Fantastic experience: Got a piece done by Natalie ! She’s a very talented artist, keeps her station clean and hygienic, super friendly too! I’ve also had my eyebrow pierced here, super effortless!

Fantastic experience: Came all the way from Miami just to check out the studio and get work done! Had a great experience from the start with Kaifai and the best tattoo artist Tyson! I did a Polynesian style tattoo that came out better here in Sydney than in the states!! I’m definitely coming back when I’m in town again!

Fantastic experience: Siho stayed back late to fit me in for my tattoo and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and making sure his clients walk out 100% satisfied. The design came out even better than I imagined clean lines, great shading, and executed with real precision. He didn’t rush the process even though it was late, and made sure everything was perfect before we wrapped up. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond and delivers quality work, I can’t recommend Siho enough. Absolute legend.

We arrived a little late, and the team was still so understanding and kind enough to let us come in. They had no idea we were grieving until we arrived and explained the reason behind our tattoos. From that moment, they showed nothing but compassion, patience, and professionalism. They worked efficiently, finished our tattoos quickly, and most importantly, did them absolutely perfectly. This tattoo means so much to all of us, and we are beyond grateful for how respectful, generous, and talented they were during such a difficult time. Thank you for helping us honour someone so special in the most beautiful way.

Negative experience: Friend of mine chose a design off the wall. To our disappointment the artist who tattooed the piece was unsuited to the style and the tattoo turned out looking quite disappointing. The artist themself was friendly but artists should not be taking on work they are unsuited for.

Fantastic experience: Managed to screw my ear up and couldn't insert my jewlery into my industrial piercing. I came in to ask if I could buy a taper insert for the earring and the lovely person at the counter put the earring in for me! it hurt so bad but it was fantastic to get it done and after 2 days its healed up great. Considering it was looking pretty infected and had a big upholsetery needle in it before I would say $10 well spent. I didn't ask their name unfortunately but thank you so much to the person who put the earring in! The customer service was great here and everyone was super helpful and kind. <3

Negative experience: CASH ONLY with no ATM in store. No original work, just tracing/outlining pictures. Tattooing very obviously drunk people. Unfairly high prices for mediocre work and inconsistent schedule. Front desk employee was frustrated when we asked for a time estimate 15 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start.

Fantastic experience: The piecer Ruby was knowledgeable and well rehearsed. I was nervous for my first piercing but my doubt soon melted away when I realised I was in her capable and caring hands. Couldn't be happier with the final product.

Negative experience: I had 2 conch piercings done near 2 weeks ago. For the whole 2 weeks I had major swelling and irritation on both piercings. I went back in store a week after and got told that the swelling is normal and should go down. Lo and behold this morning my lower conch bar ball had gone through the skin and had to be removed and fit a longer bar. The original piercer had fit 2x 8mm long flat bars which I have been advised was way too short for conch piercings. I went to another shop to have the bars changed over to 12mm and even then to find those where still too short due to the swelling. After a crazy amount of pain they managed to get them swapped over and I felt instant relief. I’m not flaming “Skin Deep” as a whole but the piercer should’ve been knowledgeable enough to fit the correct length bars to avoid complications of my piercings.
