He kept a clean space and was quick and easy, but he also gave great advice for aftercare and even informed me that if I was having any issues with piercing to contact him for a free consultation. Next piercing I’m getting, I will be getting it from Franco!

He was super attentive to detail and cleanliness, explaining as he sterilized everything, made sure I was happy with the placement before piercing, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood aftercare steps. I was so impressed that I got my eyebrow pierced as well. Needless to say, I’ve found my new piercer!

He and Sancho are exceptionally knowledgeable in what they do and shared lots of useful tips for aftercare. I really really recommend coming here for piercings, I will definitley be coming back!!

No worries if you want changes at any point of the process, he does not make it seem like a bother at all! Definitely going to get more stuff from him! Franco did 2 of my earlobes with more to come! Negative experience: Zoio Did a good job with my finger tattoo! He did advise finger tattoo fades. Price I paid $155. It faded in 3 weeks! I called the shop and to retouch is same price I paid.

Negative experience: Edit: Dropping to one star based on my piercing experience. It was done in the wrong place and with the wrong jewelry, which probably contributed to it getting infected. Thankfully there's a new piercer who seems to know her shit. It makes me sad to write this review because I really want to like this shop, but I have had ridiculous issues with my new piercings, and my tattoo lines aren't looking great. I got two forward helix piercings, which hurt significantly more than the two I already have on the other side. Since the piercing, I have already had to get one faulty piece of jewelry replaced and will need to get another one replaced because the balls will not stay on the jewelry. I have been back at least 5 times in the past 2 weeks to have these looked at. Additionally, the lines on my new tattoo are overly thin in some areas and spreading in others. I have followed the aftercare religiously for both piercings and the tattoo and am just frustrated. Considering the price, I really expected much much better. Giving an extra star because both my artist, Chris, and piercer were kind and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Chris during my trip down in Texas. Although everything felt so last minute (I take a year to think about my tattoos), he was very cooperative and would give his professional opinion. And my piece came out above what I expected

Negative experience: So although everyone was kind i wouldn't recommend going here. Was recommended to check them out. Went in on July 20th had a consultation & was told to pay a $300 deposit to lock in a spot. Artist told me to text him a week later & didn't receive a response for days. When I finally got a response he told me he would start working on a design. Days later got the design which I liked. Texted the next day & asked what day would he like to do it. Didn't get a response for days then when I did he was wanting me to come on last min which I advised I can't do. Asked for a price & estimate on how long it would take so I could make sure i cleared enough time for him & he ignored & said let him know when I wanted to get it. I advised I was trying to but I was needing a cost & time frame to ensure I took off enough time. No response. So after having to call the shop twice to advise I didn't feel like he really wanted to do the tattoo they finally stopped answering my calls. So I texted & let them know I was no longer interested. Needless to say they are refusing to return my $300 deposit when I text message they stated they would. I had to end up filing a dispute with my bank. Luckily I have it all in text every conversation bc i work in legal & know to do this. Disappointed bc i was recommended to them & the unprofessionalism I experienced was shocking. Realizing it was probably bc i am black.

Most artists wouldn’t touch it or told me to get it removed. Then I met Zoio at Sinners Tattoo in Dallas. He’d already tattooed my wife, my niece and myself the week prior, so I trusted his work. I showed him the old piece, and without hesitation, he took on the challenge. Instead of just covering it up, he gave me solid advice on redesigning it. She made the process comfortable and even advised us on best placement, and was honest about how anatomy might affect which piercing we chose. V skilled piercer, highly recommend.

Negative experience: I’ve had piercings done by Sonche who is amazing ( front desk staff amazing as well). Had a tattoo done by Dave. Was first quoted $100 then $250 once completed. Didn’t appreciate the switch up but I paid and didn’t complain. Tattoo did not heal properly or was not done properly and I scheduled apts to fix it. Apts were rescheduled by me due to travel and flight cancellations to dallas earlier this month. Later after setting an apt I was text that day that it was cancelled by Dave because it inconvenienced his time. Today I go in to replace piercings and was asked if I wanted to see about fixing tattoo. Staff gets Dave and he approaches me going off about no showing on him and becomes argumentative Infront of the team. Humiliated I left. He’s unprofessional and who would even rebook with that attitude? Waste of time, $ and energy. Guy needs to get his mental health checked and also to consider tattoos are not a necessity, he should fact check himself, learn to be a professional and grow up.

Negative experience: Poor customer service, artist has no integrity and doesn’t value their customers time or money. Very disappointed with the way they do business here. Seems like a tattoo deposit-scam. Get customer to pay $200, artist never works on design/doesn’t communicate with customer, then tries to swindle an additional deposit out of you when the artist fails to follow through on their end of the deal. The blame shouldn’t fall to the customer when we hold up our end by paying the deposit fees, the artist should be held responsible for not following through in the allotted timeframe.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appt for a tattoo, paid a $200 deposit and gave the artist 2 weeks to show me a design. He said he would have a design to me in 3 days. Instead, I got one 11 days later- 3 days before my appointment and told him what I liked and didn’t like. He said “ok, I’ll work on it”. Come appt day I haven’t heard anything or seen a new tattoo design. I hadnt heard back from my artist so I reached out to them, assuming we’d reschedule since I had no design to get tattooed yet- only to be told I have to give them another $200 deposit bc I did not cancel 3 days before. They expected me to show up and commit to a permanent tattoo that I’d never seen? This was never mentioned when the artist said he “would work” on the design 3 days before the appt day. I would love to speak with the manager of this place bc this was bullshit.
