Fantastic experience: I had been following Silvermoon Tattoo for a while and just Love Abbie’s work .. and I always wanted to have something but slightly scared it would be too painful. How wrong I was . Abbie came up with the perfect design and made me feel so relaxed .. the studio is so lovely and I just really enjoyed our chat and before I knew it . My tattoo was done and was such a great experience. Abbie is so lovely and so skilled at what she does I felt completely at ease and confident , she explained everything so well and went through aftercare as well as sending it to me as well . The whole experience from start to finish was amazing .. I will definitely be a returning customer . I adore my tattoos . Thank you so much . ❤️

Fantastic experience: I visited Abbie for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. Abbie was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had. This was my first experience with hand poke tattooing, I have always had machine tattoos before, but as I take blood thinners now I wanted something that was less aggressive on the skin. I barely felt anything and the design and end result was everything I was after. Super happy and will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I took a friend for her first tattoo as a 50th birthday present. We had a lovely morning at Silver Moon, everyone was so friendly and the studio is beautiful. I have had many tattoos at a variety of local places, however Silver Moon has to be my favourite!

Not only is her style absolutely stunning but she is just one of the most genuinely wonderful people I have ever met. As a tattoo virgin and needle phobic, Abbie put me completely at ease from the moment we met. We chatted about anything and everything! She brought my ideas to life beautifully and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it and offered up suggestions to help balance and really finish off the designs. I was so surprised at how gentle it was and how quickly the time passed. Within 2 days of my first tattoo I booked in my second and I am already planning my third! Fantastic experience: Abbie is not only a skilled artist but a beautiful person. My daughter wanted a matching tattoo with me for her 18th birthday and at 48 years old I’ve never had a tattoo. Abbie was recommended to us and we were not disappointed! Abbie was fabulous putting both myself and daughter at ease - she empowered us to choose our position and it wasn’t too much trouble to re align and re plan. Abbie’s infection control was also excellent and she created a relaxing and positive experience! Thank you Abbie ☺️

Fantastic experience: This was my 3rd time visiting Abbie, and I can honestly say they have all been incredible experiences. She is so welcoming, and easy to talk to, none of those awkward silences that we all hate! My last piece was a fine piece on my chest and I truly wouldn't trust anyone else, she takes her time to make sure it is as you want it and nothing is too much trouble! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Abbie is so lovely! Her setting is very "zen" and she made me feel instantly welcome. I went with a friend who has previously had tattoos with Abbie, but this was my first, and my first experience of having a hand poked tattoo (as all my others I've had done with a tattoo gun) It was just so relaxing and compared to having a tattoo with a gun, (which I also enjoy) it was just a completely different sensation which I cannot fully put into words. The design Abbie created from my reference images just felt right. I'm really happy with the result and would happily go back to have another tattoo with her one day, and to also talk a bit more nonsense which I did for a good percentage of the time I was there.

Fantastic experience: I had my very first tattoo on Friday at Silver Moon Tattoo and I cannot thank Abbie enough. From the initial contact, through the design stage, to actually having the tattoo, the whole experience has been great. The week of the tattoo, Abbie kept me informed on little things, like what to wear on the day, ensuring I was hydrated what aftercare would be required. This may seem obvious to some, but as it was my first time, I found this information really helpful. I won't lie, on the day I was a little nervous as well as excited, but from the moment I stepped into Abbie's studio, she had the natural ability to make me feel at ease and I felt my nervous disappear. The design Abbie created for me is absolutely stunning, she made sure that she got it just right for me and she did not disappoint, I love it! Abbie gave great advice on the the placement of my tattoo and I am over the moon that I took her advice - it looks stunning. Abbie, I can't thank you enough for making the experience of my first tattoo a special one and for the time you dedicated, and the patience you showed me. I arrived slightly nervous, and I left on cloud 9! Thanks again Abbie.

Fantastic experience: I mean... Don't just take it just from me - all the reviews are great because there's no way you won't be dazzled by the amazing person Abbie is AND her perfect artistry. We had a long process for the design of my tattoo and Abbie was incredible from begin to end - she ensured I would get the tattoo I loved. And I definitely did. Thank you for being so kind and patient and really listen. The tattoo was quite painless to me, which is great - but it would have been worth it regardless. The studio is gorgeously decorated and super soothing and is located on such a beautiful place - the drive there really put me in a great mood. To add to it, we had a super pleasant conversation which made time fly by on my session, but we had moments of silence which felt natural and comfortable. The tattoo itself is exactly what I wanted. It's so beautiful! It makes me feel empowered, more like myself and made me regain some of my pre-mum confidence. Absolutely everyone was super impressed and in love with the style of my tattoo. And Abbie style is indeed so distinct that multiple people guessed correctly that I'd visited Silver Moon Tattoo studios - and I believe that is the greatest of compliments. You won't regret getting this human putting her beautiful art on your skin! Looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Undeliverable tattooist, so delicate with the needle can hardly tell it’s happening and an awesome artist as I literally told her my thoughts and drew it straight away. Would highly recommend in the Shrewsbury area.

Fantastic experience: I had a session with Abbie at her Shrewsbury studio a few weeks ago and I can say is wow.. I will never be over how beautiful her work and her soul is <3 I had an ornamental piece done on my chest and neck and also some ginger adornments, they are more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. For anyone out there curious about the pain, for me personally, I found hand poke nearly painless! Some parts a little spicy, but in comparison to machine tattoo, hand poke feels very gentle. My tattoos have healed perfectly, I couldn’t recommend Abbie enough! She made me feel beyond comfortable, like visiting a friend!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Abbie for a tattoo more, especially if you’re anxious/worried about the process. Abbie doesn’t rush you, makes sure you’re feeling calm and comfortable before she starts and the hand poke style is so much less painful than a tattoo with a gun. Fantastic experience: I've had 3 hand poked tattoos with Silver Moon now which have all exceeded my expectations. Getting a tattoo with Abbie is always an enjoyable experience and the time flys as we chat.

Fantastic experience: I had my tattoo done in Manchester by Abby, who is extremely talented and her hand-poke tattoos are extremely delicate. She is very professional and make me feel uncomfortable throughout my appointment. She is a perfectionist and this really showed in her work.

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky to get tattooed by Abbie twice now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only is she incredibly talented as a tattoo artist, she is also such a lovely human! Although the process isn’t completely pain free, hand poke tattoo is definitely less painful, coupled with Abbies delicate approach and warmth makes for a great experience!
