Fantastic experience: got my industrial done here today. everyone was very kind, very professional. i’ve had everyone i ever asked recommend me to go here and i’m very glad i did.

Fantastic experience: Jewelry quality is excellent with a wide selection. My pieces have lasted a couple years. They keep your sizes on your profile in their system so if you want to buy a new studs, it’s easy! Overall it is very professional and clean, great environment!

Negative experience: Got a single piercing in my ear lobe here December 2022. They charged me $150 for an earring I could buy for $35 online, it took six months to heal, and it was done so crookedly that I still need help and a bright light to change my earrings in 2026.

Fantastic experience: Uhm absolutely wonderful?? I’ve had my naval pierced in the past, which was a much longer process and a little more painful. Heather was so kind and made this piercing quick and painless. I’m super grateful! And as an anxious girl, everyone was super kind and patient. So, thanks guys! Looking forward to seeing yall again! :)

Negative experience: I got a tattoo from Joe Kelly. It was supposed to be a black panther with green eyes, on the back of my hand. I wasnt too unhappy initially, as the tattoo looked great when I left. The only potential red flag was that it took much longer than expected, almost 4.5 hours and Joe wasnt able to finish the full design. But he told me he would be good to schedule another session to touch it up and finish everything for just $100 more. That satisfied me and I left feeling good about my new ink that I had wanted for quite some time. With that being said, once the 2nd skin came off things went way south. All the details faded, about 75% of the color came out, and overall it looked like it was halfway done and like it just wasnt done right. There is no line work, the mouth area looked particularly bad, with the teeth just being empty splotches of untouched skin. I paid $500 and gave Joe a $100 tip for a faded gray, toothless panther that took 4.5 hours. At the end of the day, I am going to have paid around $1150 and have 7-8 hours of tattooing on the back of hand for what should have been a $500 tattoo that took 4 hours or so tops.

Fantastic experience: I got my second tattoo from Paul at Metamorphosis this week and couldn’t be happier. This place is worth the hype. I’ve been here in the past for piercings and they always do such a professional job. Paul was the first tattoo artist I’ve seen here and he is awesome. His lettering is some of the best I’ve come across! I love the vibes in the studio too. Thanks so much for the positive experience!!

Positive experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Staff, Disappointing Jewelry Quality I recently visited Metamorphosis for my first piercing as an adult, and overall I had a wonderful experience with the staff! The gentleman working the front desk, Joe, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patiently answered all my questions, which I truly appreciated as I was unfamiliar with the piercing process. My piercer, Kristen, was a true professional. She made me feel completely comfortable and was very patient with me. She did my piercings exactly how I asked while also providing excellent professional advice on the placement. I couldn't have asked for a better piercer! However, I am disappointed with the quality of the earrings, for which I spent around $100. The prongs are incredibly sharp and snag on everything—my shirt, towels, and pillowcases—which is quite painful on my healing ears. My advice to anyone reading this review: Ask the staff which earrings they would strongly recommend or, conversely, which ones to avoid. I've heard from coworkers that they have a good variety, so I wish I had asked more questions about the durability and design of the jewelry options.

Negative experience: Love their piercers and piercings. My friend Megan recommended them to me and I trust her word. She got a tattoo from here though and it looks nothing like what she wanted. It’s horribly done, the placement is off, the line work is atrocious and on top of the obvious flaws the artist blamed it on her body type.

