Fantastic experience: Since the first day I stepped foot into Ninja cyborg it felt like family. Not only was my tattoo artist considerate and patient but everyone around us were supportive and kind. Definitely my favourite tattoo studio by far! If you’re looking for a tattoo artist to do a similar style like mine, I highly recommend Kaliee.

Fantastic experience: Amanda was incredible from start to finish—and honestly, so was every single person we met, from consult to tattoo day. It was such a great experience we’ve already booked our next one… which probably tells you everything you need to know. The whole team is professional, kind, and somehow manages to make you feel like the most important person in the room. We laughed a lot, which definitely helped with the nerves—and the treat trolley? Absolute genius. They’ve thought of everything. And beyond all of that, Amanda’s work is just stunning. She’s so prepared and so talented that you don’t even fully know what to expect… and then somehow it turns out even better than you imagined. We’d been following her work for ages before finally bringing her our ideas, and she absolutely nailed it. Counting down the days until the next one!

Fantastic experience: Had a really amazing experience with Kailee. Went to get my first tattoo and had no idea really where to start until a friend recommended her and it was an amazing experience. The studio is really nice and the people there are friendly. Kailee made sure I loved everything about the tattoo before starting and didn’t rush a thing, especially since it was my first one. She was very great with giving some guidance too about different placements and different styles we could do, and honestly she made everything super smooth. She gave clear aftercare instructions and the tattoo has healed great and I’m super happy with how it turned out. 10/10 experience, definitely check out her work on her instagram. 100% great artist to go to, will be back eventually for sure

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a Huge Shout Out, to Amanda from Ninja Cyborg studio in Barrie. Found the studio online and sent off an email. Very pleased with how quickly I got a response. What started with two tattoos, then turned into a sleeve. The place is warm, inviting and spotless. All of the young ladies, who I have met are kind, genuine and approachable. Always got a warm welcome and many laughs were had. Amanda attention to details and patience was a nice change, from what you usually find in the industry. So, whether you are thinking of getting you’re first tattoo, on your twentieth. This picky, fussy 50 year old. Highly recommends you try for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this shop for all of my tattoo work with Kailee since September, and I’ve never once been disappointed. Every experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Not only is Kailee incredibly talented, but every artist here treats you with care, respect, and professionalism. From the moment you walk in, you feel a true sense of community and like you’re part of the family. Amanda, the shop owner, has built something really special here. You can see how much dedication and passion she’s poured into this space. I’ve watched countless longtime clients come through the doors, many of them heavily covered in her beautiful, high quality work, and it’s easy to understand why they keep coming back year after year. The fact that so many clients are loyal to these artists for years speaks volumes. This shop truly sets the standard.

Fantastic experience: I've had multiple tattoos done at Ninja Cyborg and recommend 1000%- I won't go anywhere else! Artists are talented, knowledgeable, friendly and always make you feel comfortable.

Negative experience: The female shop owner will tell you one thing and not honor it. The worst tattoo experience ever!!! Said they would fix it, now playing dumb...playing dumb a little too well. This studio is NOT to be trusted Negative 5 stars if I could. Go elsewhere!!

