Negative experience: Letting Jason tattoo me was a gigantic mistake it is so unbelievably crooked I don't even think there's fixing this mess. When people see this they will assume I cheaped out and got my friend to do it or something but nope this came out of your shop by a "professional "..Think twice before you let Jason scribble on you. This does not represent the tremendous amount of love I have for my wife. This thing is an embarrassment. I cant believe I let this guy tattoo me

Fantastic experience: I went to Pushing Inc... to get a tattoo in memory of my son who passed away. Brandon was great! I love my tattoo! I had an infinity sign with a heart done. He was very friendly and kind. I followed his directions for healing and it healed beautifully! I would recommend Pushing Inc 100%. Thank you Brandon!

Negative experience: Very weird energy. they tried pushing their political agenda onto clients with a pro-convoy, anti-vax and anti-masking newspaper a few years back and I’ve steered cleared ever since.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. My artist jason was amazing. Clean area. Was very knowledgeable about my design (which was a cover up) and how to place it to make it flow. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Hands down best experience I’ve ever had. I don’t have very many piercings but I recently went to get piercings ( 1week ago! ) and I can honestly say that I felt confident in my piercer the more we spoke about why I kind of wanted them, the process that was going to take place and the after care , All fear was subsided in an instant. We had a great time , Jeff made me feel very comfortable in my own body and we were able to joke throughout the entire process. His way of getting me out of my own head ( and I’m not sure if it was intentional ) worked incredibly well, by the time I was actually getting them pierced i had no doubts on if I should be going through with this. I paid roughly $240-$250 with tax and a tip included. It was $90 for the service, $90 for the jewelry ( implant grade titanium ) Overall they were professional , very sterile (I’m talking changed into multiple different gloves which was great), experienced and confident in their abilities, and most of all they were compassionate and understanding. A service is being provided but they definitely take the time to make sure their customers are happy before proceeding with anything. After care tips were provided on paper which is great because I have a horrible memory lol and saline was provided for free. I’d say they are well worthy of their pricing and tips if you leave any. ( also as of week 1 and a few days I am healing well and fingers crossed that it stays that way, I’m following their aftercare routine)

Fantastic experience: Came on short notice after an original booking fell through, reception was very accommodating. Arrived and was impressed with the cleanliness level of the shop. Brandon was fantastic, unfortunately I don't think he got to show off much of his talent on the simple finger tattoo's my fiancée and I were in for but as soon as we saw some pictures and sketches from his portfolio we got pretty excited to come back for more. Positive experience: Artists were professional and had a piece done by Brandon that I am happy with. After trying to book a second appointment for a new piece I was asked to put a down payment on their web site. After a couple of failed attempts I contacted the studio for assistance. After explaining the issue I asked if there was an alternative method and was told that there was not, either on line or in person. If you can get by the sub par customer service I would recommend Pushing Ink but I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 place and people!!! I’ve gone to Brandon for 5 pieces - currently in the process of a cover up on my left forearm and I am deeply in love with it so far!!! From the first time I went here, which was for a memoriam tattoo, I felt very welcome and comfortable. The vibes are good vibes, people are friendly and the staff truly take their time making sure that clients have a happy, no stress experience - hence why I’ve gone back numerous times this year ! I’m grateful to Brandon for making beautiful art, cause I could never. Definitely recommend anyone go here for a tattoo or piercing!!

Fantastic experience: Jeff gave my daughter a belly button piercing and he was incredible. He helped relax her nerves and was fun but very professional. He was meticulous in providing care direction and treated her like she was his most important client. There was no rush and he did an excellent job! My daughter felt faint just as we were leaving and he immediately took care of her by getting her to sit back down and applied a cold compress. The rest of the staff helped get fluids and sugar into her system to help bring her back to reality. Jeff spent an extra 10 minutes with her to make sure she was okay, all while other clients were still waiting. I will definitely be back here for my own tattoos or any other piercings my daughters plan to get in the future.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to go to get your ears pierced! My daughter is 6 years old and went there 2 weeks ago. The guy Jeff who works there is a really cool dude! And my daughter really enjoyed the experience! They keep everything extremely clean, have a machine that sterilizes the earrings you get and they talk you through whatever you need to know. And at the end they give you a piece of paper that tells you exactly how to take care of your piercing so it stays clean and doesn’t get infected! Would definitely go there again if I wanted a tattoo or piercing. 10/10 recommend anyone to go here!

Fantastic experience: Jeff is THE person to go to for piercings! My 9 year old and I went to him after doing lots of research and reading his glowing reviews. I can confirm the experience was 10/10! Jeff was very reassuring and calm, listened intently and had such a wealth of knowledge to share. He guided my daughter through the process and she felt so excited and comfortable from start to finish. With me, he explored 3 old piercings that I wanted to use again and was able to expertly guide jewelry through some stubborn holes without having to re-pierce them, as well as add a new piercing. Fantastic experience: I went in almost 2 months ago, as a gift for my 21st birthday. I got my double lobes and a helix piercing. When I tell you that this is the only place I will be attending for future piercings, I mean it. Shout out my girl Ryan (who probably doesn’t remember me) for doing the absolute most. When i went in, with my brother, we spent an 1 and a half (don’t worry it wasn’t busy) just chatting and Ryan went over absolutely everything. When it came to placement, ideas, and future piercings, she covered absolutely everything. She also taught me the importance of high quality piercings and the importance of metals and how they affect you and your body. Pushing Inc. uses only high quality jewelry. They use a sanitizing machine for all piercings. The environment is completely spotless and all the people are wonderful. I waited, before I posted, to see if the cleaning solution and steps they used were true and actually worked. And YES THEY DO!!! My piercing are not only healing perfectly, I had minimal swelling and bleeding, but over 2 months later not a single point of agitation. As someone with sensitive skin, it is truly amazing! So anybody looking to get a piercing, I would recommend here 100%, not only for the quality, but for the fact that the people here are absolutely lovely. I will only be coming here for now on!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at Pushing Inc....but definitely not my first tattoo. I was blown away by how professional they were with taking the time to make sure I was going to receive exactly what I wanted, getting me booked in quickly and for a fair price. My artist was Jason and he was amazing. I also met the owner Jamie while I was there....and he's also a great guy!! Jason blew me away with the quality and detail of my tattoo. I was impressed enough that I booked an 8 hour session before I even left......and I even bought a beautiful painting that Jason hand painted before I left. I cant wait to return for my 8 hour art session on my chest. I'd recomend this studio to anyone!!!!