Negative experience: I was raised in Carmel and when I was in school, everyone always talked about Metamorphosis and everyone knew that's where you went for piercings and jewelry. I've had my ears pierced for over twenty years and I've always gone to Metamorphosis every four or five years to increase my gauge size by one size. I had an appointment on Saturday and when I went the girl at the counter said I had either twelve or ten gauge and had me pick out some glass plugs to have put in while we wait for my special order earrings to come in. I made it very clear that I only wanted to go up one size. I spoke to a guy during the week and told him that and I told the girl at the counter on Saturday the same thing. When I laid down on the table, Paige said that I definitely had ten gauge earrings in my ears and that I would need an eight gauge. She took my earrings out that have been in for at least four or five years and forced eight gauge glass plugs into my ears. It was incredibly painful and I was bearing down on my teeth so hard that I chipped the back of one of my teeth. Paige gave after care instructions and said they would be in touch when my new earrings came in. As the day went on, my ears continued to become more painful and red. When I woke up on Sunday morning, my ears were extremely swollen and there was blood present. I reached out to a local shop because Metamorphosis is over an hour away and they weren't opened yet. I was told by several piercers that going up one gauge size should never be painful and there should never be any blood. I was also told to take the plugs out immediately and let my ears heal completely before inserting anything again. When I took the plugs out my ears started bleeding profusely. I had no idea that ears could bleed so much. I was told that my ears were torn and they had experienced trauma and I needed to treat them like open wounds. I found a pair of ten gauge earrings and they were bigger than what I had in my ears. So I went in with twelve gauge earrings and Paige skipped a gauge and forced an eight gauge plug through each ear. I'm heartbroken. When I did talk to Metamorphosis, they were sorry and claim they refunded the ten dollar jewelry change fee. But they did not offer to refund the money for the eight gauge plugs or the twenty dollar tip that was obviously undeserved. They also didn't offer to fix my ears. After years of being a customer, we will never be back. My advice is to make sure you know your gauge size before going in.

Fantastic experience: Went to Metamorphosis for the first time this summer. Joe Kelly did the most amazing tattoo for me that no other place wanted to do for whatever reason. I wanted a 1967 red GTO convertible in memory of my brother, and he knocked it out of the park. I won't go to anyone else in the future. Unable to get a good picture of it due the curve of my leg, so you'll have to take my word for it...

Fantastic experience: I went in to start my gauges. Of course I was freaking out. But my girl told me it was normal and walked me through the process. It wasn't as bad as I thought.

Fantastic experience: I came in this week to get a second lobe piercing to go with my first lobes. I had been here several years ago to get my septum done, which went perfectly. The piercer who did my second lobe this time was Heather, and she did a great job! I really can't recommend this place enough. I regret not coming here for my first lobes, bc for those I went somewhere else that used butterfly backs on me and overcharged me massively. I took longer to heal and had frequent irritation from the butterflies that place used. The jewelry selection here is also great, there's something for everyone in their cases. I will be sticking with Metamorphosis for all my piercing needs going forward!

Fantastic experience: I always run to Metamorphosis when I need something, including my nose ring put back in! They always make time for whatever I need, like this tattoo I got at the same time. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could tell you the young lady name who pierced my nose yesterday but,first let me say just walking through the door is a welcoming experience. The atmosphere is beautiful and classy. The young lady is very friendly and knowledgeable, she explained everything to me, what she was going to do, after care, everything. I really felt like I made the best decision to come here for my piercing when there are lots of options in the area. I look forward to coming back in three months for my next step. I had my jewelry change for my nostril and got a helix done. I love this place, everyone is very friendly, the selection of jewelry is outstanding. Paige is a very nice young lady who explains everything really well.

