Fantastic experience: Had such a lovely experience here 3 times with Nastya. Jaq the owner is such a kind human!

Negative experience: I have been tattooed here multiple times and. I do not suggest coming here unless you want terrible work , none of there artist do good work , shaky lines , blow outs this is defiantly not a good place to go if you want your work to look nice and hold up even if you go and look at there instagram the photos they post are terrible please don’t go to this walk in shop and please go to a artist who has more experience I regret every piece I have gotten here and wish I woulda have done my research ahead of time For flash work they will also tell you a certain price and as soon as it’s done raise the price even if your told it’s flat rate so if you are going to make the decision to go here make sure you pay before you get the tattoo so you won’t get scammed as I did

Fantastic experience: I went to Aces N Spades on a whim a few weeks ago with my little sister. We were researching tattoo artists late in the evening on a Sunday, praying someone was available to take us in Monday before our evening plans. Amina answered our prayers and we are so grateful did!! Even though it was late in the night, she answered all of my questions quickly and booked us in with no problems! We called the shop the next morning to confirm our appointment and the lovely studio owner, Jaqueline, answered and her sunshine personality radiated through the phone. The warmth, kindness, and care she puts into her business can be felt when you talk to her over the phone or in person. When we got to the studio for our appointments, we were met with such friendliness from Jaqueline and her team members who were present working. I have been to different studios that have treated me like just another money deposit, but at Aces n Spades I was greeted with kindness from everyone. Amina did an amazing job tattooing my sister and I. She took her time with all of the details and walked us through every step of the tattoo process. Her honesty, kindness, and creativity are what make her such a talented tattoo artist. You would think she has been tattooing for 10+ years with how skilled she is! Her original pieces were so detailed and beautiful. Jessie was another artist there who I did not have the privilege of working with, but she shared her new collections of tattoo art she is offering customers and it is gorgeous!! I highly recommend anyone going to Aces n Spades if you want to be treated well at the studio you go to. The artists there are all insanely talented, yet so humble and kind (which is a rare find lol). Thank you Aces n Spades for making our mini getaway so memorable! Thank you Amina for tattooing the most beautiful artwork on me!

Fantastic experience: Amina from Aces and Spades tattoo did a fantastic job with my tattoo. I didn’t mention any shading as my reference photo did not have any, but she recommended it so the piece would look more alive, and she was right! Fantastic experience: Karan did a piece on my forearm that is so precise and beautifully detailed. It's not a large tattoo, maybe 2-3 inches long. The amount of detail and beautiful lines he got in there... I will be staring at it constantly. The shop itself was wonderful. Great welcoming atmosphere, an owner that cared, and great service all around. I am excited to get something else there, utilizing the pool of talent the little shop holds! My partner also got a tattoo with another artist. It was a lovely morning!

Because it was sooo good I couldn't even pass up the opportunity to just add her name of course he was okay with that little touch! This shop has left me wanting more and I will be back!

Macks is 10/10 a professional, but also great to hang with, making for an awesome tattoo experience. My tattoo from Macks turned out exactly how I wanted, looks sweet and the healing was easy peasy. Fantastic experience: I decided to get a tattoo while I was in Edmonton. I was recommended to Aces N Spades. I ended up spinning the Wheel of Fortune challenge for the design of my tattoo. The receptionist and artist made sure I was satisfied with what I spun. The shop is definitely focused on customer satisfaction. Mack was my artist and did a great job! I definitely will return if I come back to Edmonton.