Fantastic experience: Woke up and decided toSurprise my wife with a suggestion to get matching tattoos for Christmas. 2025 was most difficult for my family and I with my wife’s major health issues. She is now free of breast cancer and we are on a better path and looking forward to 2026. The shop was exquisite nothing but positive vibes from the moment we entered to the time we left. Our ideas were conveyed to Kaylee and she translated them into a beautiful piece of artwork for us which we will love and cherish for many more years to come. Thank you to Kaylee for her artistic talents and giving us a memory to keep for many years. Congratulations to Amanda and her tattoo shop with the way she conducts business simply amazing. This is my second visit and I will definitely be going back for many more years to come, lol as long as my bank account will support my ideas Merry Christmas to all❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in Barrie for about 2 years now and have passed Ninja Cyborg Studios countless times. NGL it threw me for a loop when I finally figured out it was a Tattoo Studio, my mind just exploded. Now… I 100% 0/10 recommend this studio if you’re JUST looking to be a mindless canvas who’s looking to be shred apart by some half ass artist who JUST got their machine on Amazon! If you don’t want to feel welcomed, if you don’t want somewhere humble and that feels like it’s an establishment that has a group of sisters running it. If you don’t want that feeling of being a welcomed long lost cousin and if you want to feel like all you are is just the cash in your pocket. If you’re afraid of strong independent and fearless amazing FEMALE artists then I 100% recommend STAY FAR FAR away! (Satirical statement for those of you not so fluent in sarcasm) I sat in for 3.5 hours and got 2 beautiful tattoos by Tamara (@MetalKitten on Socials). Her style and personality matched with me amazingly well! Not only did our vibes tune so well (at least I thought so) her personality was extremely infectious with her calm and endearing demeanour, I’m in talks with her for my next project. Let’s put aside the amazing atmosphere that includes the familial love and Christmas charm to talk about the Studio itself. It is an extremely beautiful place that’s clean and very meticulously maintained. It really does feel like walking into Grandmas house, if your Grandma is an OCD clean freak and ran a tattoo studio; that’s this beautiful homely feeling place. I cannot rave enough about the experience and the loving atmosphere this location provides. I don’t think my words come close to ranting about it enough to do it justice. Whether you’re looking for your first tattoo or are covered from head to toe, you’re NOT going to be disappointed! Disclaimer… If you are looking for your first tattoo, research your artist to make sure that their style and yours match! Although I had an amazing experience, that is definitely because I was fortunate enough to match with an experienced professional whose style and mine aligned. Yes, I’m 100% sure that any artist who you connect with initially at Ninja Cyborg will give you an excellent experience… Every artist excels in their niche. With my experience I would bet my 2nd born on that if whom ever you connect with will guide you to their Artis who’ll knock out the best tattoo for you. But they only know what you tell them, also by checking out their portfolio you can see what their strengths are and you can elaborate more on what you are looking for! You’re wearing this ink for the rest of your life! The saying “You get what you pay for” is 100% wrong for this establishment. Their prices are fair market rates BUT what you’re getting exceeds what you’re paying for! In closing… 10/5 Stars across the board! Fantastic experience: Amanda has done all my artwork and she is simply fantastic at her craft. The studio itself is clean, amazing decor and the staff are equally lovely as well. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time and the end result of my latest piece had me cheering internally.

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience with Autumn and Tamara! Literally one of my best tattoo experiences I’ve had. I asked Autumn for a custom tattoo of a dragon and a custom coraline piece and she did an amazing job on both. As for Tamara I got a custom Betty Boop from her and she talked me through the whole tattoo process. I was so comfortable and felt so welcome in the environment. I will totally come again!! (Update) got tattooed by Kailee and had the most amazing experience with her, she is the sweetest human being and her energy is so good she’s so incredibly down to earth and I will be getting tattooed by her again!

We wanted Trash Polka style art, and she delivered...we couldn't be more please with her work. She captured the true spirit of Chica. Clean and comfortable environment and friendly team of artists.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting tattooed at Ninja Cyborg by Tamara for a few months now. To start, the shop is beautifully kept and immaculately clean and the atmosphere inside is always warm and welcoming. Any anxiety I had about getting tattooed was eased when I talked to my artist Tamara. She is incredibly thorough and professional, and has tattooed a majority of my arm now. She made me feel like a friend from the beginning and I look forward to every visit to the shop! I am in love with my tattoos! Every session has been fun and exciting. The conversations had and the lovely personalities of Tamara, Amanda, and Autumn make for an amazing experience. I am excited to be a client for years to come!

