Experiencia negativa: Maybe don’t book appointments if you are going to be more than an hour late for the appointment. We drive from over an hour away for our appointment- 6:00( hour past time) still sitting here and having to beg for a refund for a deposit on a tattoo that the artist was late to give. I can’t extend child care hours due to improper time handling. I have over 35 tattoos and I have never had to wait an hour past an appt to get my deposit back just to go home. Too bad. I had high hopes for this shop.

He tattoos melaninated skin knows how to make color pop (rare, elite behavior) and actually checks in like a normal human being. Took breaks when I asked. No macho nonsense. This was my first 6–7 hour session. At some point I decided I no longer enjoyed being repeatedly punctured. I reached my daily stabbing quota. I said “I’m done.” He stopped. Then I stood up and almost fainted because apparently my body decided we were done surviving for the day. My adrenaline disappeared. Science happened. I don’t know the rules, I dont make them. He moved fast, got me what I needed, made sure I was steady, and didn’t make it dramatic. Cool guy. 10/10. I am alive. Arm still attached. Would almost pass out again. I will be returning for round two. Jaysin, if you’re reading this Google review: Stay away from tattooing my elbow. Wait till the end. Let me build emotional resilience first

Alex was very helpful in alleviating some of the nervousness I had by explaining the process, and shockingly, it barely even stung! He was very gentle and kept the conversational ball rolling and played music I liked during my appointment. The tattoo was of my husband's handwriting, and down to the pen pressure (Alex was very adamant and careful that he get the pen strokes correct), looks EXACTLY the way he wrote it. My mother and I booked appointments, and I could not be happier with the results. Knowing that it was my mom's first tattoo, he took extra care explaining how things worked and why things were done the way they are. He double checked about allergies and everything beforehand, went over sizing and ideas, and was genuinely interested in the reasoning behind what we chose. His line work is fantastic and he is very light handed, so there was very little pain! Experiencia positiva: Got my tounge peirced here great customer service great piercing but the guy put a industrial bar in my tounge it was so big I couldn't close my mouth that night it kept getting caught in my teeth I kept getting choked on it it was just too long I had to take it out it was like 1 1/2 to 2 inches long I guess im just giving up on the tounge piercing at least for a while until my tounge fully heals

Of all the places in knoxville this has been the most honest and upfront about pricing and scheduling. Alex was the best artist I have ever had. The inside of my bicep was a better experience than my outside shoulder piece from a competitor. I would recommend Alex for either your first piece, coverup, or a large piece. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They talked to us about everything from the tattoos to just general interest. Morgan was incredibly friendly the entire time and was so caring to us both. She was open to changes on my husband's design and helped talk us both through her plans and everything. It was also awesome getting to sit and watch the movie my tattoo came from and talk about the anime itself with Morgan and the other staff. Morgan made us both feel so comfortable from the moment we started to when we left. Speaking of the tattoo itself, even with just half of it colored right now, it's gorgeous. Her line work is exceptional, and the way she packs the color in is so amazing. It looks like it's straight of the screen. Even without me asking initially, she made some changes to the original reference photo that fit exactly what I wanted. I cannot wait to come back and finish up the other half and see it all together. Morgan was also so good at explaining the aftercare process, especially as every artist is different with their preferences. She explained what everything meant and how the tattoos may heal. Even her offering to walk us through applying the saniderm if we needed was so sweet. With everything we experienced, the drive there is well worth it. This will definitely be our regular place, and I look forward to future tattoos from the staff.

I prefer to get tattooed at a place where the artists and employees are welcoming and not "too cool" or artists that look down on you if you dont have alot of tattoos. If you are looking for a shop that will welcome you in even if you have never stepped foot in a tattoo studio then this is the place for you. Alot of people can be overwhelmed by the process of getting a tattoo and it can be intimidarting the artists here are patient and professional and laid back and it makes for a very cool environment to get tatooed. I was tattooed by Alex E and my experience was excellent from the moment I dm him on instagram to the finished tattoo. I am very satisfied with my tattoo and loved the process and I will be returning. Also if you have a great experience please tip your tattoo artist in cash they work really hard at making your tattoo awesome

Experiencia fantástica: I went in while visiting town, I’m moving in November so was just talking a look at everything! Myself and two others were able to walk in and get tattoos. Everyone was so friendly! Alex who tattooed the boys was perfect for them both! He loved all the same things as them so really made them feel comfortable. They are very excited to book with him in the future! As for me, I had Paul. He was so patient and friendly! I had come in with some ideas, and he took it and rannnnnn. We already booked my next appointment in November to finish my piece. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting an amazing experience with some amazing people.

Experiencia fantástica: Lucy did an AMAZING job on both of our tattoos. Very sweet & did such an incredible job of making our handwriting ideas come to life. Her work was spot on! 10/10 recommend booking with her!