Positive experience: After years of being too scared to get my ears pierced, (second hole. Got my first when I was a baby so I had no idea how it felt) I decided to make an appointment with Paige at Metamorphosis. She was super informative on after care instructions and made me feel comfortable. It didn’t hurt at all and I was freaking out over nothing. It was a little pricey but very worth it.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Metamorphosis and their incredible customer service! A few weeks after getting my nose pierced at another tattoo shop in Hamilton County, my piercing came out, and I was in a panic and crying, afraid it would close. The original shop refused to see me, so I called Metamorphosis, explained my situation, and they immediately told me to come in. When I arrived, they were busy, but I was seen instantly—I didn’t even wait 10 seconds. Paige was absolutely amazing. She got my nose ring back in with ease, walked me through proper care, and explained what to watch for in case of any issues. Her kindness, professionalism, and skill made all the difference, and to top it off, she didn’t even charge me for the service! I will 100% be coming back to see Paige for any future piercings. Fantastic experience: Great experience getting my septum piercing! Paige is an excellent piercer - she made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. When my best friend decided she wanted to pull the trigger on a double conch, the shop fit her in so we could have our appointments together. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I got a double high nostril piercing here with Heather- a tricky one for even an experienced piercer. She spent plenty of time with me making sure the placement was absolutely perfect, giving me all the information about the healing process beforehand. You can really feel how much care she puts into her work and her clients. Not to mention what a comfortable energy she and her adorable studio bring, you will feel totally at ease with her. Metamorphosis is a high end piercing and tattoo shop that is always professional; you will likely spend a good amount of money here but you will get what you pay for every time. Body modification is not something you want the wrong person to do, you can trust the service and products here without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: Went in to switch out jewelry for my nostril and philtrum piercings and was beyond happy with the results. Both of the staff members working were super knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. I felt super comfortable there too! Fantastic experience: “Sometimes the best tattoos to do are the funniest ones”. Came in for a fantasy football punishment tattoo - ya I’m that guy who actually followed through with it, but also wanted to - and Jeff delivered tenfold. Perfect execution based on provided artwork and also made a couple adjustments based on my requests. While very detailed and high quality, he also flew through this session and produced a perfect end product. I’ll be using Jeff for future work without any hesitation, thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Amazing assortment of jewelry in a very clean and artful setting. Staff is so knowledgable and helpful, took time to help my daughter and I pick the right jewelry for our tragus piercings. Heather is hands down the best piecer I have ever had... she was patient, taking to time to place the earring, and made the whole experience easy! Can't wait for next one.

Negative experience: I trusted the shop, but should’ve researched the artist assigned to my request. Guy was not creative, not good with lettering, seemed uninterested in the ($400 w. tip) job assigned to him, and I am left with regret. I really looked forward to getting work done there.

Fantastic experience: This was the most amazing place to get a piercing done!!!! I saw Paige, who did my daith piercing in BOTH ears, on the same day. It was not even painful. I heard so many horror stories ahead of time about how painful it would be and about people passing out. With Paige, none of that happened. She was so amazing. I didn't have any pain at all!! She was friendly. She answered any questions I had. I would suggest this place to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a piercing done at Metamorphosis today. It was an amazing experience. Paige assisted me. She was very welcoming, informative, patient, caring, & very clean. Everything was brand new out the pack. She made my experience smooth sailing. The other ladies were nice too. I bugged her for two days about this piercing and she was so unbothered about it & I love that because most people will get frustrated by so many questions.

Fantastic experience: I go to Paige, and have recommended her to many other people. Super fast, appointment only but you can email them. I showed up early due to knowing the parking sitch and they got me all checked in and back. I love the selection of jewelry for the piercings and you can always come in and pick new stuff and have it exchanged. I will forever recommend this shop for its cleanliness and being super friendly, the people are great!

Fantastic experience: I'd previous stopped at Metamorphosis for an earring change. I had such a good experience I just went back today for a double helix piercing. Up front, they helped me pick out the best earring for the look I wanted. Heather performed the actual piercing and was kind, engaging, and gentle/precise with the actual piercing. Fantastic experience: I got my tattoo done by Paul, and it was an awesome experience. It was my first tattoo and he made sure I knew what was going to happen, and made sure I was very comfortable. The tattoo turned out great and healed perfectly!!

