Fantastic experience: My favourite piercing parlour ever; I recommend to everyone who is looking to get a piercing to come here. Staff there are very friendly and kind, I felt so welcome when I came in, sat, and got my piercing done. My mother and I got matching helix piercings and the staff made it so much more funner to get it done with the chats we were having. The parlour is very clean and hygienic. There’s not a spec of dirt anywhere, it’s a very well maintained and clean place. Piercer also knows what he is doing; he is the best ever! As I said- I recommend! Definitely will be coming back for many more, my mother and I’s new favourite piercing place :)

Negative experience: I went in for a realism half sleeve tattoo. I went to the artist Vlad. Missing a bunch of detail to make the tattoo pop realism. I've had a couple comments from people asking me what's going on and I dont have an answer. They charged for the cigarette breaks, added their own tip to the final amount and I tried to have conversation during the tattoo with the artist to let the time go by and it was basically just shut down. Awkward 10 hours of tattooing

Negative experience: These people have no idea what they r doing when it comes to piercings. Went here and ask them to filp my septum and the guy took out my ball and lost it. Very rude and told me to go to a different piercing place

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 - otherwise it would have been a 0.. I had an appointment booked for my daughter to have her ears pierced. We showed up on time only to be told that they “couldn’t get any of the three piercers to come in”. I fully understand that things happen, but we didn’t even receive a phone call to explain the situation ahead of time! Luckily we were able to find a different phenomenal studio a few steps away, or we would have had one sad girl. What happened to common courtesy?

Fantastic experience: Saw a Gengar flash art, sat on it for two days before deciding I needed it. Walked in. Got in right away. No forced conversations, no awkward small talk Five stars Never got the tattoo artist’s name… Five stars

Fantastic experience: My wife and our friend decided to get matching tattoos on a sort of spur of the moment thing (they had a tattoo prepped but weren’t scheduled anywhere). Orchid was awesome with getting them in and out in less than 2 hours total for them both. Andrii did a great job on a cute little line drawing. Great little shop, nice and clean. They also do piercings and what looks like a good selection of jewelry for that. All in all, they would be on our list for a future tattoo shop.

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience today! I got a piercing and a couple of tattoos done by Andre and Majd, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better artists. They were both so kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The vibe was welcoming, everything felt clean and safe, and they really took the time to make sure I was happy and relaxed. I had the best day and I’m so happy with my tattoos and piercing. I would 100% come back again and highly recommend this shop, especially Andre and Majd!

Fantastic experience: I got my third lobes done by Sam, he was super respectful, kind, and professional. He made me feel so comfortable, and was joking around with me. I absolutely love my piercings, they were quick, relatively painless, and are in the perfect spot. In addition, they are fairly priced, cheap even. Everywhere else I went to ask about my third was telling me it would be $140-$175. This place was only $110 with a tip! I definitely recommend this place! Thank you so much for such lovely piercings!! I will be coming back at the start of summer for an orbital, tragus, or helix!!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING! Super clean and very gentle. My daughter has a needle fear but wanted ear piercings for years. The piercing artist was very friendly and made my daughter feel totally at ease. Today she got her ears pierced by Orchid Tattoo & Piercing Studio. She was literally shouting “I have earrings!!” I cannot thank you enough for making my little girl so happy.

Negative experience: Went here for a small walk in tattoo on my finger, got me in right away. The tattoo artist Adam told me he had 18years experience and proceeded to give me the two worst tattoos I have on my body. The lines are uneven and they look like 15 year old faded tattoos. Also this guy had the nerve to tell me that some of the tattoos on my arm were “botched” and needed to be redone and then he proceeds to do this jail work on my fingers. Would it recommend.

He made sure everything was clean and sterile, explained the process clearly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Both piercings turned out perfect, and the healing process has been going great. I highly recommend asking for Rocky if you’re looking for quality piercings and great service.

