Negative experience: ORIGINAL REVIEW: My piercings weren't healing from a different place so I came in here to see what they can do. They replaced my jewellery for titanium ones after letting me know I was allergic to the previous ones. I've been coming in for checkups every so often and each time they've been so kind to me and giving me useful advice. Amazing place, amazing people. Edit: They swapped out my industrial to 2 pieces of jewelry and then it deviated so I had to take them out. 1.5 years of trying to heal down the drain. AND they got evicted I think lol

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! I came in as a walk-in for my first piercing. I was greeted and checked in immediately, and was in the chair within a few minutes. My piercer, Mel, was the best. Super professional and helpful for a first-timer. Everyone who worked there was very kind. I have a lot of tattoos and have been to many studios, and this seems like one of the best. I almost wish I stayed in Manchester longer to get more work done there -- piercings or otherwise. I definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I got my septum done a few years ago here. The reason I'm writing this now is because I got it redone recently and then realised they did it in the wrong placement and that was the reason It didn't suit me at all. My re piercing from another shop is in the correct location and now I see the drastic mistake

Negative experience: The service - or should i say the lack of , i recieved on my recent visit is the reason i am concern for the world moving forward. The share bland, " I could not care less" attitude i recieved from the woman today confirmed my notion that the world has seriously gone to pot. After hearing about this place via YT, i decided to check it out as i was looking to have some piercings done for my birthday - which is coming up shortly. I came to the reception and meet with woman who had the lower part of her face covered in piercings , who was bland as hell, and acted if she was speaking to a down and out, each time paying more attention to a man who had a dog. She made no effort to display any indepth knowledge or put me at ( as a potential customer )at ease - as the piercing i required was a lot more complex . I immediately left there . The service is a thumbs down.

Negative experience: If I could give this place a zero I would. Absolute waste of money and time. My friend and I were visiting Manchester for the weekend, and we decided to both get second lobe piercings on our last day. Ear lobe piercings should be one of the most simple piercings to do but clearly not for this studio. The piercings were completely rushed. Both of us came out with severely uneven piercings, one ear was clearly much higher than the other for both of us. Both of my piercings fell out in the middle of the night and by the time I woke up in the morning they were healed over. The piercer clearly didn’t tighten the jewellery enough. If i had lived in Manchester, I would have gone back to get it sorted however I can’t imagine the girl would’ve done much as she seemed more interested in talking to her pal and being on her phone than actually dealing with customers (this should’ve been our first red flag) At the time I was gutted I’d wasted £30 to come away with nothing! But now I’ve seen what’s happened to my friends piercings, I’m so glad mine came out! My friend followed all of the aftercare advice (she said she also had to tighten one of hers because it was about to come out) yet today, she has sent me a video of how messed up her ear is at the piercing sight. It is disgusting! £60 out of the two of us for us to come away with absolutley nothing!!!! Stay clear of this place at all costs, unless you enjoy giving money to scam artists instead of piercing artists hahahahahah Tacky decor anawl (red flag red flag red flag)

Negative experience: I went around 5:50 ish and the lady told me she was occupied with cleaning and asked me to come back tomorrow, I was confused as they close at 7PM. I was really looking forward to getting my piercing and was just disappointed. I’m not a confrontational person so I just left. Ruined my day. There were other girls in there I wonder if she turned them down too .

Negative experience: Walked in and got completely ignored even though we were seen by the gentleman standing at at the back. I walked out but decided to return out of frustration. I then asked to be served, the guy simply turned his head and stated the pricing was on the front desk! All I wanted was to sit down and discuss the piercings that I want. The customer service I received was very disheartening and I won't be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I had my first nose piercing done at Studio 95 a while back. The piercing went really smoothly and healed nicely, the studio is very clean and the service was great overall.

Fantastic experience: would definitely recommend for any piercings!! I went in for a nose piercing and was pierced by Zoe, she was very friendly and kept me calm. the piercing was painless and very fast.

