Fantastic experience: Carlos is amazing and a great conversationalist

Positive experience: I visited as a walk-in for a cover-up tattoo on my arm. The wait was about 2½ hours and the receptionist gave an estimate instead of a fixed price. The available artist was Frank. He was professional and able to execute the design that I wanted. The session lasted about 1½ hours, and he made a few adjustments to the design. After the tattoo was finished, ointment was not applied before the Saniderm bandage was placed. I had to ask about aftercare and received limited guidance. Within two hours, the bandage began leaking blood, so I removed it and cleaned the tattoo. It took multiple calls to reach the shop for advice. Throughout the next 48 hrs, I experienced significant pain, swelling, and redness and had to seek medical attention. The tattoo looks nice; however, I experienced complications afterward.

Fantastic experience: I went to Marco to get a tattoo for my birthday and he absolutely killed it. I love his work and he’s super fun to talk to and hang out with. My tattoo came out even better than I imagined it because he made some suggestions that made the tattoo so much cooler. It looks super clean and healed perfectly. 10/10 recommend him

Fantastic experience: I first visited All Saints for a Friday the 13th tattoo three years ago, and I’ve been coming back for all my tattoos and piercings ever since. My most recent piece was done by Doug, and it was an amazing experience. He tattooed my ribs and delivered clean, quick, and high-quality work. Doug is engaging and makes the process comfortable—just like the rest of the team at All Saints. I definitely plan on returning in the future for more tattoos!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to All Saints for about a month now and the shop is awesome! The vibe there is warm, inviting, and fun, and the folks there are so friendly. I’ve been working with JD for about 1 1/2 years now and he is truly an amazing and creative artist, and I can’t imagine anyone else doing my tattoos. Fantastic experience: Looking for a new tattoo? We’ll stop looking and go see Marco. Dude knocked it out the park on everything I asked for. The artwork is impeccable. Lines? Crisp. Color? Vibrant. The art he draws? Would make Picasso tear up in awe. The price is VERY fair but if you’re getting art on your body forever why worry about price? Everything you should be worrying about is top tier. So stop by and give his art a look. I bet you won’t be disappointed because I’m far from it.

Negative experience: I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this shop left me disappointed. I had been really excited to meet the artist, Muriella after messaging back and forth on Instagram about both a large custom piece and a couple of small fine line tattoos. When I came in for my appointment, the front desk and other staff were wonderful—welcoming, helpful, and kind. Unfortunately, the tattoo experience itself didn’t live up to that energy. Muriella and I barely spoke before she began tattooing. While she wasn’t rude, I was surprised by the lack of engagement, especially after all our prior communication. I was initially happy with the tattoos, but once healed, the lines were noticeably uneven and inconsistent—something I didn’t expect given her portfolio. Still, I remained excited to return for the larger back tattoo we had discussed. I rearranged for a walk-in appointment she agreed to, only for her to cancel 2 days prior. I was bummed because it was the only time that fit my schedule to go in and for healing purposes. She requested that I send her a $100 deposit to secure my spot and then reschedule which I happily sent via Venmo. I rescheduled to a Friday morning with her. As I was on my way to the appointment, I sent her a dm to confirm and she let me know she was no longer at the shop and could not tattoo. I had cleared my work schedule and was so excited to get this piece that we had gone back and forth so much about (mostly just me now that I’ve read through our texts). I decided to reschedule to the following Friday and still try to make it work. Unfortunately, I had to cancel 18 hours before the appointment because something urgent at work came up (similar to what did to me but at least a response the day before the appt). After apologizing, she refused to transfer the deposit to another date because I did not give 24 hours notice. She also immediately requested another deposit to get scheduled again. There was no prior mention of a cancellation policy—just a Venmo payment and a hard no. I respect artists’ time and policies, but this felt one-sided and unprofessional. After rearranging my own schedule and showing flexibility, I wasn’t met with the same. Sadly, I won’t be returning or recommending this shop.

Fantastic experience: Walk-in for a very spontaneous tattoo and was greeted by Marco. He was very welcoming. The location was very nice— felt homey. Probably because it was in house like studio. He got our tattoo ready quickly and got us seated within mins. I enjoyed his personality— very funny. It felt like my bestie was tattooing me. Next time I visit Austin I’ll be sure to stop by again to get another tattoo done by him.

Negative experience: Yikes. First time here, and it felt rushed, like they were overwhelmed for F13th, so service is needing more one on one vibes. No after care instructions for tattoos, every parlor I have ever been to has this policy, so was shocked with this parlor. Smh.

Walking into All Saints was the complete opposite. Super welcoming from the beginning and walk-ins are actually welcomed. Justin Smith and Frank Ball were our artists today and I'm so glad they were. Fantastic experience: Was traveling through Austin and had a small window to try and get a decent sized tattoo done the next day. I reached out to Hannah and she was able to get me in. I had an idea of what I wanted but she made it even better and killed the tattoo, absolutely would recommend Hannah and All Saints to anyone in the area.