Fantastic experience: I've known Tamara since before she became an artist. Of course I had to have work done when she became an apprentice and just recently started a new piece. Fantastic experience: Phoned in today very last minute around noon to inquire about a sleeve. I was introduced to Amy who in my opinion was very professional and honest and very clean with her work. What I couldn’t believe was how they managed to make time for me, managed to get a peice done of my sleeve and have everything done in a matter of just under 4 hours Amy and the rest of the team (apologies not sure of all the names) are incredibly professional and I’d totally recommended checking this place out and getting some art done on your body. Amy was a 10/10 and the entire atmosphere and vibe of the shop was spot on. Clean professional and respectful. 10/10 I will be back and making referrals Thanks lady’s!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience here. My sisters and I got matching sibling tattoos together and I also got a family constellation tattoo. The staff was warm and friendly and so welcoming. Nick was our tattoo artist, and he was fantastic. He helped me figure out the details of the tattoo I wanted and it turned out better than I imagined. Thank you so much to Nick and to the rest of the staff. 10/10 would recommend and I’m planning to go again.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Ninja Cyborg more specifically with Autumn! The environment of the studio is perfect and welcoming. You dont feel as though you dont belong or shouldnt be there. Autumn and the other artists are super kind and personable. Autumn did an incredible job on my tattoo. Shes super gentle and allows for breaks. I know Autumn personally and that didnt influence my choice for her as my first tattoo. Her line work is amazing and clean and thats why I chose her. I had Amanda doing a cover up for me and on our consultation appointment, I could tell in the first 10 seconds how professional and intelligent she is in her work. Such a comfortable and clean studio. Amanda did an absolutely incredible job on my arm, perfectly covering up my previous tattoo. The other artists in the studio were all so friendly, professional and welcoming from the second I walked through the door. I would recommend this studio and all the artists to anyone. Fantastic experience: If I could give Ninja Cyborg Studio a higher review, I would. First let me start with the overall studio: This is by far the best tattoo experience I have ever had. As soon as you walk into the studio, you are greeted right away with a genuine care and warm smile. You can tell right away that this studio prioritizes cleanliness. The floors are being cleaned regularly as well as all surfaces; if an artist is not with a client, they are cleaning. The toilets have a blue cleaner in them, and there are several signs about the importance of cleanliness. This studio is special - unlike other studios I have been to in the past. There were signs about why the cost of tattoos are what they are - and how the money gets used (paying rent, the artists, utilities, etc.). There were signs indicating that these are "safe conversation zones" and how if you did not know what to talk about, you could talk to the artist about various topics. It may appear insignificant, but wow did that make a difference in feeling calm and not stuck in awkward silences. You can tell almost immediately that the staff are family; they support, care, and appreciate each other. They do not let egos or pride get in their way. They acknowledge and lean on each others strengths - for example, one of the other artists helped with putting the stencil on. The artists are also there throughout the day, even if they don't have any clients that day. One of the highlights in my experience was that the artists came into the room (they asked permission first), and we all talked together. I did not want to leave and I was excited to return; even with the studio being 2 hours away for me. A very special place. About my artist: Tamara: I have been wanting to get the map of Middle-Earth for a long time, and I was doing research to find an artist that could do the project, and I stumbled upon Tamara's work. During our consultation, I immediately felt comfortable with Tamara. The collaboration and planning that we did together was appreciated and she had this uncanny ability of easing any of my nerves. During my first visit with Tamara in the studio, I was immediately impressed with her care of detail. It took about 2 hours to put the stencil on as she wanted to ensure it lined up perfectly (it was about 5 stencils). Tamara's office was extremely comfortable. I appreciated how comfortable and still professional the office was. There were tons of cleaning supplies and sterile equipment. I appreciate Tamara's transparency. She was honest that this particular tattoo piece would take a few sessions and she explained why. She was strategic and intentional about where to end the sessions and we made plans to what the next session would be. I am more than happy with my tattoo piece. I am forever grateful to Tamara for her work. I am genuinely sad that this project is coming to an end and that I don't have a reason to return to Ninja Cyborg Studio - I guess I need to plan another tattoo! To anyone who is on the fence about Ninja Cyborg Studio, without a doubt, I highly recommend this studio for you. This team of professionals is incredible and I am extremely fortunate/blessed/thankful to have met them.