Negative experience: I got a tattoo at Studio 95 recently, but I have waited until the design was fully healed before leaving a review. I must say, the woman at the desk who took my details and booked me in was nothing short of lovely, however the artist who did my tattoo couldn’t have made me feel less welcome. He made no effort to hide the fact he didn’t want to be there or be doing my tattoo, I even heard the woman at the desk tell him “just get it over with, the sooner you start the sooner you’ll be done”. Furthermore, the quality of the tattoo I got done was abysmal. The artist assured me he could do the very simple design that I have attached, but as you might be able to see from the image, the line work is severely uneven and suffers from blow out, indicating that he went too deep with the needle. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Nevertheless, he charged me £60 for two initials. Whilst I understand that many studios have a minimum charge, I was quoted between £40-£60, and considering he did such a bad job and made me feel so unwelcome, I was shocked that he charged me the upper end of this quote. This is a huge shame for me, as I’ve previously visited Studio 95 on numerous occasions for piercings which have all healed well.

Negative experience: Came today for a dermal piercing on my sternum. As we came in the two ladies (think one was called Zoe) on the reception were not welcoming at all. First thing she said was “have you got any id” not even a hello. She then inspected my ID for about a minute as though it was fake (I’m 27 years old) then asked me to fill out my details on this electronic form & said she’ll need to check the area to see if she could pierce it. Filled all my details out then she took me through & there wasn’t enough skin on my sternum for a dermal which is fine but was extremely abrupt when telling me no. I feel as though she should’ve done all this before asking me to fill my details out as it was a complete waste of time and there’s actually no reason for them to have my details if I didn’t get a piercing. As we left no one said bye. I did want my septum & nipple re-piercing as well (if I couldnt have the dermals)but after the unwelcoming service there’s no way I would’ve given my money to this place.

Positive experience: decent piercings at really cheap prices, you get what you pay for in this kind of industry. bathroom has no sink inside so that’s worrying for hygiene standards. staff are friendly when it’s quiet but a bit rude when it’s full - most of the time this place is super busy though. they don’t take bookings for piercings so id recommended going to other shops in the area that take bookings and get booked in so you’re guaranteed to get something if you’re dead set on it. other than that cheap as chips if you’re just looking for a new cheap piercing with not the highest quality jewellery and not an experience. they also never discussed downsizing with me for any of the 5 piercings i’ve had here from both piercers which is absolutely necessary for the healthy longevity of your piercings

Fantastic experience: Got my helix and nose pierced here today by Zoe. Was great, definitely gonna have more piercings done here soon.

Negative experience: I did my septum here weeks ago, first of all they didn't let me make a video or any picture of myself doing it because their owner doesn't want and I take a video every time I do a piercing because I want it to be a memory I was so disappointed. The ladies were nice but it hurt so much. After one week I lost one piercing ball because it unscrewed and I discovered that they use a strange piercing that I couldn't find in any store in Italy where I live and I stayed without one ball for another week waiting for the online order of the new piercing from the only company that sells them and then the other ball unscrewed like tre times and the fourth one I lost it and I had to order another piercing just to have the ball because after two weeks I couldn't change it yet.

Fantastic experience: Amazing piercings and great staff Got my rook and orbital pierced here and I am really happy with them. Would highly recommend ☺

Negative experience: Asked for a quote and it was for over £600 for a flower tattoo.. asked at another tattoo shop near it and cost me £160. I've been told tattooists over quote if they don't want to do it, so it's either that or just ripping me off ....like just say if you don't want to do it lol I'm happy to pay the price for a quality tattoo but that seemed very high.

Fantastic experience: Came here for my first ever tattoo, and after today, it will not be the last haha. Booked in around a month in advance and even that was easy. Then it came to the day to actually get it done. The service was amazing, and my artist (Owen) was also incredible. He gave suggestions on what he thought would make the design better, and even added his own little touches which look undoubtedly awesome. We even had a nice bit of conversation while getting it down which really helped as although I was excited, I was quite nervous. All round a terrific experience and I will 100% be going back for another piece.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The studio was clean and modern. There was also plenty of choice on jewellery for my piercing. Valerie did my helix piercing efficiently and pretty much painlessly. She gave me options for the placement of my piercing which was great. She was so kind and lovely aswell. Fantastic experience: I came here on Thursday for a Christina piercing. Naturally I was a bit nervous given that it’s an intimate piercing but I honestly cannot praise Valerie enough. She was really kind and gentle. The piercing didn’t hurt at all which shows how good Valerie is. She spoke to me throughout each step of the procedure and afterwards she was really great at telling me all my aftercare advice. I’m so happy with my new piercing and I’d definitely go back to Valerie in the future.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I came to get our nose pierced. We were both quite nervous, the staff were extremely friendly and calming. Valerie who pierced my nose was so lovely and put me right at ease. The other lady on reception area was super helpful too but I didn’t get her name! Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to get a septum piercing; all members of were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I was pierced by Valerie who was very professional and friendly. The piercing was fast, well-placed, and relatively painless! The service was fairly priced and aftercare instructions were provided. Will definitely be coming back for all future piercings! :)