Fantastic experience: Got a butterfly tattoo done by Hannah back in August and it has healed beautifully. She had such a delicate hand, barely hurt. I can say for certain if you are wanting a fine line tattoo then Hannah is your girl. She was very sweet, would definitely recommend her and if I am ever back in the Austin area with an itch to get inked again I will be looking for her.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and had a great experience!! The woman greeting me was super helpful and kind and the tattoo artist did a great job!! Only had to wait for about 30 minutes and the tattoo took no longer than 10 minutes. Will definitely be back!!

Negative experience: I walked in on a Saturday 5 mins after opening, gave the receptionist a picture of the small tattoo design I wanted & was told the tattoo artist would begin my tattoo within 35 mins. The receptionist inform me the tattoo artist would be able to do my tattoo which was a design is a small date I wanted on my shoulder. After patiently waiting 2 hours, the tattoo artist rudely told me " I don't want to do it, the tattoo is too hard to do and I should have booked an appointment". Please keep in mind that they ONLY take walk-ins on the weekend, told them we were in Austin visiting for my spouse's birthday and they would able to do it. Please be cautious visiting this shop. They are extremely inconsiderate, inconsistent and discriminatory. No apology was given and they display lack of care. Save your money and time and choose a different tattoo shop. As for the owner, you should be ashamed for hiring employees who display these characteristics.

Negative experience: Sorry but I would not recommend this place. I went in on 8/28 requesting a tattoo. At the time there were two women working and they were actively tattooing. They informed me it was going to be about 30mins until they were finished. So I left and came back 40 mins later. When I came back the women were behind the counter eating pizza (no shame about having to eat) but they glanced over at me standing at the counter and continued to eat and gossip not acknowledging my presents (no head nod, no hello, no “be there in a sec”). After what felt like a couple minutes one of them comes and asks what I’m looking for. I explain and say I want it on my side and she informed me that it will be $150. I ask if we can somewhat customize the flash or do a simple design that I found on the internet. She told me that they don’t really do that and it comes as displayed for the flash (I just wanted the cactus without as many spikes and not in a flower pot). So be it I agree to the flash as is. They take my ID and they seem very unenthusiastic, talking back and forth on who will get stuck doing the tattoo. By their demeanor and conversation they seemed like they didn’t want to do the tattoo at all and my presence was a burden to them. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome I told them I changed my mind and left. I was with a friend and she as well said that they were giving mean girl energy. I was sober, understanding, patient, and respectful. There was absolutely no reason to treat a client that way and make them feel so unwelcome. I ended up going somewhere else and got exactly what I wanted for $160.

Negative experience: My friends and I were recently in Austin together and decided spontaneously to get matching lip tattoos. We choose All Saints Tattoo because of the name and location. However, our experience was sadly negative. Firstly, we were quoted $150 each for a 4 letter lip tattoo, which seems slightly overpriced (there was also only 1 font available- Helvetica). We were quickly attended to, and our tattoos were completed in about 5 minutes each. While it was nice to get the tattoos over quickly, I fear that the integrity of the tattoo artist, Kevin, was sacrificed in order to do as many tattoos as quickly as possible. When our tattoos were finished, we inquired about after care and the healing process for a lip tattoo. However, all three employees in the shop basically shrugged and told us that they didn't know what to do. Because of this, my friends and I continued our night with eating and drinking, which was most likely something that we wouldn't have done if we were informed of the proper after care steps. Not even three days after getting the tattoo, mine is almost completely faded. Now I understand that all lip tats eventually fade and that the inner lip is a difficult area to ink due to saliva etc., but I feel like I completely wasted my money on this tattoo. I would not recommend a lip tattoo from All Saints (can't speak for their other work on other body parts) unless you want to be overcharged and have it fade within a few days. Very disappointed, as I was really looking forward to this fun experience.

Fantastic experience: My mom and I were in Austin for a conference and wanted to get tattoos to commemorate our trip. We discovered All Saints Tattoo and were not disappointed. We were able to walk in and be seen in a very reasonable time. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Brought my mom here to consult with someone after having an awful experience across the street at Sacrament. They were extremely welcoming and answered all of her questions, even though she decided to hold off on getting the tattoo for the time being.