Fantastic experience: I visited this shop for the first time today, and I can honestly say I've found a new favourite. The shop layout is open but the separate rooms also allow for maximum privacy if needed. The space is clean and very well-kept. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Needless to say, it passed the vibe check with flying colours. My artist Amanda completed my tattoo, and even though I'm very familiar with her art and abilities, my jaw dropped at the reveal. It is absolutely the best piece of art on my skin, and I will be back for more ASAP. If you're looking for a tattoo shop in the Barrie area, I can't say enough great things about this place. Fantastic experience: I met Tamara years ago when she was just starting out as an apprentice. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to watch her grow into the woman she is today. She’s progressed so much in her tattoo career since I first met her. She has so much talent and is such an amazing artist. She puts a lot of time and dedication into all of her work. She is truly passionate about what she does, and you can see that in the work she’s done. She always puts my mind at ease while I’m sitting in her chair and is always checking in to make sure I’m comfortable. She makes sure you know the process and the aftercare routine and is always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have during your appointment and after you leave as well. To date I have 5 absolutely stunning tattoos from her. Some from her own designs and some I’ve asked her to design for me. Each time I walk into the shop she brings my tattoo dreams to life with her amazing creations, and each time I walk out of the shop I leave loving myself and my body even more. Every single tattoo I have from her is done flawlessly and I’m so in love with each and every one. I cannot wait to continue my tattoo journey with Tamara, and I’m so very honoured and proud to show off all the unique works of art this amazing, beautiful and talented woman puts on my body. Negative experience: Damaged my skin during the tattoo and they want to tell me this randomly happens to skin even tho this has never happened with any tattoo I’ve ever had before where a legit home is dug into my arm that I had to heal and it left behind a huge scar through the center of the tattoo and they refuse to refund me or want to put the blame on me after it was very clear that the artist that did the tattoo that same day knew she messed up and told me I was going to have to put green label polesporin on it before even leaving the shop plus charged me close to 500$ to literally damage my skin leaving me scared for life plus it was a very meaningful tattoo that was to cover up cutting scars not LEAVE NEW ONES!!! Your artists need more training before charging 200$ an hour such a joke Amber the front desk girl is a theft as well don’t trust these girls ! This is it HEALED!

Fantastic experience: This tattoo studio is incredible! I had two memorial tattoos done within a couple of weeks while visiting from out west. Amanda did an amazing job, and will remain my tattoo artist forever! Thank you all for being so kind, and caring during a difficult time for my family.

Autumn is my go-to tattoo girl. She never lets me down... I am truly her canvas. Every single artist here is sooooo talented. Amber is the queen piercer... this is no joke. She can pierce anywhere, and you don't even feel it! Amanda, the owner, is the kindest person you'll ever meet! Tamara and Nick are friggen awesome and so supportive! You have no choice but to love everyone when you come here. It's my second home ❤️!

Negative experience: My sister and I attended here for our first tattoos. We were only there an hour and both had our tattoos done in that hour. We were charged for 1 hour each, even tho we were both done within 1 hour. We ended up paying a total of $350 each for this tattoo. Beautiful work, and atmosphere but Sad to say I got scammed.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t personally been to their shop but I did see I believe it was Amber at Inked Circus Expo in Windsor. She did my nose piercing and was so kind I haven’t had anything pierced in years so wasn’t familiar with anything but she helped a lot and made me feel very comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I am a frequent flyer at Ninja Cyborg, and there is a reason for it. The studio itself has a great atmosphere, and everyone that sees you will greet you, even if you're not there for them. It's clean, and well lit, and overall has good atmosphere. All of my tattoos (except one) are from the same artist. Tamara does such an amazing job that I am now just her walking talking personal gallery. From custom pieces to flash pieces, I have been happy with every single one. She's so good about making sure that I'm okay through our sessions, and giving me breaks when I need them. Absolutely love getting tattooed by Tamara. This all started with a flash piece as an apprentice and now I'm always looking for my next tattoo idea and my next appointment. I have referred a few of my friends and will continue to do so. 11/10

Fantastic experience: I just recently had two tattoos done at Ninja Cyborg for the very first time. I can’t even begin to explain just how impressed I was. The shop is clean and organized, the atmosphere is calming. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable. My artist was Autumn and she is by far the best I have been to!!! Negative experience: Autumn the receptionist is very disrespectful and rude! Don’t go here. She is an unpleasant person. I witnessed her talk bad about a customer shortly after they left. Unbelievable behavior. Take your business to a place where it’s valued!

