Fantastic experience: Had a great first experience here! I walked in on a Sunday for a piercing and was immediately helped. Kayla knows her stuff and helped me find super cute jewelry within my budget, and I LOVE my new piercings! Kayla explained aftercare to me much better than other piercers I’ve been with. I did get solid gold jewelry and spent a pretty penny, but the ear piercings themselves were only 80 bucks. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next piercing!

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter for a navel piercing by Kayla. She pierced her free hand (without a clamp). My daughter said it didn't hurt at all. Had a very easy experience. Jewelry they offered was beautiful. It's only been a few days but piercing is healing beautifully without issues. Kayla was a pro, very nice and informative. Made my daughter feel very comfortable. Would recommend!

My wife and I came by for some Christmas presents for ourselves and they hooked us up with a later walk-in, were so nice, and took our ideas and made something that we both were super stoked with. I had a crappy sketch on a sticky note and walked out with a piece of art. Small shop with a great vibe. If you're in Austin looking for ink really, don't sleep on this shop. We will be going back here for work from now on.

Miranda was very professional; she used her artistic viewpoint to create what I wanted. Her separate space in the studio was comfortable. Fantastic experience: I went to Copperhead on a Saturday evening. I called ahead to see if they still accepted walk-ins. Since it is first come, first serve basis I wanted to make sure there was availability before heading in. The whole process took about an hour from signing forms, doing design and tattoo. I got to work with Amanda who told me there was a $100 minimum which I understood. I got to show her a design I've been interested in and she was cool with adding more detail than the original request since I was requesting a small tattoo. She was overall a really cool person and I had fun getting a tattoo from her. I would definitely recommend her! She was super accommodating and thorough. I'm very happy and impressed with the tattoo I got.

Fantastic experience: I got my ears pierced by Sofia and she made it so easy; she was kind and compassionate. The studio was clean. Green flags only. There was no shortage of art, signs and plants to distract myself with while getting pierced. I just did a walk in and was helped almost immediately. 10/10 woman safe, loved the cleanliness, and Sofia was so sweet.

Fantastic experience: I called on a whim when I was in Austin visiting family to see if they could get me in as a walk-in to do my spinal piece that I’ve been wanting for awhile. I talked with Hannah who was incredible and super willing to work with getting both me and my best friend in today. From the moment that I arrived both Amanda and Sofia were super welcoming. I felt right at home. Being that it was going on my spine & I did not wear a backless top, Amanda made sure to give me a lot of privacy by putting up a divider and offering me pasties for coverage. She lined of the piece perfectly down my spine and took photos so I could make sure I loved the placement before beginning with the tattoo. She even let me have my bestie come back and give the final okay before beginning. Amanda made sure I was comfortable the entire time & kept checking back with me to make sure I was doing okay, as this was in a painful area. She was super cool & personable. Really really enjoyed getting to know her. & my piece came out PERFECT. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will be returning to Amanda for more work. Super happy with all aspects of this experience

Fantastic experience: I am super psyched I found Copperhead and Amanda after a year and a half of hunting for a studio that synced with my energy! First about the studio - it's bright, clean, vibrant, very welcoming. I got two tattoos, both fine line, both from Amanda, out of which one was sort of an extension of an already existing tattoo. I spent time looking for an artist as I wanted them to be able to seamlessly incorporate the additions into the existing one. It's hard to believe she's only been tattooing for 2 years, this girl is blessed with talent, AND she's super dedicated, non judgemental, creative! She's got this vibe that put me at ease and made me so comfortable, I could tell her what I wanted and relied on her expertise and I'm glad I did. I'm definitely going back to her and would 100% recommend getting inked here!

Negative experience: Friday 13th Deal is so terrible. Got here at 3pm and got our name in the list for piercings, the guy said the wait time is 3 hours n half. We came back after 3 hours n half, we talked to him and he told us to wait another hour. An hour and 15 mins passed and he didn't even call us in we had to go in and he was like oh you're here, and he quoted 120$ for two piercings. Absolutely insane. We got one nose piercing + fee of the labor for 40$ some place else. Trash service and prices. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Best friend and I decided to get tattoos to celebrate our birthdays. Came to Copperhead as a walk-in, and the experience was fantastic. Super clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly from the time we walked in the door until we left. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda and she was great. She has answered every question I have so well. As soon as I got one piercing here I have gone back for every single one since. I don’t go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Came in with a friend as a walk-in on an early weekday afternoon. Amanda immediately helped us and gave her authentic and expert advice while reassuring she would be fit for the pieces we wanted. The waiting room had plenty to look at and explore to pass time including a flat screen tv. There is one private bathroom kept clean and comfortable which is greatly appreciated since you might be there for a few hours. They do allow you to leave and come back which a walk-in couple did after getting a piercing. Through a slight hallway past the bathroom opens up the tattoo cubicles and piercing room. Amanda put up a room divider so we had privacy and her space was kept sanitized and bright. Since mine was more fine lined she stayed focused and still, but while doing my friends she was able to show more of her personality which was enjoyable and genuine. She made sure we were happy with our pieces and explained after care before giving us her gorgeous business cards. All and all, good experience with great communication and exceptional service. The tattoos are beautifully done and it’s currently my favorite thing about me right now.

Fantastic experience: Came in to get some new jewelry for old piercings that’d be easier to remove/put back in for an upcoming MRI. The prices were extremely reasonable and the customer service was excellent! The piercer explained everything and how to remove and put back in the jewelry on my own. It was also very cool to have a femme piercer. Will definitely be back for another piercing! :)