Negative experience: Worse tattoo experience. Was a walk-in with my gf. The guy at the front was pushy and rude. Wanted a simple 1 inch single letter tattoo on my wrist and another simple line tattoo. They charged me $40 extra for each “drawing” , even the 1 letter tattoo that I was already paying the $100 minimum for. All because the guy in the front didn’t what to change the font on the computer. yep… They charged my $140 for my gf to get an “o”. Rip off. Frank the artist was great! Then after checking my cc they charged me an extra $100 for no reason. When I called in they said you sure you didn’t tip. I tipped $100 in cash in kindness so it wouldn’t be taxed. That is what I always do everywhere. They said they would fix it then charged me $500 instead of $400. So they just added the extra $100 in the total and charged me again. Had to call again for the 4th time and complain again. Finally got it resolved. Shady business and way overpriced. There are much better place to get a tattoo. Avoid this place.

Negative experience: Went to get a tattoo the lady was sweet but i ask how much she said 120 was the min then she said I could add something else so I add a lil something everything was 2in then she said it will be 220. I left wasted time

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were visiting Austin for our mini honeymoon and decided to get a tattoo while in town. So glad we chose All Saints! We took advantage of one of their walk in days and the process was so easy and the staff was so friendly. Carlos and Frank did an amazing job on our tattoos. Definitely the perfect way to commemorate our trip. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Austin.

Fantastic experience: Took advantage of Sunday walk-ins to touch up old finger tattoos and add some new ones. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Shop was clean with lots of art to look at. JD did took care of me and while my ask was pretty simple compared to his usual style, he complimented my choices and made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I walked in, shared my ideas and a very rough reference photo with the artist, and was out the door with a new tattoo in just over an hour. Very friendly and accommodating staff and quick, top-notch work.

Negative experience: Expensive and did a terrible job. Went in for an outline tattoo and charged $400. Left with a tattoo that had wobbly lines and circle. Unfortunately will have to go get this reworked somewhere else since the trust to get this fixed at all saints is lost.

Positive experience: Price was 5/5 Walk-in was simple 5/5 Line work 5/5 Interactions were 3/5 Long story if you want to read. I showed the inspiration picture to the artist and we talked about my video game/nerd themed tattoos. The tattoo I was getting was from RuneScape and the artist seemed to recognize the image. When I was getting prepped I noticed the colors were out so I asked about colors. The artist discussed them with me more as an afterthought which is totally okay since they knew the reference. I said brown handle, red blade and green tip. The artist repeated what I said and moved into the process and we chatted about all sorts of stuff. Very friendly at this point. Toward the end of the tattoo I looked down and noticed the tip was grey and not green. I was thinking "lighting might be off but I should ask" and when I talked to the artist they were immediately defensive and started blaming me as the person at fault. I wasn't trying to say they did anything wrong or accuse them so it felt very hostile how they responded. I clarified that I was just asking and not blaming them but that it was supposed to be green and was clearly a miscommunication. They dismissed me and tried to talk me out of the color over the top but ended up brushing over the grey with green. The color ended up okay and the line work was wonderful but the way they handled my objection really sucked the air out of the room. I would recommend going here anyways and now I know to be more aggressive on the clarification around tattoos I'm requesting.

Fantastic experience: TL;DR Friendly and inviting tattoo parlor that accepts walk-ins, with a skilled, detail-oriented artist. ______ General Impressions: Was in Austin for a music concert and came early to find a place to get a long-anticipated tattoo. It was a simple design, so I was comfortable with an unknown artist but wanted a place that would at the same time take a walk-in but also take the time to get it right. As said, the design was simple: Three Kanji (yes, I know what it says...), solid black, no shading. However, the source was stitched cloth and so needed some adaptation. I was greeted immediately and told with an inviting reply to my query that walk-ins were welcome and I could proceed immediately. I was introduced to the artist, Kyle, who spoke to me at length about the detail of the work, taking time to reproduce the source material and make live edits before starting. Although it was arguably a relatively straightforward piece, no question remained what the intended final product would be. After revising the initial reproduction the print was placed and photos were taken to confirm look and placement. The work was both fast and accurate. Fantastic experience: My husband, friend, and I were exploring 6th Street on a vacay to Texas. We came across All Saints Tattoo and decided to go in for a look. With a little prodding from my hubby we all selected a tattoo to commemorate our trip. He got a barbed wire outline of Texas (his home state), I got a black line butterfly in memory of my mom, and our friend got an adorable characture of Chewbacca with Roar. The tattoo artists were father and daughter duo. Both were friendly, professional, and took great care to provide a tattoo we would be happy with. The young lady who who greeted us and helped us with prices and design was super nice and patient as we decided what to do. I highly recommend this shop.

Negative experience: I was visiting from out of town. Spontaneous decision to get a tattoo. The guy with the tattoo on his head refused to go down on his price on a small sentimental tattoo. Needless to say I didn't get it. I got a better deal from a better artist.

