Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Flesh. I was tattooed by Cassie, who did an amazing job on my tattoo. From the start she was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The studio was clean and welcoming, and she made the whole experience really comfortable. Her attention to detail is incredible and the final piece turned out even better than I expected. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. I’d 100% recommend Cassie to anyone thinking about getting tattooed. I’ll definitely be back for my next one

Negative experience: My girlfriend and I both had tattoos done at this studio by one of the artists. Unfortunately, the work was poorly done — the artist went too deep, resulting in scarring and overall substandard tattoo quality. We have approached the studio multiple times to raise our concerns about the work. Each time, we were told that the manager would get back in touch with us, but we have never received a response. This lack of communication has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Updated - Hi, thanks for replying. To clarify, we did attend the studio in person after contacting you, specifically to show the tattoos and allow you to review how they had healed. Unfortunately, at that visit we were not offered a proper review or resolution and felt dismissed rather than supported. We would not have left a review without first trying to resolve this directly. We were disappointed, as we expected the situation to be handled more professionally given your response now. This review reflects our genuine experience.You already have my email address and phone number on record, and I’m more than happy for you to get back in touch if you genuinely wish to discuss this further.

Dan was friendly, professional, and truly understood my idea. The staff at Flesh Tattoo are lovely and each artist has a unique style, making it a great place to find exactly what you're looking for. While some might find cheaper options elsewhere, if you care about getting a high-quality, permanent piece of art that you'll live with forever, this is definitely the place to invest your money. We were in Manchester on a little one night break and had the spontaneous idea of getting tattoos, after sending our designs on Instagram they got us in an hour later. The young lady on reception was extremely welcoming and friendly when booking us in and the waiting room was well layed out with lovely furniture and very clean. The artist herself, Neslihan was also super friendly with both of us and very helpful with what we wanted and where. The tattoos we had were simple but very well done with a great attention to detail. Next time we are in Manchester and feeling spontaneous we will be calling up

Fantastic experience: Having done some research & being impressed with the studio I contacted them to ask (way too many) questions ahead of time. They accommodated all my questioning before making a booking. I had an idea along with a few images which I needed a lot of help with to bring to life, little more than a vague design at that point. During consultation I had little to no changes to make as the designs were incredible, everything I had explained, very happy & surprised that many options were available to play around with. As for the tattoo itself, the studio is comfortable & clean, atmosphere is fun & I am more than happy with the end result. Currently in the pealing stage of healing, looks vivid & striking. Ha ing no issues at all. Wouldn't hesitate to return here for my future pieces.

Fantastic experience: Got my first tattoo in ten years after a bad experience with my previous shop. Was tattoed by cassie and she was a amazing, drew up and discussed the design to make sure i was happy with it and to achieve the best possible result. Whilst getting the tattoo she was incredibly friendly and checked to make sure I was comfortable. The receptionist is also very warm and welcoming - I cannot recommend highly enough.

Jess guided me through the entire process (it was my first tattoo), and Claire masterfully brought my idea to life on my skin. Fantastic experience: Amazing! This is my third time at flesh tattoo, previously with Alex and now with Kiera. Both great experiences, made me feel so comfortable and talked me through as much of the process as needed. The artwork speaks for itself, but vibe of the studio is what I always enjoy. Fantastic experience: I went to Flesh on Friday 2 August to have 3 earring piercings. While there I spoke to Jess, the receptionist about having an tired, old tattoo modified. She spoke to Alex G, who showed me a similar example of a phoenix he had worked on. I liked it and after a consultation a couple of days later agreed to the work for Friday 9 August. Alex is a superb artist. We worked closely on the design and I am more than delighted with the results. Every time I look at it just reaffirms the fact that Alex was the perfect choice for the job. I wanted the “WOW factor” and he certainly delivered as you can see in the before and after pictures. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting something extra special created.