Fantastic experience: What an outstanding service this was! I went in just out of impulse to get my Helix pierced, twice! And the staff were super friendly and kind the entire time. Filling in your details and consent form is easy and intuitive, and all the safety distance rules were still being maintained. It's clearly a popular shop as it was packed with people waiting outside by the end of day on a Tuesday. Zoe told me that that was 'quiet' for them. Ooff! Zoe was my piercing girl, and she was super kind and approachable the entire time. I asked her to get a selfie with me for my Instagram, so there we are the two of us. So far no issues with the pierced Helix, they tell you all the guidance you need to avoid infections, so don't worry if you're a rookie to piercing, because these guys will tell you everything. I'm definitely coming back here for future holes I need to make on my face, which is at least 5 more, maybe 6. Definitely recommend this studio, really high standards, inclusive to LGBTQIA and super super chill.

Fantastic experience: AMAZINGGGG service, can’t thank the ladies at studio enough, especially VALERIE❤️ What a complete sweet heart, I came in at peak hours while the shop was busy and had an appointment to get to asked if they could schedule me in for later, the ladies where more than understanding ❤️ I then called up 10 before closing and Valerie though time for her to go home fit me in even though I arrived 5 minutes before the shop closed ❤️ So much gratitude for the kindness and hospitality shown to me by her Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I had my helix pierced here last Wednesday and everything went smoothly, especially at a busy time. I’ve had the rest of my seven piercings done at studio 95 in the past as I refuse to go anywhere else as it’s a clean, professional and friendly environment. They give you a choice of jewellery, placement and go through all the aftercare after your piercing. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I came here for a belly piercing and waiting about 50 minutes to go into the studio. The studio was clean and professional however, I was not satisfied with my piercing. I felt it was a very rushed environment and their main goal was to pierce as many people as possible and not put the customer first. The piercer marked where she was going to pierce whilst I was lay down therefore my skin was stretched! Once the jewellery was in I noticed how thick the skin was she pierced through and I could feel the jewellery pulling - it was swollen but even after swelling went down I could see how thick the skin was. I was not provided with any cleaning products (salt or wipes). Ultimately, the piercing got infected even though I cleaned it regularly. The infection was so bad I had to start antibiotics to clear it up. After months I could see how much skin she had pierced through and I had to buy longer belly bars for the piercing so it didn't pull and hurt me. It's been 9 months and it still hasn't fully healed! Other piercers I've spoken to said that she should've marked the piercing whilst I was stood up so the skin was relaxed. I would NOT recommend going here for a piercing unless you want the hassle of an infection.

Fantastic experience: Had a tattoo done here by Jack. It’s a beautiful piece that’s given me so much confidence. The shop is clean and professional, not stuffy at all. I will come here again for tattoos and piercings.

Fantastic experience: Got two cartilage piercings here a few weeks ago with Valerie. She was amazing, gentle, calm, and welcoming. Ended up going back to get them checked after a week, as I was worried, but she encouraged me to come back and was very reassuring and happy with healing. Brought two friends with me and they ended up getting their ears pierced as well. The studio was also really clean, nicely maintained. All staff were lovely and polite. All of our piercings have been doing well. Already planning to go back and get more. And we're from Liverpool, but Studio95 was worth the commute