Negative experience: Girlfriend got pregnant and they refused to refund deposit even with a month before the appointment, also denied us a reschedule for after the birth. Other tattoo places said they would have refunded us. So go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: This is a memorial tattoo for my husband who passed away a few weeks ago. I love it! The studio was clean and inviting and the staff friendly. Jason did my tattoo, he is a senior artist. As a 63 year old woman I felt comfortable here. My last tattoo was over 30 years ago so I was a bit nervous. I also decided to get a nose piercing while I was there for my consultation. Ryan was wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about Jason and the entire experience. This was my first tattoo and in memory of my dog. Jason was amazing at putting me at ease and making the entire process comfortable. I'm extremely happy with the results. Just took the second skin off yesterday and it looks amazing! I'll be back!

Drew my tattoo freehand and made sure that I was happy with it before beginning We decided to only do the outline and have me come back for color as he could see that the area was becoming tender for me. At 60 my skin is not as it once was....lol. while I was there the rest of the staff interacted with us. I can't wait to go back to finish my tattoo. I live in Toronto so I was unfamiliar with the shop and any of the artists… I made my appointment with Jamie Russo and am very happy I did. The studio is very clean and bright and very professional. The staff is wonderfully caring … always making sure you are ok… Jamie took his time to get my vision just right. His creation flows with my other pieces yet stands out on its own. I love it. Jamie and his staff made sure to make me feel comfortable and also made sure I was aware of all after care procedures and offered support if any would be needed during after care. Fantastic experience: My sister and I went in today to get our ears pierced and loved the whole experience. Jeff was our piercer and he did a fantastic job. He was super friendly and funny, he also was very knowledgeable and super sanitary like very sanitary. He took the time to show us earing that we wanted and took his time teaching us how to care for the piercings. I 100% recommend this place and Jeff. Fantastic experience: I wanted to get my nose peirced and saw that the reviews were really good here so I decided to give it a try, and I'm really glad I did! The receptionist was really kind and met us at the door/walked us through the whole process as soon as we arrived. Jeff was amazing, and was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was pretty nervous and he calmed me right down with his humour and walked me through the whole process. Overall I'm so happy with how the peircing turned out. We had an issue where our wait for a tattoo was pushed not only by covid but other reasons beyond their control and Jaime and Dustin were very quick, professional, respectful and a pleasure to work with to resolve the issue. Thank you very much to them and the tattoo is absolutely quality and stunning workmanship!

Fantastic experience: I first went to this company in 1998 to get my first piercing. I also got my nose done here and my very first tattoo. The place is always spotless, the staff is friendly and personable. My tattoo artist was so gentle, sweet and help me take back my life with her kindness and encouragement. Getting my first tattoo was so healing for me after the incredible loss I had in my life. I can't thank SynD enough. I refuse to go anywhere else to be tattooed or pierced. Fantastic experience: I have 11 different piercings which I have gotten at multiple places. I went to Jeff for a rook piercing and jewelry change out for my older piercings and I would highly recommend this location! They were very clean and educated. Easy to talk to and prices were reasonable. They had many styles of jewelry to pick from. He switched out my old jewelry to the new ones as well and gave me tips to cleaning them properly and taking care of my new piercing. Was an easy and comfortable process. Would definitely go back. Have been looking into getting a tattoo done as well as I’ve heard great things about the artists!

Fantastic experience: Went here to get my nose piercing replaced because I was having trouble with the piercing I had in it. For some reason the other place who pierced my nose used a wrong stud and it was legit stuck. They worked hard, were calm and so patient and eventually got it out. I appreciate all they did to fix not their mistake! I will go here for any piercing needs from now on!

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter wanted to get her ears pierced and we did not want to go to your typical shopping mall type store or hair salon, being a family that loves ink we reached out and the service provided was amazing with most she was a little intimidated about it happening once we arrived to have the service. Everyone was amazing and took the time to make sure she was very comfortable. We had no idea when we arrived what kind of earrings etc. she wanted and everyone was very patient with her, especially when the nerves kicked in lol. The information and products provided for aftercare were also very generous, and I would highly advise any parent who’s looking to have their child ears pierced, regardless of age, take them here. I also had my nose pierced here and again from start to stop. Everything was explained prior to, as the service progressed each step was explained, and the confidence and support was amazing. I was just getting ready to put my name down for a new tattoo and this would come in very handy towards the cost. Regardless, thank you so much for the work you do.
