Fantastic experience: So far I have gotten 6 piercings from Zoiey and each one has been perfect and healed amazingly. She's so incredibly friendly and is easy to talk and joke with, which makes the anxiety of the piercing so much better. I cannot recommended her for your piercings enough, if you're going to go anywhere, go here. In the photos attached, the ones Zoiey did are: lobe seconds, septum, bridge, and the two inner lip piercings.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic studio. Full of talented artists. I haven’t used the salon part but have had a few tattoos here. They are all so friendly and welcoming! They offer free sanitary products for those who need them and have complimentary snacks too. An all round good place to be.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, I had Anna do my tattoo for my late cat. She was brilliant and equally excited with the finished product. She explained the process and made sure I understood the aftercare for the tattoo as well. The studio was a very comforting environment for someone being tattooed for the first time. Anna helped me pick out colours and match them to my vision, overall making the session brilliant. Then I had zoey do my second lobe piercing. She was friendly and eased my nerves. She was funny and relatable making jokes , all round really sweet and ensured I had an amazing experience. Brilliant experience all round from Nova! 2 years later I went back and was tattooed by Samie and then Hannah. Both lovely ladies were brilliant, warm, so friendly and did an amazing job tattooing me. All in all every time I come to Nova, I always feel welcomed and have an amazing experience. Fantastic experience: I first started using Nova to start the process of laser to remove unwanted tattoos. Hayley is brilliant with this and has a lovely tone about her. Since then I've been seeing Jack for my cover ups. The bloke is a genius! I still have a few sessions to go but I'm so happy with what he's created. The studio has a lovely atmosphere to it and Jack kindly tattoos me in the evenings which is perfect for me to fit around work/childcare. Cannot recommend Nova highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Zoe very kindly pierced my 14-year-old’s ears this morning. Zoe had a fabulous bedside manner, was kind, caring, thorough and regularly checked to see if she felt dizzy or lightheaded. Zoe took her time and cleaned the lobes with an alcohol wipe and made sure her measurements were accurate and equal on both sides for symmetry. Zoe was very clean wearing new gloves and reassured me showing sealed needle units. Afterwards, Zoe checked that my child was happy and proceeded to give verbal and printed aftercare advice. Thank you for your professionalism.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely amazing experience and such amazing people. I got my first tattoo done and was really nervous beforehand but with the lovely people there it made it such a comfortable, enjoyable experience. My tattooist Arron was so good and did amazing work, paying attention to details which showed how much they cared which was really reassuring. Would recommend to anyone and definitely plan to go again to get anything else done!

Fantastic experience: I have had many tattoos before with other studios but my tattooist Shannon today she was so lovely I was so scared and nervous because my new tattoo is so much bigger than my other ones. She made me feel very welcome and made sure that I was comfortable with everything and I certainly was , she done an amazing job on my tattoo today and is worth every tip go get your tips in if you have Shannon.

Fantastic experience: Dear Hannah I’ll admit, I was a little nervous at first since your were new to the tattoo game — but after just two sessions, I realized I had nothing to worry about! She absolutely smashed my sleeve, and I couldn’t be happier. Huge talent, steady hand, and an eye for detail. Only advice? Please don’t quit your day job for singing — the tattooing world needs you way more!

Fantastic experience: Went in today and got a tattoo. The shop is fantastic, well maintained and clean. The staff where friendly and so helpful making sure that not only did i get what i want but that all aspects where perfect. Price was great. Cant recommend this place enough. Fantastic experience: I kind of don't want to make this review as I still want tattoo appointments cloudy tattoos is the kindest and nicest tattoo artist you will ever meet she will play with placement for aslong as you want and you would never find someone with the same tattoo as she always puts it in her own. I give her an idea and somehow she makes it better than I could of imagined. If you want a good convisation, a amazing tattoo there isn't anyone better than liv cloudy tattoos

Fantastic experience: Zoe really helped me last week with an incident to do with my ear. I had them pierced at a different shop and it just went horrible wrong. Ear where swollen and couldnt get the bars out. Zoe was so kind to me. She listened and made feel comfoable. She was able to remove the bars with minimal pain and replaced them with long onse saving my money and the peircing itself. I was so happy when I left will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I have visited Liv (cloudy tattoos) ten times now - and will be returning over and over! You'll never meet a more welcoming, professional tattoo artist but also so friendly and the most pleasant experience! If you're going to be repeatedly stabbed by needles this is who you want doing it and you'll walk away with incredible work every time! I literally can't recommend enough! (Although please don't make her too popular so she still has time for me!)

I was terrified for my first tattoo but I had a really great artist at nova called liv who started on the least painful part so I got used to the feeling. She was really professional but was also friendly so I wasn’t too stressed. Super cheap too!! I got my snake called Dave for £130!!! Dave is pictured below :)))

Fantastic experience: I found Nova online and booked in with Samie for my latest tattoo after reading her profile. Samie was great, from her talent to interpret the photo and design the tattoo, taking time to get the right placement and tie in with an existing piece, and checking when I needed a break! She was also very gentle and easy to chat to! Everyone at Nova was super friendly and its a chilled atmosphere. I'm so happy with the tattoo, it was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend a visit!