Fantastic experience: I enquired the day before about a walk in slot via Facebook (I’m very impulsive) Reply was much quicker than I thought I’d get! I’d missed the cut off point for the day and was asked to come back the next day. I did, in the morning, and was there in time before their next client, so managed to get two piercings with the amazing Valerie who was absolutely brilliant with me throughout the whole experience. Quick and effortless just like a pro should be. I felt totally comfortable and at ease. Lovely environment, all clean and tidy. Fabulous aftercare advice, I didn’t feel rushed. Fantastic experience: I had a naval piercing done here yesterday by a lady called Valerie, i explained to Valerie i had, had the same piercing years before (done at a different shop) and the piercing never sat right, when sat down the piercing always felt like it was ripping out, for this reason the piercing never healed, and the pain was horrendous. I had to take the piercing out eventually. Valerie made me feel very at ease that she would make sure when clamped the bar would sit in a comfortable position. Valerie taken her time ensuring the piercing would be perfect. Valerie has absolutely nailed it!! When sat or lay down i have no pulling/ripping feeling of the piercing at all. Valerie really knows her stuff, and gives her customers 100%. I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend Studio 95, & in particular Valerie. Kind regards

Fantastic experience: I had a nose piercing at a different shop and a keloid scar formed. I went to studio 95 to ask for advice. The lovely Zoe was so kind and helpful. Sorted it all out for me - removed it and gave me aftercare advice. She done a jewellery change for me before as well and I just think she’s great. Could not recommend this place any higher. All the staff are friendly and professional, great jewellery and service variety!

Fantastic experience: Popped in on a Tuesday after work and waited 20-25 mins for a flat helix piercing, which was really reasonable. Valerie was the perfect piercer: gave me choice of jewellery, placement, and was really friendly. Staff at the front desk were nice enough but it's a shame they weren't wearing masks.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant through out ,emailed in the morning straight back to me dealing with req about tattoo prices info etc everything sorted that day and I got tattooed the day after! Super quick no messing but so polite and efficient, definitely using for my next one !! Its a really busy place people in all the time for piercings etc but the staff stayed spot on with customers.

Fantastic experience: Pretty place to have tats or piercing done.Its a walk in, no pre-booking needed when I visited for a nose stud.Covid rules apply strictly with sanitization ongoing. Very Calm and proffesional staff.Take your time to be certain where you want your piercing. Zoe was excellent!! I was beyond anxious but Zoe's chilled attitude was amazing!! I felt no pain at all for the nose piercing . Well done team!!

Negative experience: Initially a positive experience but has gone down hill from there. At the time of piercing they told me they came change my jewellery when it’s healed and to contact them. I have contacted them 2 weeks ago and they told me the piece they had apparently ordered would be delivered in 3-5 days. Every time I ask them they give a different story. Last Thursday they said, it’s been ordered and again, 3-5 days. Today I ask them and they say it will be delivered “soon” There customer service is poor and I suspect be use I’m only spending £20, on top of the £30 already spent they are not interested. If you want a straight answer, don’t ask this business as they will just fob you off I’ve given up now and will spend my money elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience here having a piercing done. All members of staff were super helpful and very professional. Covid procedures still well in place with masks mandatory, very clean, temperature checks and check in details. Piercing was super painless and Valerie was excellent. Thanks to both, will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Had 2 piercings done in my nose with Valerie and she was amazing!! I’m terrified of piercings and she did mine so quick and as swiftly and painless as can be. Fantastic experience: I had my tragus pierced by Valerie today. She is brilliant! I've wanted to have it done for ages but heard that it's painful... totally wrong. Fantastic experience: Val was the piercer who did my septum. I’ve always wanted a piercing in my nose and after a few bad experiences at other places I was slightly nervous. But the staff and Val especially at studio 95 are lovely people and make you feel right at home. The place is clean and well kept and the prices are great! 10/10 would recommend

Negative experience: Really nice place, really clean and the staff are the nicest people ever however I went in today to have a piercing swapped over and the lass that did it tried for about 15 minutes to push it into an old piercing scar with a pointed threader before realising she was pushing into the wrong hole. A bit strange but these things happen, the bit that’s annoyed me is that when another member of staff pointed out she was trying the wrong hole she denied it and then neither of them said anything to me despite the fact that I was lying there bleeding from my nose because she’d just re-punctured my old scar. It was incredibly painful and bled quite a lot. I’m not a piercing expert but if you put a hole in someone’s face non consensually the least you can do is acknowledge it and apologise. I didn’t say anything at the time because I think I was in shock. What I will say though is that all the staff were really good with my partner who was a first timer and had a needle phobia.