Positive experience: I had my nostril pierced here last Thursday. It was super easy to get scheduled for an appointment. It seemed like a lot of appointments are handled at once - It was busy. I was greeted - I mentioned that I had a 1:00 P.M. piercing appointment. The employee at the front desk helped me pick out jewelry - and the jewelry options are plentiful & set up very nicely. (The shop in general was very clean, nice, and somewhat relaxing - even though it was busy.) I had to fill out a form. Pretty much the moment I was done with my form, someone came out & had me go back for my piercing. The efficiency was great... but I never even found out her name. She was friendly! She made the piercing process easy and quick. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes, from entry to exit. The employee gave me plenty of aftercare information during my appointment, but... I wish that a paper with the information was provided when leaving. I will definitely return here to get jewelry as well as for future piercings. I went back and forth on whether to rate four or five stars... One reason I left a star off is because the employee who did my piercing didn't inform me who she was or anything - I figured it was a similar situation to a tattoo artist, where you would get a name & return to them each time you have a need. Believe it or not, another factor in leaving a star out... is that the card payment system doesn't allow you to leave a tip! I always tip my artists, and I don't think a professional piercer should be any different. I would have liked to get a name & a business card, and I wanted to leave a tip. I'll be sure to bring cash in the future for tipping the professional who helps me. I highly recommend this place - but be advised, you'll be in & out in a flash for piercings! That might make things more appealing to some, but I had no idea how fast things would go. Hahah. I saw previous reviews mention the shop not being upfront about costs... I didn't have that issue at all. For my piercing and my jewelry, I paid around $104.00. (The jewelry I chose was a titanium post with opal on the end of it, in one of the middle sizes available). Anyways, thanks for reading my review - and have a wonderful day!

Positive experience: I am happy with my piercing, but they up charged me a few things without saying anything. I conveniently found my receipt tucked in my new jewelry box. I bought new jewelry, which was pricey, but I wanted nicer jewelry than found on Amazon. I also wanted the right sizing, which I can't easily find. When finding my receipt, weeks late and wondering why I was charged so much. It had an upcharge for changing out my jewelry, which I took mine out myself and was offered to put the new one in. Not being told, they'd charge you for it. Then I looked, and I had an upcharge for the back of the jewelry I bought with my piercing when the piece should have been only one price. I've never seen anyone charge for one piece separately for one single piercing. My nose piercing was cheaper than the forward helix. At a different location, of course. Beware, they don't have prices labeled on any jewelry nor their piercings. Nor are they very forth coming until you've already paid and find out why. Won't be coming back unless I'm given a refund, which I highly doubt will happen.

Fantastic experience: The quality of the services you receive here is amazing. Unfortunately they also told my abuser all about my visit, my private information, and played dumb when I asked them about it. So, if you don't mind the rudest dudes, go for it. Otherwise, I'd never go back.

Negative experience: Do not come here for your piercings !!!! Way overpriced and they are not upfront about the pricing. They charged per earing plus the closing disk per earing ! The starting cost is not 50 it just depends where you are getting your piercing in . The staff is rude and could care less about the customer . Complete scammers.

Fantastic experience: Paige pierced one of my nostrils and she was awesome! She's super chill and answered all of my questions. She made me feel calm and relaxed through the whole process. The shop is super cool, clean, and comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming. Plus, there was lots of cool, high grade jewelry to choose from. They're appointment only, but it was really easy to get everything set up. Just sent an email and the appointment was set up within a few hours! Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: Came in to switch out my septum ring, and Heather was awesome. There was a misunderstanding about what rings were available and the pricing, so I switched mine twice. Heather was gracious, friendly, and gentle with the process. She even helped repair my old ring that had gotten bent out of shape. I so appreciate the great service, as it's not common nowadays.

Fantastic experience: I got two piercings done by Paige. I was nervous and not totally committed on the second piercing. Paige made the whole experience comfortable and eased all my nervous energy. She was amazing and I would recommend getting any piercings done by her. I will be coming back soon!

