Fantastic experience: I got my Helix (ear) pierced on New Year's Eve. Kate who did the piercing was so kind and sweet. She was very gentle and I barely felt the needle going in. She told me how to take care of it and all that and after I left she emailed me instructions on how to take care of it and when to come back in to change the jewelry just so I didn't forget. I have other piercings on my face and ears that I got from different shops. I can honestly say that she's been the best one that I've ever gone to and when I decide my next piercing I'm definitely going back ❤️

Fantastic experience: My fiancee and I got tattoos done from Jason Bancroft at Big time Tattoos today. We both have been supporting Jason for years and have seen his work grow and business boom as he now runs Big Time. The employees were very kind and very social while we got our Tattoos. I will always gladly suggest this shop and Jason for anyone looking for a tattoo piece, half or whole day and piercings.

Fantastic experience: Gonna start about my amazing experience with this shop with a phone call. I’m not local so calling around and Olivia answered all my questions and super friendly. I knew simply from a call this was the place, including when I had to call again with how to book appointment online (embarrassed to admit but worth mentioning). When got to salon met another friendly artist who grabbed Kate our piercer. She Patiently and amazingly walked us through whole process with paperwork, selecting the jewelry, and finally the piercing. Amazing experience with Kate from beginning to end and can’t thank her enough! I do not need nor planned for anymore piercings or tattoos in my life but that all changed after this experience to have an excuse to visit shop again!

Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo today. It is a soundwave of my sweet fur baby who passed away a few months ago. To start, the place is clean, and the staff are so friendly. My best friend came with me and it felt like we were hanging out with friends. Jason was so easy to schedule with and made this process so easy. I was scared it would hurt, but he did amazing. He gave very clear instructions about how to take care of my tattoo while it's healing. I'm obsessed with how it turned out and can't thank Jason enough. Now I'll always have a part of her with me, thanks to Jason. Will definitely be coming back for any future tattoos I may want!

Fantastic experience: Friends and I stopped in this afternoon (4/27/25), just a last-minute thing to end a weekend of fun out of town. It was the PERFECT end to our escapades. Mande did a great job, and I do believe we entertained her as much as she entertained us. She pierced my conch (pictured). All in all, great experience and I highly recommend her and Big Time!

Fantastic experience: Came in today had a minor ID mishap but had 2 forms and the owner was walking out and said get it done and that is exactly what she did I wanted a dermal integrated into my tattoo and another artist was able to weigh in and gave a fresh opinion and we came up with the perfect spot. 10 on cleanliness 10 on customer service 10 on it being done in a timely manner 10 on after care instructions. Even though iv had so many dermal piercings I still listen to my piercers I will deff be back and deff recommend #itsavibe

Fantastic experience: Kate is wonderful!! I’m in town for work and had some downtime, which never happens when I’m home. I called to be sure they could take me as a walk in and went to get three cartilage piercings. She talked me out of a daith because that ridge in my ear is really small, and has a high chance for migration or rejection, but she was super excited to do a rook on me instead. She is very knowledgeable and talked me through the entire process. Because I am from out of town, she went above and beyond to explain what I need in resizing all of my new jewelry. I am very happy with my entire experience and will definitely go there again when I’m back in Indy. Thank you, Kate!!

Negative experience: I wish I was able to give a good review but I was never able to actually go there. The first time I tried to go to get my 3rd lobes done, the girl told me their piercer was in on Wed, Fri and Sat, I called on Tuesday went on Wed, piercer wasn't there. I got frustrated and just went to the mall and got it done with a gun since it was just my lobes. The second time I tried to go there I wanted to get double helix, I called on Tuesday, and they said their piercer would be in on Wednesday, so I went on Wednesday and they had a sign in their window that said closed till Wednesday. So again I went somewhere else. I went to perception body mod studio and had a great experience. So unfortunately I don't know if big Time is any good because I wasn't able to go.

Fantastic experience: The place was really clean and smelled sanitized, I was greeted when I first walked in and immediately signed paperwork to go get my piercing. Kate was exceptional! She explained everything she was doing beforehand, and the process went smoothly!

Fantastic experience: Kate pierced my 6 year old daughter’s ears today, she was so amazing at what she does and was so good with her, being a nervous child and all! She calmed her down and kept her mind on other things like what school she goes to and asked about her pets. She even makes sure she has a conversation before hand to make sure they know what they are getting into (cleaning, not touching it while healing, slight pain of getting it done, etc.) Don’t be put off by the sick old school tattoo shop vibe when you walk in. Please take your kids here and ask for KATE instead of going to Claire’s or anywhere else. Seriously you won’t regret it. Plus why pay $80+ for someone who isn’t as qualified as Kate when you can spend $50 and give her a nice tip and have a professional take care of your child. Thank you so much for being so kind and just over all amazing with her. ❤️ She loves them!

