area, I think I have found my favourite piercing studio in Bristol! I will definitely be back. :)

Fantastic experience: Did a telephone call today at 16.30pm to ask for the next available appointment in which I was told by Jay I could be booked in for 17.30pm. Was giving clear instructions of where exactly they were located and Jay was extremely courteous and polite. Arrived 10 mins early, and was greeted by the lovely Leanne. Leanne, I had recognised from previously working in another piercing shop years prior. She spent the time to help me find the appropriate jewellery as they had quite a few colours. All I can say from the start of the procedure to the end, was exceptional she checked throughout to make sure I was comfortable and reassured me the process of the after care. I will definitely be rebooking and adding more piercings as I was so comfortable and felt like my piercer was competent with exactly what she was doing! It was also hygienically clean and spacious. See you in a few months, just either pop in or telephone call.

I went in for a vertical labret on Friday and ended up getting 4 piercings total because i felt so comfortable. Ruby is hands down the best piercer ive had in the last decade and I can't recommend her enough.

Negative experience: I love this piercing place and have been here many times but asked for a “more fitted” hoop for my piercing (i should have implied i wanted a smaller hoop), the piercer swapped it for another hoop the exact same size but a thinner gauge for some reason. I wish he told me the hoop i already had in my piercing was the smallest ring they had in the shop as I paid £10 for nothing. I went back to ask about it and there wasn't anything they could help with.
