Negative experience: I went in to see if they could fix my tattoo . Keith said yeah took my 50.00 deposit, schedule my appointment. Then a couple days before my appointment he called and cancelled on me. When I tried to reschedule he said he no longer works there. So I said I want a refund of my deposit and he said I'm SOL because he no longer works there. So I didn't get my tattoo fixed and I got ripped off 50.00. I will never go back to this place and I will never refer anyone I know to that place.

Fantastic experience: Hank was awesome! He took his time getting the tattoo to fit what I wanted it to do.

Negative experience: barely had my navel piercing for a week. Within a few days, it was already clear that it was going to fail due to the placement. The piercing was done too high and too deep, required an unusually long bar. I had to take it out after not even a full week very dissapointed in my experience.

Fantastic experience: I have went to many places in Indy and Greenwood for piercings which are highly rated, but only found this business, and specifically DELANCY, to be the most skilled/most professional amoung multiple counties. Noone cares more, is as knowledgeable, is as clean, excited, loving, and non-judgemental as Delancy. I have many piercings (maybe couple dozen), so does my sister mom, so do my friends- we all swear by her.... and only her. She is a very skilled and talented, ethical, and loving piercing artist.

Fantastic experience: Piercings- only person to trust I have found is Delancy. She is the best in every aspect and if a piercing fails it is the client's fault, NOT her. She has helped me to heal over 20+ of my old and new piercings, designs my ears and face, help pick jewelry, help even my mom feel comfortable and design her face to boost her confidence massively. We will only go to her. She also always forewarns before going on vaca for clients with new piercings, makes sure they know what they need before they leave her directly after piercing, and incase of emergency before she goes on vaca. She loves what she does and truly cares for her people. Only people who are miserable with no lives who want to be defamatory would ever say otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Delancy did an amazing job changing my piercings on my back and my cheek. She pierced the bottom of my lip, did it quick and it didn't hurt. I've gone to this place for years for my piercings and she is my favorite one so far! I definitely recommend to go here if you want it done!!!

Negative experience: Was not good this time! I have been before and HAD great service! Not this time due to the tattoo artist could not get tattoos on my neck straight and my tattoo had 2 separate ends on it that were not shaped the same! He did not wrap me, which is a health violation and would not fix this 2 minute job that he started! His remarks were he had to work because he had other customers! WoWza! So had to go another place and pay again to get his work fixed! There is to many tattoo shop's and artist that really care and take the time to do it right instead of for the money! I was warned but since I had been there before… So beware!!!

Negative experience: NEVER EVER GO THERE FOR SAFETY!!! Im 17, and went to get my snake bite piercing. They were fast, and friendly! First red flag was them not using any cleaning supplies on me before or after the piercing. I got them done, she did them with hoops which caused it to reject. I went to a different shop and they said you should never be pierced with hoops. Also one of them were uneven. When i went to the shop to get the un-even one taken out it was extremely painful, while i went to a different shop for the other and it was PAIN-LESS!! They do not care and do not know what they are doing. For your HEALTH, do not go. I will have scars on my face for the rest of my life because they could care less. Edit: After a passive aggressive response from them it proves they are unprofessional. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going back to speak with someone who is piercing minors with incorrect harmful information. Nonetheless - a dirty workspace. Ive also read multiple bad reviews about the same person who did my piercing. This is a known issue within this shop that they chose to ignore. I recommend Irish Inks for anyone looking for a alternative.

Shop was clean and inviting, not intimidating at all. We were greeted immediately, and all was explained. Cash is preferred for payment when getting pierced so grab cash ahead of time, otherwise there is an ATM In the lobby.

Fantastic experience: If you’re ever looking for a certified piercer in Indy, look no further than Delancy. She will give you the most amazing piercing experience you’ve ever had. Super careful but quick and her personality is everything. I’ll never let anyone else touch my body with a piercing needle! She has done my bridge, repierced a crooked vertical snake bite and tapered a nostril piercing for me.

Fantastic experience: I love the shop it is always clean . I’ve been there quite a few times in the past couple of years for piercings . I went to get my nose pierced here almost 10 years ago. I told my sister in law a year ago for her nose piercing she should come here. I came with her and she’s hooked and just got her industrial bar done this year and I decided to get my daith pierced for my migraines yesterday and it’s looking extremely well . We love Delancy !! She’s such an amazing piercer and very knowledgeable in every aspect and such a great bubbly person! She will make you feel at ease. I would recommend everyone to come here!