Fantastic experience: Ninja Cyborg is such an amazing studio with a great range of tattoo styles to offer and very talented artists, I got tattooed by Tamara and she was lovely (as always), she's super kind, has a light hand, doesn't make you feel nervous and always keeps the conversation lively. Myself, my mom and my sister went and got matching tattoos with her today and it was an amazing experience. I've gone to Tamara before as well to get one of her flash pieces and was so happy with the healed outcome!

Fantastic experience: Had my 6 year old’s ears pierced here by Amber. Highly recommend. She was great, explained everything she was doing, made my daughter feel comfortable, and took her time to ensure the piercings with were lined up perfectly on both ears.

I had the pleasure of having Tamara do my very first few tattoos and she was very accommodating and a total sweetheart. Fantastic experience: Tamara did my first tattoo at this studio, my 9th or 10th in total. She was extemely cogninsant of my comfort and had an incrediblily "light" touch throughout. All the staff were professional. The space was immaculate, and the music wasn't too bad too, I'd definitely book here again.

Fantastic experience: First time experience with this studio and they were fantastic. Tamara was friendly, professional and communicated her ideas well with me. I only got a small hand tattoo but she checked in with me often to make sure I was doing well throughout the short process. And she gave me permission to not do dishes for month! I will be going back soon for another.

Let me tell you, the reviews don't lie! From the first time I stepped foot in there 2 weeks ago to book my appointment I got nothing but amazing vibes from this place! All the staff I met were professional and super friendly and the shop is spotless! Now let's get to Amber. What a sweetheart! I'm not going to lie, any genital piercing is scary but I've come to learn that it's all in your head. She couldn't have made the experience go any smoother than it did. I'd be lying to you if I said it was completely painless because it's not BUT getting a tattoo is much worse. She makes the whole experience as comfortable as she possibly can and it's done in a few seconds. Thanks again for everything Amber! Fantastic experience: Got 2 tattoos done by Nick. I grew up with him, and he's just a great guy overall. He's insanely talented for an apprentice (I already have him in charge of tattoos, head to toe), and he's the most respectful artist I've met! Along with the rest of the studio packed full of lovely people, it's such a cool environment to hang out and get your ink done!!

Everyone there is super friendly, I find some tattoo places carry on a heavy environment and not everyone is usually nice. Amanda did such a good job. She fixed a tattoo done elsewhere and did a full, brand new piece on my upper arm. The detailed on the piece and how well it looks ! Is mind blowing. I strongly recommend going to see her ! Fantastic experience: This shop is so great. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are super professional. They’re upfront about cost, time and always punctual. The shop is super clean and I just love taking my shoes off and getting comfortable for my appointments with Amanda.

Negative experience: Walked in to get a tattoo and the apprentice nick has the worst customer service. not only was he rude he refused to do our tattoo because a comment was made on how dumb it was to not being able to sit together. Also not being able to wear your shoes is very unsanitary ! The floor was dirty and Who knows what other people have on their feet and transferring onto mine

Fantastic experience: I have gotten lots of tattoos from lots of people, but I have found my person now. I was recommended to see Tamara by a friend and it was the best choice I made. She is absolutely incredible, and I started to see her as soon as they opened. I have been able to watch her grow as an artist and am always so proud to show off the tattoos she's done for me. She is so careful, listens to you, takes her time to design something you'll love, she's just outstanding. I will only ever go to her now.

Negative experience: I have had good and bad experiences here, piercing experience was great but one of the tattoo artists needs to step up their customer service skills. Tattoos are life changing for some people and a little consideration would go a long way.