Not only did he provide efficient and effective service but he also made the experience enjoyable as this was my first time changing my piercing out. Negative experience: I went there 2 years ago with my friend to get my nose pierced. I already have one side of my nose done that I got at this place in 2018, so I thought coming back to Orchid would be a good time. Boy, was I wrong. It started off great, everyone was friendly, and the wait wasn't long at all. My friend went first, and her piercing was quick and easy.I go to the back for mine, the guy seems nice enough (don't remember his name). He sits me down in the chair, barely cleans my nose, forgets to put on gloves, only puts them on right before piercing.He had longer hair, and it kept getting in his face. He was brushing his hands through his hair MULTIPLE times, making the gloves and everything he touched dirty and unsterile.He stabs the needle in my nostril, but it doesn't go all the way through. He wrestles with the jewelry, trying to shove it in, but it won't go in. He proceeds to "pierce" my nose 3-5 times. My nose is bleeding so much, and I'm in so much pain.Then he looks at the jewelry and goes, "Oh, this isn't the right one." He leaves going to get different jewelry. When he comes back, he tries 2 more times to get it in my nose and finally, after bleeding everywhere and all the pain, it goes in. After some time, my nose never healed and hurt so much that I ended up just taking it out, and it got better. Since there was so much trauma to my nose, I have scar tissue all over my left nostril and can't get it pierced again. I'm so sad and disappointed that I even paid for the "service" when clearly this guy had no idea what he was doing. You would think that a tattoo and piercing shop would hire professionals. I'm so disappointed even 2 years after the fact. I do not recommend this place at all. There are other shops in the mall that could do better. Don't waste your time or money here.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get help putting in my nipple piercings because in the past i had to go to a piercing shop to get them changed. I asked him if i could try by myself first and he said i could. I got them in by myself and he was really nice about it. No charge and great vibe. Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at Orchids! I had both a nose ring and cartilage piercing that I couldn’t get out, and after calling around, Orchids was by far the most willing and happy to help. I came in just before closing (around 8pm) and explained that I had a soccer game at 8:45 and needed them out quickly. Sam went above and beyond to make it happen, carefully working to remove them and even providing stabilizers afterward. Super friendly, professional, and genuinely caring service — I can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend Orchids for piercings and tattoos.

Fantastic experience: Had a walk in for 4 lobe piercings and had a great time. The front lady was really cool and friendly, and my piercer Sam was really accommodating. The experience was really quick and he was very professional and clean but also made the experience very light hearted by cracking jokes every now and then. Barely hurt at all and walked me through the healing process plus gave me tips about how to take care of it and when to switch jewelry out Great place.

Fantastic experience: Got my third lobe piercing done with Sam this evening and he was great! I had a hack job done for my seconds when I was fifteen but he lined up the thirds and made them look fantastic given how horribly uneven the seconds were. He was also super personable and not a moment in the interaction did we feel unwelcomed or awkward. Out of all the times I’ve had my lobes pierced, having it done by this piercer was by far the least painful and quickest. First set was done by an intern girl who had trouble getting the jewelry in for ~20 mins. Sam knew what he was doing, had it in right away. He was even careful not to cross the piercing holes with the bad seconds I had in. Show’s experience!!! I was super impressed with the attention to detail. These guys also have the lowest price in the mall. Some of the shops are charging up to $200 but they charge $120 for two lobe piercings. I’d really recommend going here for a lobe piercing from Sam for anyone who’s looking into it.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the service. They are very nice on the phone to get you to come in, but once you arrive, the attitude completely changes. The older woman at the front was especially rude and unwelcoming, with no friendly greeting at all. Because of how poorly I was treated, I ended up walking out.

When I returned with my nose stud that had fallen out and was swollen from being pulled through, he made a custom-made Piercing just for me so that I could heal.Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favour and never come here me and my two daughters got five piercings in total and every single one got infected and was placed wrong. When I came back to tell them they told me it was my fault and that I told him to pierce that area, which was completely off and not centred They even asked me to leave a five star review before getting any services.