Fantastic experience: On a very rainy and grey day I thought a nose piercing would bring some sunshine. Walked into Studio95 and just by chance and hearing a song in my head I chose Valerie to be my piercer. From the very first second we were laughing and chatting, I felt so comfortable and any little nerves were completely gone. It was swift and made me wonder why I hadn’t come here for previous ones. The interaction was brief but a ball. I walked out with sunshine, rainbows and feeling like the baddest in the room. 10’s across the board, Valerie you can pierce me anytime xx

Fantastic experience: Had a tattoo done with jack, was the most beautiful line art I’ve ever seen, super quick and painless. My friend had her first tattoo done at the same time with Owen and loved the experience, would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, environment was very inviting and the art was incredible.

Fantastic experience: Have been pierced twice here, Valerie was lovely, a hygenic and informative visit with lots of successful piercings. Got a second piercing today, they do allow nose piercings but mouth piercing are restricted under covid guidelines. Open until 7pm

Negative experience: Not happy at all. The lady put the jewelry in my nose far too tight and I've still not got it out of my nose. I've tried using my fingers, tools and other methods and now it's going a bit mouldy inside of the jewelry because it's been so long. Do not recommend

Fantastic experience: The studio is very clean and hygienic with private rooms for tattoos and piercings. Didn’t take long for my appointment to be completed and I’m very happy with the results. Would recommend to friends and family 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I only had a very simple piercing. All the instruments they use are in a steril porch. Looks very clean. The process is a bit painful. But it is what its suppose to be. Very happy with their service. Esp the person draw a simple dot before piercing.

Fantastic experience: I always go here for my piercings, literally wouldn’t trust anywhere else. Have had my seconds done and 2 helixs and it’s been a pleasure each time. Valerie is very thorough with cleaning and takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and calm, the shop has a wonderful atmosphere and everyone is super lovely. They’re very professional on giving advice on aftercare which is super important for someone like me who is very susceptible to infection. All round wonderful place to go for piercings 10/10

Fantastic experience: Just had my second piercing done today and the lady was sooo nice! The lady that did my piercing knew I was scared so she talked to me and supported me through the process! After the piercing was done I was very dizzy to the point that I lost my balance but the lady who pierced me came straight away and helped me to breathe properly and gave me water and made sure that I was definitely okay before I left the shop! I was so touched by this that I wanted to write a good review straight away!

Fantastic experience: I have had all my piercings done here, mainly all been done by Valerie and a few from Zoe. Both absolutely lovely ladies, calming and great to talk to always have lovely chats. Massive choice of jewellery, very clean and professional. If ever I’ve had any issues I have gone back to them and this has been fixed straight away!! I must annoy them so much as I worry so much and constantly ask questions but they are always more than happy to help and I will not go anywhere else now. All my piercings have always healed fine and they tell me if i do not have the correct anatomy for a piercing which is obviously a big plus. I highly reccomend this place and will be back in no time I am sure of it ❤️

Fantastic experience: That most recent comment about Valerie is very hard for me to believe! I went around 4 weeks ago and she is the nicest and most calming Piercer I've ever had! She was keeping me calm and making small talk and gave me great information on how to heal my piercing, and even answered my questions about her surface piercing, didn't feel rushed even though it was a busy day! Great shop and Great piercers!

Fantastic experience: Every time I have been in to this shop I have been treated with nothing but respect and treated with so much kindness, all the staff are very lovely and friendly, they make you feel right at home no matter what. It’s the only place I trust to get my piercings done, they are professionals through and through and are extremely professional and dedicated to their craft.

Negative experience: Valerie is incredibly rude. She raised her voice at me when she thought I incorrectly filled out the track and trace form, she looked at it and saw it was correctly filled it. She was incredibly condescending throughout the whole conversation and I would've not felt safe having a piercing from her. I then asked if she could look at a previous piercing I'd had that I wanted redone and she refused, almost as if she could not be bothered. Went somewhere else and they happily obliged and helped me out.