Fantastic experience: Went in with an emergency needing my labret ring removed because it was embedding due to a too short bar (my own fault) and Kate tried so many different things to eventually get it out safely! Tried to NOT charge me. Definitely got some cash for the efforts! Would HIGHLY recommend ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: KATE IS THE BESTT!! I had gotten my nose pierced previously twice at a DIFFERENT shop and both times it wouldn’t heal and would sink into my skin so both times I had to take it out. I told Kate my problems with it healing and staying in my nose and she helped me find the perfect jewelry type and better placement. Even during the first week I could already tell it was starting to heal WAY BETTER. It’s not sore and it looks great, and I haven’t had any issues at all!!

The staff are very friendly and take good care of the clients. They explain everything to you every step of the way and give clear aftercare instructions in case you are new to modification

Negative experience: - UPDATE, December 2023 - :( This is a little rant-ish, but I'm super disappointed and feel like a fool. Every ear piercing I've got from this shop was done WAY too shallow. I wrote the original positive review after they did my daith. They removed my daith because it was migrating/rejecting. When they pierced it, I SUSPECTED it was way too shallow, and after only 2 weeks they looked at it and were like "yeah you need to take it out, it's rejecting." Which, ok fine, maybe it just didn't work. I didn't blame them for that. (By the way, they don't offer any kind of help or deal to re-pierce, they basically just said I'd have to pay in full again if I try it again after it heals) Next visit: I have a super tiny tragus, but she pierced it. I even tried asking if my tragus would work, and they said yes no problem. The needle is literally IN MY EAR, and she says "I could have gone a little deeper, do you want me to go deeper?" And I'm like, you're the expert, I don't know? She also pierced my forward helix, again, SUPER shallow, not as far in as she should have gone. I have asked other piercing artists for their opinion, and they each said "Why are they so shallow? It's probably going to reject. And why didn't they warn you that your anatomy won't work for that type of piercing?" TLDR; They pierce too shallow. I will not be going back and I feel like I wasted nearly $200 at this shop. They're super nice but don't really seem to care about doing it right. - ORIGINAL REVIEW, late October 2023 - I've been there for 3 piercings now, first with Froggy, then with Kate, then with Mandy. (Froggy was great but no longer works there.) Kate and Mandy both are super cool and very professional and did an AWESOME job! I am hoping to get back in and get at least a couple more piercings from them! Thanks yall for the great service!!

Fantastic experience: Zech is an awesome artist to deal with! He’s super talented and knows what he’s doing! This is the second and yet the largest piece i’ve had done by him and in general. We worked through it hard and the results came out amazing! Lots of skin to cover still! Will be back! Awesome shop as well! Extremely clean and feels like family almost! Even if it’s not your artist they still check on you and the artwork being done! Owner was extremely friendly and helpful!

I recently decided to get a dermal piercing, which I was incredibly nervous about, but Froggy, the piercer, was super informative and professional. He made me feel like I was in safe hands. Fantastic experience: Got a spur of the moment piercing today and I am so pleased! Froggy is incredibly professional and easy going. My sister went in for a nose piercing. Seeing him interact with two young clients and their parents prior to us put us immediately at ease. We told him we were interested in cartilage piercings and he took plenty of time helping us decide on these unplanned pieces and we both left with amazing piercings. Fantastic experience: I came as a walk in with the intention of getting a nose piercing but froggy was so relaxed and knowledgeable I decided to get a rook piercing and my sister got a conch. Highly recommend this place for people getting a first piercing or those well acquainted. The facility was extremely clean and all practices were sanitary. While we were considering getting the ear piercings done froggy was not pressuring but made sure we were well informed. I will exclusively be going here to get my piercings done!! Wonderful experience!!

For what he charged to do an industrial piercing ($60), a different place charged for just a single piercing on the upper cartilage area. Hopefully that made sense. He was the best. Funny as h***. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a hard time with tattoos in the past, however these two were the easiest I have ever gotten. Bao was amazing, he used a numbing cream that worked wonders. He was so good that I went from getting one to getting two tattoos that day and I nearly fell asleep through both sessions. It was life changing honestly I am so appreciative. The store was super clean and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone I knew and I plan on coming back again for Baos amazing line work and light hands.

Negative experience: I got my tongue pierced here, and although the overall experience was simple n painless, I don’t feel as if it was sanitary and I feel like it was not done right. Froggy did NOT clean nor did he mark my piercing before doing it, and he BRIEFLY gave me after care steps. I got my tongue pierced on Thursday, and it is now Sunday, and I am noticing a small bump appear in front of my piercing. I also watched videos prior to getting pierced and had other consultations with other piercers, so I know that they’re supposed to use longer barbells when first piercing the tongue, which froggy did not do. He also used stainless steel, when titanium is the best/recommended jewelry, and every other shop I’ve went to had stainless steel. I was so excited to come to him since I have read all of the other amazing reviews, but if I could go back in time, I would DEFINITELY tell myself to go to some one else.

Fantastic experience: I got my ears re-pierced there after my holes had closed up and my husband got his ears pierced for the first time. We decided to get our ears done to celebrate my husband's green card approval. The facility was very clean and Froggy was very professional and also very nice and explained how to care for our ears after the piercings. They follow Covid guidelines at this facility but do not require masks (my husband and I are both fully vaccinated). We waited in our cars until Froggy came to get us and only one person at a time was allowed in. Overall, 10/10 experience and if I ever want to get a second piercing set on my ears I will go there.