Fantastic experience: Viki is not only super cool and kind, but an amazing artist too. She has such a unique style and I enjoyed working with her. I gave her free reign to design my tattoo because I love her art style so much and she did not disappoint. Viki was very flexible with my work schedule and was able to fit me in around the limited hours I was available. Fantastic experience: Me and my mum went to get tattoos this week with Meg and she was absolutely brilliant! I’d opted for a tattoo that I’d found online and she went to the extra effort of customising the design a little more to suit how I would like it. We’d also decided last minute before the appointment to get small tattoos each and she managed to fit us in for those as well, at a really good price Also found the environment and atmosphere really friendly and relaxing - which is definitely the vibe you want when you’re getting some needles in your skin Will definitely book in with Meg again when I’ve decided on my next tattoo!

Fantastic experience: My second time getting a tattoo by Cassie and it’s so so perfect. She nailed the design and managed to perfectly capture my cat. The experience was great, Cassie is friendly and chilled and also managed to add the tiniest details in for me.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service here. Cassie was unprofessional, pushed my appointment by 2 weeks despite having a month to draw my custom design, then the day before the postponed appointment, 6 weeks after my original consultation, asked to postpone it again by another 2 weeks. I asked to see the design at least, and it was still not halfway done. At this point I wasn't confident being tattooed by someone not dedicated to the piece. I asked for my deposit back and they agreed to a refund, but never even sent it. Really upsetting to have your time off work wasted and be lied to on top.

Jasmine drew a few options for me to choose from and the design was amazing and so detailed! The studio itself was clean, bright and comfortable. Would 100% recommend! Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant experience with Flesh, if I could give them more stars I would! We had an email conversation about my design thoughts, and then was very well looked after on the day. My tattoo was in memory of a dearly departed brother, and the emails were very respectful and lovely. Paige was my artist, and she was very kind, attentive and considerate, she offered me different stencil sizes, and did beautiful line work and ink colour matching to my suggestions. The dressing is off now and I can't stop gazing at it. Love it.

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd tattoo done by Sasha but my first time in the studio, she was as lovely as every and took my idea and just ran with it. Couldn't be happier with how it's turned out. The studio itself is lovely a really welcoming environment all the staff I interacted were amazing. Fantastic experience: I wanted to get a bee tattoo to celebrate my experience in Manchester, and I found VIKI, who made the best bee I've seen in the whole city! She is a great artist. Despite my language barrier, she understood immediately what I wanted. And in the end, the result exceeded my expectations! VIKI is very professional too, always available to answer your questions about aftercare. I highly recommend her with 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I went to Izzy to have a vertical labret piercing. Its my first piercing aside from the trusty earlobes and Izzy was extremely reassuring, the placement is super accurate, and it was very quick and clean! Its healing nicely and I’ll be back soon to get the bar swapped out for a smaller one. I was very anxious beforehand but I absolutely love the piercing and it was done so quickly and professionally :)

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of being pierced by the wonderful Claire! The studio is peaceful, clean and a welcoming environment, Claire explained the process and aftercare in great detail and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the placement and jewellery for the piercing. The service itself was quick and painless and the healing process was the most straightforward of any piercing I’ve had. After I had to remove a piercing for work and was unable to get it back in, Claire fit me in last minute to fix it for me. Claire is incredibly helpful and professional, the only person I’ll trust with my piercings from now on!

Fantastic experience: Had my second piercing with Claire yesterday and I’m OBSESSED. I had the first one last year (top helix) and was so happy with it, in particular how helpful Claire was in terms of explaining things like type of jewellery, positioning and aftercare. I’ve had cartilage piercings before from other places that my ears rejected but it was the first time I’d been told about downsizing bars and using flat backs which I definitely think helped. So I came back for another one (the flower piece). Fantastic experience: The best tattoo experience I've had to date! I recently got a tattoo with Meg, she made the whole process so straightforward, from initial inquiries to aftercare. She was nothing but professional, friendly and welcoming, and showed interest in my personal life; making the experience so enjoyable. I could tell she loves what she does which is reflected in her work. Meg was outstanding when it came to my design and making sure I was 100% happy with the design and placement. I can't recommend more.