Negative experience: I actually love coming to Artistic Skin Design and had several things done at this location but yesterday was the first time I had a bad experience Me and my roommate came in for the flash sale for the $50 tattoos that Nevaeh was offering for Friday the 13th and we signed in and Nevaeh had us come back in a 6pm because I wanted a rose that I could build on and my roommate wanted a butterfly which mind you the $50 dollar tattoos were sopost to be upto 4inches ok that fine she told me she would draw up a rose design by the time I came back or if not had time that we sit and talk about the design I wanted when I came back we got there a bit earlier and waited our turn then when it came to my turn she didn't take the time to go over the tattoo she just gave me her card to schedule a time and then tells me upto $250 dollars for a simple rose tattoo as an Apprentice when she had several roses to choose from on her tablet I can tell she bit off more than she could chew yesterday but I shouldn't have been turned away when I was already scheduled in for yesterday to have a tattoo done and did Not get it because she was to stressed to do it I only was giving this new Apprentice a shot to help her build cliental as a Apprentice But turning away a client after already scheduled them in and they show up after waiting over an hour when they got there shows bad work ethics and extremely unprofessional if you couldn't do the tattoo then you should have told me to come back tomorrow and we get it knocked out but that wasn't the case so I for now on will stick to my regular artist there because I refuse to have my art done with bad energy and that's what I was getting from the new Apprentice

Fantastic experience: This is the best tattoo shop I've ever been to. I'm a regular and my artist does fantastic work. His name is Hank Cunningham. He's amazing. But all the artists do a fantastic job and the piercer, Danielle is also amazing. I won't go to any other place to get inked. I've been going here for about 13 years I'd give it more than 5 stars is I could. Obviously I have ink that isn't finished yet but Hank is hooking up my sleeves and my mermaid on my left arm. He also did an amazing job on my back which is a cover up

Negative experience: The front desk person told us all we needed to get our daughter's ears pierced was her birth certificate and our photo id, she's 6. They made us wait a whole hour, called us back, let her choose which earrings she wanted. Just to tell us our SIX year old needs a photo id. Wish they would had told us that when I came a few days earlier to ask what I would need.

Positive experience: Delancy, sorry if I spelled the name wrong, is my go to! I've gotten my nipples, both nostrils, and septum pierced by her. I always call day of to see if she's working, and if not, I'll go on a different day. Mandy is okay, she seems like she doesn't have enough people experience. She wasn't necessarily rude, but there's a reason I call to see if Delancy is in. I don't have tattoo experience here, but the men I've seen working there have always been kind to me when I come in.

Positive experience: Very welcoming environment with kind people, but the quality of the threaded septum jewelry is terrible. Had the threaded ball put on by two different people there, and the second time, the ball came off in less than 24 hours. I would never come back to buy jewelry from this place, but it was a nice environment to get my septum pierced for the first time.

Fantastic experience: Just got a piercing by Delancy Logan today. The BEST experience in a body mod shop I’ve EVER had. Her beside manner was phenomenal, clinical yet genuine. I will never go to another piercer ever again. You can tell she’s so comfortable doing what she loves. Piercing was uniform and so clean. Delancy did nearly every step of my piercing wrong, literally from the way she marked me, to piercing me way too deep and very crooked, to giving me incorrect aftercare instructions. What a horrific experience especially since Delancy made it clear how incredibly confident and comfortable she was doing my piercing. I’ll never be back to this shop. If I want another piercing I’ll be getting it from Mandy at the noblesville location. Delancy should be required to have some retraining… imagine telling someone to only wash their fresh piercings once a week.. and still calling yourself a professional piercer..

Negative experience: I have to amend this review, because as the tattoo has healed, I've noticed how inconsistent the color is, and how often he went outside the border. Once it's fully healed, I'll probably need to have another artist touch it up: it looks like a decent piece for a first time artist, but not one that I'd expect from a professional.

Fantastic experience: had the absolute pleasure of getting pierced here yesterday by delancy logan and i would highly recommend anyone to come here! my vertical labret was marked and pierced beautifully and quickly. delancey was personable and professional, offered lots of info on pain scale and aftercare, and made sure i left feeling beautiful! the shop was clean and organized and they had a good variety of high quality jewelry. pricing was great and very straightforward. i have had MANY piercings done in many different shops and this was by far my best experience yet! absolutely will be back!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I went in to get piercings and Delancy was extremely kind and helpful! It was the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a shop, and she made the process really easy and fun. The piercings didn’t even hurt because she did such a good job letting us know when she was about to pierce us. The shop was very clean and professional as well. Will be returning for all future piercings !!
