Negative experience: Made an appointment to get my tongue pierced and when I arrived the shop was closed and when I eventually got ahold of them three hours later I was told I had no appointment and that I could only get what I wanted done if I managed to come in in 10 minutes otherwise they could not help me. Incredibly unprofessional and dismissive go elsewhere

Negative experience: Writing an updated review. My tattoo turned out blown out on basically every line and I paid $400 for a scar, every line is scarring. Will not be returning and do not recommend

Negative experience: I had been emailing back and forth with what I wanted for my tattoo. I told them the placement, the size and even sent designs. Had confirmed everything over email and booked Ian 2 weeks in advance with a deposit. On the day of, I drove 30 mins only for the artist to say “I’m not comfortable doing a Name tattoo, It’s not something we do in the tattoo industry”!! Felt like I was being profiled or discriminated because I didn’t have many visible tattoos on my hand but I have tattoos on my arms but he kept saying “I wouldn’t recommend it as you don’t have many tattoos!” & there was never any mention of a certain number of tattoos being required on my body to get a small name tattoo done. I filled up their online form too with what & where I wanted it. As soon I went to the shop, he had this intimidating attitude & asking me “What name? & whose name?” kinda question when I’ve already mentioned everything in my emails back & forth. The experience was really strange as he was more interested in whose name am I getting tattooed instead of the tattoo itself or the design of it. It was a complete waste of time as I could’ve just booked somewhere else weeks ago only if they were professional from the beginning. Maybe he is good at what he does, but clearly lacks professionalism.

I have some slight mobility issues and they were so patient kind. Afterwards Ian walked me out to my car. I will definitely be back !

I find their prices just as good as their work. Last piece I had done was by Silas and they did excellent work. I am lookimg forward to getting my final piece done by them when I get home at the end of this month

Fantastic experience: Ian has been absolutely incredible. I came in with an idea for a full sleeve that was out of his norm. He absolutely smashed it out of the park! I've had nothing but good experiences in this shop and with his crew, and I'm happy to consider Ian my main artist and also a good friend. From the amazing art work he's created, the funny and seemingly endless back and forth banter makes time fly by when you're in the chair. His attention to detail and eye for perfection will make sure neither of you leave unsatisfied. Very sanitary shop, comfy chairs and spacious waiting area.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to post this after all the bad reviews I've been seeing because obviously these people have never gotten a tattoo here. I went to endeavour for my first tattoo in may and have been back since then for several sessions on my other tattoo. I have never experienced anything except the upmost professionalism. Everyone here is extremely professional and very talented. I have never had any concerns about cleanliness what so ever. I am currently in the process of getting another tattoo designed here and would never consider going anywhere else. All my tattoos have healed very well and have had absolutely no issues at this shop. I think the people that are spreading all of this false information should be ashamed of themselves for trying to hurt a local business that continuously hosts events to give back to the community, especially at this time. I will continue to support endeavour and the amazing work their artists do and would recommend this shop to anyone.

The has been a bunch of dishonest reviews (most have never been in the shop) to this place today and after seeing the lynch mob attack this local business on Facebook I would recommend people to look further in the reviews because if you make a decision based on these morons then you will be missing out on an awesome experience!!

Fantastic experience: This shop is incredibly clean and professional. As a patron there for both piercings and tattoos, I have personally seen them follow all safety standards - fresh needles that they remove from the surgical packaging in front of you, always wear gloves, and sanitize every work station before and after each customer. They are approachable and friendly, for someone who is not the most "seasoned" tattoo patron. The owner frequently holds events for charities, and has ranked as one of the cleanest tattoo shops in Barrie. I will be getting all my future tattoos from Endeavor and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Absolutley amazing place! Just went with my boyfriend to get his nose pierced, which was his first piercing other than his ear lobes. We got Ian who was absolutely amazing, professional and just an overall cool guy! My boyfriend was a little nervous it being his first facial piercing but Ian answered all of his questions, and just made him feel really at ease. It was done so fast and my boyfriend was so happy when he left. Everything was 100% clean and professional and it was just an all around pleasant experience for him! I'm definitely recommending these guys and especially Ian to anyone who wants a piercing! Thanks for being so awesome guys!
