Fantastic experience: Had an anime tattoo done by Josh Spendlove and it is amazing! Josh was lovely, making sure I was comfortable and helping with the placement of the tattoo. Beautiful clean studio, very reasonable prices and friendly artists!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience, great clean studio, friendly staff and artists. The process is important to me as well as making a connection with my artist and I can say this was my experience here. I came with my idea and they connected me with the right artist. On the day it was great to meet Rochelle and it was awesome going through the process to make sure my tattoo was perfect! Can only speak very highly of Markd!! And my artist Rochelle!! I waited for a healed photo because that is what matters most.

Fantastic experience: Very Professional and well done. I inquired for a tattoo and they recommended Will for what I was specifically looking to get, He was extremely friendly and professional, he did an hour consult with me a month prior listened to every detail, he really put the time in and worked with me on my vision witch brought the whole thing to life, and on the day of the tattoo he just smashed it out quick and did a really good job. I had a look at the other artists work as well and over all, I'm very impressed with this place the service is good, the price was fair actually a bit better than what I expected and the shop was clean as. Fantastic experience: I came in for a tattoo to commemorate my travels. I had my own design prepared, which needed slight modifications to work as a tattoo on the location I preferred. Ben was quick and effective in his communication, and delivered an amazing tattoo. Over all I dug the vibe in the studio, and could feel the comradery between the artists. Vanessa has completed 2 of my favourite pieces, and she really is a special and talented artist. Her work is fantastic, and she is so incredibly easy to work with! Fantastic experience: I had an amazing appointment today with Rochelle, it’s the 2nd time she’s tattooed me. Her consults are always thorough, her work is outstanding. Rochelle is the 1st tattoo artist I’ve not felt judged in my choices & makes it a really enjoyable experience. Can’t wait for another excuse to book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend. Came in with an idea and Vanessa executed perfectly. The work is spectacular and whenever I get comments on it, people are always astounded on how it looks. V puts her heart and soul into every piece and I can’t thank her enough for mine and all the futures ones to come. Not only is the work amazing, but the other artists there are friendly and are more than happy to say hi and distract you from the enviable pain you’ll be in. We were tattooed by Ben who was extremely friendly, easy to chat to and understood our humour which meant we could have a good joke around throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work here! My family and I were in Sydney for a vacation and decided a tattoo would be a great memento. They were able to fit all five of us in with pretty short notice and were more than accommodating. From the moment we walked in the door the vibe in the place made our whole day. We had a few of us that were getting a first tattoo and Will and Ben were fantastic in keeping everyone smiling and relaxed and walking through our designs and making sure everything was perfect. The girls at the front desk made sure everyone waiting was taken care of as well. Again nothing but good thing and we can't wait until we are in Sydney again to get another tattoo!

Fantastic experience: What a great experience for my first tattoo. I was recommended to Vanessa after the loss of my beautiful Staffy dog to get her paw prints as a tattoo. Talking to friends/colleagues I realised how well regarded Markd Tattoo studio is and cannot honestly say they whole experience exceeded all expectations, from initial contact via phone and email, arriving at the studio for my appointment and my whole time that I spent there. All the staff was so inviting and warm and the atmosphere just put me at ease. Vanessa was so amazing and really awesome to talk to. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience for my first tattoo and definitely be back for realising more plans and ideas that I have been contemplating.

You can pick an artist from their Instagram to align with the style you want, and even message directly to discuss your plan Their care for customers is paramount and just truly a friendly experience everytime i’m in the shop. I’ve gone back over and over. Being Comic book/Manga inclined i’ve been SO stoked with my tats from Josh. Couldn’t recommend him more if you’re after anything that resembles a comic book or just all round wanting a character that looks so sick. If you think I was overstating how happy and impressed i’ve been with not just my artist so far, but the shop as a whole, I’m not. All the artists I've met seem great, Vanessa is my go-to person and her work is phenomenal. Just as importantly Vanessa is warm, caring and gentle (as you can be when tattooing someone)! Fantastic experience: After discovering the studio on tiktok, I felt confident enough to get my first tattoo. Ben was amazing and understood how sentimental the signature was to me. He copied it to perfection, even including the little line break at the top of the S. I would gladly have him complete another tattoo for me. Well worth the trip from Queensland. The studio was clean and tidy, with multiple artists working and conversing with customers.

Fantastic experience: I gave full freedom to Harley to create my full arm sleeve. I trusted him and he came through with an awesome design. I also liked that the apprentices asked questions to Harley about what he was doing and he explained it in a way even I could understand.

Fantastic experience: The team at Markd Tattoo is extremely professional and talented. I got my very first tattoo from Ben, who wasn't just an expert at doing his job but also did a great job making me comfortable with the entire experience. Putting trust in Ben and Markd was definitely a decision I do not regret. Will definitely be visiting again, should I decide to get another one.
