Fantastic experience: Got a sleeve finished off as well as some touch ups done by Hari. Could not be more happy with the work done as well as the vibes of the place were super positive and comforting. Was like coming to a mates place to hang out and get some new ink in the process. Sugar was very thorough with the tattoo design, making sure I was happy with size, shading and placement. He was very respectful, gentle and checked in with me during the tattoo process. All of the artists had such a good and friendly vibe. Sid did my tattoo and I am beyond happy with the result. His attention to detail is out of this world. He was super nice and accommodating. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed during the tattoo. Sid was so lovely and just made my whole experience with this shop so amazing! Negative experience: We came in as walk-ins and were advised by Brad to wait 2–2.5 hours. There was no communication or updates during that time, and we eventually followed up ourselves, only to be informed they couldn’t accommodate us.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely kickass experience at Thirteen Feet, Little Hay Street this January. Had a piece designed and applied by Chalida, who I cannot recommend highly enough. The vibes at the Little Hay shop are immaculate, and there is plenty of stuff around to do while you wait for your appointment or afterwards. 11/10 would let these people stick needles in me again

Tattoos always turn out awesome and he is so precise with every aspect of the tattoo he will not tattoo unless it’s absolutely perfect. Only place I go now, would recommend to everyone too see him, his work is wicked.

Fantastic experience: This was my first tattoo, and I’m so glad Fernando was the one who did it. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful from the start, taking his time with the design, shaping the dragon, adding the flowers and making sure I felt comfortable and happy with every step. The colour blue was really important to me and he reassured me it would work beautifully. It turned out even better than I imagined. He also gave me clear aftercare instructions to help keep the colour vibrant. If you want an artist who pays attention to detail and truly cares about your experience, Fernando is your guy. I couldn’t recommend him enough and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Fantastic experience: I recently got a tattoo from Thirteen feet tattoo by Shell. She did amazing. She was so lovely to talk to and really sweet. As it was a very last minute decision to get the tattoo, I was unsure of placement and size and Shell was so patient and accommodating. She did an amazing job and it’s healing so nicely. Can’t recommend Shell enough.

Negative experience: Got this tattoo here a while ago but the experience stuck with me. I requested to change the placement one time, and the artist replied with telling me he doesn’t want to “waste his time”. Was a bit shocked by that because I asked very nicely and only once. And I think that we are allowed to change the placement since it is my body and my money right? Next I wanted to ask my husbands opinion and artist replied with “Do you wanna ask me?” in a shady tone. Everytime I asked my husband “what do you think?” I could feel the artists eyes on me. Didn’t feel like getting tattooed by him anymore but stuck with it since I was already there and waited a while for this already. We’re a quiet well mannered couple but was met with rudeness and it really ruined this tattoo for me. Just wish they would know it’s a 15 minute tattoo for them but for the customer it will be on my body forever.

Positive experience: I got my first proper tattoo here as a family member recommended, but i sadly left not fully satisfied. The artist and I spend quite some time making adjustments to the drawing of my tattoo just for him to use a sharpie and half fix it up where the stencil had already been placed on my body. I’m a pretty nervous/ awkward person normally and i made the mistake of coming in by myself so his impatience with the changes and wanting to get it over with quickly made me uncomfortable. Due to this i just went the slight change instead of what i actually wanted. The tattoo still looks good but not exactly what I wanted which is unfair since it’s now on my body forever. I believe he could definitely tell I wasn’t fully happy with how it was looking and that I was too nervous to speak up. As a tattoo artist it’s your job to make it how the person wants and not be impatient and difficult to communicate with.

Fantastic experience: I just smashed out 3 tatts with thirteen feet in the last few months coz I was so happy with the work. Been going to Jessie who’s fine line work is awesome and she’s also super gentle. The rest of the artists seem great too when I peek over at their work and all decent folk. Love this place.

I usually end up making pals with my artists and I feel he didn’t want to chat or connect but if that’s just him then I respect that and I will come back!
