Fantastic experience: I went last night for some back surface piercings , the process was a little too harmful for me but the lady doing the piercings was really gentle and proceeded and made sure I was okay , at the end the piercings came out cute , I also got my belly piercing here and it’s a really simple and not that painful experience and the prices are really fair I love it !

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, I went about a a few months ago, sorry for the late post life be lifing but I went to get the other side of my nose pierced. Kay did my nose piercing, I was in and out and healing great then I scheduled a few cover ups as well the same day. I had an apt scheduled a few days later ran into an issue but was later taken care of. I wanted one tat covered up but not necessarily covered just more added to what I already had. I had one tat artist who did good which was cous which did both cover ups at the time. I was happy with one but the other still needed something more I wasn’t too happy. I let the tats fully heal before going back, I checked in to make sure my tats were healing properly and scheduled a touch up. I had Hugo which did what needed to be done. I was super super happy with the outcome. I definitely will be going back for more cover ups. Drew the front rep is awesome, he made sure I was taken care of always and everything was thoroughly discuss beforehand. I’m not a tattoo artist idk about tattoos and what will look good, need a second opinion maybe a 3rd with professional. I have a lot of cover ups that need to be done because I went to the wrong person the very very first time lol but now I know where and who to go to every time and very happy with the outcome. These tats will be on me forever so I want them good. I’ll add pics later

Kay, the piercer, took her time to line up both sides. Adjusted, and then had us confirm that we liked the placements before moving forward. She was calm, very gentle, and explainedeverythingin detail. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get snakebites and was very nervous but they helped me calm my nerves. One of the balls weren't on tight enough so it fell out, they didn't charge me to put it back in. I was helped by a person named Jay both times they fell out (second was my fault) and to switch to short bars after two weeks. They're really funny and help with nerves by cracking jokes and being patient. 10/10 service. The snakebites were $80, cheaper than what I usually see. No infections, didn't hit any nerves/blood vessels etc.

Fantastic experience: First I love they were able to accommodate walk ins and be able to use 14k studs that I just received as a gift. I wish I got the beautiful lady’s name that did my piercing because she made sure I liked the placement on my earlobe and walked me through the process. I’m a little anxious about needles but she made me comfortable and was super quick! Receptionist was also super friendly, place was clean and loved the decor and setup. Would recommend anyone to give this place a try for first time piercings.

Negative experience: I took my daughter to this place for a vertical labret and the piercer, a young black woman, done it wrong. It was crooked to the left so we decided to go back half a week later for a fix. The same lady claimed she could fix it but still managed to pierce it wrong to the right this time. Even with all the time she took to make sure the markings were staight both times, she still managed to make it uneven. The owner, Leo, apologized for the work her employee did. She offered a refund and she was willing to resolve the problem.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. From the receptionist to the piercer, it was amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. My 15 year old got a 2nd piercing in her earlobes and I was more nervous than she was. She took it like a G! She didn't even flinch. We're definitely going back for the other piercings she wants in the future. And of course tattoos when she and my other daughters turn 18. It's a real clean shop also and very sanitary.

Fantastic experience: Went here to get 2 helix, 1 lobe and a belly button piercing, got all done in one session. Placement and evenness is great, double checked everything to make sure I liked it and practiced good cleaning habits, showed an apprentice step by step and they both were very kind. Came out to about $190 for the piercings and another $20 for some aftercare spray. 10/10 would go here for more in the future! Edit: came back a week later needing a longer bar and they were fully accommodating and provided a longer bar free of charge! i love this place and all the people are so incredibly nice.

This was our first time getting a piercing at this location and it was super fast and amazing. The staff is amazing and the vibe is calm. They also have rlly good music taste.

Negative experience: Horrible experience the piercer didn't know much and wasn't helpful. She was stand offish and not very helpful. I ended up leaving to go to another tattoo shop to get exactly what I wanted done.

Fantastic experience: I went in as a walk in, but when I got there I realized I forgot my ID. Mind you I’m still a walk in I went home retrieved it and came back and they still took me in. The place was real nice and set up was pretty well. The tattoo artist that did my tattoo was amazing, it didn’t take long, it was perfect ! He asked about a 3D shading technique that he wanted to do. I said go for it and it was EXCEPTIONAL ! 10/10