Negative experience: I got a simple tattoo from Paul. I didn't realize he would copy paste and TRY to trace the photos I sent for inspiration, so it's not even a unique design. He didn't prep my leg properly, rushed through it and made a lot of mistakes. Tons of blowout. Didn't properly rinse my leg and caused the adhesive to cause me chemical burns from the wrapping. Way over charged. 0/10 would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: They are by appointment only so be sure to call ahead! I was able to schedule an appointment a week out from my initial call. Parking sucked but they are located on Broadripple Ave and I went at 1pm on a Saturday, so later on in the day or on a weekday would definitely be easier to park. The building itself is very clean and the people I interacted with were very cool. I started my appointment about 15 minutes after my scheduled time. My peircer was very sweet, walked me through everything very carefully and was super aware of personal comfort, especially since I was receiving a gential peircing. Once we got started the peircing itself was very fast and easy and the jewelry itself is very nice! I will be returning for more peircings in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been twice. Both were positive experiences. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is clean, and has fun cat art. They require an appointment to come inside, as well as wearing face masks.

Negative experience: You have to make an appointment to purchase jewelry! I understand the pandemic changed alot of businesses, but for those of us who have given them patronage for years I feel as if they threw away a large group of loyal customers to portray themselves as an elite tattoo parlor. I'm a very busy person as a nurse I am always working but was turned away after the young lady came to the door unlocked it to ask if I had an appointment after a quick no she says we are appointment only. I proceeded to say I would like to buy some jewelry she then said again we are appointment only with no direction as to what or where to go to make the appointment she shut the door locked it and turned to walk away! I got my first of many piercings here 20+ years ago but unfortunately don't think I will be going back to them anymore. I guess I'll purchase online you may get things in bulk but usps isn't rude!

Fantastic experience: So if you are looking to get a nose piercing or any sort of piercing GO HERE. Such a wonderful and welcoming environment everybody is so kind and willing to help find the perfect size jewelry. It’s very clean and meets sanitary standards. I had heather pierce my nose and she did a wonderful job. It was a very smooth and easy process considering I’m very scared of needles. She was quick and gentle which made the pain very quick and it was not that bad. For the first few days my nose felt sore as I expected but now it doesn’t hurt and it feels perfectly fine because she did such a great job with the piercing. In terms of pricing i think it was very affordable I paid 90 dollars without tip for a nose piercing. 10/10 would recommended this place.

Negative experience: I've been to this shop twice. I didn't GET a piercing here, but they did do a removal for me for free. My experience with the piercer was a good one, but again, I didn't actually get my piercing here. As for my tattoo experience... I completely understand that with COVID they have stricter rules and stricter time slots. I emailed specifically asking for Paige because I liked the work I saw on her artist page. It took me 2 months to get in contact with her. Part of that was her email not working, but even after we switched to texting I'd go a week without hearing anything and attempt to send another text. Finally got it scheduled. She was very patient with me and was willing to rework the design several times. She's very good on paper. Legitimately love the design we ended up landing on. However once the tattoo healed, the lines were faded and the top part looked a little wavy (it's a swan on the left side of my abdomen right above my hipbone, for reference). I tried for 3 weeks to reach out to her for a touch up. Not even to schedule right away (again, I know schedules can be tight), but I did want to be on the books so I'd know WHEN my tattoo would be fixed. Eventually I emailed the general shop again saying that I was having a hard time getting ahold of her. They said she'd get back to me ASAP. It's already been 5 days. I just went ahead and paid someone else to do the touch up and so far it looks way better. I try to be a patient person, especially working around their schedule and mine, but this just felt a little ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I've gotten 3 tattoos and 1 piercing done at Metamorphosis and have had a great experience every time. The pricing is fair, the artists are exceptional, and the atmosphere is artistic and relaxing. The quality of their work always exceeds expectations, and they always answer all my questions and educate me on exactly what I can expect in the healing process. I will absolutely be returning here for more tattoos and piercings in the near future, and highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: obsessed with this place. super clean, and lindsey always takes great care of me! also got some piercings done by paige recently and she made me feel super comfortable and the experience was practically pain free!!