Fantastic experience: I have had 4 sessions with Liv (@cloudy.tattoos) for various sealife-themed pieces. The studio is friendly and professional, with an array of talented artists. Liv takes care with sizing and placement, and has created for me a fluid set of tattoos that compliment each other well. She is friendly, approachable, and regularly checks in during the tattooing process. Her work station is clean and tidy, and she takes the utmost care where hygiene is concerned. I look forward to returning in the near future to complete my sealife collection!

Fantastic experience: Zoiey did my eyebrow and vertical labret piercings and she was very kind and caring throughout the whole experience and made it very comfortable, she explained everything (the purpose of certain procedures and aftercare advice) in understandable terms, made sure i was okay before and after both of my piercings and was very vigilant about cleanliness! She was also honest about having less experience with piercing a vertical labret, but despite such I believe she's pierced it quite well. Very impressed and happy with her service

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this studio a few times for a tattoo & I always have a great experience. Today I was tattooed by Nova apprentice Olivia - I was put completely at ease, found her super easy to talk to and she had great creativity when coming to making sure the tattoo was perfect; which the tattoo was! Fantastic experience: Updated review for Liv: Got my favourite astromech from Star Wars, Chopper, on my arm by Liv. He looks incredible and Liv was a joy to talk to. She is incredibly talented and I can't wait to get Obi Wan's lightsaber done in January. I had my very first tattoo done at Nova by Anna. I had no idea what to expect but Anna put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I had a design in mind and Anna brought it to life better than I could have imagined. I'm a very anxious person who can be socially awkward at times but everyone made me feel welcome. Everyone at Nova is amazing and friendly and for the few hours I am there, it feels like a second home.

Fantastic experience: I visited Anna at Nova for my first ever tattoo. I can't begin to explain how welcomed I felt when I got there by the whole team. Anna checked my design with me, and even when I said maybe I had eyes bigger than my belly and it was a tad big, she was able to work around that and kept my design beautiful. I have all intentions to return to Nova, my second being a Wigglytuff tattoo! I love the whole team there, and you'll need look no further for someone to trust with your tattooing needs! :3

Fantastic experience: One of, if not THE best tattoo and piercing studio in Ipswich! (and I’ve been to A LOT of them ) I have been tattooed by Liv and she is an extremely talented apprentice! Very pleasant experience throughout and the studio is lovely and has a great vibe. I also had some very old piercings that desperately needed changing and I had put it off for ages due to a bad experience at another studio, but Nova’s piercer Zoe was amazing and really put me at ease and changed the old piercings with no trouble at all! I’ll definitely be back at Nova soon

Fantastic experience: Anna has been tattooing me for a few years now and I cannot fault her. I love the detail of her tattoos aswell as the colour palettes and shes always so welcoming everytime! Nova is a great place to go for tattoos, piercings, laser removal work and they even have a barbers too! I have also been pierced by Zoiey too. Fantastic experience: Went to see Anna for my memorial of my fur baby, she has truely given me the bestest tattoo I could have asked for! She's captured her so perfectly! The whole studio made me feel very welcome, it's clean and professional! Would use again and again!

Fantastic experience: I had multiple tattoos by Samie at Nova, including a touch up of a previous tattoo (by a different artist) I wasn't thrilled with. I am super happy with the results of all of my tattoos, she wasn’t too rough and she took time with me to get the placement perfect! I also have had a small flash piece by AK, she also did it super quickly and it looks great! Now… Enough about tattoos, I have had all of my piercings performed at Nova, including my vertical labret, my septum, my nipples and various ear piercings. Zoiey did a superb job with all of these, I am over the moon with them all. I have had no issues healing and the pain was very low too! Shes very sweet and bubbly so she distracted me and eased my mind at any point I became nervous. Overall I have had an amazing experience with the staff at Nova!

Fantastic experience: Both Anna and Nova Studios are absolutely wonderful. Anna is extremely talented. I told her my vision and gave her a rough sketch and she turned into something beautiful. Fantastic experience: Been to Anna a few times now and each and every time I’ve been astounded with the quality of her work. From my first red panda tattoo with her, to the addictive get what you get Pokémon (which I even dragged my boyfriend along to get) she’s made me feel comfortable and at ease each and every time. My most recent piece from her was a memorial pig tribute to my late mum and as I said to Anna, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do it, with it being such a special piece. I hope to visit Anna many more times in the future, until I’m completely covered in Pokémon :D

Fantastic experience: Updated before and after photos below! I’d 100% recommend booking in with Anna if you need a rework on a current tattoo, want colour work done, or a Pokémon or anime style tattoo. I am actually so shocked at what Anna managed to achieve reworking my 10 year old tattoo that had blown out in multiple places. Her attention to detail is amazing, you can see in the before and after photos Anna managed to add so much detail to the face and saved my granddads name making it visible again. I’ve since been tattooed by Anna multiple times and have full trust in her as an artist. Anna is always super gentle when tattooing me and we have lots of nice chats throughout which keep me nice and distracted, she also offers silent appointments if you’d rather not talk though. Anna was super informative and answered all my questions about the tattoo and aftercare thoroughly. Thanks Anna!