Negative experience: The guy we talked to was beyond rude and dogged us for not having enough money to afford the over priced tattoo. I’m sure they do great work but the guy was rude and sarcastic. Completely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I just got a tattooed there with my boyfriend. 10/10 experience absolutely loved it. I have 11 tattoos and this place was awesome. Carlos tattooed both me and my boyfriend. Clean, everyone had great attitudes too. If you’re thinking about going here do it. Some reviews say they are overpriced but I thought it was definitely reasonable for their work. Great artists

Fantastic experience: Maxine was AMAZING. Came in on Monday for a walk-in around noon, and I was out by 1. She was patient, kind, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Wonderful experience- highly recommend. The shop was clean and the staff was professional.

Fantastic experience: I got a tattoo here a few weeks ago because I had an appointment at another shop that ended up canceling. I walked in and within 20 minutes they were tattooing me. The receptionist was beyond nice to me, as was the rest of the staff. Lalo did my tattoo and it is honestly one of the best tattoos I have! Gave him my idea, he drew up exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautiful. I guess he’s moving to another tattoo shop, so I will definitely be visiting him there. I’ll be back to this shop as well, just based on how good the service was. Thanks guys!!! (It’s on my calf so a pic is hard to get.)

Fantastic experience: this shop is great. most of the art you see is Americana, which they do well, but I'd feel confident getting any style done here. I've always gotten work done by Jon (the owner) and he is excellent, but I have seen everyone else's work and they all seem great.

Positive experience: This shop is very clean. The person who checked me in was very nice and professional. I was a walk in on 4th of July, I only had to wait about 90 minutes which was really not bad. I picked out the flash I wanted, asked for some lettering to say something other than what it was originally drawn with. The final outline was exactly what I wanted. The person who tattooed me was very nice, very pleasant to speak with, and did a great job. My only gripe about this experience is the price - a 2"x2" piece of color flash for $280. I understand I was a walk in, this was a holiday, and I asked for the artwork to be altered. Also, this shop is on 6th street - which is essentially like the Bourbon Street of Austin. All of that considered, I think this was way too expensive. To be clear - I am very happy with my tattoo and if the price was reasonable, I would happily return to this shop. I specifically did not type "more reasonable" because this price was not reasonable at all. I cannot stress enough how nice the staff was. The price is the only reason this is a 3 star review and not a 5 star review.

Positive experience: Definitely passive aggressive and rude in my opinion. I came in for a small tattoo to fill in my sleeve. The woman working there quoted me $120 for a UFO tattoo that was already drawn. Then I mention color and it's $200. When I came in they were eating tacos, cool I get that we have to eat at work. But it was really feeling like no one wanted to work. I end up agreeing to the $200 tattoo (which is crazy because I literally have one below it that was half the price somewhere else) but, whatever. I don't argue with artists about their work. I had to go to my car to get my wallet, making sure to show the receptionist I had taken out the money, just to be met with what was later described as jokes (which I didn't think was appropriate, seeing there already was an air of attitude). Before the tattoo starts, I ask about colors (which I had already discussed with the lady I gave the money to), hence the $200 to be told it'd be an extra $50. I kinda feel like I shouldn't have gotten it because the artist didn't even tell me his name. The tattoo took all of about 20 min, but I won't be back. I don't go anywhere I don't feel like my service is valued and unfortunately I have that experience a lot around Austin. It was fine for something quick, but nothing important or sentimental. $200 for a 2x2 UFO. Artist "threw in" the color at no "extra charge". That's not even a $200 outline.

Fantastic experience: I visited this place Sunday night with a couple buddies of mine. we were taken care of immediately by (Mo)* I believe was his name who was working the front and got inked by Pete. Great atmosphere and the staff was real cool. Pete and I had a dope conversation while I was on the table. This was my first tat and glad I did so at this shop. They were clear about the pricing (a little high compared to what I've heard from other friends who've been inked but everything in ATX is getting more expensive right!) I got the text "super gremlin". Mo helped me find the perfect font and Pete even threw on Super Gremlin by Kodak on the loud speaker. I'm happy with the end product and will be back here if I find myself in ATX again wanting to get tatted.

Negative experience: was in town from houston and got a tattoo. dude over charged me. he hurried through tattoo and didn’t act like it was important to him. 2 days after getting tattoo it started to peel and after healing it was pretty much invisible. setting an appointment to get it redone in houston. would not go back to this tattoo shop ever again. i would give zero stars if i could

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Walked in on a whim and was taken care of immediately. My tattoo artist was so amazing and brought my design to life in literally seconds. I will say I didn’t enjoy the fact that I never got told the cost of my tattoo. Luckily I don’t have finical woes but if I couldn’t afford it, nobody would’ve known until afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Carlos was amazing and helped me design this orange tattoo for my cat...Orange!! This tattoo means a lot to me and Carlos made sure it was one of a kind which meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this place they are so professional and I cannot recommend enough!!
