Came in for an apprentice appointment and Adriana took care of me and made sure I was happy with the placement. The thing I do like was that the head tattoo artist was there to guide her in any questions she had. 100% would come back to get more work done

He worked with me and combined his idea with mine and knocked it out of the park on the design. Friendly and good conversation while the work was being done. The tattoo is clean, and amazingly legible, and was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming to him for any future work.

Negative experience: I went last year on their Friday the 13th 2024 special to get my left nostril pierced. The piercer didn’t speak English and even though we used a translation app, he still didn’t listen to me at all! I explained that he would have to pierce my nose in another way because of a prior keloid years before. He said no and pierced the same exact spot! I specifically asked for an L bar and he said No & used a Cork instead! It’s now May 2025 and I have had nothing but issues since he pierced my nose! Might sound crazy but my piercing makes me feel like myself because I was told for 4 years in a marriage, that I couldn’t get it done! But I did it and now I don’t have it anymore… Honestly without it, I feel a little out of sync…

Negative experience: The initial piercing I got was good but the bar was wayyy too short. I later called about getting the bar size changed but the guy acted annoyed and said to wait 2 weeks when it’s already starting to irritate my skin and embed. Horrible and careless.

Fantastic experience: Got my 2nd tattoo with Hakishi. Did an amazing job. My latest was just a touch-up but made it look better than the original. Definitely going back soon.

Negative experience: Went in for a nipple piercing and the piercer was nice but he was struggling, not sure if he was new. After removing the bandage the following day I realized the piercing was too deep and he went through the areola. I've removed the piercing and am going to wait for it to heal so I can go elsewhere to get it re-pierced.

All of the artists were incredibly kind, the studio was clean, and there was so much obvious care put into making the shop itself just as special as their work. Hakishi was my artist, and worked with me through every step of the design process. I gave him a tough spot to work with, but he knocked it out of the park and gave me the best ink I have to date. He took my ideas and made them look better than I had thought they could, not to mention the immaculate line and shading work. I'll be coming back here for as long as they let me.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know the name of the girl at the desk who helped me but she was very welcoming and led me to Antonio. After I told him what I wanted he forewarned me about a few reasons why it wasn’t a good idea to get the tattoos I wanted where I wanted because they would need a redo since I work with my hands. I thought that was super nice of him. He could’ve easily done them, made some money there and when I would’ve gone back for a touch up, but no, instead he gave me some great suggestions and totally worked with me until I was comfortable with the size and areas. Even after making the decision he asked me several times and made sure I was happy. Super patient guy and I LOVED how they came out. Better than what I had in mind. Highly recommend Antonio. Definitely going back to him!

Fantastic experience: Got two tattoos for myself and my friend by Sarah. Sarah was amazing, personable, super focused on having a clean and welcoming workspace. We both hope to get more ink done by Sarah. The tattoos came out really cute and look very nice, the lines are so neat and clean. The other artists working there were really nice as well. The art in the studio was gorgeous and the merchandise was really stylish and it was difficult not to buy every single one of their tees. We also had my friend's ear piercings swapped by Juan and I got two new ear piercings. Juan was such a great guy. I'm excited to come back here in the future!

Fantastic experience: I wanted small script tattoos on my forearms of my kid’s names and did an online search for highly skilled tattoo artist that specializes in lines and script. I was super apprehensive since these were going on a highly visible area. I found a recommendation for Ricky and reached out via Instagram. He was very responsive and helpful right away. When I arrived for my appointment he was ready for me and took a lot of time helping me get my designs just right. He was personable, professional, patient and has a very light touch. I was amazed at the lack of any pain at all! If you’re hesitating, don’t!! He rocks.
