Fantastic experience: Stopped in last minute to get two small letter tattoos. Elias was great from start to finish. He didn't have a heavy hand, which was a relief, and was really friendly the whole time he was tattooing me. I'll definitely be stopping back in for another when I'm back in Indy!

Fantastic experience: Marissa was absolutely amazing. My 7 year old needed about a 10 minute pep talk in between her ears getting pierced. Not only was she patient she was ready to jump in and offer comfort items and words of encouragement. Definitely will be coming back for my own piercings.

Fantastic experience: I wanted something to remember my son who was murdered 7/17/25 at Mucky Duck Pub. I told them my son's name and how many days on earth I had with him, along with his signature. I was welcomed with the upmost respect, compassion and empathy for the loss of my son. They brought my vision to life.

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with my experience at this tattoo shop. The pricing for services felt much higher than expected. For the level of work and time spent, the cost did not feel justified. What bothered me most was the customer service. The staff came across as rude and dismissive when I asked basic questions, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. When you’re getting something permanent done, professionalism and clear communication should be the bare minimum. Overall, the shop felt unprofessional and not very customer-focused. I hope they work on improving both their pricing and how they treat clients.

I loved spending time with Kuntay and having him draw up my design. Aleyna was absolute perfection in a tattoo artist. She was calm, talkative, reassuring, and she took her time to make sure I was happy with every step of the process. I sat for nearly 10 hours and she changed a few things from the original design to ensure I was happy with the end result. Will definitely be going back for more!

Negative experience: Didn’t have the greatest experience. Piercer was nice, but the process was extremely painful and not smooth whatsoever. The piercing (daith) felt placed super high compared to others I have seen. (I know ear anatomy goes into that, but since this was so much more painful than expected and extremely uncomfortable, I was skeptical). Three days later, bleeding and throbbing like crazy. Had to take it out.

Fantastic experience: They’re really quick to reply inquiries, got an appointment supposedly on Tuesday but decided to reschedule it yesterday Friday and they’re very quick to respond so i got my navel piercing done right away, they even waited for me for 10 mins. Marisa (@stabbedbymarie) was very cool and she gets it done quickly and smoothly. It was my first time and was a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: Smooth process, my appt started at 10:30 but I didn’t sit down until closer to 11am. But the artist was really sweet and she actually did a really really good job. Only took her 40 minutes to do both these tattoos. Their shop minimum is 120 for transparency and they also have student discounts and the organizer even lowered the price for me since I only had a certain amount. Both of these cost me 180 total which I think is really good. Definitely recommend honestly.

Negative experience: Brought my wife here for a Christmas present and the manager was rude completely ignored me and made me feel very uncomfortable and then at the end denied the veterans discount that’s advertised quoted me a super high amount that other shops have told me should have Been less than half what he charged and then after we left they gave themselves an extra 72 dollars for a tip this place is a just a Chicago big name the artists are average the management is a joke and rude and on top of that they advertise a veterans discount just to get you in the door to steal your money. Plenty of great artist that are half the price take pride in their work and will not steal your money. Run far away from cleopatra ink! People taking advantage of others spitting on veterans lying to their customers and stealing their money.

Positive experience: I just needed someone to unclasp my cuffs for me. I can’t see them in my ears and they are too small. Thought I’d go to the pros for help. Was willing to pay but the guy said “we don’t do piercing services.” Really disappointing. I’m sure the tattoos are great but man, why not help a guy out on such a simple task.

Fantastic experience: I just got finished with my sleeve at Cleopatra. This was a military retirement self gift. This is a good reputable business. They give you pricing up front. They will select an artist to match the style of art. They will cater your needs throughout the process. I had three all day sessions. Elias is very understanding to customer needs ie. pain tolerance, design tweaking, and physical comfort while in the chair. The staff accommodates very well with coming by occasionally to ask for beverage needs and checking my artist’s needs. I will return for more work and definitely stand behind all five stars.

Negative experience: whoever the manager is is rude and disrespectful , never would give me a name or anything . i had a few questions about the jewelery and tattoos which he had no answers , he said “i don’t know anything about tattoo shop stuff” even though his job is managing one . i’d stay away big foreign.company trying to move in on better local businesses, as for quality of tattoo based off what they post id say you are better off not getting one

Great prep work, very clean environment, my artist took his time and made sure things were done right. And he could pull a damn clean line! Owner also advised me if I needed any touch ups on the ink, they would be free of charge! 10/10 experience!
