Very unprofessional to leave a sign during OPEN hours to be let in on the door but not answer ? Called before I ubered over here just to stand outside in the cold . Do better .

Fantastic experience: I went to the shop today with someone who got pierced and I got a tattoo. Walked right in and was greeted by Viper and Chuck. Very friendly and super professional. Viper was making us laugh the entire time putting us at ease. She got a double nose piercing which viper did. Super fast and encouraging every step of the way. He made sure it was what she wanted and made sure to check in. I got tattooed by the owner of the establishment. First tattoo ever he reassured me and talked to me while getting processed and while working on me. I got a semi big tattoo on the upper part of my arm. Everything was clean and sanitary. Super nice and friendly. He put my stencil on and took it off as many times as needed to give it the perfect look. He made sure I loved it before putting any ink to skin. I got a quote and free handed stars. Something sure simple but he made sure to take his time he didn’t rush. Made sure to check in with me and see if I was okay. Overall an amazing experience for my first time. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.

Negative experience: Before going to the store,I reached out to ask if I needed to book and asked info about an anti-eyebrow,which I was given the cost,next day I show up and I am told that they don’t do them anymore,when I was literally told the cost ,I am disappointed since I came from far since I had heard good things about it just to waste my time.

Fantastic experience: I’m from Chicago, I walked in told Franklin what I needed and he executed my vision as well as educated me on certain choices with ink compatibility. Prices are reasonable, staff knowledgeable and professional. I can’t wait to come back again next time I’m in Dallas.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been apprenticing in the industry under a mentor for about a year, always saw Viper come by on the supply truck and he has always been so respectful and helpful. Eventually I got to set up my own account (under my shops banner), stop into the shop for some supplies with Brandon, or on the supply truck from Viper. I won’t buy from anywhere else, as they only sell to professionals, are tremendously helpful, and 100% into the industry.

Positive experience: So the guy who did piercing was amazing we r from lake Whitney small little town so we may have been over charged and never even knew it, but we were charged $150.00 a piece for two nipples to later find that it should have only been $35 lol to me it was worth it I'd never have the nerve to do it again, we set up for a tattoo after and realizing the time we had to get but the tattoo artist didn't hear clear what she wanted and he jus had the signature rather then the quote and signature anyway his fault on that when we told him we had to go bc we could neither one of us miss work he still wanted to get paid for his set up so we were out $40 bucks and didn't even get a dot on our skin lol but whatever we prob won't go back but it was a good experience and road trip between the two of us we had fun and prob do it again jus the same had we knew before hand. U def pay for what u get and I'd pay the same for the same guy and good customer service

The body piercer walked me through all my options and explained everything very well with a lot of detail. Unfortunately for my situation it had to be repierced. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

They don’t jack up the prices on anything and gives you a great after care advice on what you will need to avoid certain things on your piercing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND franklins tattoos. Came at 10:50pm walked in and was greeted by Viper who is an astounding man with a great personality first off, walked me through the cleaning process before getting the girls done and stayed with me the whole time until i was ready to be done, i got lightheaded throughout the process and he safely laid me down until i was ready to proceed. he was beyond patient with me and made me a lifetime client for the future from this experience.

Negative experience: Went there today to purchase some tattoo supplies and the man turned me down saying that he couldn't sale me any tattoo ink..I did not know it was against the law for me to purchase tattoo supplies(and it is not)..I only went because they shop was close I was excited and looked forward to doing great buisness with them and he turned me down from buying dynamic ink..I dont forget any faces and im from looking at the tattoos they post on they review page im not impressed..I've been tattooing for over 5years and my work is way better ..check my work out on Instagram @tattboy.suave soon I will be opening my own shop and our team will never treat customers the way they treated me today for no real reason at all ..shout out to Sinners tattoo shop for keeping it real with me and hooking me up

If your looking for professionals w/ a good work ethic, I wouldn't go here! They are NOT attentive to your needs or questions bc they're to busy chatting it up w/ coworkers. The individual who pierced my nose put a stud in that I specifically asked her NOT too. The shop is clustered (definitely not like most tat shops I've experienced) & I'm not sure, but looks like someone lives there.

Negative experience: ***UPDATE: after meeting with the owner and original artist about how to fix the tattoo, I decided to go with another artist. Since I’m going to need laser removal for a successful coverup, Jon offered to pay it thru some friends of his that own a shop once I told him the ordeal. Interested, I asked for the information so I could set up a consultation, but was met with no reply. Was told I could have a refund by both him and the owner, but when I requested it thru cashapp (which was the original form of payment) the artist has denied my request.*** A friend and I decided for a spontaneous tattoo late at night and saw this place had pretty good reviews. I unfortunately didn’t get a good tattoo. The artists were very friendly but I didn’t get anywhere near the tattoo design I wanted. I asked for an ace of spades (without any of the font) and with a couple of burned edges, but it’s almost as if the artist decided to do his own thing by adding many more burn marks and some brownish color which I didn’t want. The shading was terrible, it went outside the lines of the card, and some parts the outline just disappeared. He also didn’t shave my arm which was weird bc I’ve always had it shaved before (idk if that’s actually a requirement though) To my surprise when I saw the tattoo, I was absolutely shocked how different it was from the picture I gave him. I just wanted to leave as fast as I could. I still paid him because I felt bad he put in the work but now I’m in search for an artist to do a cover up for me.

Negative experience: Looking to start ear gauges. Called this place. Owner very unfriendly. Seemed irritated with us asking questions, and said we would have to go to the place to have questions answered regarding starting the piercings. Boy bye! We’ll pass!

Negative experience: Got my ears pierced there and my ear rings were too little. The earring went through the hole and then stuck in my eari. Keep trying to call the place, but no one will answer the phone like you. 24 hours and no one is here. Don't advertise you 24 hours if you're not gonna be there.

Fantastic experience: As others have said, the number didn't work. But a guy ended up coming around and helped me. They said their phone service has been messing up and they keep getting told it's fixed. Can't remember my artist's name but he was so sweet and fun! There is a pit bull there who ran to me with his tail wagging, he was super sweet! My artist even walked me to my car for my safety even though I didn't ask him to. He even touched up a couple of other tattoos for me without an extra charge. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Franklin's for the great service and the amazing work!!!