Fantastic experience: I had Liv as an artist and she was absolutely awesome from start to finish. I saw a piece of flash I really liked and she offered to change it a little as she knew it was going to be a sentimental tattoo. It's absolutely beautiful. It was the most chill experience I've had. Went in, she got me a coffee, then we chatted all things tattoos and D&D for a few hours while I got my new tat. I feel like I've found a new artist AND mate. Can't wait to book her in for the next. Couldn't recommend more.

Fantastic experience: Had my 2nd tattoo with Anna - couldn't be happier with the results! The studio has a great energy about it, the whole team there are friendly as heck and always coming round to chat - makes you feel comfortable from the off! And the tattoos they do are so good, can't picture wanting to go anywhere else and can't wait to come back for the next piece with Anna!

Fantastic experience: Literally the Avengers of tattooing, a perfectly crafted team of the best of the best so no matter what style your wanting they have the artist you need. From the artists to the barbers you will not find a more accommodating, friendly team. They make every visit feel like you belong there, nothing is too much trouble and they love what they do which is reflected in their work.

Fantastic experience: The studio is amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I had my tattoo done by Sammie. She made me feel at ease and was so patient, from the consultation to the tattoo. She took my ideas and created a beautiful piece to cover a old,badly done tattoo. Can't wait to go back and have more added. Would highly recommend anyone at the studio. I've also had a piercing done by Zoe and lashes, who again is really welcoming and friendly. In my opinion one of the best studios in Ipswich.

Fantastic experience: Full Colour Anime Tattoo by Anna I had found Nova Tattoo through Tiktok and booked a tattoo as soon as I was able! The studio itself was very lively and had a welcoming atmosphere! The people here are very friendly and I'd highly recommend to anyone considering getting a tattoo to go to Nova Tattoo! Anna does amazing work with anime and colours!

Fantastic experience: Most people have a family GP, we have a family tattooist! I wouldn't go anywhere else for ink work. A family run studio by people passionate about the service they give, and the work they do. Nova is another nail in the coffin of the old "clique" tattoo studios... Everyone is made to feel more than welcome, be they first timers, or old timers. Even if it's a bit of a treck to get to, give the guys a try, you won't be sorry! Times moved on since my review, and Nova have just gone from strength... And now includes a barbers. Again i can heartily recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Lovely studio with friendly staff. Love that there are so many artists with their own unique style. My husband has been tattooed by Jack for years who is really talented. I’ve recently been getting tattoos from Saffron who is amazing and does such beautiful floral (and Harry Potter!) based pieces. Would highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Ryan for a full day session. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, there were lots of conversations and it was a really calming experience. Ryan worked his magic again and gave me a really cool 90s cartoon piece that I love. Will be returning

Fantastic experience: I attended Nova studios yesterday and got a tattoo of a cub lion and lion on my fore arm. The tattoo was done by the one and only Jack Midz. He was very professional and as it was my first tattoo, He made sure I was comfortable for the duration of the tattoo. The tattoo is unreal, lots of detail to really make it standout. I cannot recommend Jack and the studio to someone looking to get a tattoo. Thank you Jack for your service!!

Fantastic experience: I was tattooed by Anna and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Anna is fantastic to work with, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park on my tattoo. It’s beautiful. The atmosphere and vibes of the studio are so nice too. It feels very welcoming and all of the other artists working there were lovely. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Anna was amazing! She nailed both designs for the start of my Anime patchwork leg sleeve. The 3 hours flew by as she was very fun to talk to! A great experience and even better Ink. Can’t wait to add to it soon

I was quite nervous about my appointment but she made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was happy the whole of my appointment. You can't even tell that I had a cover up tattoo and Anna's work is so brilliant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Got my tattoo this sunday just gone by Anna. This is my 3rd time getting tattoo'd by Anna and every time she never fails to impress with her incredible skill, friendly persona and chatty/funny personality. From the moment i walked into Nova, the staff greet you with smiles and feel very welcoming. You are asked to fill out a form that takes no longer than a few minutes. Anna then approached, happy to see me, say hello and to discuss the Design for my Anime tattoo. All was good so we continued to the main studio. The studio is trendy, and one thing that is very apparent is that everyone who works there are great friends, and it feels like one big family. Each booth is incredibly decorated to each artist (Anna's being pokemon and anime!) to make for a more personalised experience. Anna always checks that you are doing okay with pain levels and loves to chat, making for a great time that always seems to go SO fast. Overall, I would 110% recommed Anna, for her fantastic skill and amazing tattoo results. She is so much fun and you will never regret a session with her! I would also reccomend 110% Nova Tattoo for the friendly/trendy atmosphere with a bunch of tattoo artists who genuinly love their work, and their co-workers! I will be back!
