Fantastic experience: Mikey is a beast!! Had only heard great things about 13FT and was told they take walk ins so tried my luck and went to get a very specific matching tattoo done, which was a design I bought in that was very detail oriented and a very small scale; Mikey was upfront and clear with the whole progress and had it complete faster than I would’ve thought possible, looking so clean and sharp! This was my second tattoo and if I thought all my future tattoos had this kind of artist and workflow, I’d be booking them all in immediately! Clearly just a sign to keep going back to Thirteen Feet

And most importantly- a genuinely lovely human that loves what thay do, and you can see it in the work. I'll definitely be coming back for more ink from Jessie. My numbing cream was BS, (don't get Tattoonumbing.au cream) but Jessie was relatively painless and super fast. 3 intricate tattoos in under two and a half hours on the belly and upper chest. She's awesome! Can't recommend enough. X

Fantastic experience: We are from Victoria and wanted to get a tattoo to mark the ending of our honeymoon. Got in contact with Thirteen Feet via online and we got a quick reply that worked within our availabilities while in Sydney, and we were able to have a consultation with Eggie (the artist that most suited our style of tattoo) and get a good idea of what we could achieve and all the details in regards to price and time of appointment. To say we are happy with our tattoos is an understatement. Eggie was able to include so much detail in our tattoos, it was like we had the real thing. She was so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable, which my partner really appreciated as it was his very first tattoo. She explained everything for him and made sure he was handling any pain well throughout his sitting. Eggie was a born tattooist and even though she had no idea what our tattoos were of, she went above and beyond to make them as realistic as possible, and just a beautiful piece of art that we will forever cherish. Thank you so much Eggie, and the team at Thirteen Feet. We will definitely be back one day to add more ink!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Eggie about a coverup, was super nervous as it was my first in 20+ years and pretty big. She was so patient and kind, even at hour 4 when I was clearly struggling. The end result was better than I could have ever dreamed! She also gave me really detailed aftercare instructions. Highly recommend Eggie and if I ever feel brave enough for another one I'll be back here for sure.

Fantastic experience: Walked past before dinner and somehow ended up getting tattooed. Fernando and the crew were more than happy to have me then proceeded to stay back overtime like absolute champions to have it finished. Fernando is basically a wizard with a tattoo gun. I gave him a vague idea and he delivered something way better than what my brain was trying to imagine. I’m now planning a full pilgrimage from Port Stephens just to let this man draw on me again. Negative experience: Unprofessional and Disrespectful. If you cannot manage your time then you have no business taking appointments. I confirmed my tattoo idea and appointment for 2 PM on Friday the previous Monday, paying a deposit on the spot. Throughout the week, the artist SMS texted and tried to change the appointment to 4 PM. I called the shop and informed the receptionist that I had a hard stop at 5:30 PM but could arrive by 3 PM. Just 1hr before my appointment, the artist sent me an unsolicited Instagram DM trying to reschedule again. Of course it landed in the unwanted message pile because we had never messaged before. I arrived on time at 3 PM, only to be told by the artist that she needed to push it to 4 PM or later because she was still with another client. Rude Dismissal: When I expressed my frustration, she said, "these things happen," and “the design this morning took 1.5 hr and I can’t just stop. Leading up to the appointment, they contacted me via SMS, email, and an unsolicited Instagram DM, which was so unorganized and all over the place. My time was massively wasted and I honestly couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect shown by the artist.

Fantastic experience: I had a full day session with Shell, who was super welcoming and made sure that the shop was as inviting as possible. Offered multiple design options and discussed thoroughly on placements which is a plus. She also offered multiple breaks during the session rather than having to speak out myself. Overall, the session was ahead of schedule and ended up with an amazing tattoo. The team seems highly knowledgeable and sociable, a great environment to recommend getting a tattoo here.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a fine line snake tattoo on the ribs. The artist took around 30-45 minutes to sketch the design and offered multiple iterations of the same design. The total tattooing time took 10-15 minutes which was much faster than i had been quoted for by other studios. Overall the artist was very kind and patient and extremely professional despite my nerves and lack of preparation!! couldn’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: Had a walk in today with an idea to remind me of my trip to watch the Lions v The Wallabies rugby trip. The staff was welcoming when I walked in and listened to what I wanted and why I wanted the tattoo. Tristan was very understanding behind the reason of the design I wanted. Fantastic experience: Walked in with no booking for a small fine line tat on the back of my shoulder. I was tattooed by Patrick who was lovely and professional (and of course did a fabulous job!). The whole process was super simple and he did very well considering i didn’t come in with a solid design or reference photo.