Fantastic experience: I can tell you over all the years of tattoos I've gotten. Aces n spades are by far the best experience I've every had. Last week my daughter, wife , son inlaw and myself went in and did the gum ball challenge. Ed did my wife's and my tattoos, his work is fanatics. The staff and owner were all great people. I can't wait for the glory hole challenge.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled across this place by accident and decided to get a tiny ear tattoo done by Ed. I was honestly blown away by the amount of detail he managed to pack into such a small piece...it was clear right then that he was the artist I wanted to finish my sleeve. The work Ed did, especially on my full hand tattoo, is incredible. The level of detail is unreal. I get compliments from strangers almost every day. People even ask if it's real because it's so clean and well done. Beyond the talent, the vibe at this shop is amazing. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is just fun and relaxed. The owner is an absolute gem—she always makes a point to say hi to all customers whenever shes in the shop. I honestly don’t see myself going anywhere else for tattoos now. Finding an artist who really gets your style and energy can be tough, but I’ve definitely found that here.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I came in for mystery gumball tattoos and we are both thrilled with the results. My tattoo was done by Bony and the amount of attention to detail and creativity she put into this tattoo was amazing. She matched the styling to one of my existing tattoos and drew it up to perfectly fill the open space on my arm where I wanted it. The tattoo itself is amazing and talking with Bony while she was working you can tell she puts her heart and soul into what she does. My wife got hers done by Nastya and it is an absolute work of art. It is stunning and my wife has been blown away with it and truthfully it is gorgeous. Everyone here is super welcoming and friendly as well, I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a work of art to add to their collections.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at AcesN’Spades! I am 17 and have always wanted a tattoo. finally my parents said they would give me consent. I looked up tattoo places under 18 and this shop came up! i did some research to see if it seems legit and i looked into some other places, but i ended up emailing back and forth with Aces and got my tattoo in only a week after my first email! definitely great and fast service. this is my first tattoo ever and i was very nervous but Nastya was very kind and helpful in calming me down! and she was amazing!!! so gentle and light handed. i asked lots of questions about tattooing and her life and she was always keen to answer! me and my mom were treated very well here and i will definitely be coming back soon!!!!!! ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: As I lay here getting my next piece on my leg by Nastya, I wanted to share that this is one of the best shops I have ever been to. Every single staff member, no matter the role, is insanely educated and knowledgable of all things tattoos, and can answer any question thrown their way - something I don't think I've seen befor with such informed answers and information. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, love working there, and keeps you coming back for more. Nastya's work and talent is absolutely unmatched. The detail, the art, how she tattoos, I can't say enough good things. I love how she gets excited to tattoo, it is infectious and makes you just as amped up. Every part of this shop, and every person is crucial and wouldn't be the same without all of their staff, from admin, to artists, to the owner - it is awesome. I just hope they aren't sick of me yet ! 10000000% come here for some ink, no matter your style you will find it here and leave with having a great time and beautiful art.

Fantastic experience: I got a glory hole tattoo here yesterday (it's not what it sounds like, I promise lol) It was a 6 hour session, so putting your trust in someone for that big of a piece that you're not going to see until it's done is pretty scary. But Ramy designed one of the most beautiful tattoos I have ever seen! I am so beyond happy with my new ink! It was an amazing experience, and everyone I met at the shop including the artist, reception, the owner, were very friendly and fun to interact with. And as far as tattoos go, the price definitely wasn't bad either. I'll definitely be back!

He was so efficient, but did such a great job and it's exactly what I wanted after a quick mock up and adjustment and booking myself in for next day. I was referred there by my coworkers because she said they did the best work for her. Absolutely happy right now! Can't wait for the healing to he do e to get see the finished product. Fantastic experience: I have been wanting a tattoo all of my life. I am 54, female. I held off thinking the first one has to have meaning. I could never commit. I went in and looked at portfolios of the artists work and chose Nikita. He came and sat with me to go over what I like and don't like. He said, give me 20 minutes. He came back after designing 6 options for me. One of them was what I have always wanted and never found. I was in shock. I planned on a small one for my first, but his vision was so beautiful I said ok. Half way through I did not think I could continue. He was so sweet and understanding and told me to take a break but come back because he believed I could do it. The owner came to check on me knowing it was my first. She was so caring and personable. She gave me the courage to go back in. I have not been able to stop looking at it since. It is the most beautiful work, and so me! I would never have been able to do it without the incredible team. Please reach out to Nikata. I could not express what I wanted, but he figured it out. I am amazed at his talent and am so happy my first was at Aces N Spades! I want him to design my sleeve!

