I was nervous getting them but they were both so kind and made me feel very comfortable. They made sure everything was so clean prior to getting the piercings and they helped me clean them after. They were also so informative about the after care. My doubles turned out amazing!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in last night to get my tattoo done by Jeremy. He is a fantastic artist! Not heavy handed at all. He was very patient with me as well and did not rush the process. I will definitely be going back to him. He's nice to look at too ladies!! Edit: I forgot to mention the others at the shop. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I was offered drinks and even walked to my car because of the time of night I was leaving I believe by the owner. The girl at the front desk helped me pick my tattoo out. Experiencia negativa: Called ahead of time to see if I could get a new piercing since I had been in a few days prior to get a re-piercing done. I was told over the phone that was fine and to come on in. Upon coming in, the piercer recognized us and was extremely rude and was not friendly in the exchange of essentially telling us no and we left. I frequent this shop for a lot of my work but based on her customer service and lack of communication, it looks like I will be finding a new shop in the future.

Experiencia negativa: By far the weirdest experience I have ever had. The four of us got accused of being drunk. When my wife and I had a drink each with a very large dinner. Mind you we are in our 30’s and came in with her younger sister and her best friend whom are 19 years of age. When we explained this she asked how much we smoked.. at this point I was beyond floored and was trying to find my jaw that just hit the floor In disbelief of what this woman (who said she was the owner mind you) had just said to us. My sister in law wanted her Tragus pierced and the lady said it would look horrible on her. Then she said she wanted her second hole in her lobe done and the owner said she had scar tissue (she has never had a piercing there or injury). She mentioned her cartilage and the owner also told her that would look bad as well. Meanwhile she’s touching her ears with shaky hands saying she’s too scared to put a needle that close to her face and doesn’t feel comfortable doing so… When we questioned this is when she accused us of being drunk or high. And saying my younger sister in laws eyes being dilated.. she then explained her eyes were always that way. (Which in fact is the truth) the owner said, “I’ll choose to believe you’re telling the truth… umm what is even going on here. When we said we no longer felt comfortable she said it’s okay if you all feel offended.. and we mentioned we were going to leave she said it was best. And as we left she said okay we’re moving on… What is happening here and how is she “The Owner.” The most unprofessional place I have ever been. I Do not encourage you to waste your time or money when it comes to the piercing side of this place. As we can all see below; she is once again calling people a drunk when they only have one martini with a huge meal… mind you the two people in their 30’s whom we consumed a beer and one consumed a martini ( one person martini, one person a beer) we were in fact not getting a piercing or tattoo.. but my young sister in law of 19 whom had no drinks at all was getting a piercing. this proves who the owner is as a human, thank you for blaming our one drink in your not knowing how to do you job. I rest my case on this. Thank you shaky hands! And yes everyone who is reading this can also see we had one drink and we’re not getting a piercing or tattoo. Not sure where your argument was on that. Stop blaming people for you not knowing how to do your job. We can see in multiple reviews on your page you are terrible or do not do ear piercings. So tell me how much you remember now with your socks and sandals. And hair in a low ponytail with sparkly blue earrings and matching necklace. And was that an Ed hardy style shirt you were wearing…? Also your mannerisms when you spoke was your left arm crossed across your chest and your right hand playing with your lip. Tell me how much I do not remember. Thank you once again for letting me prove my point. ;) Ps. We’re are a gay couple bringing in our little sister and her friend for an ear piercing. Not sure if this is discrimination or her simply not knowing how to pierce ears. 2.5 review on this place speaks volumes. Should have read these before coming here. Also if you must know I drove 2.5 hours to come see her that day and this is what she wanted to do. I also had to drive that back home after dropping her off after this horrible experience. So yeah… ya caught me. I must have been trying to drink real heavy for that drive back home. All I can say is; Learn to run a company.

Experiencia negativa: I walked into the shop and was greeted by a woman who said that she was the owner. She asked me what I wanted, and I wanted my 2nd lobe piercing and my tragus done. She immediately told me that my tragus was way too little to be pierced. Which i took her advice and said ok. Then I decided I wanted my cartilage pierced and she also said that wouldn’t look good with a hoop (which is what i wanted). She said that after 2 years it may not even be healed. So she talked me out of that one too and tried to talk me out of my lobe piercing as well because she said that my lobe was “so scarred.” Mind you I have only had my first lobe piercing done. She looked at my ear and asked how long I had my second piercing for, which there obviously is not a second piercing there. Then, she out of the blue asked me how much I had to drink. I am 18 almost 19 years old. I had not had anything to drink prior to this visit. I was also with my older sister and two friends. I replied to her question saying that I hadn’t had anything to drink, and she asked if i had smoked weed. At this point, I am so confused as to why she’s asking this because I had not done either things. She proceeds to tell me that my eyes are “blood shot red and dilated.” my eyes are always dilated; that’s just how they are. But my eyes were definitely not blood shot red. So I then said I should probably leave because I felt offended and violated. She then says “yeah that’s probably best.” She told me that it was ok if I was offended but I had not said anything about being offended to her. She also told me that I may pass out while getting my piercing and she may have to revive me. I was so confused, upset, and annoyed. She was extremely rude to me and my sister/friends the whole time. Do not go here.

Experiencia negativa: TLDR; don't go here if you're sensitive I went here about a month ago, trying to get a hoop for my new lip piercing and this shop was recommended. The lady who checked me out was quite rude, telling me with an attitude over and over again how it was too early to get a hoop when I literally was just in there for jewelry because I was excited for it. Then she proceeded to sell me a hoop too big to even fit over my lip correctly, unbeknownst to me. Like this hoop is so big that it is comical. Waste of money, time, and I was SO uncomfortable.

Em did my eyebrow piercing and they did a perfect job. They were very descriptive and let me know what was going on the whole process which was very helpful. The workers were all very nice and welcoming. I didn't get my eyebrow pierced in the traditional place, more towards the middle. But I asked for it to be that way Em was very helpful in telling me the pros and cons for my placement but reassured me it was ok to not have it done in the traditional spot. Very good directions for after care and changing the bar out. I will be coming back to get my nose and bellybutton pierced. Very pleased and highly recommend. Very clean.

The parlors downtown are 1000x better quality any way.

Experiencia fantástica: Flawless experience with Cassey piercing my nose! 50th Birthday treat to myself, needed a change like the nose ring but nervous about infection, pain, appearance etc. Cassey answered my zillion questions and it was QUICK. Slightly red, throbbed about 2 hours, that was IT! NO swelling EVER, no crusting, infections, NOTHING but a shiny stud where I wanted it! It's been two months and I even accidentally caught the ring and it came out when washing my face twice. Owch but once I maneuvered it back in it was fine. Follow the aftercare instructions exactly. Outstanding experience, clean shop, approachable pros, perfect inspection records, laid back and kudos again to Cassey!

IF YOUR ARTIST DOESNT SHAVE YOU BEFORE TATTOOING PLEASE LEAVE, I know some people don’t want to come off as rude (me) but I wish I would’ve left. for reference the tattoo was on my forearm and I know now it should’ve definitely been shaved. I didn’t know any better so this was partially my fault so I’ll also say PLEASE DO RESEARCH AND TALK TI PEOPLE THAT ALREADY HAVE TATTOOS BEFORE GETTING YOUR FIRST ONE. hope this helps someone.
