Fantastic experience: Got my septum pierced today by Jamie and had an amazing experience. He explained everything and made me feel completely at ease, we had a laugh. Was all over and done with in 5 minutes. Will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: Ive been wanting a particular small Tattoo for a long time and have always found a reason for not having it done. After reading about the Amazing work carried out by the guys who own Lucky 13 in Suffolk to battle knife crime, in memory of their brother Deano, I knew there was only one place to go. Probably the best and most professional tattoo parlour in Suffolk and Dagmara is a great artist and lovely lady.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a septum piercing as mine had fallen out a couple of days before. He re-pierced it and gave me the ring free of charge. Quick and easy service. Definitely go to Lucky 13 for your piercings and tatts as they do things properly unlike a lot of the other spots in town.

She listened and understood what I wanted and the tattoo came out beautiful. Im super happy and I highly recommend that place and Dagmara bc you cant go wrong with her.

Fantastic experience: Jamie is the best piercer in town! I recently went to Lucky13 for a dermal removal. I was very nervous for the appointment because of previous experiences with piercers. However Jamie was very kind and reassuring during the whole procedure. I felt like I was treated with care and I’m so grateful to now to be free of my old piercings! Fantastic experience: Turned up on the day without an appointment and was lucky enough to have a slot available half an hour afterwards. Plenty of time to pop to the cash point and get some money out, as this is a cash only business; which I wholeheartedly support. Premises are tidy, well decorated, and stylish. Not to mention clean! Staff are good hearted, well humoured, and very friendly and welcoming. Good conversations had with several members of staff, including my tattoo artist. Not a bad word to say about staff, shop, or process! I was also offered free touch ups should the ink fade or crack, given my chosen location for the two tattoos, as this can happen with normal body movement and is to be expected. Nonetheless, a welcomed offer and one I am grateful for, even if I'm not in need of it in the near future. Thank you to all at lucky 13 for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: The loveliest people and the loveliest place! Not only are the tattooists and piercer the best in town but they definitely have the biggest hearts, from mental health awareness tattoos and baby loss tattoos and all of the life saving boxes being placed around, this shop is more than just a tattoo place! Couldn’t recommend somewhere more :)

Positive experience: Got my labret piercing done here today, everything was fine and it looks fab, but he marked out the piercing with a standard biro? Never had a piercing marked like that, and also didn’t give me much information regarding to aftercare aside from simply washing with salt water, nothing regarding downsizing the bar which is pretty important for lip piercings. Lovely guy, and like i said the piercing went fine, just found it a little odd.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a piercing with Jamie today. He was brilliant with my daughter. Really kind, chatty made her feel much more relaxed because of the nerves. After the piecing was done, she did have a bit of a turn again he knew exactly what he was doing, kept her relaxed, and made sure she was OK before we left. The shop as a whole was very clean and professional. All staff lovely and welcoming. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much for today. My daughter is really pleased.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only had a couple of tiny tattoos over the years but since I lost my hubby and my dad I felt a tattoo was the best way to have a permanent memory. I’ve always passed Lucky 13 on my travels as a bus driver and now a medication delivery driver so I thought why not! Their studio is spotless and even smells so clean. Honestly they are the loveliest bunch going, down to earth and so welcoming. The studio is spotless and even smells clean. Nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I am now their worst nightmare in there every week with something different I want done lol I do apologise for that guys! I’m so hooked now. You are never too old for a tattoo! Jamie was friendly and extra patient with me and one of my friends who was more nervous, letting us take our time and being very accommodating. The pain was minimal and the studio is very clean. Fantastic experience: Staff are kind, friendly and very understanding. Had my first tattoo done here today and couldn't recommend them or the artist who did my piece more! Walk in appointment was very quickly sorted and prices are very reasonable!

Negative experience: Had an awful experience at this tattoo studio, the ink completely came out of the tattoo and the outline was patchy, I messaged the shop over a week ago to rectify the poor work and they didn't even bother to respond, they obviously don't care about their clients or performing such poor quality work. Never had an experience as bad as this before, save yourself some money in the long run and go somewhere that does care for their clients and takes pride in the work they carry out!

Fantastic experience: Had my first tattoo done today at Lucky 13 and it couldn't have gone better! My sister and I went for matching tattoos and didn't really know the procedure. We were talked through everything and were offered breaks/time to breathe if we needed. I'm a little bit iffy with needles and they had everything imaginable in place to ensure I felt comfortable. Amy talked to me the whole way through asking me questions and talking to me about anything and everything! I felt a little faint afterwards and I was offered a variety of sweets as well as water to ensure I was okay. It was incredibly hygienic and efficient as well. Absolutely amazing, would recommend to anyone, thanks!

Fantastic experience: Got my nipple pierced at lucky 13 today. Was so nervous but Jamie was really caring and understanding. Went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and he was very professional. If a girl and you’re ever worried about getting an intimate piercing, go here. I felt comfortable and safe. Another bonus is the prices are very fair, especially for the service. 10/10 !!!

Fantastic experience: I cant rate this place highly enough. I had Ben do my tattoo. I was so pleased with it I booked my next one as soon as as he had finished. I will be going back to him for another tattoo behind my other ear and he is also going to help me do the design I want for a watercolour sleeve tattoo. I wouldn't use any other tattooist now.

Fantastic experience: Got my tragus pierced here this afternoon. As soon as I entered several staff greeted me kindly. The guy was super friendly and even though I was nervous helped me feel at ease and was really honest with me about the pain scale- not too bad. Gave very clear instructions on cleaning. Should note they are cash only though.

Fantastic experience: I personally got a piercing at a studio in London. Once it got badly infected I luckily happened to spot this amazing place with great professionals. About 5 members of staff welcomed me to the studio and were not hesitant to hear me out and do their best to help me and advise me on what to do. Felt very lucky to have found them.

Fantastic experience: It was amazing! The lovely piercer helped me get prepared for my MRI and surgery by kindly helping to remove them and replace them! Sadly one of my piercing shrunk a bit more than it should but got offered for a re piercing for free! Bless him! He really didnt need to do that! But at least it will be professionally done now!Got a surprise nose piercing and he kept me very calm and was so lovely to chat with, already have plans to come again in the near future!! 1000/10 reccomend. Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here to get her nose pierced,she had just turned 14 yrs and we were both ask for ID to show I was her parent. I found this very reassuring. The staff can only be called professional at every point and very understanding. Its a very clean and safe environment. Will be going back again for myself soon :0)

Fantastic experience: After my nose piercing was messed up by another shop, the piercer was more than happy to fix it free of charge. (This was last June). Staff are all so friendly and such a welcoming environment. I have since had 2 more piercing by Lucky 13 and have never had ANY issues. Also, as a bonus, they are more than happy to change your jewellery free of charge!! Great place
