By the sounds of it trad wasn’t her usual style but you wouldn’t be able to tell because she absolutely nailed it. No complaints at all!

Fantastic experience: Firstly the whole tattoo shop was amazing and so accommodating and friendly to me I had excellent correspondence with receptionist Remi who helped get everything over to my tattoo artist Samatha prior to my appointment. On the day of my tattoo Samantha really incorporated everything I was asking for and offered professional advice on sizing and paired both my choice of colours perfectly. Samantha was able to put what I was thinking in to her design for me even if I was vague on some aspects, she really understood what I wanted and she exceeded what I wanted. I love my tattoos and I can’t wait to go back to both Samantha and the shop for my next ones.

Fantastic experience: As a naturally anxious person, I was worried about getting my first custom tattoo that wasn't an exact copy-paste of a reference photo. I spoke to Joe during my walk-in consult and he took the time to go through my ideas and actually help me visualise the vision I had for my tattoo. He listened to everything I asked for and was able to come up with the perfect design for what I had in mind. I'm more than happy with his work, it's by far my favourite tattoo. Extremely grateful for his time and amazing job on the tattoo!! :) Thanks Joe. I went in for my first piece and the staff were heaps friendly, vibes were good, answered all my questions and walked me through the stuff I wasn't sure about, even let my friend sit in with me. Rose is a huge sweetie and she was very enthusiastic about my design, we talked pretty much nonstop throughout the whole process lol. Aftercare instructions were thorough and clear and they gave me a ton of stickers too. Spent about $200 all up for a ~5x5 black piece which I found super reasonable. Will for sure be coming back in future!! :)

Negative experience: Got my first tattoo here a few years back from the owner Todd Bailey and it was a terrible experience. He made a mistake while tattooing me, told me it would be $250 an hour at the consultation then changed it to $350 at the appointment... To top it all off he also had a nice long 1 hour lunch break and included that in the price too. Would never go here again for a tattoo again.

The staff are all welcoming, kind and professional. Flex is a tattoo god who takes the time to make sure the design and execution of the tattoo is perfect. Her attention to detail and professionalism is immaculate. My time with her has always been an absolute joy, filled with great conversation and laughs, and she is always conscious of my comfort throughout the tattoo process.
