Fantastic experience: We had the BEST experience with Tyler at Rock ’n’ Roll Outlet in Raleigh, NC for my 11-year-old daughter’s ear piercing! If you’re looking for kids ear piercing in Raleigh, I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was so fun and welcoming! It really helped make the whole experience feel exciting instead of scary. The studio was extremely clean and professional, which immediately put me at ease as a parent. Tyler was patient, kind, and amazing with my daughter, who was definitely a little nervous. What really stood out was how they walked her through a simple breathing technique to help her relax before the piercing. That extra care made such a difference! You can tell they have a lot of experience with children’s ear piercings and truly care about making it a positive experience. Fast-forward almost two months later…I accidentally popped the ball joint out of one of my helix piercings. Sean/Shawn was awesome and quickly popped it back in for me with no issue and ease. Fantastic experience: I was a walk-in just to have my nose piercing looked at (got it pierced a month and a half ago in a different state), because it was a bit irritated. The very kind gentleman looked at it right away, assured me i was fine, and sold me some cleanser so i could be on my way. I appreciated his quickness in seeing me and his kindness and knowledgeable assistance while on my summer vacation.

Piercing placement is perfect, the procedure was very quick and pretty much painless, and he helped me pick out jewelry that flows with my style - I have 9 piercings and this was easily the best experience I've ever had. 10/10!

I saw the shop had an awesome deal called Tiny Tuesdays where you could choose from several pages of flash and get one for $60, two for $80, and three for $100!! I got three, obviously. Courtney was so nice and so so easy to talk to. She’s careful and accommodating. She printed out several sizes of each tat for me to try out and when I asked her to move a couple stencils around she was more than happy to do so. She creates such a safe and welcoming environment. She’s an incredibly talented artist and the tattoos came out absolutely perfect and adorable. Came for the tiny tats, stayed for the epic sticker collection, easy conversation, comfortable and safe atmosphere, Britney Spears playlist…and the tiny tats ofc. Ask her about her dinosaur themed leg sleeve! The shop itself is funky and welcoming- everyone there was super nice. I’ll definitely be going back!! 12/10 stars, bravo, keep up the good work, elite, just go get tatted or pierced there…just do it.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! I initially came in for an industrial but didn’t have the correct anatomy, Sheawn did a great job explaining why it wouldn’t be suitable for my ear and gave me some alternatives that would be. I ended up getting a vertical industrial and couldn’t be happier!! He was super kind and explained every step and all the after care instructions in detail. Will definitely be coming back!

Negative experience: One of their “top artists” never got back to my appointment requests, either of them lol. Got a piercings year ago, it was decent I guess but I would t waste my time going to the glenwood location. They barely wanted to say hi when I entered.

Negative experience: Not first tattoo friendly. One of the artists showed up almost an hour late and then botched my tattoo. Just be careful. I feel manipulated <3 Talked to a couple other artist about the experience and they said that was not how it was supposed to go I feel like that specific artist just wanted my money...

Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter and I made appointments to get our helix piercings tonight. Sheawn was incredible!! Not only was he great at what he does, he was funny, kind, patient and hands down the best piercing artist I’ve ever worked with (I’ve had eight different piercings throughout my life). Fantastic experience: I got both conches and second lobes done about a month ago, and I cannot recommend Kensley enough!! I was so nervous and she made me feel comfortable and confident. She did a great job and I will definitely go back to her if I decide to get another piercing.

Fantastic experience: Worked with Amanda on a custom leg tattoo and had a great experience! Amanda is super nice, friendly, and very easy to work with. She did an amazing job on creating bright colorful flowers for me and I can’t wait to work with her on adding more! We worked together on picking placement and I’m really happy with how easy it was to collaborate! I’m socially anxious so I get nervous working on custom projects with artists I haven’t met before, but Amanda made it such a fun and easy process. I wasn’t afraid to give input/direction and she was helpful and reassuring throughout. She also did a great job making sure I was comfortable throughout the process and communicated clearly, and nicely :). I highly recommend working with her and will be back in her chair soon for more!

Also had a piercing done on my daith, don't remember the lady's name that did it but she was very quick and it didn't hurt at all! Fantastic experience: At Rock N Roll I had the best and most professional experience I've ever had at a tattoo parlor. I made an appointment, the artist was ready when I walked in, and I had my tattoo within the hour. The piercers have also done an excellent job both with piercing and changing of jewelry for me. A nose ring was put in for me, and it was so flawlessly connected I couldn't even tell where the seam was!

Negative experience: It's a Monday afternoon & they're set to open at 12:00 noon. The business opens late, I go to door & the lady is holding the door pealing tape off the door instead of truly opening for customers. I go inside to Simply purchase a nose ring & earring. "Well the piercers don't come in until 12:30 so I can't sell u a nose ring" can you replace my earring? Well no, bc I'm not a piercer" then your business doesn't open until 12:30. Don't waste people's time if you aren't ready to prove a arrive, or even sell the jewelry.

Fantastic experience: I called and made a same day an appointment for my sisters and I. Our piercer’s was Sheawn. He was amazing. He gave us extremely helpful advice. His customer service was top notch. He was very patient with us. We kept changing our minds on the placements, he was very understanding and extremely kind. He was very easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend him!!

The guy that answered was so friendly and helpful, got the details, and booked me in for a next-day appointment within the timeframe that worked with my schedule. Kensley did an amazing job on my tattoo and was super sweet. I know where I’ll be going from now on for the rest of my work.