Fantastic experience: Short version: 10/10 service from every staff member, clean facility, fair prices, and awesome tattoo work. Detailed version: Both receptionists and both artists I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful, the facility itself was very clean (Tools, the tattoo rooms themselves, the washroom and foyer), the prices seem fair (I was referred and didn't shop around much to be fair), both artists were receptive to feedback / change requests, and the actual tattoo work has been fantastic. My arm piece was done by Angel, and my chest piece is ongoing by Ed (One more session to go). Both have been phenomenal to work with.

He came up with exactly what we wanted. On the day of putting ink to skin we were greeted by some exceptionally friendly staff at Aces N Spades. I had gotten a tattoo and it was a raven that is pretty big on my arm, when it healed I did not like it and called in to say I was not satisfied with it and they fixed it for me. They were very nice about it and made me feel happy with it after it got the touch up, the tattoo artist shawn was great and made sure I was happy and the tattoo was good. Fantastic experience: I had my first tattoo experience at this wonderful salon. Friendly staff and loyal craftsmen. Everything was at the highest level! Everything is sterile and organized! I had an experience with master Nikita, and I want to thank him for such a wonderful first experience. Everything was explained to me about hygiene and healing in relation to the tattoo, and in general a very nice person!

Fantastic experience: Got the mystery gum ball tattoo. The shop was very clean and all the employees were super friendly. I got tattooed by Nikita, who is super talented in his designs. I recommend, especially to newbies who are looking for a spot to get their first tattoo done.

Positive experience: Walking in the shop was very very clean, all needles opened in front of me. The receptionist was very welcome, outgoing and beyond sweet! My tattoo was done by Ed at Aces and Spades North and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Very profession amazing art work overall great experience! I will go back

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of sitting in Ramy's chair today and I had an absolutely FANTASTIC  experience! I have sat with a couple different artists and I don't believe I have ever felt as comfortable as I did today! He was very interactive and so kind. We chatted for hours and I really enjoyed learning more about him. He was extremely considerate and made sure I took breaks to stretch and drink water. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've had while getting a tattoo. I am also over the moon with how the final product turned out. There was quite a lot of small details and he absolutely nailed it! I look forward to the next time I get to sit in Ramy's chair!

The service from booking our appointments, to the end of the tattoo process was exceptional! All of their artists are very talented. Fantastic experience: My daughter and I went here for mystery tattoos for her birthday. What an amazing experience! The wonderful ladies at the front make you feel at home right away. It was so much fun choosing the category and spinning that little wheel to see what tattoo came out. My spin revealed a hibiscus flower, and I asked the tattoo artist, Ed, to add in a little dino for my granddaughter who is obsessed with them. His drawing was perfect, and I've never been happier! Thank you, Aces N Spades, for making my daughters birthday so memorable!

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service. Staff is extremely friendly and organized. Ed did my tattoo in remembrance of my grandfather and I honestly couldn’t have gotten a more perfect and detailed tattoo. If you’re looking for realism Ed is definitely the guy to go to.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get a little birthday present to myself and found exactly what I didn’t know I wanted from. I work in a hockey arena and it was like Nikita drew this especially for me. He was wonderful, made sure I was comfortable and prepared. His room was clean and cozy, he had a tv on and handed me the remote. He was focused and gentle (as gentle as a man with a tattoo gun can be) and was done before I knew it, I barely had time to get into the movie I picked. Nikita will definitely be someone I return to again. His work is fantastic.

It started with a mystery gumball that he blew my mind with, the color and detail he put into it was so good that I literally get compliments on it daily. He’s even fixed a tattoo that he didn’t do and made me love it! He’s got a customer for life here.

Fantastic experience: Nikita is epic, his art style fabulous - I had a gumball machine tattoo two weeks ago and loved it so much I'm going back today for more, bringing friends! Definitely recommend, the owners also rock and reception is very friendly; if you are nervous about the gumball machine they put you at ease and if you are upset with your choice you can reroll - new fav parlour!! UPDATE: Second visit went even better than before, my friend and I got very beautiful gumball tattoos from Nikita that he customized, and I am so happy to wear this :)