Fantastic experience: I came here to get my nostril pierced the other day by Valarie. She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I was calm throughout the entire procedure and had no troubles at all. All the staff were very polite and professional, especially when faced with customers who had tried to get pierced after drinking, who were politely declined. Valarie did a great job with my piercing and I will be coming here again! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came in yesterday asking for a piercing I had done a year ago by another place and it went so badly but I came into studio 95 yesterday evening and I had it re done by this lovely lady called Valerie, she explained how it went wrong for me and how we can correct it she pierced my ear so well and fast and made me feel so comfortable! I will definitely be returning with my friends for more piercings! Friendly and good prices also has made me want more piercings and not be scared !

Fantastic experience: I am covered in piercings and body art from different tattoo studios across the country. I have experienced all levels of customer service and varying levels of professionalism during my many years as an increasingly filled skin-canvas. I've been to some of the best and walked out of the worst. Studio 95 is right at the top of the list of great piercing and tattoo places, not just in Manchester either. It delivers a constant level of cleanliness, friendliness and has a wealth of both affordable and stylish jewellery options for you to choose from. I was a little nervous about getting pierced due to COVID-19, but needn't have worried. Social distancing was in effect. Everybody in the studio and waiting area wore a face mask. Hand-wash was also provided. There was a relaxed atmosphere but government guidelines were still being followed. In short; I highly recommend this studio. You will not be disappointed by your visit, your piercing and/or your tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous experience here on all occasions I've been, just had my first ever tattoo and was very nervous, Owen was so gentle and Jack was lovely too. The girls Zoe and Valerie are so kind, professional they pierced me perfectly on my previous times. They went out of their way to help me pick my tattoo and continue to message me with comforting and helpful advice. Would highly recommend for both tattoos and piercing!

Fantastic experience: Went as walk in today. Two ladies meet us,they was so helpful with everything from the process of having a piercing to the type of jewellery we could have. My two nieces got piercings first. I ended up getting my daith pierced. Valeria was amazing, i was swaying between two types of piercings but she advised me that part of my ear was too small for it.she was so friendly and put us all at ease with each of our different piercings. I love my daith piercing, Definitely feel a bug coming on. Would definitely highly recommend. Will be back very soon

Positive experience: Been in previously for a helix. Lovely experience. Friendly staff and waiting wasn't too bad. Went in today to get my conch done and the studio was packed. Was told im 5th in the queue to get pierced. Waited 45 mins and there was still 3 people in front of me. Piercer and lady at the counter went into the tattoo room to eat and drink while there was loads of people waiting to get pierced. Walked straight out as my dad had to go to work. Love this studio but the waiting time is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I got all my piercings done at studio 95 and I absolutely love it! The staff always makes sure you’re okay after you got a piercing done. They always go through general after care with you and I really appreciated it! Prices are absolutely reasonable and they have a wide range of jewellery!

Fantastic experience: Got my first tattoo here after a recommendation from a friend and I cannot recommend this place enough. The artist was lovely and put me totally at ease the second he noticed I was nervous, gave me solid advice about the aftercare and the piece turned out exactly how I wanted it. It was genuinely a little emotional seeing the piece I had wanted for two years finally become a reality The store itself has a great look to it, the front of house has really awesome decorating and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The tattoo room itself is clean and it's been almost three weeks and my tattoo shows no signs of infection and the lines are still very crisp. The friend who recommended Studio 95 to me has all her piercings done here, and how well done they are has definitely made me decide to come back here for my ears, when I decide to have them done. Amazing place which should be your first choice for tattoos and piercings in Manchester.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Studio 95 was great! The receptionist was friendly and cheerfully greeted you as you walked in! Explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions asked. My piercer Valerie was also wonderful! Cheerful and pleasant..talked you through the whole process and really made you feel comfortable and less nervous considering the circumstances! Not to mention the piercing looks great! Will most DEFINITELY be back!

Fantastic experience: i had my nose pierced by the kindest person i think i have ever met... we had emailed previously so that i was completely comfortable and i was ready for the procedure. She also took into account of my phobia of blood and the fact i am trans and was super supportive of both circumstances. i honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience so thank you so much Valerie xxx
