Fantastic experience: Glenn did me a couple of Swallow tattoos today, excellent artist, polite and genuine too. The whole studio is impeccably clean and sanitary, all should use this gem on Felixstowe Road excellent pricing too!!

Thank you for making my tattoo literally identical to the Cowboy version if the photo i supplied you with...your special AI app which converted the font is fantastic ....some of my friends and colleagues can't believe that was my first tattoo because it was, in their minds, big! I'm about to have a sleeve completed by Gav that has included two coverup peices and you wouldnt know they are covering up old peices. The team at obsessions make you feel relaxed and comfortable whilst the work is being done and I can not fault them at all! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Lila did a wonderful tattoo for me just above the ankle. She was an absolute joy to sit with, she made me feel comfortable during and is lovely to be around. This tattoo was a line drawing and she was able to do such precise lines so I will be returning for more. Everyone else within the studio was really friendly as well Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already shown family and friends the work, 5 star service ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I spent 30 years feeling unable to even wear a t-shirt, go swimming etc, the connotations of which are non-exhaustive. This was primarily because I was consistently told cover-ups were not achievable for what I had. Gavin had not only proved this wrong, I was also not limited to choice. Obsession is highly recommended, great team of dedicated artists, and absolutely changed my life.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional, Had my first tattoo here and if i was to get another I'd definitely go back.

Negative experience: The tattooists are talented but I was overcharged and given no aftercare information. When I queried this on their facebook page, they said I must have been given completely different information when I booked the appointment and have not replied again since, so do not deal with complaints very well. I had a very small tattoo added to an existing one, was quoted anything up to an hour, which was £80, but was told that it would be less if the tattoo didnt take so long, i.e. £40 for 30 minutes, £60 for 45 minutes etc. The tattoo took less than half an hour but they charged me the full £80. Their response on facebook is that I would have been quoted for the piece, not the time taken, but the piece was barely even discussed on booking. It was the last appointment of the day and I felt like they just wanted to finish quickly. Not happy about being overcharged, the lack of aftercare information, or their incorrect response to my complaint. Definitely not returning for my next one.

The studio is very clean, and I felt very safe in his hands, my tattoo came out brilliantly, and healed perfectly! I am so happy with the results and look forward to future sittings with him. Let them know the kind of design you're after and they'll strive to give you their best ideas. If you're looking for a piercing then I can recommend the studio for that too. My recent lip piercing was swift and painless, it has healed well and looks great. I thoroughly recommend this studio, their designs are great, the custom work is well thought out and the piercing is excellent. They are a hard working team with high standards of hygiene so look no further for body art.

Fantastic experience: Had a portrait piece done on my thigh recently by Gavin at obsession tattoo, came out perfect (the sloth on the website !) Studio was clean, modern and relaxed and run by nice people with great attention to detail. Will be using this studio again for future work.