Fantastic experience: Heather and Paige are both tremendous piercers — most recently I got a conch piercing and barely felt Paige do it! Grateful for this Broad Ripple mainstay.

Negative experience: Called in to just to see if it was necessary for an appointment to browse and see the cleanliness of their shop. Lady on the phone was pretty rude about it. Seems more like just a piercing place or they think they are too good for some customers.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time getting my first piercings with Heather! She was so great - walked us through the entire process, was super friendly (hint if you need something to talk about: cats) and did a wonderful job. 10/10 will be back!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time getting piercing here and I felt so comfortable and had a really enjoyable experience! Heather was so nice and took the time to walk me through the process of my piercing, which i really appreciated! She also made sure I was happy with it and really just made me feel comfortable! Fantastic experience: Kristin and her co-workers were very nice and extremely patient! Appointments are required to enter the shop, as well as proof of vaccination. Well I was late getting there, then I couldn't find my vaxx card! Kristin assured me it was fine, and that they were there until 5pm. Just let them know if I would be back that day. Low-and-behold, I walked back to the lot behind Cholita's, and found the pic I had snapped of my vaxx card. Walked back to the store, and they were just a sweet and gracious. Kristin showed me what was available in the material I wanted, and also showed me hot to remove my piercing (I had tried previously but was afraid my heavy hands would break the ring. This is my second time coming to the store to purchase and switch out jewelry. And I always have a great experience. They have a repeat customer in me

Fantastic experience: Kristen is freaking awesome! I have wanted a nose piercing for years and always chickened out. Finally got the balls to do it and I’m so glad I did. I didn’t even feel it! She was so quick and so encouraging. Love their Covid protocols. Makes me feel safe and they are very clean. And FYI since I saw this comment- They don’t lock the door to make sure you pay, they lock it to keep people from going in and out. It’s appointment only and only allow a certain amount of people in there at a time.

Fantastic experience: I recommend, if you are wanting a tattoo, Paul at Metamorphosis is awesome. This time I had a dragon put on my right bicep and Paul did an exceptional job on the dragon. Thank you .. will be back for the tattoo for my back!

Fantastic experience: Solid experience. I worked with Paul Breece, he was the quintessential professional and a master at his craft. I came to him with a very specific expectation and he killed it. Could not be happier with my tattoo and will definitely be going back to work with him. Pay this man lol.

Fantastic experience: I had my industrial done here years ago and recently started getting ink work done. My artist is Rabbit and I absolutely love them! They listen and work with you to bring your vision to life. They're also extremely laid back and just a ball of fun!! I've always had a pleasant time in this shop and I'll continue to support them!!

Fantastic experience: Went last night with a couple of friends to our piercing appointments. Paige did our piercings and she was phenomenal. The selection of rings to pick from was something I did not think existed in a shop, and Paige went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. The process was smooth and nearly painless, and Paige took her time explaining about aftercare and healing. I didn’t catch the name of the woman working at the front but she was super patient with us, as well as warm and welcoming. I really liked that they keep the door locked, especially since there are so many bars nearby and we went on a Friday night. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends looking for somewhere to get pierced. I did my research and was willing to make the hour long drive and I’m glad I did! Thank you!!

Negative experience: I've tried to come several times to buy nose jewelry and they're never open according to online hours. I go out of my way today to try and catch them and I can't (don't need it changed, just want to purchase) buy jewelry with out an appointment?! Weird flex. On to the next.

Fantastic experience: Heather was so great! My piercings were done so professionally and look amazing even after just a few weeks. Facility was immaculate and they don't mess around with Covid stuff, which I greatly appreciate. Great selection of jewelry, and pricing is fair.

Fantastic experience: Got my nostril pierced today by Heather and it was great! She walked me through every step as she was doing it and was done super quick! Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Too expensive and they locked me into the place to make sure I couldn’t leave before paying. Definitely rubs me the wrong way considering that I’m Black. Also, my piercer had switched the jewelry that I had wanted without my consent and did not inform me, but the cashier. Would not recommend to any newcomer to piercings, and I hope to save any other unfortunate souls for going here.

Fantastic experience: I have gotten all of my piercings besides my lobes done here and have bought all my jewelry from here. They are very professional piercers who know the proper techniques and everything is sterile. They have high quality jewelry for a fair price. I love this place and will always come here for piercings because I trust them and their products!

Fantastic experience: Metamorphosis is incredible. Their atmosphere is relaxing, everyone is friendly and helpful, they are going above and beyond for Covid protection, and their prices are great. 4 piercings later, I'm already planning when to go back for more. They also have prompt and friendly email communication if you can't call or make it in to ask questions. I cannot recommend then enough.

Fantastic experience: The place is kept very clean, there's usually parking out front, all employees are fantastic and their prices are reasonable. They require deposits for tattoos but you deduct that from your final tattoo price. My mother-in-law and I got tattoos done on Friday (7/21/17) by Joe and he was amazing to work with! My tattoo was $150 and hers was $250 so we felt it was very reasonable. We will be coming back to see him very soon!

Positive experience: I have been here twice as just a regular customer, not a client getting a piercing or tattoo. Both times I was looking for body jewelry and I had heard good things about the shop and quality of the jewelry, so I wanted to shop. And BOTH times I had the feeling that the people working the front did not want me there and that I was a burden on them. As someone with social anxiety it was really troubling and I felt like I did something wrong just by coming in to buy. I saw a really big difference in how the employees treated piercing/tattoo clients vs. people shopping or inquiring about services. The employees talking to clients were SO nice. But its just not the case with the people at the front desk. I posted on my facebook because I was surprised such a highly regarded shop could make me feel so unwelcome. Surprisingly SEVERAL of my friends who have been to Metamorphosis agreed that every time they went in the front desk people were very rude and annoyed with their presence. I don't like to cause trouble but I feel like yall need to know that you're turning away future clients by treating them this way.

Fantastic experience: Didn't personally get anything done, but went with a friend to get a piercing. Very professional and did a very great job. My friend was pleased with her new piercing & I wouldn't hesitate to get one myself! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came here a week ago to get 3 ear piercings. The store is very clean and the jewelry selection is amazing. The jewelry is a little expensive but is completely worth it. My piercer Heather did such a great job, and seems to really care about the people she is piercing. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Great people! Paige did my first tattoo, the spirit koi fish from AtLA Tui and La (pictured). I’ve also gotten a couple piercings here before, one that has since closed up from 2017, and another that is still healing from last month!

Fantastic experience: I went in to get my double tragus piercing done, the front desk was very nice the guy answered all my questions including showing me the jewelry, and yes you do need to make an appointment. Heather was my piercer, she was very nice, professional, the utensils were also cleaned and new, and she was very QUICK! I would come again for another :)

Fantastic experience: I always go here for my piercings. They're very professional, gentle, educational people. I love this place!

Negative experience: I had my first tattoo done at metamorphosis. The experience was wonderful, and I returned several weeks later for a touch up. Unfortunately, the touch up did not blend with the original work. There is considerable variation between line thickness between the first and second visit. I am hesitant to go to another shop to have it touched up, but my single line circle has transparent sections and chunky sections. The staff and space were wonderful, the work done was not what I was hoping for. It also was challenging to communicate with the shop. I contacted the shop about the work, the gave me contact information for Paige, the artist I worked with. It typically takes about 4-6 weeks to hear back about an appointment or question. I tried both email and phone, but the delay between questions and answers was substantial. I thought this pace was standard until I started working with other tattoo parlors.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. Got tattoos by Trevor and he's absolutely amazing. Price was more than reasonable, and they were so energetic and nice. I adore this place!!!!
